Abstract

The protection and use of cultural heritage as part of building national character is actually not something new in Indonesia. In order to preserve cultural heritage, Law Number 11 of 2010 concerning Cultural Heritage was issued. However, a number of problems related to cultural heritage still continue to occur in various regions in Indonesia. This research is qualitative research with a normative approach. Data was obtained from primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials which were then analyzed interpretively. The results of this research conclude that first, legal protection in the protection and use of cultural heritage is very important because it is the basis for regulations regarding the management of cultural heritage and related aspects. Arrangements for problems that arise and resolution of disputes related to cultural heritage are regulated in Law Number 10 of 2010 concerning Cultural Heritage. Preventive legal protection provides an opportunity to raise objections while repressive legal protection aims to resolve disputes and is used to resolve disputes. Second, the protection and use of cultural heritage in Metro City has been going well and is in line with the spirit of Law Number 10 of 2010 concerning Cultural Heritage. Aspects of public participation have appeared in the implementation and benefit-taking processes. This grows in line with the commitment and role of the government which has a direct impact on increasing awareness and participation of stakeholders in the protection and use of cultural heritage. This is demonstrated by the presence of the Cultural Heritage Expert Team, Regional Regulations and Mayor's Regulations related to Cultural Heritage, including local curriculum related to history and Cultural Heritage in the Elementary and Middle School curriculum as well as providing compensation for reduced Land and Building Tax (PBB) to cultural heritage owners.

Abstract

Sunan Kalijaga played an important role in the development of Islam, especially in Java. The name Lokajaya is attached to Sunan Kalijaga when preaching choosing to use culture and art. Wayang art is one of the things used in preaching so Sunan Kalijaga is known as a puppeteer of wayang purwa. Epistemology in Islam uses empiricism and rationalism as the foundation of true epistemology, but in Islamic epistemology it also uses God's word and intuition as a source of knowledge. Oneof the Muslim thinkers Muhammad 'Abid Al-Jabiri divided thepistimology in Islam into three methods, namely the bayani, burhani, and irfani methods. This research is using research with qualitative descriptive methods, the purpose of this method is to provide a general explanation of Sunan Kalijaga's cultural da'wah. This article uses a Library Research approach or literature research which is a study that examines various reference materials and findings related to previous research and serves to build a theoretical foundation for the problem being investigated (Sarwono: 2006). Data collection techniques use documentation procedures. Data analysis is carried out by comparing different pieces of documentation literature with different data from research findings related to the topic of research publication. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Constitutional Court decisions in Indonesia, particularly focusing on the gap between the legal force of such decisions and their actual enforcement. Despite the Constitutional Court's decisions being final and binding, many are not implemented in accordance with the principle of erga omnes, leading to legal uncertainty and hindering the achievement of justice. This research employs a normative juridical approach, utilizing the theory of the state of law, the constitution, and legal certainty as analytical tools. The study's findings indicate that while Constitutional Court decisions have permanent legal force and should be binding on all parties, inconsistent implementation by institutions such as the House of Representatives and the President remains a significant issue. The primary cause of non-compliance is often the lack of adequate legislative responses or the absence of clear implementing regulations. Furthermore, the study highlights that an ideal implementation of Constitutional Court decisions would require stronger monitoring mechanisms and sanctions to ensure compliance. In conclusion, this study recommends revising relevant laws and regulations and establishing more detailed implementation procedures to support the effective execution of Constitutional Court decisions, ensuring legal certainty, justice, and public trust in the legal system.

Abstract

The story of Sulaiman inheriting the kingdom of Daud was presented in a distinctive language style. In addition to having unique preferences and deviations in pronunciation, it also contained the relevance of the story to the monotheistic da'wah of Muhammad. This study intended to analyze the secrets of the existing figurative language as well as the semiotic meaning of the story and its relevance to the prophet's monotheism mission. This research used qualitative research and descriptive research methods. The research data comes from the qaşaş verse which is the source of the material for this research. Data was collected by using the note-taking technique. The translational equivalent technique carried out the data analysis technique. The results of this study from the stylistic aspect found that the selection of letters, the selection of pronunciation, the selection of sentences, accentuation of the dialogue in the story verse. This research contributed to the development of literary studies that combine stylistic analysis and narratology in one study of the story of Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah upaya mengembangkan potensi-potensi manusiawi peserta didik baik potensi fisik potensi cipta, rasa, maupun karsanya, agar potensi itu menjadi nyata dan dapat berfungsi dalam perjalanan hidupnya sebagai individu dan masyarakat. Dasar pendidikan adalah cita-cita kemanusiaan universal. Pendidikan bertujuan menyiapkan pribadi dalam keseimbangan, kesatuan. organis, harmonis, dinamis. guna mencapai tujuan hidup kemanusiaan. Oleh sebab itu, perguruan tinggi berupaya mewujudkan bibit-bibit penerus bangsa berkualitas secara nyata dengan melaksanakan berbagai upaya strategis bagi mahasiswanya. Seluruh upaya yang digariskan oleh sebuah perguruan tinggi seyogianya tidak terlepas dari visi dan misi perguruan tinggi sebagaimana yang lebih dikenal dengan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Tri Dharma Perguruan tinggi merupakan jargon yang semestinya didengungkan dengan tiga aspek sebagai acuannya, yakni Pendidikan dan Pengajaran, Penelitian dan Pengembangan, dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat.

Abstract

Along with the advancement of modern times and technology, the metal sector plays a critical role in sustaining present growth. The industry's increased competitiveness has hampered the development of numerous small-scale metal casting industries. A crucible made of local graphite can only be used not more than ten melting cycles. This research aims to examine the influence of firing temperature on the density, porosity, impact strength, and macrostructure of graphite, kaolin and castable cement crucible materials. This research applies experiment method at various firing temperature, i.e. 850 °C, 900 °C, 950 °C, 1000 °C and 1050 °C. The crucible materials are made of graphite, kaolin, and castable cement. The firing process employs a heating rate of 5 °C/min and a holding time 2 hours. The results show that firing temperature influences the density, porosity, impact strength and macrostructure of crucible. The highest density at 1.86 grams/cm3 was obtained at the firing temperature of 1050 °C. The lowest porosity value of 41% was attained at firing temperature of 1050 °C. However, this value was still below the crucible index criterion. The highest impact strength of 0.003249 Joule/mm2 occurred for firing temperature of 1050 °C.

Abstract

The study recognized and identified that MSMEs in the village faced challenges due to limited knowledge about technological developments and business licensing, resulting in a lack of Business Identification Number (BIN) among business owners. This program aims to educate Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) about the importance of having a BIN and to help and assist them in obtaining this essential legal credential. Participants were guided through the steps of registering and inputting their personal data to receive a BIN. Which consisted of observation, socialization sessions, and practical assistance in obtaining BINs, also conducting a participant satisfaction rete index survey. Through this program, it is helped MSMEs overcome legal obstacles to access government programs and funding, and improve their business networks or markets. Which will result a better understanding of BINs importance, which enhanced their knowledge and professionalism in running their businesses. The participant satisfaction data from the socialization indicates an average score of 4.3, concluding that participants are satisfied with the implemented program.

Abstract

The economic growth of Indonesia was triggered by commodity export sectors such as oil, gas, and agricultural products at the dawn of independence. However, changes in economic policies in the 1960s propelled the development of the manufacturing and heavy industry sectors. Several main factors supporting Indonesia's economic growth include structural reform policies, investment in infrastructure, and the advancement of the information technology sector. However, challenges such as economic disparities between regions, global uncertainty, and environmental issues also influence the course of economic growth. The impact of significant economic growth is evident in increased per capita income, decreased poverty rates, and improved access to education and healthcare services. Nevertheless, economic growth also brings negative impacts such as economic inequality that requires serious attention. In facing the future, Indonesia needs to maintain a balance between sustainable economic growth and environmental protection. Policies that support economic diversification, investment in human resources, and the development of innovative sectors will be the key to addressing global challenges and ensuring inclusive and sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim is to examine and analyze how state government administrative agencies or officials carry out actions that are in accordance or not in accordance with the Ermessen freies legal conception itself which is known in scientific literature, especially state administrative law. In this case, the term "vrij inititiet" is used by Logeman in his book Eet Staaterecht van Indonesie, while Donner has the term "Vrijheid vanhet bestuur". The object of discussion in literature and practice is the application of discretionary policies or the use of Ermessen freies in order to achieve general welfare. The results of this research found that the meaning of freis Ermessen is the same or in accordance with practice through field research or cases that have occurred and to what extent the regulations that require Ermessen are in accordance with the facts implemented in practice.

Abstract

This study assesses customer satisfaction with the Embarkation Services for Hajj Pilgrims in Gorontalo. A mixed-methods approach was used, involving a survey of 50 pilgrims via a social media-distributed questionnaire. The survey, based on a Likert scale, covered eight main aspects and 24 sub-aspects. The research results showed a satisfaction index of 8,11, indicating a good level of satisfaction. Organisers should heed pilgrims' feedback to improve service quality and provide staff training. Regular service quality evaluations and enhancements to pilgrims' comfort are recommended to significantly advance the Hajj embarkation services in Gorontalo.
