The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a relationship between Tashrif Mastery and Reading Text Understanding in Class X Students of Ma'had Uluwwul Himmah Marendal? This study aims to see and find out the relationship between Tashrif Mastery and Reading Text Understanding in Class X Students of Ma'had Uluwwul Himmah Marendal. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a correlation method using statistical data analysis with the Spearman Brown formula to find research results. The results obtained are a relationship between Tashrif Mastery and Reading Text Understanding in Class X Students of Ma'had Uluwwul Himmah Marendal with a correlation value of 0.636 and shows a unidirectional relationship. So the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. And the conclusion is that there is a relationship between variable x and variable y.

The amount of research done by researchers would make finding information a piece of cake, for the last 10 years (2013-2024) research about debt covenants were considered adequate for management to help fix the company’s accounting management problems. But there’s still quite a lot of things circling the debt covenant that were still untouched that could fix and could also worsen the company’s situation. This study tried to dig deep into the connections that occurred based on the previous research by using two steps which was the use of Publish or perish software to find publications data and the use of VOSviewer software to cluster and visualize those publications data. The results of this research were items of research like firm value on a yellow cluster didn’t have any connection on a blue cluster’s items of research but has connections with the red cluster which was debt covenant violation and the items of research debt contract on a green cluster. The other result was there were items of research like firm value and audit quality that were studied rarely also their average of publication years were quite new. These things could support those items of research to become the new indicators for future research on debt covenant.

This research aimed to probe into the implementation of Daurah Mukatssafah program. As in introductory lens, the mastery of Arabic language competence is the primary basis for students taking study programs at tertiary institutions with Arabic as the language of instruction, both in Arab countries and abroad. Meanwhile, not all students have sufficient basic Arabic skills as an initial state to understand the materials presented in the classroom. As a solution, several tertiary institutions provide language preparation programs for students, but these must be completed within 1 to 2 years. The intensive learning model carried out for three months at the As-Sunnah Islamic College as a pilot program is thought to be able to replace the language preparation program with equally effective results. This research used a qualitative naturalistic approach where the research was carried out naturally following the program implemented in the field without manipulating the existing variables. Furthermore, the data were described and compared objectively with data from existing language preparation programs. Daurah Mukatssafah was carried out in two main activities. First, learning the Arabic book Baina Yadaik starting from volume 1 to 6, intensively in classes guided by several lecturers in each class. Second, language mastery used a language immersion model outside the classroom. The results found a significant increase in students' Arabic proficiency, equivalent to 1-year learning outcomes in the Language Preparation Class.

This study analyzes the impact of demand forecasting on inventory management efficiency, focusing on the implementation of the ARIMA method in the context of a manufacturing company in Indonesia. Using a quantitative case study approach, the research explores the relationship between forecasting accuracy and key inventory performance metrics. Results indicate that improved forecasting accuracy significantly enhances inventory efficiency, with the ARIMA method outperforming traditional methods. The implementation of ARIMA resulted in a 36.8% increase in Inventory Turnover Ratio and a 53.3% decrease in stockout rate. Time series analysis revealed a long-term improvement trend in inventory efficiency with significant seasonal components. This research provides valuable insights for practitioners and academics on the critical role of demand forecasting in optimizing inventory management and the potential of the ARIMA method in improving companies' operational efficiency.

In making decisions to accept or reject special orders in MSMEs, business owners often face cost considerations. Therefore, the application of differential cost analysis is needed as part of decision making. The right decision will impact profit improvement. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of differential cost analysis in decision making for MSMEs related to special orders. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through direct interviews with business owners and documentation. Case studies were conducted on 2 MSMEs. The results show that differential cost analysis can help business owners accurately calculate the profit from accepting special orders.

This study investigates the impact of Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) practices on green creativity, mediated by person-organization fit among employees in the adhesive industry in Surabaya, Indonesia. Data were collected from 130 employees of PT X using a structured questionnaire. The results indicate that Green HRM practices positively influence person-organization fit, which in turn significantly enhances green creativity. Although Green HRM practices do not have a direct effect on green creativity, they foster an environment that supports innovative thinking by aligning employee values with organizational goals. These findings suggest that organizations can enhance green innovation by implementing comprehensive Green HRM practices that strengthen person-organization fit. This research contributes to the understanding of how Green HRM can be leveraged to promote sustainability and creativity within the manufacturing sector.

This study examines a company involved in the processing and distribution of clean water for the public in Surabaya. Globalization and climate change are increasingly interconnected, impacting corporate sustainability. Companies must adapt to market demands while maintaining environmental responsibility. This research aims to analyze the relationship between green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance assessment, green reward and compensation, and corporate sustainability. The study employs SmartPLS for outer and inner model test analysis. The findings indicate that green recruitment and selection significantly affect green innovation but not corporate sustainability. Green training and development significantly influence green innovation but do not directly impact corporate sustainability. Green performance assessment also has a significant effect on green innovation but not on corporate sustainability. Meanwhile, green reward and compensation do not significantly affect green innovation but have a significant impact on corporate sustainability. Green innovation contributes to corporate sustainability. Furthermore, green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance assessment, and green reward and compensation significantly influence green innovation through corporate sustainability as an intervening variable. However, corporate social responsibility does not significantly moderate the relationship between green innovation and corporate sustainability. These findings highlight the need for companies to integrate green human resource practices to enhance innovation and long-term sustainability.

This research has a topic of application regarding the operational budget by analyzing the operational budget and knowing how the budget as an instrument of control. The method in this study was an interview with sources at the Mulyorejo Tax Service Office in Surabaya. Processing of operational budget data using budget variance analysis. The results obtained are that the budget is so that all employees can carry out activities or activities in accordance with the work program that has been set. The results of the variance analysis of the operational budget with its realization are using favorable (profitable). These results show that the office has made rare efficiency in terms of operations.

Purpose: This study aims to analyze public sentiment towards the Indonesian Electoral Commission (KPU) performance and evaluate a modified Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model effectiveness in sentiment analysis. Methods: This research employs several methods to achieve its objectives. First, data collection was conducted using web crawling techniques to gather public opinions on the performance of the Indonesian Electoral Commission for the 2024 elections, with a specific focus on platform X. A total of 5,782 data points were collected and underwent preprocessing before sentiment analysis was performed. This study uses the CNN method due to its exceptional ability to recognize patterns and features in text data through its convolutional layers. CNN is highly effective in sentiment analysis tasks because of its ability to capture local context and spatial features from text data, which is crucial for understanding the nuances of sentiment in comments. The modified CNN model was then trained and evaluated using a labeled dataset, where each comment was classified into positive, negative, or neutral sentiment categories. Modifying the CNN model involved adjusting its architecture and parameters, as well as adding layers such as batch normalization and dropout to optimize its performance. The effectiveness of the modified CNN model was assessed based on metrics such as classification accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. Through this methodological approach, the research aims to gain insights into public sentiment towards the KPU performance in the 2024 elections and to evaluate the effectiveness of the modified CNN model in sentiment analysis. Result: The research revealed several significant findings. Firstly, most comments expressed concerns regarding performance aspects of KPU’s, including transparency, fairness, and integrity. Neutral sentiment dominated the discourse, with approximately 23.66% of comments conveying dissatisfaction or skepticism towards KPU's handling of the elections. Additionally, sentiments expressed on social media platform X mirrored those found across other platforms, indicating a consistent perception of KPU performance among users. Furthermore, the evaluation of the modified CNN model demonstrated a substantial improvement in accuracy, achieving an impressive 93% accuracy rate compared to the pre-modification model's accuracy of 77%. These results suggest that the modifications made to the CNN model effectively enhanced its performance in sentiment analysis tasks related to KPU performance during the 2024 elections. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of public sentiment toward KPU performance and underscore the importance of leveraging advanced technology, such as modified CNN models, for sentiment analysis. Novelty: This study contributes novelty in several ways. Firstly, it provides insights into public sentiment towards the performance of the KPU during the 2024 General Elections, which is crucial for understanding the perception of democracy in Indonesia. Second, the study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining web crawling techniques for data collection and a modified CNN model for sentiment analysis, which offers a comprehensive and advanced methodology for analyzing sentiments on social media platforms. Thirdly, the evaluation of the modified CNN model demonstrates a significant improvement in accuracy, indicating the approach's efficacy in analyzing sentiments related to KPU performance. This study offers valuable contributions to academic research and practical applications in sentiment analysis, particularly in democratic processes and institutional performance evaluation.

Persaingan antar hotel dan alasan meningkatkan persaingan pasar global menyebabkan manajer perhotelan menaruh fokus untuk menyentuh emosi dan intensi perilaku tamu. Guestroom hotel adalah area di mana para tamu umumnya menghabiskan sebagian besar masa tinggal mereka sehingga dekorasi dan desainnya memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap emosi dan kenyamanan tamu selama menginap. Hubungan manusia dengan ruang tercapai dengan baik jika suasana ruang yang dihadirkan memberi pengalaman ruang yang memenuhi harapan atau motivasi penggunanya. Penggunaan virtual reality (VR) yang imersif untuk menguji pengalaman spasial, memberikan dasar untuk penelitian masa depan karena dapat diedit untuk memanipulasi rangsangan. Eksperimen penelitian dilakukan kepada 20 responden menggunakan media VR dan wawancara semi terstruktur terhadap suasana ruang rekonstruksi 3D guestroom salah satu hotel Kota Jakarta yang dipilih berdasarkan hasil survei kuesioner yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya dan perbandingan rating melalui situs traveling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa emosi dan minat perilaku pengguna terhadap suasana ruang Guestroom Hotel Mercure Gatot Subroto menunjukan kecenderungan emosi positif (2,33) dan minat perilaku pendekatan (2,85). Suasana ruang guestroom hotel berpengaruh signifikan pada emosi dan minat perilaku pengguna. Pengguna hotel cenderung memiliki preferensi beragam pada guestroom hotel, tetapi umumnya pengguna dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan kondisi yang ada selama gangguan yang hadir tidak berdampak signifikan pada tingkat kenyaman pengguna. Selain itu, VR sebagai media interaksi responden dianggap efektif dan menguntungkan (2,73) tetapi terdapat beberapa gangguan yang harus dapat diminimalisir karena dapat mempengaruhi citra objek yang dipresentasikan. Pengaplikasian berbagai fitur interaksi dan skenario penelitan meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman virtual pengguna.
