Purpose – This research analyzes the halal management practice model implemented at the Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Pekalongan branch in maintaining compliance with Sharia principles. Method – This research uses a qualitative method with an interpretative approach. Data collection was done through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The research results were validated by triangulating data sources, methods, and theories. Findings – The results showed that the BSI Pekalongan branch implemented a strict supervisory system to ensure that all transactions and services followed Sharia principles. Transparency in contracts and halal-based fund management are the main factors that build customer trust. Islamic financial education strategies play a role in increasing customer loyalty to bank products and services. Challenges in Islamic financial literacy and technology utilization still hinder the improvement of halal management efficiency. This research provides insight for Islamic banking stakeholders to increase the effectiveness of halal management in building customer trust and loyalty. The BSI Pekalongan branch can improve its competitiveness and ensure full compliance with Sharia principles by strengthening its supervision through transaction transparency and digitalization of halal services. Implications – Theoretically, this research enriches halal management studies by emphasizing Sharia compliance, transparency, and innovation in digital services. Practically, it guides Islamic banks in strengthening governance and customer trust.

This study aims to discuss the chances of developing the concept of prophetic leadership, sharia compliance, and Islamic corporate governance can be linked as very important elements in preventing fraud in Islamic commercial banks. This type of research conducted in this research is qualitative research. The data collection technique used is literature study by collecting information and data with the help of various materials in the library such as documents, books, journals, notes, or by internet searching. The data analysis method using inductive and deductive thinking frameworks. The result of this study is that personal prophetic leadership (Perpec-L), sharia compliance, and Islamic corporate governance are an effort of Islamic banking to prevent fraud (corruption). This can be done by adopting the values â€‹â€‹contained in Perpec-L. Then by assessing the indicators contained in sharia compliance. Furthermore, by taking the existing principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) that are in accordance with Islamic norms and values.

Sharenting is a practice where parents share their children's life moments on social media. The study focused on @abe_daily's TikTok account, which features videos of a child's daily life and has sparked debate about children's privacy and potential exploitation. The main issue in this study is how the public views the content, whether it is as family entertainment or a form of child exploitation. This study aims to understand the public's perception of sharenting in @abe_daily accounts and its impact on children's privacy. This study uses a mixed methods approach, with in-depth interviews with ten informants and a survey of 13 respondents familiar with the account. Qualitative analysis was done through thematic, while quantitative data was collected through Likert scale questionnaires. The results showed that most respondents viewed content as positive entertainment, but there were concerns about child exploitation and privacy. While monetization of children's content is considered acceptable as long as children's well-being is maintained, there is an urgent need for stricter regulations regarding children's privacy on social media. This study recommends increased digital education for parents and clearer policies to protect children's rights in sharenting.

This research aims to comprehensively investigate the preparation for implementing mandatory halal regulations for food and beverage products in Indonesia. This research also examines the role of international law in promoting the balance of the Islamic global economy in member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. This research employs a normative legal research method, utilizing a statutory approach. The primary legal materials used include the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Law No. 23 of 1992, Law No. 7 of 1996, Law No. 6 of 1967, Law No. 8 of 1999, Law No. 33 of 2014, Government Regulation No. 31 of 2019, and Law No. 39 of 2021. Data collection techniques used literature studies, and data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive methods. The results showed that the regulation of mandatory halal certification for food and beverage products in Indonesia is regulated in Law Number 33 of 2014, Government Regulation Number 31 of 2019, and Law Number 39 of 2021. Preparation for the implementation of this mandatory halal regulation is a legal requirement to ensure peace and comfort for the public when consuming or using halal products. This study also found that, when implemented appropriately, international legal policies can foster Islamic economic growth in OIC countries. Some countries, such as Malaysia and Turkey, have successfully adopted and enforced international law, thereby improving banking stability and attracting foreign investment. This study concludes that Law No. 33/2014 guarantees the availability of halal products, and the government is obligated to foster and supervise the guarantee of halal products. On October 17, 2024, the first phase of halal obligation for food products, beverages, slaughter services, and slaughter products will be enforced throughout Indonesia. Therefore, support from the public and businesses in Indonesia is needed to increase public awareness of the importance of halal certificates. Furthermore, while there are challenges in harmonizing domestic policies with international standards, international law offers immense opportunities. With an inclusive and collaborative approach, OIC countries can capitalize on these opportunities to achieve a sustainable and inclusive Islamic economic equilibrium. Support from international and regional organizations is crucial in strengthening the capacity of OIC countries to implement international law effectively.

Although the growth of the Islamic capital market is quite rapid, the level of participation of Generation Z in investing in the Islamic capital market is still relatively low. Factors that are often mentioned as the cause of low interest in investing in the Islamic Capital Market are the level of Sharia Financial Literacy and Religiosity. This study aims to analyse the effect of Sharia Financial Literacy and Religiosity on Gen Z's Investment Interest in the Islamic Capital Market. This research uses quantitative methods, data collected through online surveys using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents of Gen Z Pekalongan Regency who have an interest in investing in the Islamic Capital Market, data analysis techniques using Multiple Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS 26.0 software. The results of the analysis show that Sharia Financial Literacy and Religiosity have a positive and significant effect on Interest in Investing in the Sharia Capital Market both partially and simultaneously.

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the impact of technological innovation, financial literacy, and security risk on the adoption of cardless withdrawal services among customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in Pekalongan Regency.Design/methodology: A quantitative research approach was employed, collecting data through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The sample size was determined using the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 97 respondents. Data analysis included classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing.Findings: The results indicate that technological innovation and security risk positively and significantly inthe fluence the adoption of cardless withdrawal services. Customers perceive security as a crucial factor in their decision to use this service. However, financial literacy does not significantly impact adoption, suggesting that customers’ financial knowledge does not play a major role in their willingness to utilize this feature.Practical implications: The findings provide valuable insights for Islamic banks to enhance digital banking adoption by improving technological infrastructure and security features. Additionally, efforts should be made to raise awareness about financial literacy to encourage broader acceptance of innovative banking services.Originality/Value: This study explores the adoption of cardless withdrawal services within the context of Islamic banking, particularly in a regional setting that has not been extensively studied. It offers a novel contribution by examining the interplay of technological innovation, financial literacy, and security risk in influencing customer behavior.

Synonyms for the term Halalpreneur are Islamicpreneur, Shariapreneur, and Muslimpreneur. The substantive meaning of these terms is the same. Everything has the same essence as Halalpreneur. The opportunity and potential of the Indonesian state compared to other countries in developing the Islamic economy are strengthening the halal industry sectorPractical implications: The empirical implication of this research is to describe the halal industrial business still has the opportunity to become an alternative to Halalpreneur, such as Islamic tour travel, Islamic fashion, halal cosmetics, halal culinary, halal spa, and Sharia online motorcycle taxi services. The challenge facing the Indonesian nation today is the need for Halalpreneurs. The challenge ahead for the Indonesian people is the need to play a more active role in the halal industry. National education functions to develop capabilities and shape the nation's character and civilization in educating the nation's life. National education aims to develop human potential that has faith and piety to God. material on the formation of religious character. The implementation is carried out in three stages, the first stage is the preparation stage. conduct a preliminary survey to see conditions in the field to coordinate early on the implementation of socialization activities on the formation of religious character. The purpose of this socialization activity is to increase knowledge of religious character formation to increase the character of MTS Salafiyah Wiradesa students. The material given during the socialization of the formation of religious character can go through stages including understanding, methods, values, benefits and application in life, the presenters provide explanations andexamples of each method of forming religious character.

This study examines the practice of Islamic rituals and spirituality among Muslim communities in Southeast Asian coastal regions, where these practices have become an integral part of social and cultural life. The central issue addressed is the lack of comprehensive documentation concerning how these communities understand and practice Islamic spirituality and symbolism in the study of modernization and religious reform. Employing a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods, this study delves into various ritual practices, including Maulid, Tahlil Laut, Sedekah Bumi, Zikir, and daily Wirid. The findings reveal that coastal Muslim communities interpret these rituals as a means of strengthening social solidarity, fostering a transcendent relationship with God, and maintaining harmony with the natural environment, particularly the sea. Spirituality is practiced communally and passed down as part of a living religious habitus. Pierre Bourdieu’s theory of practice is utilized to analyze the interplay between tradition and change within the community’s social space. This research affirms that Islam in coastal areas is not monolithic but rather contextual, adaptive, and rich in symbolic meaning. The findings contribute to the study of local expressions of Islam and offer new insights into the diversity of religious practices in Southeast Asia.

Abstract. The global halal industry is growing not only in the food and beverage sector, but also in digital media through blogs and podcasts on the theme of halal lifestyles. These platforms serve as a means of education and da'wah while also opening up monetization opportunities in the digital creative economy. This study analyzes monetization strategies and their relationship to financial sustainability through a qualitative literature review of journals, industry reports, and international publications. The results of the study show that financial sustainability can be achieved through diversification of advertising models, sponsorship, affiliation, subscription, merchandise, and crowdfunding tailored to the audience. Integration with halal cuisine, fashion, tourism, and sharia financial support further strengthens sustainability. Abstrak. Industri halal global berkembang tidak hanya pada sektor makanan dan minuman, tetapi juga ke media digital melalui blog dan podcast bertema gaya hidup halal. Platform ini berfungsi sebagai sarana edukasi dan dakwah sekaligus membuka peluang monetisasi dalam ekonomi kreatif digital. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi monetisasi dan kaitannya dengan keberlanjutan finansial melalui studi pustaka kualitatif atas jurnal, laporan industri, dan publikasi internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketahanan finansial dapat dicapai melalui diversifikasi model iklan, sponsorship, afiliasi, subscription, merchandise, dan crowdfunding yang disesuaikan dengan audiens. Integrasi dengan kuliner, fesyen, pariwisata halal, serta dukungan keuangan syariah semakin memperkuat keberlanjutan.
