Abstract

Abstract: In the law, lands that do not have a certificate cannot be said to be the property of the person who owns them. This is because the land does not have a valid certificate. Even if the land is obtained from inheritance, sale, grant, will or because of the customs of the local community, because if there is no strong evidence, then the land is not fully owned by the person who owns it. As for the formulation of the first issue raised, how is the legal force of grant land that is not carried out by a notary deed reviewed from the Civil Code and the Compilation of Islamic Law? Second, how is the settlement of land grants that are not carried out by a notary deed reviewed from the Civil Code and the Compilation of Islamic Law? This type of research is a normative study using a legal, constitutional approach and case studies that focus on grant dispute land that is not carried out by a notary deed. This research is descriptive in nature which aims to present clear and systematic details of the main problem. The legal force of the deed of grant of immovable objects, namely land, lies in the function of the authentic deed itself, namely as a valid evidence according to the law (Articles 1682, 1867 and 1868 of the Civil Code), that there must be authentic deeds as a means of proof. In order to be a valid evidence, the grant deed must be made and signed by the authorized official as well as the party bound to it. Meanwhile, according to Islamic law, an agreement under hand is a valid thing, but such an agreement cannot be a strong evidence. The basic similarity, both the civil code and the compilation of Islamic law, are equally valid that distinguishes them, namely in the power of law and proof. In resolving land disputes, both according to the civil code and the compilation of Islamic law can be done in various ways. Among other things, through the courts, complaints to the land office and peacefully through mediation. First, peaceful dispute resolution through mediation. As an alternative to land dispute resolution, mediation is a priority outside the court in order to reach consensus, a short dispute resolution time, a structured, task-oriented, and active participation.

Abstract

Choking is a condition where the upper airway is blocked by food or other objects which causes breathing problems. The method used in this Community Service Activity (PKM) starts from the initial survey, problem formulation, pre test, activity implementation and post test. The results of the activity showed that there was a significant increase in the level of knowledge of parents in providing first aid for choking events in children. The results of the presentation showed that 63% experienced a good increase in knowledge and 37% experienced a moderate increase. It is hoped that this community service activity will help the community, especially parents who have school-age children who are prone to choking, can provide first aid to prevent disability or death

Abstract

Appendicitis is a condition characterized by inflammation of the appendix. While mild cases may resolve without treatment, many require surgical removal of the infected appendix through a procedure known as laparotomy. Post-appendectomy pain can significantly impact daily activities, including rest, sleep, and personal well-being. Severe pain, if not addressed promptly with non- pharmacological interventions, can lead to neurogenic shock. Methods: This study employed a descriptive case study approach to investigate the effectiveness of deep breathing relaxation techniques in managing post-appendectomy pain. Results: The study involved two respondents who underwent deep breathing relaxation exercises twice daily for 15 minutes over three days. The results showed a decline in pain intensity for both respondents. Respondent 1 experienced a reduction from moderate pain (score of 3) to mild pain (score of 2), while Respondent 2's pain intensity decreased to moderate pain (score of 3). Conclusion: The findings suggest that deep breathing exercises and relaxation techniques can be beneficial in reducing pain levels in post-appendectomy patients when practiced consistently over a period of time.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuhan guna tahu Peran Profitabilitas, Growth Opportunity, Struktur ModalTerhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Terbuka di Indonesia (Studi Kasus SektorPertambangan Tahun 2018-2021). Populasi ketika riset ini adalah Perusahaan Terbuka diWilayah Pertambangan selama periode 2018-2021. Contoh penentuan memakai metodepengujian purposive, contoh riset ini adalah 12 organisasi dalam jangka waktu yang cukuplama. Eksplorasi ini memakai pemeriksaan kuantitatif yang jelas. Prosedur penelusuraninformasi yang digunakan adalah uji Asumsi Klasik, uji Regresi Linier Berganda, uji RKoefisien Determinasi, uji F dan uji T memakai program adaptasi SPSS 23. Dari hasilestimasi, koefisien assurance (Adjusted R Squared) sebesar 0,718 menunjukkan bahwa71,8% faktor manfaat, pengalaman belajar, dan konstruksi modal dapat membuat sense offirm worth sedangkan sisanya 28,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang berbeda. Kemudianmelalui uji F faktor Profitabilitas, Growth Opportunity dan Struktur Modal secara bersamasama berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang seharusnya dapat dilihat dari nilaiFhitung > Ftabel (35,882 > 3,24). Selanjutnya dilihat dari uji T memprliatkan jikaProfitabilitas berperan drastis atas nilai perusahaan, Peluang Pertumbuhan berperan atasnilai perusahaan, dan Struktur Modal berperan atas nilai perusahaan..

Abstract

Central Sulawesi has been known as one of the disaster-prone areas, especially after the 2018 disaster which resulted in liquefaction, tsunamis and earthquakes occurring simultaneously. This large-scale natural disaster caused both physical and non-physical losses, until finally the government made every effort to ensure conditions returned to normal. The government's efforts to improve infrastructure and public facilities have been realized, including improving the economic sector and providing permanent housing for disaster survivors. However, on the other hand, post-disaster causes poverty and unemployment, especially in Palu City. Even though the open unemployment rate has currently decreased from 16,960 people (2020) to 15,302 people (2021), the number of poor people in the same year has increased to reach 28,600 people compared to 26,890 people in 2020. On this basis, the post-disaster recovery process must be carried out intensively, involving various stakeholders. The aim of this research is to find out what role stakeholders play during post-disaster recovery, especially in overcoming poverty and unemployment levels in the city of Palu. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews and documentation. Interviews were aimed at stakeholders or related agencies, including the Regional Poverty Alleviation Coordination Team (Tim Koordinasi Pengentasan Kemiskinan Daerah-TKPKD) for provinces and districts/cities throughout Central Sulawesi, P5TK for the Manpower and Transmigration Service, the Training Development Division for the Expansion of Placement and Productivity of Nakertrans Workers, as well as communities affected by the disaster. Documentation was carried out by obtaining data from journals, news and BPS reports for the city of Palu in figures for 2022. This research was carried out within one year and used quantitative descriptive methods.

Abstract

Sasirangan Liquid Waste (SLW) contains heavy metals and chemicals with BOD and COD concentrations exceeding the waste water quality standards in accordance with the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation Number P.16 of 2019. The aim of this research is to design and develop a SLW processing system using filter media and composite ceramics made from water chestnut (Eleocharis dulcis). Based on previous research, using the filtration method; filtration and adsorption; filtration, adsorption, sedimentation and ozonization. Filtration method can remove solid particles and sediment from water, so the water appears clearer. The water purification process that involves a filtration method using slow sand filter (SSF), which additional processes are needed either before or after the SSF is carried out. Meanwhile, the use of water chestnut has been carried out by several researchers due to its high active carbon content, namely 50.68%. In this research, we combine several methods including filtration, sedimentation, and ozonization. Water chestnut has a bound carbon content of 84.53% after being activated with an H2SO4 activator, where the largest porosity is found in ceramics with activated charcoal composite materials with variations of the H2SO4 activator. Apart from that, chestnut also has a cellulose content of 35.32% so it has the potential to be effective as a ceramic composite material in sasirangan liquid waste processing filters, especially as an adsorbent. The benefits obtained from the results of this research can be a scientific reference for the use of water chestnut as a filter media and composite ceramic.

Abstract

One of the problems that the Indonesian education is facing is the crisis of character. The lack of religious understanding is one of the factors that trigger the crisis of character. Therefore, strengthening religious education is one of the concrete steps to alleviate the crisis. PAUD Tahfidz al-Kautsar is one of the early childhood education institutions that provides education with a focus on strengthening the understanding and internalization of Islamic values and teachings for the prevention and mitigation of future character crisis. This institution implements Qur’an based learning. This research investigated how PAUD Tahfidz al-Kautsar is implementing Qur’anic based early childhood education. The research is a qualitative study in nature with the main informants being the head of the foundation, the director of the school, and the teachers of the school. Direct observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with informants were used to collect data.

Abstract

In 2021, it was recorded that Indonesia had a population of 272,682.50 million people, which then underwent an increase of 1.12% from the previous year to 275,773.80 million people in 2022. The rapid growth of the population will affect the food supply in Indonesia. It is known that many provinces in Indonesia still have a percentage deficit in food distribution, especially in the rice commodity, which needs to be improved to meet projected annual needs. This research tries to develop a transformation index by combining the Industry 4.0 concept model with the logistics operating in the food sector. To improve food security in Indonesia by transforming towards Industry 4.0. Research with a qualitative descriptive approach produces several factors that can influence the transformation index of food logistics companies in Indonesia towards Industry 4.0. The results of the use of technology, especially in encouraging transparent and real-time data transfer (horizontal and vertical) and decision-making in the logistics sector, are critical to pay attention to. However, organizational management, culture, and human resources are also essential things to pay attention to in transformation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP) dalam meningkatkan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di lingkup Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tujuan Peraturan Gubernur Nomor 3 Tahun 2023 tentang TPP belum sepenuhnya tercapai, meskipun prosedur pelaksanaannya telah sesuai dengan SOP. Pengawasan dan pengendalian kebijakan masih kurang optimal, dan belum semua pegawai memahami peraturan dengan baik. Peningkatan kemampuan pegawai berjalan baik, namun masih ada pegawai yang tidak melaksanakan tugas dengan benar. Efektivitas adalah ukuran yang menunjukkan sejauh mana target (kuantitas, kualitas, dan waktu) telah tercapai, dan pelaksanaan kebijakan dipandang sebagai tingkat pencapaian tujuan operatif dan operasional. Menurut Duncan dalam Richard M. Steers, ukuran efektivitas mencakup pencapaian tujuan, integrasi, dan adaptasi. Kesimpulannya, penerapan TPP di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja, disiplin, pelayanan publik, dan kesejahteraan ASN, namun masih terdapat ASN yang tidak disiplin dan pengawasan serta pengendalian kebijakan yang belum optimal. Sosialisasi informasi sudah dilakukan, namun belum semua pegawai memahami isi peraturan dengan baik. Peningkatan kemampuan pegawai berjalan baik, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan

Abstract

Abstrak Pilkada NTB tahun 2018, media yang digunakan maskot yang bernama “Si Meton”. “Si Meton” sangat penting diteliti, karena diduga ada makna yang termuat melalui kode visualnya. Akan tetapi, makna dan kode tersebut belum tentu dipahami masyarakat NTB. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang apa makna di balik kode-kode desain karakter “Si Meton”. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk menganalisis makna melalui bahasa kode dalam “Si Meton”. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif interpretatif dengan landasan teori kode Rolands Barthes. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara kepada R. Fany Printi Ardi sebagai desainer “Si Meton”, Ahmad Badrul Ula, suku Sasak sekaligus akademisi dalam  bidang seni budaya  dan Supandri, suku Mbojo sekaligus pengamat media. Teknik analisis dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang dicapai berupa makna-makna pada desain karakter “Si Meton” dilihat melalui bahasa kode proairetik dan kode budaya. Kesimpulannya, makna dilihat berdasarkan kode proairetik, terlihat tinta biru pada jari kelingking tangan kanan serta tangan kiri karakter “Si Meton”yang memasukkan kertas kedalam kotak suara sebagai makna promosi. Sedangkan dalam kode budaya terdapat pada ikon menjangan dan simbol pakaian adat pria Suku Sasak yang sebagai makna pengendali. Kata Kunci: Desain Karakter, Kode, Makna, Maskot, Pilkada NTB, Si Meton AbstractNTB elections in 2018, the media used by the mascot named Si Meton. Si Meton is very important to research because it suspected that there was a meaning that comes through the visual code. However, the interpretation and code are not necessarily intelligible by the people of NTB. The problem in this research is about what is the meaning behind the "Si Meton" character design codes. The purpose of this study, to analyze the meaning through code language in Si Meton. The method used in this research is interpretative qualitative based on Rolands Barthes code theory. Data collection techniques performed through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources collected through interviews with R. Fany Printi Ardi as Si Meton designer, Ahmad Badrul Ula, Sasak tribe as well as academics in the field of arts and culture and Supandri, Mbojo tribe as well as media observers. The analysis technique performed through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results achieved in the form of meanings on the Si Meton character design seen through the language of Proairetic codes and cultural codes. In conclusion, the mean is seen based on the Proairetic code, visible blue ink on the little finger of the right hand and left hand of Meton character who put the paper into the ballot box as a promotional meaning. Whereas in the cultural code contained in the icon and the symbol of traditional clothing on Sasak tribe men as the controller meaning.  Keywords: Character Design, Code, Mascot, Meaning, NTB Election, Si Meton
