This study aims to determine how the performance of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Central Sulawesi Province. In this study researchers used the theory of Moeheriono (2012: 162-163) which consists of criteria of Responsiveness (responsiveness), Responsibility (responsibility) and Accountability (accountability). The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation, and interview methods. The determination and number of informants in this study are parties who are considered to know in depth various matters concerning research problems totaling 5 (five) people. While data analysis techniques include data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study show that the performance of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Central Sulawesi Province has not run optimally, this is due to the non-achievement of performance indicators used in this study such as aspects of responsiveness that have not been maximized due to Human Resources within the scope of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Central Sulawesi Province which is still limited, especially in the placement of executive positions not in accordance with the competence of employees in the agency in carrying out its duties. The aspect of responsibility has not run optimally due to frequent delays in completing tasks due to frequent procrastination of work, the accountability aspect has been running well in the application of the Core Values of ASN BerAKHLAK but still needs to be socialized again, considering that these values are new things that need to be applied and used as guidelines for the implementation of duties by each ASN in providing services.

Penelitian ini adalah ibu pasca persalinan yang berada pada wilayah kerja puskemas buki. Kriteria respodan pada penelitian ini adalah ibu pasca persalinan. Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan jarak tempat tinggal dengan pemilihan penolong persalinan pada ibu di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Buki, Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Apakah terdapat hubungan antara Pengetahuan dan Jarak Tempat Tinggal Dengan Pemilihan Penolong Persalinan pada Ibu di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Buki, Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Deskriptif Analitik Kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu Cross-Sectional, di mana peneliti mencari hubungan antara variabel independen (bebas) dengan variabel dependen (terikat) dengan melakukan pengukuran sesaat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dari 43 responden terdapat 17 (39,5%) yang memiliki penegtahuan baik tentang persalinan. Dari jumlah tersebut, Sebagian besar yaitu 16 (37,2%) responden memilih tenaga Kesehatan sebagai penolong persalinan dan 1 (2,3%) responden masih memilih dukun sebagai penolong persalinan. memilih penolong persalinan ke dukun bayi dan tidak ada (0%) yang memilih tenaga kesehatan. Sementara itu, responden yang memiliki jarak tempat tinggal 1–5 km sebanyak 16 (37,2%) sampel. Dari 16 (37,2%) sampel memilih tenaga kesehatan sebagai penolong persalinan dan tidak ada (0%) yang memilih dukun bayi Puskesmas Buki Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar Tahun 2025.

The animated film "Battle of Surabaya" is one of the nation's children's work that is able to win various awards, both at national and international levels. In some scenes in this animated film, there is a visual code that contains information or messages delivered to the audience (audience). Through observing several scenes, it is found that there is a meaning of the visual codes contained in the scene. This study aims to analyze the aesthetic visual codes contained in the first, middle and end scenes of the animated film "Battle of Surabaya". Data collected through observation and literature study. Theories used as analysis are semiotics and postmodern aesthetic codes. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of the visual code in the animated film scene "Battle of Surabaya" namely: in the first scene, the action or action of the Indonesian government declared independence from the Dutch East Indies government as an act of the past that needed to be made; the scene is explaining the rejection of Indonesian independence, this action as the style of an animator in the sequence before and next; the final scene depicts the action of the main character (Musa) who unites the storyline sequence of the animated film "Battle of Surabaya", one of which implements the cultural value of please help as an act of popularizing Indonesian culture.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kesiapan digital pada sebuah perusahaan agroindustri skala menengah dalam menghadapi transformasi menuju Industri 4.0. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan lima pilar utama dalam kerangka INDI 4.0 yang meliputi: Manajemen dan Organisasi, Orang dan Budaya, Produk dan Layanan, Teknologi, serta Operasi Pabrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner self-assessment berbasis INDI 4.0, wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan Manajer IT sebagai responden kunci, dan observasi langsung terhadap operasional perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pembobotan skor sesuai pedoman resmi INDI 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memperoleh skor INDI 4.0 sebesar 2,26 yang termasuk dalam kategori kesiapan sedang (Level 2). Meskipun perusahaan telah mengadopsi beberapa inisiatif digital seperti sistem ERP dan pemantauan suhu pada cold storage, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam hal integrasi teknologi secara menyeluruh dan pengembangan kompetensi SDM yang memadai. Oleh karena itu, disusunlah sebuah roadmap strategis sebagai rekomendasi perbaikan, untuk mendorong peningkatan kesiapan digital dan memperkuat daya saing perusahaan di era industri digital.

Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang penulis lakukan di lokasi penelitian maka penulis mendapatkan fakta dilapangan bahwasanya belum terlaksananya program tahfiz qur’an menggunakan pembelajaran pojok baca Al-Qur’an di pondok pesantren kampung qur’an sehingga membuat guru bidang studi Al-Qur’an Hadis hanya dapat melangsungkan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an sesuai dengan alokasi waktu dan media pembelajaran sesuai dengan kurikulum pondok pesantren yang diterapkan di pondok pesantren. Sehingga penulis merumuskan masalah yaitu : Bagaimana penerapan Pojok baca dalam kegiatan belajar dan mengajar bidang studi Al-Qur’an Hadis siswa kelas VII Pondok Pesantren Kampung Qur’an Tanjung Pura. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan didalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi secara mendalam dan langsung dilakukan kepada narasumber. Maka, penulis menyimpulkan bahwasanya : Penerapan pojok baca Al-Qur’an sebagai strategi guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa menghafal Al-Qur’an adalah guru tidak menggunakan metode khusus melainkan menggunakan metode masing-masing yang dikuasai oleh siswa. Dalam proses pembelajaran, guru menggunakan strategi pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil rencana pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Sedangkan dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru tidak ada kesulitan saat proses belajar menghafal berlangsung, karena guru tidak menggunakan metode khusus saat siswa menghafal. Jadi guru hanya menyimak dan membenarkan siswanya saat tahsin atau hafalan Al-Qur’an pada saat menerapkan pojok baca Al-Qur’an.

This study aims to explore how English tutors at the New Concept English Education Centre course institution integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and deep learning approaches in Communicative Language Teaching (CLT)-based learning planning. Using a qualitative approach with an exploratory case study design, data was collected through in-depth interviews, document studies, and classroom observations of 20 tutors who had participated in AI training. The results show that tutors understand the strategic role of AI in designing communicative, adaptive, and personalized learning. Tutors leverage various AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, and simulation videos to develop interactive speaking-based modules. This integration has a positive impact on increasing student engagement and the technological literacy of tutors. This research makes a theoretical and practical contribution to the development of technology-based learning models in the non-formal course sector, as well as encouraging tutors to be more adaptive to digital transformation in English language education.

Maintaining firm value is a strategic problem in Indonesia's capital-intensive land transportation business, which is also extremely vulnerable to demand shocks, fuel prices, and infrastructure expenses. There is currently little data on how internal finance policies affect business value in this particular industry because most prior research has employed mixed-industry samples. This study examines how investment choices and debt policies affect the firm value of land transportation businesses listed between 2020 and 2024 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data from seven companies (35 firm-year observations) were gathered from audited financial statements using a quantitative method, and SPSS 26 was used for multiple linear regression analysis. The Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) serve as proxies for debt policy, investment decisions, and company value, respectively. The findings indicate that while investment choices do not significantly affect business value, debt policy does have a positive and significant impact. Nonetheless, investment choices and debt policies work together to significantly impact business value, accounting for 60.4% of the variance. These results demonstrate how crucial financing structure is to value creation in capital-intensive land transportation companies and suggest that management should maximize leverage use while better informing the market about long-term investment plans.

The rise of gender representation and transgender identity in digital media especially through gender-imitation content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube has influenced how Muslim adolescents interpret the boundaries between entertainment and morality. This study explores Muslim youths’ perceptions of gender-imitation and transwoman representation on social media using Husserl’s phenomenological approach. Fifteen Muslim adolescents aged 13–15 who actively follow gender-imitation accounts participated in semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed using the Colaizzi method with validation through member checking and source triangulation. The findings reveal a core tension between entertainment and moral judgment. While many adolescents perceive gender-imitation content as humorous and creative entertainment, others interpret it as a moral deviation conflicting with Islamic values. This ambivalence reflects a negotiation between digital culture and religious principles, showing that exposure to such content simultaneously entertains and challenges moral reasoning. The study underscores the need for Islamic values-based media literacy to help Muslim adolescents critically interpret gender representation without diminishing their moral and spiritual sensitivity.

MSMEs in Metro City significantly contribute to the local GDP, but a major obstacle is the low literacy in structured accounting and financial management. This weakness prevents MSMEs from calculating accurate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), which is essential for developing innovative products and determining a competitive Value Proposition. Objective: This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding and skills of Metro City MSMEs in preparing simple financial statements (based on SAK EMKM) and using this financial data as a strategic foundation for new product development and strengthening their value proposition. Methods: The method involved classical training followed by intensive one-month mentoring for 25 selected MSME actors in Metro Pusat District. The training focused on practicing transaction recording, preparing Income Statements, and cost analysis for COGS calculation. Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests. Results: There was an average participant score increase of 48% from the pre-test to the post-test regarding the understanding of SAK EMKM and COGS. After mentoring, 85% of MSMEs were able to prepare monthly Income Statements and began using cost data to identify potential product differentiation and formulate a stronger value proposition (e.g., setting more competitive prices or adding value-added features). Conclusion: The training successfully transferred accounting knowledge and integrated it with business strategy, providing a solid financial foundation for Metro City MSMEs to achieve innovative product development and a superior value proposition.ABSTRAKUMKM di Kota Metro memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap PDB lokal, namun kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya literasi akuntansi dan manajemen keuangan yang terstruktur. Kelemahan ini menghambat UMKM dalam menghitung Harga Pokok Penjualan (HPP) yang akurat, yang merupakan dasar penting untuk pengembangan produk inovatif dan penentuan Proposisi Nilai (Value Proposition) yang kompetitif. Tujuan: Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan UMKM Kota Metro dalam menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana (berbasis SAK EMKM) dan memanfaatkannya untuk inovasi produk serta penguatan value proposition. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan klasikal yang dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan intensif selama satu bulan kepada 25 pelaku UMKM terpilih di Kecamatan Metro Pusat. Pelatihan difokuskan pada praktik pencatatan transaksi, penyusunan Laporan Laba Rugi, dan analisis biaya untuk menghitung HPP. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil: Terjadi peningkatan rata-rata nilai peserta sebesar 48% dari hasil pre-test ke post-test terkait pemahaman SAK EMKM dan HPP. Setelah pendampingan, 85% UMKM mampu menyusun Laporan Laba Rugi bulanan dan mulai menggunakan data biaya untuk mengidentifikasi potensi diferensiasi produk dan merumuskan value proposition yang lebih kuat (misalnya, penentuan harga yang lebih kompetitif atau penambahan fitur bernilai tambah). Kesimpulan: Pelatihan ini berhasil mentransfer pengetahuan akuntansi dan mengintegrasikannya dengan strategi bisnis, memberikan landasan keuangan yang kokoh bagi UMKM Kota Metro untuk mencapai pengembangan produk inovatif dan value proposition yang unggul.

This study aims to systematically synthesize and evaluate empirical evidence concerning how soft skills and teaching factory (TEFA) programs jointly influence students’ work readiness across diverse educational settings. Employing a comprehensive meta-analysis design, this research integrates quantitative results from prior empirical studies to produce a more robust and generalizable estimation of the combined effect. The data used in this study were derived from 31 independent studies published between 2020 and 2025. The dataset consists of 23 studies focusing on soft skills and 8 studies on teaching factory programs. All data were analyzed using JASP version 0.19.3, employing both classic meta-analysis and random-effects models to account for heterogeneity across samples. The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between soft skills (r = 0.519) and teaching factory (r = 0.693) with work readiness (p 0.01). The results confirm that both factors strongly enhance employability and readiness to work in industrial contexts. Statistical confidence intervals and forest plots generated in JASP strengthen the empirical robustness of these conclusions. This meta-analysis makes a novel contribution by being the first to quantitatively evaluate the combined impact of soft skills and teaching factory programs on graduates’ employability in Indonesia. The evidence highlights the strategic importance of embedding these two elements into vocational and higher education curricula to strengthen graduates’ employability profiles and ensure their alignment with industry expectations.
