Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation of character education in Arabic language learning at MIM Al-Qomariyah Klego. Character education focuses on strengthening moral and ethical values relevant to daily life. In the context of religious education, character development is an integral part of learning, including Arabic language instruction, which teaches Islamic values. This qualitative case study employs observation, interviews, and documentation to explore character education implementation. The results show that character education integration, active-participatory learning methods, and supportive media characterize Arabic language learning at MIM Al-Qomariyah Klego. Supporting factors include teacher commitment and conducive classroom management, while challenges include limited resources and time constraints. This study informs strategies to enhance character education quality in madrasahs.

Abstract

The amount of research done by researchers would make finding information a piece of cake, for the last 10 years (2013-2024) research about debt covenants were considered adequate for management to help fix the company’s accounting management problems. But there’s still quite a lot of things circling the debt covenant that were still untouched that could fix and could also worsen the company’s situation. This study tried to dig deep into the connections that occurred based on the previous research by using two steps which was the use of Publish or perish software to find publications data and the use of VOSviewer software to cluster and visualize those publications data. The results of this research were items of research like firm value on a yellow cluster didn’t have any connection on a blue cluster’s items of research but has connections with the red cluster which was debt covenant violation and the items of research debt contract on a green cluster. The other result was there were items of research like firm value and audit quality that were studied rarely also their average of publication years were quite new. These things could support those items of research to become the new indicators for future research on debt covenant.

Abstract

One of the strategies to survive in business competition is to control operational costs. The activity-based management method emerged as an appropriate activity management approach in making decisions related to cost reduction. With the various types of services provided, RS X Pamekasan Regency needs to make cost efficiency through reducing non-value-added activities. This study aims to analyse cost efficiency using the activity-based management method to obtain accurate cost information, so as to identify and reduce inefficient activities, and provide recommendations for cost efficiency policies. The methodology used is qualitative with a case study approach, using data collection techniques through documentation, interviews, and observations. Analysis of cost efficiency calculations using activity-based management. The research findings revealed that the implementation of activity-based management successfully identified activities that need to be maintained because they provide added value, as well as activities that do not add value. However, RS X Pamekasan Regency has not been able to implement activity based management optimally due to the limited resources it has.

Abstract

Tax crimes must indeed be tightened, the number of criminal violations makes state revenue much reduced. So that this has a very detrimental impact on state finances, so it is necessary to have firmness on these criminal acts that must be handled properly so as not to harm the community and the state. The issues discussed in this thesis are How is the basis for the judge's consideration in deciding tax crime cases in decision Number 292 / Pid.Sus / 2020 / Pn Jkt.Sel. As well as how the Judge applies the principle correctly in deciding crimes in tax crime cases decision Number 292 / Pid.Sus / 2020 / Pn Jkt.Sel. The research method used is normative juridical research using literature data from various literature, books, journals, laws and regulations, etc. Data analysis is carried out in a qualitative normative way. The results showed that the application of criminal law in decision number 292/Pid.Sus/2020/Pn Jkt.Sel had fulfilled the material law in the provisions of Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. Also, the Judge's consideration in applying crime in taxation considers several elements, as follows; (1) Everyone; (2) Representatives, attorneys, employees of Taxpayers, or other parties who order to do (3) Intentionally misuse or use without rights the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) or Taxable Entrepreneur Confirmation that can cause state losses; (4) Several acts, though each an offence or offence, are related in such a way that it must be regarded as one continuing act.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Spindle Speed, Feed Rate dan Depth of Cut terhadap akurasi hasil permesinan pada mesin CNC Router 3 sumbu. Proses permesinan pada mesin CNC Router 3 sumbu yang dilakukan menggunakan material kayu Tembesu dengan variasi parameter  spindle speed 530, 663, dan 795 (RPM ), Feed Rate 50, 55, dan 60 (mm/mnt), dan Depth Of Cut 1, 2, dan 3 (mm),  dengan desain benda kerja pada Sumbu X 30 mm, Sumbu Y 30 mm, dan Sumbu Z 6 mm. Hasil dari proses permesinan pada mesin CNC Router 3 sumbu setelah dilakukan pengukuran pada benda kerja di setiap sumbu, data tersebut diproses dengan menggunakan program SPSS 22 dihasilkan keakurasian benda kerja hasil proses permesinan pada mesin CNC Router parameter Spindle speed, Feed Rate dan Depth Of Cut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh sebesar; 91,8 % pada sumbu X, 74.3% pada sumbu Y, dan 5.5 % pada umbu Z. dan 8.2% pada sumbu X, 25.4% pada sumbu Y, 94.5% pada umbu Z, keakurasian dipengaruhi oleh tidak rantaya permukaan atau penempatan benda kerja pada meja mesin, serat benda kerja (kayu tembesu) yang tidak sama. Akurasi terbaik didapat pada spindle speed 530  (RPM ), Feed Rate 50 (mm/mnt), dan Depth Of Cut 2 (mm),  dengan ukuran benda kerja yang dihasilkan pada Sumbu X 29.99 mm, Sumbu Y 30.01 mm, dan Sumbu Z 6.01 mm.

Abstract

Excess inventory results in losses for the industry due to capital being held back, increased storage costs, incurring costs for taxes and inventory insurance, the risk of falling prices and quality, and the potential for damage and theft. Inventory shortages can also cause losses because they can disrupt the production process. This research identified and analyzed 20 journals related to the implementation and impact of just-in-time implementation. Implementing just in time can reduce inventory costs, increase time efficiency and production costs so that producers can focus more on quality, and increase company profits. The implementation of just-in-time is accompanied by an increase in other higher costs, this could be due to constraints in the supply chain, and the risk of erratic demand.

Abstract

This research investigates the tourism communication strategies used to promote Sumenep’s cultural heritage, focusing on the roles and engagement of key stakeholders such as local government, tourism operators, community leaders, and cultural institutions. The study, using a qualitative approach and thematic analysis via NVIVO software, examines how communication is structured and coordinated among these groups to enhance tourism. The findings highlight that successful tourism communication relies on strong collaboration between local authorities and community leaders, with cultural events and heritage preservation playing a central role. The research concludes by recommending improved communication strategies through stakeholder alignment and the inclusion of local cultural narratives for better tourism development in the region.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the best depth of the development of seaweed seeds produced by tissue culture. The trial was carried out for VI weeks using the same initial weight of seeds which was 75 grams on 3 levels of different water depths: 10 cm, 30 and 50 cm. Parameters observed included plant development, and survival rate. The results of observations of plant development at a depth of 10 cm from the first week to the week to VI the initial weight of 75 g, 115.80 g, 157.40 g, 216.00 g, 303.00 g, 341.00 g and 375.00 g. 30 cm depth initial weight 75 gr, 118,60 gr, 139,80 gr, 199,00 gr, 254 gr 293 gr and 304 gr. 50 cm depth: initial weight 75 gr, 96,6 gr, 122,4 gr, 159 gr, 207 gr, 250 gr and 260,8 gr. Survival rate (SR) at a depth of 10 cm from the first week to the fourth week was 100% and at the fifth and sixth weeks 98% respectively. SR at a depth of 30 cm from the first week to the fourth 100% and the fifth and sixth weeks 96%. And SR at a depth of 50 cm from the first week to the fourth week 100% and at the fifth week 94% and 92%. Based on the results of calculations, the development of plants at a depth of 10 to 30 cm, is relatively the same and gives better results than at a depth of 50 cm. This means that in conducting production activities can be planted at a depth of between 10 to 30 cm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Impact of Just In Time on Inventory Management Case Study in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry by determining the key factors that are fundamental to just in time practices. This research was conducted in two automotive manufacturers serving the sector hereinafter referred to as Company A and Company B, as these companies cannot be named, for this reason, the identity of these companies cannot be revealed. The approach used here is a mixed approach of quantitative research and qualitative methodology. From the study it can be concluded that organizations can have lower performance or efficiency in managing or controlling inventory, when not implementing JIT or Just-Time practices. In addition, we can also see how JIT affects inventory management practices in organizations in a positive way. This further leads to a positive perception of business performance from both employees and management of the organization. The results for Company A show better performance with cost effective performance through the implementation of the JIT system, with employees being more aware of the inventory management practices in place and the changes and benefits being transmitted to the system

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Research and Development (R&D) spending on financial sustainability with marketing performance, gross margin and technological performance as moderation. The research analysis technique uses SmartPLS 4, with a population of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2018-2022 period with a total sample of 135 from 27 companies for 5 years of observation. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The results of hypothesis testing show that Research and Development (R&D) spending has no significant effect on financial sustainaianability, Marketing performance cannot mediate Research and Development (R&D) spending on financial sustainability, Gross margin can mediate Research and Development (R&D) spending on financial sustainaianability, technological performance cannot mediate Research and Development (R&D) spending on financial sustainability. This study found that Research and Development (R&D) activities have been able to increase the company's effectiveness in generating revenue from products and services, so as to increase demand for goods which has an impact on company performance so that financial sustainability can be achieved.
