Abstract

Kepercayaan diri adalah salah satu aspek kepribadian yang penting pada seseorang. Kepercayaan diri merupakan atribut yang sangat berharga pada diri seseorang dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, tanpa adanya kepercayaan diri akan menimbulkan banyak masalah pada diri seseorang. Hal tersebut dikarenakan dengan kepercayaan diri, seseorang mampu untuk mengaktualisasikan segala potensinya. Perasaan tidak percaya diri yang dirasakan oleh seseorang dapat ditingkatkan melalui bantuan yang diberikan kepada mereka. Salah satu alternatif solusi yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Tulisan literature review ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Adapun sumber referensi berupa artikel, buku, dan informasi dari media teknologi dan komunikasi yang sesuai dengan topik yang dibahas. Melalui literature review ini dapat dilakukan proses analisis, sintesis, meringkas dan membandingkan literature yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Hasil dari Pendekatan ini adalah bahwa semua literatur mengungkapkan hasil yang konsisten, yaitu Pendekatan Cognitive Behavioral Therapi (CBT) efektif untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri. Ada banyak penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Cognitive Behavioral Therapi (CBT) adalah terapi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri. Beberapa literatur juga menyarankan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, Cognitive Behavioral Therapi (CBT).

Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan sinopsis terapi perilaku rasional-emotif (REBT, kerangka teori dasar, penerapannya, dan arah masa depan. Makalah ini disusun menurut struktur berikut: pada bagian pertama, dibahas penelitian fundamental/dasar REBT; pada bagian kedua disajikan penelitian klinis/terapan dalam REBT, termasuk aspek kemanjuran dan efektivitas, diskriminasi gangguan yang mana REBT bekerja paling efektif, dan hubungannya dengan terapi lain. Penggunaan dan penyalahgunaan REBT serta dampaknya terhadap penelitian dan pengembangan di masa depan juga disajikan. Meskipun benar bahwa penelitian REBT mempunyai banyak kekurangan, namun generalisasi dan/atau pembesaran hal-hal negatif yang berlebihan, dan minimalisasi hal-hal positif merupakan keyakinan disfungsional yang mempertahankan gagasan yang salah di lapangan bahwa REBT hanya memiliki sedikit penelitian empiris dan bahwa penelitian REBT tidak ada gunanya. dalam masalah serius. Pendekatan yang seimbang, menganalisis kekuatan dan kelemahan, menunjukkan bahwa REBT memiliki ratusan artikel penelitian dan penelitian berkualitas tinggi cenderung mendukung teori dasar dan kemanjuran REBT. Namun, untuk memperkuat kesimpulan ini dan untuk sepenuhnya mengeksplorasi potensi REBT, kekurangan penelitian REBT perlu diperbaiki, dan penelitian berkualitas tinggi perlu dipromosikan. Hal ini sangat penting karena, meskipun efektif, terapi psikogenik-perilaku belum mencapai “standar yang diinginkan” dalam hal kemanjuran dan efektivitas, karena sekitar 30-40% orang masih tidak responsif terhadap terapi ini. Intervensi Dengan demikian, REBT dapat menjadi platform untuk menghidupkan kembali studi empiris tentang kemanjuran/efektivitas dan teori model kognitif-perilaku psikopatologi dan fungsi manusia.

Abstract

The issue of students' lack of discipline in public schools remains a major challenge in educational institutions. When disciplinary issues such as tardiness, failure to complete homework, skipping classes, and truancy are left unaddressed, they can disrupt the learning process and directly impact students' academic performance. This study aims to analyze the improvement of learning discipline among vocational high school students (SMKN) using behavioristic group counseling with self-management techniques to enhance student discipline. The research employed a quantitative approach with an experimental method. The design used in this study was a quasi-experimental design. The sample consisted of 195 students, from which 10 students were selected for the experimental group and 10 students for the control group, all of whom exhibited low levels of learning discipline. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques included the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov 2 Independent Samples test. The findings revealed that group counseling services using a behavioristic 1approach with self-management techniques effectively improved students' learning discipline. These results provide practical implications for school counselors in delivering guidance and counseling services, particularly group counseling services, using a behavioristic approach with self-management techniques to systematically improve students' learning discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengembangan model bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik proyeksi dalam peningkatan resiliensi diri siswa korban kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan Research and Development (R&D). Subjek penelitian ini adalah 10 siswa korban kekerasan seksual untuk kelompok eksperimen di SMA N 15 Padang. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumen dan instrumen penelitian resiliensi diri. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test dan SPSS versi 21.00. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa (1) model bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik proyeksi berbasis user website dinilai layak digunakan oleh Guru BK/Konselor dalam peningkatan resiliensi diri siswa korban kekerasan seksual, (2) tingkat keterpakaian model bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik proyeksi dinilai sangat baik digunakan dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Maka dapat diketahui prototype model bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik proyeksi dalam peningkatan resiliensi diri siswa korban kekerasan seksual dinyatakan layak dan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh Guru BK/Konselor dalam meningkatkan resiliensi diri siswa korban kekerasan seksual.

Abstract

Technology in the field of communication that is the result of the times is the smartphone. Indonesian people have the potential to be addicted to smartphones, especially among teenagers. Addiction to smartphones certainly has many negative impacts, one of which is that people become apathetic, people become less concerned about their surroundings because they are more focused on smartphones. The purpose of this study is to obtain an analysis of the conditions in reducing smartphone addiction in educational activities. Guidance and counseling teachers or counselors (Counselors) have a role to provide guidance and counseling services. One of the services that can be provided to reduce smartphones is content mastery services with a behavioral contract approach model. The research findings reveal that in reducing smartphone addiction behavior through the behavior contract model, individuals can control themselves more and be wise in using their smartphones.

Abstract

Emotion regulation is an important skill that every learner must have. The inability to manage good emotions will potentially interfere with the learning process and learners' well-being. The purpose of this literature review is to identify the effectiveness of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) in improving learners' emotion regulation. The method used in this research is literature review with research data sourced from Google Scholar and Springer publication databases. The results of the review show that REBT therapy can significantly improve learners' ability to manage their emotions. This research confirms that REBT can be an effective therapy in helping learners cope with negative emotions in an educational context.

Abstract

School guidance and counseling services require sensitivity to the cultural context, especially in areas with strong local values such as Bireuen District, Aceh. Non-local counseling teachers often experience difficulties due to differences in language, values, and perceptions of counseling, which have an impact on the effectiveness of services. This study aims to explore the culturally responsive counseling practices of non-local counseling teachers, the adaptation strategies used, and the challenges they face. This research is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. The participants were six non-local counseling teachers from outside Aceh Province who have been assigned to public schools (Junior/Senior High School) in Bireuen District for at least one year. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participatory observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using a thematic approach based on Braun & Clarke's model, supported by triangulation, member checking, and audit trail techniques to maintain data validity. The findings revealed four main themes: cultural challenges in counseling, cultural adaptation strategies, culturally responsive counseling practices, and cross-role collaboration. The counseling teachers used religious approaches, local value-based communication, as well as establishing social relationships to encourage student acceptance. Counseling grounded in cultural sensitivity is particularly important in areas with robust cultural identities. It is important to provide counselors with multicultural competency training and educational policies that support their work across cultures.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically review the effectiveness of the psychodrama approach in increasing students' self-confidence. The psychodrama approach emphasizes role-playing, spontaneity, and exploration of emotional experiences in social groups. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was used by collecting 20 scientific articles from various international databases (Google Scholar, Springer, Wiley, ProQuest, ResearchGate) in the period 2015–2025. The selection process was carried out through strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, as well as thematic analysis. The results showed that psychodrama had a positive effect on reducing social anxiety, increasing self-expression and validation, and strengthening students' social interactions. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings indicate that psychodrama is a potential intervention approach to be applied in formal educational settings.

Abstract

Addiction to viewing live online video games has become a big problem, with many students experiencing the detrimental effects of addiction to watching live online games streaming virtually every day. This reliance on watching live online video games needs to be avoided because it can interfere with daily living. The study's goal is to describe the condition of online video game addiction in pupils. In this study, 290 students were chosen at random using standard random sampling procedures. The addiction scale is used by the study instrument to watch live online video games. Using descriptive statistical tools and data analysis methodologies. The findings revealed that pupils with very low categories 22.07%, low category 19.31%, middle category 52.41%, high category 4.48% and very high category 1.72%.

Abstract

The 21st century presents various complex challenges for students, including academic pressure, technological demands, and rapid social changes. In this context, the ability to have academic resilience becomes very important for students to be able to survive and thrive. This literature review aims to analyze the role of mindfulness practice in enhancing students' academic resilience. Mindfulness, which is the practice of full awareness of the present moment without judgment, has been identified as an intervention that has the potential to strengthen students' mental resilience. Various studies show that mindfulness practice can enhance emotional regulation, impulse control, and self-efficacy in students, all of which are important components of academic resilience. Additionally, programs like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) have proven effective in reducing academic stress and enhancing student well-being. However, the implementation of mindfulness in the educational context still faces various challenges, including the lack of training for educators and limited resources. Therefore, collaboration between educators, policymakers, and researchers is needed to effectively integrate mindfulness practices into the educational curriculum to support students' academic resilience in the modern era.
