Abstract

This service aims to improve the ability to memorize the Alquran students at the TPQ Muhajirin Mosque using the Talaqqi method. The method that the author uses in this mentoring is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Driven Development) method, which is a method to increase the active role of all children, it is the children who play a more important role in achieving Al-Quran education where ustad and ustadzah act as motivation so that children are able to develop their potential with the same abilities. owned. The Talaqqi method that will be implemented consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of three steps, namely planning, implementation, and reflection. Data is collected using techniques, tests, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the student's ability to read the Alquran in pre-action still did not meet the minimum completeness criteria. In cycle 1, the ability to read the Alquran of students who were able to meet the criteria only 2 students (makharijul huruf), 1 student (sifatul huruf), and 2 students (ahkamul makharijul huruf), after learning was carried out in cycle 2 it increased so that those who were able to meet the criteria became 8 santri (makharijul huruf), 7 santri (sifatul huruf), and 5 santri (ahkamul huruf) santri. These results indicate that the learning outcome scores have exceeded the predetermined criteria limits. The response from the application of this method among students was enthusiastic and the students' interest in studying and memorizing according to the rules of recitation increased.

Abstract

Religious festivals have always been an interesting thing in Indonesian society. Not only does it attract attention, but it also has many benefits for society, especially the younger generation. For example, religious festivals such as MTQ bring the younger generation closer to the Koran. This research aims to see how effective MTQ is in attracting students' interest in getting closer to the Koran as well as re-functioning the surau as an education center. This service method is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which is an approach whose process aims at learning which begins with planning, taking action or action, and evaluating the results of the action. The results of this research prove that this assistance is going well, this is indicated by the smoothness of the author's activities from the beginning to the end of the activity, and then there is an increase in the students' ability to read the Koran with recitations. Not only that, this activity was also successful in attracting students' motivation to study, where students were seen to be very enthusiastic and happy during the implementation. Furthermore, MTQ's aim to attract the interest of the younger generation in surau activities has shown positive results. This was obtained from the statement of the santri guardian who stated that little by little the children had started to be active at the surau again.

Abstract

Pendampingan ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik bisa membaca al-Quran dengan fasih dan benar. Pengabdian ini membahas pendampingan TPQ di SMPN 42 Padang. Pendampingan ini dilakukan dengan enam kegiatan utama: pertemuan dengan kepala sekolah, desain panduan, sosialisasi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pendampingan ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi yang baik dengan kepala sekolah dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Sosialisasi perlu diberikan kepada peserta didik juga meningkatkan partisipasi mereka dalam kegiatan TPQ. Pelaksanaan pendampingan TPQ ini berjalan lancar dengan pembagian peserta didik ke dalam kelompok berdasarkan kemampuan. Evaluasi hasil pembelajaran memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang pencapaian peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode akselerasi. Pendampingan ini menyoroti pentingnya evaluasi mendalam terhadap keberhasilan dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan TPQ. Hasil yang diberikan dianggap sudah bagus menjadikan kemampuan peserta didik didalam membaca al-Quran menjadi fasih dan benar. Pendampingan ini berkontribusi penting dalam memahami praktik pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah menengah.

Abstract

The biggest challenge for education in Indonesia today is the moral degradation that occurs among students. To anticipate this, character education is advanced as one of the right alternative solutions. In addition, learning akidah akhlak is also a subject that has a close relationship with character education and moral improvement of students. The purpose of this study is to describe the learning of moral creed as appreciative character education at MTsN 5 Padang City. This type of research is based on field research, namely research conducted by going directly to the field, namely at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 5 Kota Padang with a qualitative descriptive approach. The result of this research is that the character of respect has an important value for students and also for the teacher himself. Besides making the class more active, students' confidence becomes more confident in expressing their opinions. In the independent curriculum, the application of respect character values is easier to do with the implementation of problem-based and project-based learning models. With group work, students can directly apply the character of respect apart from getting the theory given by the teacher. Not to forget, the teacher must also conduct an evaluation on the emotional realm so that the application of the character of respect is more embedded in the chest of participants in the curriculum.

Abstract

Pendampingan ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk untuk memudahkan siswa dalam menghafal alqurang. pendampingan ini dilatarbelakangi karena masih banyak kekurangan peserta didik dalam melafalkan ayat Al-Qur’an yang tidak sesuai dengan kaidah tajwid yang benar. pendmpingan ini untuk membantu peserta didik dalam menghafal ayat Al-Qur’an dalam program ekstrakurikuler Tahfidz terutama juz 30. Metode yang digunakan dalam pendampingan ini strategi Participatory Action Research (PAR). Metode pelaksanaan pendampingan ini adalah Metode Jibril. Metode Jibril merupakan metode yang tepat dari sekian banyak metode menghafal Al-Qur’an. Metode jibril adalah talqin-taqlid (menirukan), siswa menirukan bacaan gurunya dimana posisi guru sebagai sumber belajar, dilaksanakan dengan guru memulai membaca sepotong ayat kemudian dilanjutkan dengan siswa mengulang kembali bacaan yang dibaca oleh guru terlebih dahulu. Hasil dari pendampingan dengan menggunakan metode jibril ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam menghapal Al-Qur’an. (2) Meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik dalam dalam mengingat hafalannya. (3) Meningkatkan semangat peserta didik dalam mengulangi hafalannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kegiatan Bina Keluarga Remaja dalam Membina Remaja di Kampung KB Pesona Indah Bukit Gado-Gado Kecamatan Padang Selatan. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian Lurah Kelurahan Bukit Gado-Gado, Kelompok Bina Keluarga Remaja, Orang tua yang mempunyai Remaja dan Remaja. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa Peran Kelompok BKR dalam membina remaja dilakukan melalui 3(Tiga) tahapan peran yaitu penyuluhan, pembinaan, dan bimbingan kepada orangtua remaja yang kemudian dilanjutkan kepada remaja. Abstract

The assistance provided to PKK mothers aims to introduce hydroponic plants to PKK mothers, increase the mothers' insight into hydroponic plants and build a sense of concern for plastic bottle waste. The methods used are the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method and the lecture method for delivering material directly. This assistance has resulted in increasing the enthusiasm of housewives to implement the knowledge gained and building a sense of concern for plastic waste. The material in this assistance is collaboration with hydroponic plant owners in the field to obtain detailed and accurate information.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the integration of religious moderation in Arabic language learning at a state Islamic university. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data was gathered through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The study emphasizes a tourism-based approach that incorporates local wisdom and pluralism into the Kalam course, aimed at enhancing students' Arabic communication skills. The findings indicate that embedding religious moderation within the Arabic curriculum promotes tolerance, inclusivity, and a moderate outlook among students, which, in turn, contributes to social and religious harmony in Indonesia. Additionally, the research highlights the importance of local cultural contexts in shaping student behavior. The study suggests further exploration of internal and external factors that influence the implementation of religious moderation in Arabic education at a state Islamic university. It also recommends adopting a mixed-method approach in future research to gain a deeper understanding of these dynamics and enhance the effectiveness of religious moderation efforts.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to familiarise children in reading and improve children's ability to understand the Qur'an. In this service, the children of TPA Nurul Falah are taught first to read verse by verse in the Qur'an then at the end there will be a test of how well the children understand what they have learned. The existence of literacy assistance in reading the Qur'an for TPA children is carried out to overcome this, researchers have provided literacy assistance in reading the Qur'an for early childhood at the al-falah mosque. In this literacy assistance, researchers make efforts, namely by providing a creative reading corner where researchers and other friends provide reading books and iqro' books that researchers get from donations from many parties through various media to then be used as learning materials for children around the al-falah Tabing mosque. In each meeting, mentors will guide children to learn to read the Qur'an and discuss homework given by teachers at school. This research uses the counselling method and continues with the consultation method between mentors and related children if further problems or difficulties are found. Abstract

This training aims to facilitate and improve the tahsinul Al-Qur'an through the takrir or repetition method at MDA Patriot Pancasila. This tacit or repetition method will make it easier for students at MDA Patriot Pancasila to read and pronounce the letters or verses that they have listened to via audio or from the teacher concerned. This training method was carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. In this training, the stages carried out in the takrir method to improve the tahsinul Al-Qur'an are, first by playing audio about the hijaiyah letters and how to pronounce them in accordance with the makharijul letters. After the audio is played, students take turns repeating the correct pronunciation of the hijaiyah letters according to the makhorijul letters. So that students who cannot pronounce the hijaiyah letters correctly according to the makharijul letters will find it easier to understand and remember the pronunciation of reading the hijaiyah letters together, both students are asked to repeat the reading of the hijaiyah letters which have been played alternately. The result of this training is that, with the training carried out, students at MDA Patriot Pancasila are more enthusiastic about repeating, improving and learning about the correct hijaiyah letters and in accordance with the makharijul letters. For the implementation of this training, cooperation between fellow teachers is expected to further improve students' abilities in reciting the Al-Qur'an using the takrir method. In this training, it is hoped that teachers can apply the tahsin of the Al-Qur'an using this takrir method, because it can make it easier for students to understand and remember the tahsin of the Al-Qur'an
