Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between stress levels and adaptability among new students at the Integrated Islamic Boarding School SMP Ar-Risalah.    Methods: This research employs a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used in this study is random sampling, applying the Slovin formula. A total of 77 respondents were obtained after calculating the sample size using the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using the chi-square statistical test. Results: The study findings indicate a relationship between stress levels and adaptability among new students at the Integrated Islamic Boarding School SMP Ar-Risalah. The highest stress level category, classified as severe stress, was experienced by 34 respondents (44.2%), while the lowest stress level, categorized as mild stress, was observed in 10 respondents (13.0%). Additionally, the highest adaptability category was maladaptive, with 52 respondents (67.5%), whereas the lowest category, adaptive, was recorded in 25 students (32.5%). Conclusion: The analysis results show a significant relationship between stress levels and adaptability among new students at the Integrated Islamic Boarding School SMP Ar-Risalah.

Abstract

This study investigates how the application of reward and punishment methods on the learning motivation of class XII.4 Islamic Religious Education students at SMA Negeri 11 Wajo. The reward method, in the form of praise and gifts, is given as an appreciation for learning efforts and achievements. The punishment method, which is educational in nature, is applied as a consequence of irresponsible behavior, not as a punishment that is detrimental. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning motivation after the method was implemented. This can be seen from the increase in student enthusiasm and enthusiasm for learning. Based on the questionnaire data, student learning motivation increased from 56.67% (pre-cycle) to 61.35% (cycle I) and 75.94% (cycle II). In conclusion, the reward and punishment method has proven effective in increasing student learning motivation in the subject of Islamic Religious Education in class XII.4 SMA Negeri 11 Wajo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using a collaborative learning-based learning model on the accounting learning outcomes of class XI IPS students of SMA Negeri 5 Jambi City. This study used a quasi-experimental approach in the form of a pretest-posttest control group comparison design. The subjects in this study were students of class XI IPS 5 as the experimental class and XI IPS 3 as the control class with the data analysis technique of learning outcomes using the t-test, it can be concluded that the average accounting learning outcomes of class XI IPS students who were taught using Collaborative Learning-based learning model is 75.33 higher than the average student learning outcomes of class XI IPS on accounting subjects taught conventionally is 62.8. The results of the t-test obtained the results of the coefficient tcount> ttable or 5.048> 2.039. Thus, it can be interpreted that there is an effect of the use of Collaborative Learning-based learning models on the accounting learning outcomes of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 5 Kota Jambi. Keywords: Collaborative Learning-Based Learning Model, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to describe in depth the effectiveness of school management in improving teacher job satisfaction in the era of digitalization of education. In the face of increasingly massive technological transformation, schools are required to implement responsive and adaptive managerial strategies. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through documentation studies and literature review of various relevant previous research results. The main focus of this study includes the identification of technology-based management strategies, the leadership role of school principals in initiating and directing change, and the analysis of supporting and inhibiting factors that directly or indirectly affect the level of teacher job satisfaction. The data analysis process was conducted using thematic analysis to identify patterns, themes and relationships between managerial elements in the context of digitalisation. The results show that the effectiveness of school management is strongly influenced by the readiness of adequate digital infrastructure, the availability of continuous information and communication technology (ICT) training, the use of an integrated school management information system, and the visionary, collaborative and participatory leadership style of the school principal. However, a number of challenges remain, including limited supporting facilities, increased workload due to digital administrative demands, and an uneven gap in digital skills among teachers. These findings provide an important contribution to formulating the direction of educational managerial policies that not only adapt to technological developments, but are also oriented towards the welfare and work motivation of teachers as the spearhead of the implementation of education in schools.

Abstract

Program tahfidz Al-Qur’an merupakan salah satu pengembangan program yang dilakukan oleh sekolah untuk mendukung penanaman karakter islami pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan program tahfidz Al-Qur’an anak usia dini di PAUD IK Nurul Quran Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah satu orang koordinator program tahfidz Al-Qur’an, satu orang guru tahfidz Al-Qur’an, dan satu orang kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan program tahfidz Al-Qur’an di PAUD IK Nurul Quran dilakukan melalui 4 tahap. Pertama, perencanaan program tahfidz Al-Qur’an anak usia dini. Kedua, pengorganisasian program tahfidz Al-Qur’an anak usia dini. Ketiga, pelaksanaan program tahfidz Al-Qur’an anak usia dini. Keempat, evaluasi program tahfidz Al-Qur’an anak usia dini.AbstractThe tahfidz Al-Qur’an program is one of the program developments carried out by the school to support the installation of islamic character in early childhood. This research aims to examine the development of early childhood tahfidz Al-Qur’an program at PAUD IK Nurul Quran Aceh Besar. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects were one coordinator of the tahfidz Al-Qur’an program, one tahfidz Al-Qur’an teacher, and one Headmaster. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The data analysis technique was conducted in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research result show that the development of tahfidz Al-Qur’an program at PAUD IK Nurul Quran was carried out through 4 stages. First, planning for the early childhood tahfidz Al-Qur’an program. Second, organizing the early childhood tahfidz Al-Qur’an program. Third, implementation of the early childhood tahfidz Al-Qur’an program. Fourth, evaluation of the early childhood tahfidz Al-Qur’an program.

Abstract

This study aims to explain in depth the strategy for implementing innovative training based on managerial agility at the Religious Education and Training Center (BDA) Makassar, an approach that is considered crucial to improve the adaptability and performance of civil servants in today's dynamic era. This study adopts a qualitative method, in which researchers describe the collected data in the form of a series of narrative sentences to capture the nuances and processes of implementing the training strategy more comprehensively. The results of the study indicate that BDA Makassar has demonstrated extraordinary commitment and planned strategic steps in ensuring that training participants can effectively adopt and internalize the concept of managerial agility. Through a careful and in-depth needs analysis prior to the implementation of the training, the institution was able to identify the background and specific needs of the participants, so that the material presented was highly relevant and on target. Furthermore, the use of interactive learning methods, such as contextual case studies and challenging role simulations, provided valuable opportunities for participants to apply theory directly to various situations that reflected real conditions in the field, which significantly improved conceptual understanding and honed their practical skills. This holistic approach successfully creates a dynamic learning experience, where participants do not just passively receive the material but are also encouraged to interact, discuss, and practice actively, thus strengthening the overall internalization process of learning and building their self-confidence. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara mendalam strategi pelaksanaan pelatihan inovatif berbasis ketangkasan manajerial di Balai Diklat Agama (BDA) Makassar, sebuah pendekatan yang dinilai krusial untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas dan kinerja aparatur di era dinamis saat ini. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode kualitatif, di mana peneliti menguraikan data yang terkumpul dalam bentuk rangkaian kalimat naratif guna menangkap nuansa dan proses implementasi strategi pelatihan secara lebih komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BDA Makassar telah menunjukkan komitmen yang luar biasa serta langkah-langkah strategis yang terencana dalam memastikan peserta pelatihan dapat secara efektif mengadopsi dan menginternalisasi konsep ketangkasan manajerial. Melalui analisis kebutuhan yang cermat dan mendalam sebelum pelaksanaan pelatihan, lembaga mampu mengidentifikasi latar belakang serta kebutuhan spesifik peserta, sehingga materi yang disampaikan menjadi sangat relevan dan tepat sasaran. Selanjutnya, penggunaan metode pembelajaran interaktif, seperti studi kasus yang kontekstual dan simulasi peran yang menantang, memberikan kesempatan berharga kepada peserta untuk menerapkan teori langsung ke dalam beragam situasi yang mencerminkan kondisi nyata di lapangan, yang secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual dan mengasah keterampilan praktis mereka. Pendekatan holistik ini berhasil menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang dinamis, di mana peserta tidak hanya pasif menerima materi tetapi juga didorong untuk berinteraksi, berdiskusi, dan berlatih secara aktif, sehingga memperkuat proses internalisasi pembelajaran secara keseluruhan dan membangun kepercayaan diri mereka.

Abstract

Pengenalan sains pada Anak Usia Dini penting untuk menumbuhkan rasa ingin tahu, kemampuan berpikir logis, dan dasar keterampilan ilmiah. Anak usia 5–6 tahun berada pada fase perkembangan kognitif yang pesat dan membutuhkan pengalaman konkret untuk memahami konsep sains. Namun, pembelajaran masih minim menggunakan media dari lingkungan sekitar, yang berdampak pada rendahnya pemahaman anak terhadap konsep dasar sains. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas media pasir berwarna dalam mengenalkan konsep sains pada anak usia 5–6 tahun di TK As-Syifa Aceh Besar. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain one group pre-test post-test. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pasir berwarna memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap pemahaman konsep sains anak. Anak menjadi lebih fokus, antusias, dan aktif saat belajar, serta mengalami suasana bermain yang menyenangkan dan bermakna. Kesimpulannya, media sederhana seperti pasir berwarna dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam pembelajaran sains di usia dini. Guru dan praktisi pendidikan diharapkan lebih kreatif memanfaatkan media dari lingkungan sekitar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sains yang menyenangkan dan mendalam.

Abstract

Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja Merupakan Kondisi Kesehatan Yang Menyangkut Masalah Kesehatan Organ Reproduksi, Yang Kesiapannya Dimulai Sejak Usia Remaja Ditandai Oleh Haid Pertama Kali Pada Remaja Perempuan Atau Mimpi Basah Bagi Remaja Laki-Laki. Kegiatan Ini Merupakan Implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi Dalam Bentuk Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Yang Dilaksanakan Oleh Dosen Dan Mahasiswa Akademi Kebidanan Harapan Bunda Bima. Tujuan Dari Kegiatan Tersebut Adalah Untuk Menigkatkan Pengetahuan Dan Pemahaman Siswa/I Terkait Kesehatan Reproduksi Pada Remaja Dan Mencegah Sejak Dini Terkait Kasus Kasus Kesehatan Reproduksi Pada Remaja. Kegiatan Penyuluhann Ini Diikuti Oleh 32 Siswa/I. Metode Kegiatan Terdiri Dari 3 Tahap Meliputi Tahap Persiapan, Tahap Konfirmasi Kegiatan, Tahap Penyuluhan Dan Edukasi. Diharapkan Dengan Adanya Program Seperti Ini Dapat Menurunkan Dan Meminimalisir Risiko Masalah-Masalah Penyakit Menular Seksual Termasuk HIV/AIDS Kota Bima, Terbentuknya Perilaku Hidup Sehat, Serta Terpenuhinya Gizi Seimbang Yang Mendorong Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Unggul.

Oral administration of pellet-enriched dsRNA was applicable to apply on shrimp larvae, juveniles, and broodstocks     Abstract RNAi technology offers a novel powerful approach to silence gene expression by introducing double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) into the cell to degrade the mRNA at the post-transcriptional stage. An administration method of dsRNA delivery is one of the main considerations in applying the dsRNA vaccine for controlling pathogen infections. This mini-review was focused on the evaluation of three different methods (immersion, injection, and oral administration) of VP15-dsRNA vaccine delivery to the tiger shrimp post-WSSV challenge test. The immersion method was generally applied for the larval stage of tiger shrimp and seemed to be a simple technique for a large number of individuals in a small tank. The VP15-dsRNA application by immersion improved the survival of tiger shrimp larvae by 3.9% compared to the control groups. The injection technique was an effective way to deliver dsRNA to the cell, but it is difficult to apply in a large number of individuals or populations. The injection of VP15-dsRNA increased significantly the survival rate, proPO, and THC of tiger shrimp. A higher survival rate (75%) was exhibited in tiger shrimp injected with in vivo and in vitro VP15-dsRNA than in the control. Oral administration by pellet-enriched VP15-dsRNA was a useful way for larvae, juveniles, and broodstocks, but it has limitations since the pellet leaches into the water. The application of the VP15-dsRNA vaccine on the feed significantly enhanced the 26.7% higher survival rate compared to the control. The higher survival was also supported by a higher number of THC. The three VP15-dsRNA delivery methods provide potential approaches to increase tiger shrimp resistance to control pathogen infection

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan model pembelajaran Berpikir Kritis pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) di kelas VIII MTs Bhayangkara Tallo Lama Makassar. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pelaksanaan model ini mengikuti tahapan terstruktur meliputi pembukaan, inti, dan penutup. Tahap inti menekankan pada pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, analitis, dan kolaboratif siswa dalam memahami materi SKI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keefektifan model Berpikir Kritis dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Nilai rata-rata meningkat secara signifikan dari 61,83% (kategori sedang) pada prasiklus menjadi 82,83% (kategori sangat tinggi) pada siklus II. Persentase ketuntasan belajar juga meningkat drastis dari 33,33% (kategori kurang) menjadi 86,67% (kategori sangat baik). Peningkatan ini menunjukkan keberhasilan model dalam mendorong pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa kendala. Sebagian siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, terutama dalam diskusi kelompok. Perbedaan gaya belajar dan motivasi belajar yang belum optimal juga menjadi faktor penghambat dalam mencapai hasil belajar yang maksimal bagi sebagian siswa. Sebanyak 13,33% siswa masih berada pada kategori sangat rendah dan belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar pada siklus II. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya strategi tambahan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, seperti pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang lebih variatif dan berdiferensiasi untuk mengakomodasi perbedaan gaya belajar siswa, serta upaya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa melalui pendekatan yang lebih menarik dan relevan dengan konteks kehidupannya.
