Abstract

Bullying merupakan persoalan serius di sekolah, terutama di institusi dengan sistem hierarkis seperti SMKN 2 Painan, sebuah sekolah ketarunaan berbasis semi-militer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) dalam menangani bullying, serta mengidentifikasi strategi intervensi dan tantangan pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap guru BK, siswa, dan pihak sekolah yang terkait. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik untuk menelusuri pola penanganan dan hambatan kontekstual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru BK memiliki peran sentral dalam deteksi dini, konseling individu dan kelompok, serta mediasi konflik. Pendekatan konseling yang digunakan bersifat eklektik, menggabungkan teknik behavioristik, humanistik, dan berbasis kekuatan. Guru BK juga bekerja sama dengan Tim Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan (TPPK). Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan tenaga, budaya senioritas, dan sistem pelaporan yang lemah menjadi penghambat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas profesional guru BK, optimalisasi fungsi TPPK, dan pembentukan budaya sekolah yang lebih aman dan suportif. Temuan ini bermanfaat sebagai referensi bagi sekolah dengan karakteristik serupa dalam menyusun intervensi bullying yang efektif.Kata Kunci: Bullying, Peran Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling, Sekolah Ketarunaan

Abstract

Academic stress is a common challenge experienced by students due to the burden and pressure in higher education environments. This study conducted a systematic literature analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of mindfulness-based psychological interventions and social support in addressing academic stress. By reviewing various empirical studies from leading journals, it was found that mindfulness—through techniques such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)—is beneficial in reducing stress, anxiety, and improving students' emotional regulation and learning focus. In addition, social support from family, friends, and the campus environment acts as a stress buffer by providing emotional support and a sense of connectedness. An approach that combines mindfulness and social support has shown more effective results in helping students manage academic stress. Therefore, it is recommended that higher education institutions develop programs that integrate these two interventions to improve students' mental well-being sustainably.

Abstract

Number abuse drugs Which impact negative on individual behavior and emotions, including control self. Method Which used in study This is analysis quantitative with approach descriptive, where data is collected through questionnaire Which designed to inhabitant built. Data analysis techniques used in study This is analysis regression simple processed​ using SPSS version 25. Population in study This is convict narcotics totaling 855 people and a sample of 58 people. The results of the study This that is based on the t-test obtained mark t count 8.252 > t table 2.003 and the value significance 0.000 < 0.05 and so can concluded that there is influence significant positive​ between Islamic religious guidance in increase control self inhabitant foster narcotics. Based on coefficient test results determination shows an R square of of 0.482 or 48.2%. This proves that the influence of Islamic religious guidance on self-control with a coefficient interval of 0.40-0.599 is included in the moderate category. While the remaining 51.8% is explained by other factors or variables that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

Psychodrama is one of the approaches in group counseling that combines dramatic techniques to explore individual psychological problems. This article aims to examine the role of psychodrama in developing empathy and communication between group members. The method used is a literature study by analyzing various scientific sources related to the practice and effectiveness of psychodrama in the context of group counseling. The results of the study indicate that psychodrama is able to increase empathy through role reversal and exploration of emotions in an interpersonal context. In addition, this technique also strengthens communication skills, such as active listening, expressing feelings assertively, and building healthy relationships between group members. These findings support the importance of integrating psychodrama in group counseling services as a means of developing social and emotional skills, especially among adolescents and young adults.

Abstract

Adolescents are a group that is vulnerable to emotional dysfunction due to academic, social, and family pressures. Group counseling based on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is a potential approach to help adolescents manage negative emotions. This study aims to analyze various literature related to the effectiveness of REBT group counseling in dealing with emotional dysfunction in adolescents. Based on literature studies from various journals and books, REBT group counseling has been proven effective in reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and irrational behavior in adolescents. The implications of these findings are important for education practitioners and school counselors.

Abstract

Multicultural education continues to develop around the world, including Indonesia. This study describes multikultural education from various perspectives, including an overview of multicultural education publications; trends; countries; researchers; and future hotspots for multicultural education, both internationally and in Indonesia. This study is a qualitative research using bibliometric analysis following the framework developed by (Garza-Reyes), with the data for this document analysis sourced from Scopus using three search criteria. The findings reveal that interest in this topic is increasing, particularly with the significant number of studies published in 2024, reaching a peak of 196 publications. Many countries and authors have contributed to research on multicultural issues. Therefore, the challenges and opportunities in multicultural education require a holistic approach, involving collaboration between parents, teachers, and educational policies to create a fair and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Abstract

Students from economically disadvantaged families often face challenges related to low psychological well-being, which can negatively impact their emotional welfare and social functioning. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of group counseling based on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) in enhancing the psychological well-being of students from underprivileged families. The research adopts a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design. The sample consists of 20 students with low psychological well-being, divided into an experimental group (10 students) and a control group (10 students). Data were collected using data collection methods in the form of questionnaires with instruments in the form of questionnaire sheets.The sampling technique applied was purposive random sampling, and data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The findings reveal that group counseling with the REBT approach effectively improves students' psychological well-being. This effectiveness is evidenced by a significantly greater increase in psychological well-being scores in the experimental group compared to the control group. This study concludes that group counseling based on the REBT approach is an effective intervention strategy to enhance the psychological well-being of students from economically disadvantaged families.

Abstract

School-age children during their developmental stage should maintain their health status through immunization. For children, receiving vaccinations is one of the terrifying experiences in life since needles are used to administer the shots. Needle fear during immunization often occurs in children because children feel that needles will give unbearable pain, hurt, and give harmful side effects. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of individual counselling services with cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) in reducing elementary school students' needle fear. Using a single subject research design, with purposive sampling method, this research assesses the effectiveness of CBT individual counselling on 3 students. The results of this study obtained the level of needle fear on elementary school students n = 3 at a very high level (mean = 82.85%) after being given CBT individual counselling the needle fear level were decreasing very low level (mean 7.14%). CBT individual counselling has benefited in various types of mental health problems. CBT Individual counselling encourage new thoughts, feelings and behaviors for children with needle fear. It is important for primary school students to be given individual counselling cognitive behavior therapy in order to prepare students to the immunization syringe and to improve negative perceptions through counselling so that immunization outcomes in primary school students can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

Professionalism is the standard of specific abilities and skills required to describe a person's qualifications in carrying out their profession. The professional competence of counselors in Non-Formal Education in providing guidance and counseling services in non-formal training institutions and study groups. The method used in this research is qualitative. The data collection method used is through a questionnaire instrument on REBT counseling proficiency for school counselors obtained via Google Form to measure the competencies possessed by Non-Formal Education State counselors related to knowledge, skills in conducting REBT counseling, and skills in creating REBT modules. The research results show that the mastery of REBT counseling by non-formal education counselors falls into the high category due to the training provided. However, it is hoped that there will be follow-up actions from this training or workshop because not 100% of non-formal education counselors possess adequate skills in conducting REBT counseling. Keywords: Profesionalism, competence of school counsellors, REBT counseling

Abstract

Konseling kelompok adalah metode intervensi yang sangat efektif untuk mendukung perkembangan psikologis, emosional, dan sosial seseorang. Dengan berinteraksi dalam kelompok, anggota memiliki kesempatan untuk membahas berbagai permasalahan, mengembangkan keterampilan sosial, serta mendapatkan dukungan dari sesama anggota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji fenomena transferensi dan kontra-transferensi dalam konseling kelompok serta dampaknya terhadap dinamika kelompok dan efektivitas terapi. Transferensi merujuk pada proyeksi perasaan dan pengalaman masa lalu anggota kelompok terhadap konselor atau anggota kelompok lain, sedangkan kontra-transferensi adalah respons emosional konselor terhadap anggota kelompok yang dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman pribadi konselor. Berdasarkan kajian literatur, transferensi dan kontra-transferensi dapat mempengaruhi kualitas interaksi dan hasil terapi kelompok. Pengelolaan yang efektif terhadap kedua fenomena ini sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan psikologis anggota kelompok. Strategi yang diidentifikasi dalam penelitian ini termasuk kesadaran diri, fasilitasi diskusi terbuka, dan penggunaan pendekatan integratif untuk memaksimalkan manfaat dari transferensi dan kontra-transferensi dalam proses konseling kelompok.
