Abstract

Indonesia berupaya mengadopsi tren negara maju menyelesaikan perkara melalui non-litigasi dengan mengintegrasikan proses mediasi dengan tahapan pengadilan, dikarenakan angka penumpukan perkara masih begitu tinggi. Namun, tingkat keberhasilan masih sangat kecil. Di era digital saat ini yang diawali dengan pandemi covid-19, perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi begitu cepat, sehingga menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi peradilan menyikapi untuk mewujudkan peradilan yang cepat, sederhana, dan berbiaya ringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tujuan mediasi dalam PERMA yang berubah-ubah. Penelitian ini merupakan studi hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisa data kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa tujuan integrasi prosedur mediasi ke dalam proses pengadilan memiliki landasan yang kuat. Namun, dalam perumusan PERMA Mediasi Elektronik masih berfokus pada aspek teknis, dan belum memperhatikan aspek sosiologis.

Abstract

In the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI)-based analytics in human resource management (HRM) has become important to improve employee welfare and productivity. However, challenges related to algorithm bias and transparency in the use of AI are still major concerns. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of AI-based HR analytics in predicting employee well-being and productivity in various organizations. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research analyzes 69 relevant peer-reviewed studies, with a focus on data collection techniques and analysis methods applied, including thematic analysis and framework analysis. QFindings show that the use of AI-based predictive models, such as Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning, can increase the accuracy of employee well-being predictions by up to 92%. Additionally, holistic data integration strengthens understanding of employee dynamics and improves strategic decisions in HRM. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of HRM theory and practice by emphasizing the importance of transparency and ethics in the application of AI. It is hoped that these findings will encourage organizations to adopt more effective and sustainable data-driven approaches.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the website of PT Semen Baturaja by employing the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. As a digital representation of the company, the website plays a significant role in disseminating information, promoting products, and strengthening the overall corporate image. In today’s digital era, providing an optimal user experience is crucial to ensure that a website can effectively fulfill user expectations and needs. The UEQ method serves as a comprehensive tool for assessing user experience through six essential dimensions: attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Data were gathered by distributing structured questionnaires to a group of users who were randomly selected from visitors to the company’s website. The analysis revealed that the website excels in efficiency, indicating that users find it quick and responsive in performing tasks. Furthermore, the site received above-average scores in attractiveness, perspicuity, stimulation, and novelty, reflecting a visually appealing layout, ease of navigation, engaging elements, and creative features that enhance user interaction. However, the dependability dimension scored below average, highlighting concerns regarding the website’s consistency, reliability, and error management. These findings suggest that while the website performs well in several areas, enhancements in system stability and functional reliability are necessary. In conclusion, this study underscores the importance of continuously evaluating and refining website performance. The insights gained are expected to provide meaningful input for PT Semen Baturaja in its efforts to improve website quality and ensure a more satisfying and dependable user experience in the future.

Abstract

Pentingnya pemahaman tentang pengelolaan keuangan anak dari usia dini menjadi motivasi kegiatan pengabdian ini agar pengelolaan keuangan yang sehat dapat terwujud di generasi emas indonesia. Anak panti asuhan mahabbatul ummi merupakan wadah bagi insan intelektual untuk peduli secara materil maupun non-materil. Transfer ilmu pengetahuan merupakan bentuk kepedulian dalam non-materil. Metode dalam kegiatan ini yaitu presentasi, diskusi, dan praktik. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa literasi keuangan pada panti asuhan mahabbatul ummi menjadi agent dalam mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan dan menjadi modal penting bagi anak-anak agar dapat menerapkan konsep manajemen keuangan yang sehat untuk generasi yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the ability of fifth grade students of UPT SD Negeri 060939, Medan Amplas District, in the 2024-2025 academic year to use vocabulary and describe the development of vocabulary teaching materials and the abilities of fifth grade students of UPT SD Negeri 060939, Medan Amplas District, in the 2024-2025 academic year. Using samples in class This study was conducted in class V of UPT SD Negeri 060939, Medan Amplas District, in the 2024-2025 academic year, with 60 students divided into 2 classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. By using the experimental class using the development of audio-visual teaching materials in the form of videos and the control class using the development of individual teaching materials in the form of textbooks. This study uses a 2 x 2 Anova research design using the general linear model data analysis technique on SPSS IBM 22, so the research results obtained are 1) there is an increase in the ability of grade V students of UPT SD Negeri 060939 Medan Amplas District in the 2024-2025 academic year to use vocabulary with a sig value 0.05 (0.00 0.05) and 2) there is an influence of the development of vocabulary teaching materials and the ability of grade V students of UPT SD Negeri 060939 Medan Amplas District in the 2024-2025 academic year with a sig value 0.05 (0.00 0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that the experimental class is better than the control class. The experimental class is more prepared and generates enthusiasm in writing narrative essays, so that events can be informed properly and correctly.

Abstract

QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) telah menjadi solusi pembayaran digital yang efisien bagi masyarakat dan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Meskipun demikian, penggunaannya juga membawa sejumlah risiko keamanan, termasuk penipuan digital, pencurian data, dan manipulasi kode QR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko tersebut melalui metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan survei terhadap pengguna QRIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran pengguna mengenai keamanan masih tergolong rendah, khususnya di kalangan UMKM dan generasi Z, yang cenderung lebih rentan terhadap kejahatan siber. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan literasi digital dan penerapan kebijakan perlindungan data untuk meminimalkan risiko dalam transaksi yang menggunakan QRIS.

Abstract

A teenager must be able to carry out his role in family development tasks. The condition of adolescents who attend SMPIT Nurul Ilmi mostly come from well-off families and tend to live with being served in terms of taking care of themselves. This condition is feared to have an impact on the thinking and behavior of adolescents who tend to be less independent, thinking that they still have parents who will help them and solve their problems. The purpose of this activity is for adolescents to understand their role in the family so that they are able to become strong, independent, responsible and have a leadership spirit. The activity was carried out on November 1, 2022 at SMPIT Nurul Ilmi Jambi. The implementation method used is the direct face-to-face method with participants to provide health education by means of face-to-face, discussion and combined with the EMO-DEMO technique. The expected contribution from participants is that all participants participate in all series of activities so that they can provide optimal activity results. The result of this activity is that students as adolescents become more understanding of their role in the family, seen from the reactions that arise after the activity adolescents write down all their wishes for the future and promise to be responsible humans, protect and love their families wholeheartedly. Interested parties such as schools, teachers and parents can continue the condition of students who begin to open themselves to be responsible for themselves, their families and the nation. Sharpen adolescents' awareness, independence, discipline and increase compassion for their families and environment.

Abstract

Reproductive health is an important aspect in the lives of individuals and communities. Factors that influence reproductive health include social, economic, cultural and environmental. School Health Efforts (UKS) are educational unit efforts to instill, grow, develop and improve healthy living skills. This activity aims to form adolescent cadres who care about reproductive health, increase adolescent knowledge about reproductive health at SMP Pertiwi 1, Jambi City. Junior High School (SMP) is a place of education whose students are teenagers, of course this needs to be equipped with knowledge and motivation related to reproductive health in order to avoid various problems related to reproduction, considering that teenagers are sometimes negligent and less concerned about their reproductive health, seen in the initial study obtained information from the student affairs teacher, this reproductive health problem has not been specifically given, for that it is necessary to form cadres who can be a bridge in providing information related to reproductive health for teenagers. The method of activity is lectures, questions and answers and discussions as well as providing questionnaires for pre-tests and post-tests. This community service was carried out from March 2024 to August 2024. The total number of participants was 10 people. The results of the pre-test and post-test with an average difference of 2-3 points, obtained an increase in knowledge of 26% and the formation of a UKS cadre team which of course will bridge the provision of information related to reproductive health. The output of this community service activity will be published in the Baiturrahim Health Service Journal.

Abstract

Abstract:  This study aims to answer such debate in that whether Imam ash-Shafi’i accepted or did not accept al-maslahah al-mursalah as dalil hukm(legal argument), or theoretically he did not accept it, but accept it practically. In relation to such issue, this study follows descriptive analysis method with the following steps; a) collecting data regarding the meaning of al-maslahah al-mursalah so that it can be used in analyzing the application of Imam ash-Shafi’i Fiqh law, b). collecting data regarding Imam ash-Shafi’i legal thought from ar-Risalah, al-Umm and Ikhtilaf al-Hadith to reconstruct his legal thought so that his frame of mind and its relation to al-maslahah al-mursalah can be seen clearly, c) describing the issue of Fiqh obtained from the books of Imam ash-Shafi’i and other books which may be determined by Imam ash-Shafi’i based on al-maslahah al-mursalah, d) analyzing the data on the legal thoughts and Fiqh issue of Imam ash-Shafi’i, and comparing this with the theory of al-maslahah al-mursalah so that it can be analyzed whether Imam ash-Shafi’i used al-maslahah al-mursalah or not, and e) drawing conclusions. The results of this study conclude that Imam ash-Shafi’i used al-maslahah al-mursalah as the basis or argument in establishing the Fiqh law. However, the al-maslahah al-mursalah is not a stand-alone argument because al-maslahah al-mursalah is included in the ijtihad pattern of Imam ash-Shafi’i which is called Qiyas.   Abstrak:  Tulisan ini akan berusaha menjawab persoalan manakah yang benar atau dianggap paling sesuai dengan kenyataan, apakah Imam ash-Shafi’i menerima atau tidak menerima al-maslahah al-mursalah sebagai dalil hukum, atau secara teoritis ia tidak menerimanya akan tetapi secara praktis ia menerimanya. Sehubungan dengan masalah yang telah dijelaskan, maka metode yang dipandang tepat untuk digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah deskriftif analisis, dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut; a) mengumpulkan informasi data tentang pengertian al-mashlahah al-mursalah secara terminologis sehingga dapat dijadikan patokan dalam menganalisa aplikasi penetapan hukum Fiqh Imam asy-Syafi’i. Informasi data dalam masalah ini diperoleh dari berbagai buku Ushul Fiqh, b). mengumpulkan informasi data tentang pemikiran hukum Imam asy-Syafi’i dari buku ar-Risalah, al-Umm dan Ikhtilaf al-Hadis untuk melakukan rekonstruksi pemikiran hukumnya sehingga dapat dilihat dengan jelas kerangka pikirnya dan kaitannya dengan al-mashlahah al-mursalah, c). mendeskripsikan masalah Fiqh yang diperoleh dari buku Imam asy-Syafi’i tersebut di atas dan buku-buku lainnya, yang kemungkinan ditetapkan oleh Imam asy-Syafi’i berdasarkan al-mashlahah al-mursalah, d). selanjutnya melakukan analisa data tentang pemikiran hukum dan masalah Fiqh Imam asy-Syafi’i tersebut, kemudian dikomparasikan dengan teori al-mashlahah al-mursalah sehingga dapat diuji apakah benar Imam asy-Syafi’i menggunakan al-mashlahah al-mursalah atau tidak, dan e). terakhir mengambil kesimpulan. Sebagai temuan dalam tulisan ini, disimpulkan bahwa benar Imam ash-Shafi’i menggunakan al-maslahah al-mursalah sebagai dasar atau dalil dalam menetapkan hukum Fiqh. Tetapi, dengan suatu catatan bahwa al-maslahah al-mursalah itu bukan merupakan dalil yang berdiri sendiri, karena al-maslahah al-mursalah tersebut inklud ke dalam pola ijtihad Imam ash-Shafi’i yang dinamakan dengan qiyas.

Abstract

Classical Islamic texts (kitab turats) serve as primary sources of Islamic law and are relied upon by Muslims around the world. Understanding the manuscripts of these classical works requires adequate foundational knowledge, such as nahwu (Arabic grammar) and sharaf (morphology). However, a purely theoretical study of nahwu and sharaf is often ineffective in uncovering the deeper meanings embedded within the texts. Specialized training in applying the rules of nahwu and sharaf is essential to ensure that the theoretical knowledge gained is not merely passive but instead becomes an active tool in bridging the gap toward comprehending the implicit meanings of kitab turats. Grasping these implicit meanings greatly aids in extracting Islamic legal principles, particularly in addressing contemporary issues.
