Abstract

The learning of classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning) serves as the core of salafiyah pesantren education, functioning to develop students’ linguistic competence, religious understanding, and character formation. This study aims to describe the management of kitab kuning learning at the Wustho level in Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Iqro Palangka Raya, which represents an important transitional stage between basic learning and more advanced textual comprehension. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that learning management is carried out through internal deliberation and benchmarking activities, involving the selection of materials, scheduling, and mapping students’ abilities. The learning process is conducted systematically every day using traditional pesantren methods applied consistently. Evaluation is conducted through semester examinations and report cards, which function as feedback for improving subsequent learning. These findings highlight that the learning management at the Wustho level has been implemented systematically, although further strengthening is needed in planning and pedagogical innovation to make it more adaptive to students’ needs and the development of contemporary Islamic education.

Abstract

Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Tinggi terbagi menjadi dua bagian utama, yakni Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Eksternal (SPME) dan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI). Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal  merupakan kegiatan penjaminan mutu Perguruan Tinggi yang dilakukan PT secara sistemik, mandiri dan otonom yang tujuannya untuk melakukan kendali mutu dan melakukan peningkatan kualitas penyelenggaraan PT secara terencana dan berkelanjutan. Terdapat beberapa kendala yang dialami selama pelaksanaan SPMI secara manual dan semi manual terutama terkait pelaksanaan, pendokumentasian, dan kontrol. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan membangun sebuah sistem pengolahan data yang berbasis teknologi informasi. Pada pengembangan dengan cara tradisional, setelah proses pengujian selesai, sering didapati adanya konflik akibat environment yang berbeda, yang memperlambat proses rilis. Keterlambatan ini membuat klien kecewa dan memberikan efek yang tidak baik bagi perusahaan. Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) yang ada di DevOps dapat dijadikan solusi untuk memecahkan masalah ini. Penggunaan metode DevOps dalam pengembangan E-Monev telah terbukti memberikan manfaat besar dalam hal efisiensi, kualitas, dan responsivitas. Namun, penerapan DevOps tidak hanya sekadar memilih alat-alat otomatisasi, tetapi juga melibatkan perubahan budaya dan kolaborasi yang lebih erat antara tim pengembang dan tim operasi. Penerapan DevOps dengan benar dalam konteks E-Monev dapat menjadi faktor kunci kesuksesan dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaan aplikasi tersebut.

Abstract

One of the strategies to survive in business competition is to control operational costs. The activity-based management method emerged as an appropriate activity management approach in making decisions related to cost reduction. With the various types of services provided, RS X Pamekasan Regency needs to make cost efficiency through reducing non-value-added activities. This study aims to analyse cost efficiency using the activity-based management method to obtain accurate cost information, so as to identify and reduce inefficient activities, and provide recommendations for cost efficiency policies. The methodology used is qualitative with a case study approach, using data collection techniques through documentation, interviews, and observations. Analysis of cost efficiency calculations using activity-based management. The research findings revealed that the implementation of activity-based management successfully identified activities that need to be maintained because they provide added value, as well as activities that do not add value. However, RS X Pamekasan Regency has not been able to implement activity based management optimally due to the limited resources it has.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diselenggarakan oleh Program Studi Teknologi Rekayasa Mekatronika, Politeknik Enjinering Indorama, dan diikuti oleh 10 orang guru SMK dari tiga sekolah di Purwakarta dan Karawang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam bidang teknologi Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) melalui serangkaian pelatihan yang meliputi pemrograman menggunakan CX Programmer, desain menggunakan CX Designer, serta menghubungkan program dengan hardware PLC Omron CP1E. Melalui kuesioner yang dibuat oleh panitia, para guru menyatakan bahwa pelatihan ini penting untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mereka dalam menyiapkan lulusan SMK yang siap menghadapi tantangan kebutuhan teknologi di industri. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat membantu para guru mengimplementasikan teknologi PLC di sekolah mereka, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan teknologi bagi siswa-siswi SMK.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze risk-based school governance in improving the quality of education at SMPS Nurul Yaqin, located in Nogosari Village, Rambipuji District, Jember Regency. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the principal and teachers. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that school governance at SMPS Nurul Yaqin has implemented several principles of good governance, including participation, transparency, communication, accountability, and supervision. Decision-making processes are carried out collaboratively through meetings involving teachers, educational staff, and the foundation management. In addition, the school has implemented learning supervision and routine evaluations as forms of internal control. The school also develops educational quality improvement programs through workshops, teacher training, digital learning, and the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL). However, several risks affecting educational quality were still identified, including limited facilities and infrastructure, low competency of some teachers, variations in students’ abilities, and inadequate discipline among educational staff. This study concludes that risk-based school governance at SMPS Nurul Yaqin has been implemented fairly well in supporting educational quality improvement. Nevertheless, strengthening internal control systems, improving teacher competency, and enhancing staff discipline are still necessary to achieve sustainable educational quality improvement. The findings of this study are expected to serve as evaluation material for schools in strengthening governance systems and educational risk management.

Abstract

The Taekwondo sports coaching system necessitates effective organisational management. However, managing a sports organisation unquestionably demands a suitable and accurate concept, one that will ultimately allow the sports organisation to accomplish its objectives. The purpose of this study was to examine the basic interpretation of historical aspects, development systems, management resources, and achievement development. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research, employing a phenomenological research design. The research sample consists of 5 informants, including 1 club founder, 2 club executives, and 2 athlete coaches, selected for direct interviews. Data analysis involves (i) introduction and organization; (ii) coding and reduction; (iii) interpretation and representation. The findings revealed that the coaching system, management resources and Taekwondo achievement development at the Mahameru Club in Sukoharjo Regency were functioning effectively. The limitations of this study are the sample used and the scope of the study which is only one area. As a result, future research should compare and broaden the scope of the study by investigating the factors that influence the implementation of the coaching system, management resources, and achievement development, such as psychological, sociological, and environmental aspects for athletes. The conclusion of this research indicates that this research makes a notable contribution by delving into the uncharted territory of Taekwondo sports coaching at Mahameru Club. It not only fills a knowledge gap but also furnishes practical guidance for the improvement of coaching strategies.

Abstract

Background Problems: The lack of variety in exercises applied by coaches makes players feel bored, so they must be given training variations by looking at training methods that significantly improve basic tennis technique skills between game training methods and drills. Research Objectives: This study aims to determine differences in the effect of game and drill training methods on improving basic tennis technical skills based on the age groups of 10-12 years and 13-15 years. Methods: In this context, the method used was experimental research with a 2x2 factorial design. The sample consisted of 24 male athletes in Lampung who were separated into 4 groups. Findings and Results: (i) There are differences in the effect of game practice and drill methods on improving basic tennis technique skills. (ii) There is a difference in improving basic tennis technique skills between the age groups of 10-12 years and 13-15 years. (iii) There is an influence of interaction between training methods and age groups on improving basic tennis technique skills. Conclusion: The age group 10-12 years is more appropriate if given the game training method, and the age group 13-15 years is more appropriate if given the practice training method. The findings of this study provide an important contribution by highlighting the importance of both applied training methods for basic tennis technique. This training method is also adapted for age-based characteristics. Therefore, the recommendation to use game and drill training methods as part of tennis training can help athletes cope with intense playing conditions. Based on the analysis above, the novelty of the research developed by the researcher was two exercise methods compared, two age groups that were sampled, and research instruments using International Tennis Number (ITN) On Court Assessment. Researchers used game and drill training methods that could affect the sample after treatment. Different from previous research, the sample used was male athletes aged 10-15 years.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Manajemen Organisasi  Bulutangkis pada klub PB. Jaya Raya Solo Jawa Tengah Tahun 2022. 2) SDM yang ada pada PB. Jaya Raya Solo Jawa Tengah Tahun 2022. 3) Prasarana dan Sarana yang ada pada PB. Jaya Raya Solo Jawa Tengah Tahun 2022. 4) Program Latihan pada PB. Jaya Raya Solo Jawa Tengah Tahun 2022. 5) Sumber dan Sistem Pengelolaan Keuangan pada PB. Jaya Raya Solo Jawa Tengah Tahun 2022. 6) Capaian Prestasi yang diperoleh PB. Jaya Raya Solo Jawa Tengah Tahun 2022. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif Kualitatif dengan menggunakan 3 teknik dalam pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua teknik pengecekan kredibilitas data yaitu : (1) Triangulasi, (2) Content Validity (validitas isi instrument wawancara). Populasi penelitian ini adalah PB. Jaya Raya Solo, Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis data yaitu Pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian berupa data hasil wawancara, dan hasil observasi serta beberapa dokumen dari pengurus PB. Jaya Raya Solo. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus PB. Jaya Raya Solo. 2 Pelatih, 2 Pengurus, dan 2 orang atlet. Hasil penelitian pada PB. Jaya Raya sebagai berikut : 1) Manajemen organisasi sudah dilaksanakan. 2) Manajemen sumber daya manusia sudah baik. 3) Prasarana dan sarana yang ada pada PB. Abstract

Community service is the implementation of a fitness exercise program for the Surakarta Healthy Heart Club gymnastics trainer during the covid-19 pandemic. This activity was carried out considering the important role of a healthy heart exercise trainer in an effort to nourish and improve people's fitness so that they have good endurance and avoid transmission of the corona virus. A trainer must have sufficient competence, knowledge and training skills to successfully carry out the vision and mission of the Indonesian Heart Foundation. In connection with the above, the purpose of this activity is to equip trainers with competence, knowledge and training skills for trainers of healthy heart club gymnastics in Surakarta. The materials provided to the gymnastics trainers include training in the preparation of exercise programs, fitness exercise materials, mentoring in the implementation of training during the COVID-19 pandemic and evaluation of physical fitness. The methods used in this activity are: 1) Exposure and discussion of physical fitness material, 2) Demonstration and practice for skills material, namely the practice of compiling an exercise program, practicing fitness and coaching practice with mentoring during P2M. This material is important and urgent to be given to the coach of the Surakarta Healthy Heart Club considering the current situation and conditions, namely the increasingly outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in Surakarta and its surroundings.

Abstract

The planting training activity with the vertical garden technique at Dukuh Duwet is one of the community service activities carried out by the KKN UNS 97 group. This activity was held on 20 February 2021 offline in Dukuh Duwet. The main targets of this activity are housewives and the general public. The purpose of this activity is as a persuasion movement to the community, especially mothers, about the importance of preserving the beauty and comfort of the surrounding community, as well as a movement for the processing and utilization of plastic waste. The socialization activities were also accompanied by practical activities in the field, namely the provision of plant seeds in the form of vegetables, which were then carried out for each of them. This activity method is non-formal, interactive, and interesting so that it is easy to understand. In addition, the materials and methods of making a vertical garden are easy to find in the neighborhood. The result of this work program is that the community can participate well and enthusiastically. This activity is also meant to inspire the participants to take it more seriously on a larger scale with a wider benefit.
