Abstract

Management of Student Talent and Interest Development at MIN 15 Pidie Jaya. The potential talents and interests students possess vary from one student to another. So that the gifted child's ability does not decrease, attention to the gifted child must be developed according to his talents and interests. Based on great expectations for talented children, it is necessary to manage the development of talents and interests. This study aims to determine the management of talent development and interests of students in MIN 15 Pidie Jaya and to find out the factors that influence the process of implementing talent and interest development in MIN 15 Pidie Jaya. This research uses qualitative research methods; the subjects of this study are the head, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques are carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques, and data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the process of developing students' talents and interests at MIN 15 Pidie Jaya went through four stages, namely the planning stage carried out at the beginning of the school year, the organizing stage by dividing tasks by the competencies possessed and forming an activity development team, the implementation stage is carried out by carrying out activities according to a predetermined schedule. The evaluation stage is carried out by observing the implementation of talent and interest development activities. The activities for developing students' talents and interests at MIN 15 Pidie Jaya are in the form of extracurricular activities which are carried out during class hours by the subject, and extracurricular activities that are carried out, namely first the fields of art in the form of dance, calligraphy, literacy of the Qur'an and MTQ, the two fields of sports in the form of table tennis, badminton, and football, the third field of discipline in the form of scouting activities. Several factors support and hinder the smooth implementation of the talent development program and student interests at MIN 15 Pidie Jaya, namely keeping factors including the amount of teacher willingness to carry out development activities and the support of parents for the implementation of development activities, the inhibiting factors are the lack of facilities and infrastructure and the absence of standard talent and interest development activity modules. Researchers hope related parties can compile an extracurricular activity module for Ibtidaiyah Madrasah students

Abstract

Abstract: Based on an initial survey, it is known that diarrhea cases have increased at Puskesmas Tambang in 2023. Cases of diarrhea in toddlers can be caused by various factors such as the environment, consumption of formula milk and how to use a milk bottle. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between formula milk feeding and how to use milk bottles with the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers. The type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The research was conducted in 2023 at Puskesmas Tambang. The research sample amounted to 41 people. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. The results showed there was a relationship between formula feeding (p value: 0.002) and how to use milk bottles (p value: 0.001) with the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers. It is recommended to parents to always follow posyandu activities and actively seek information so that parents know how to use milk bottles appropriately so that toddlers avoid diarrhea.Keywords: Toddler, Diarrhea, Formula Milk

Abstract

ABSTRACT The achievements obtained by the MAS Al-Muslimun institution under the leadership of the current head of the madrasa make it one of the pioneers of madrasas in North Aceh. Having differentiators in educational institutions can certainly be used as a strategy and stepping stone to introduce these institutions to the public. The aim of this research is to explain the characteristics of the visionary leadership of the head of MAS Al-Muslimun, the efforts of the madrasah head in improving the academic and non-academic achievements of students, and explain the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the academic and non-academic achievements of students at MAS Al-Muslimun. The research method used is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, documentation and observation. The research results show that the visionary leadership characteristics of the head of MAS Al-Muslimun are always having a plan, being completely ambitious about target results, socialising the vision and mission, controlling his subordinates to get a support system, and exploring existing resources to support the vision and mission programme. The madrasa head's efforts to improve the academic and non-academic achievements of students at MAS Al-Muslimun include planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. Supporting factors in increasing student achievement at MAS Al-Muslimun are influenced by internal and external factors, while inhibiting factors are the lack of teacher resources who are experts in their fields to guide and train students, there is still a lack of teachers who have a lot of information to increase competitiveness and student achievement, as well as more support from parents in supporting student achievement. Keywords: Visionary Leadership, Madrasah Head, Academic and Non-Academic Achievement

Abstract

This research aims to find the main themes and research categories on reading difficulties (Diselectia). For the data taken to fulfill the purpose of this study, the authors searched several relevant sources from Google Scholar and Scopus (SAGE et al. & Francis). Articles were determined using four combinations of keywords; reports were included in the data set, and the researcher applied a systematic literature review method. Pieces that will become research sources are limited to the last six years. The total number of articles reviewed was 921 from different sources, namely Springer, Elsevier, SAGE, Eric, and Taylor & Francis. Articles were re-selected according to indicators, and then 194 articles were obtained. The dominant research methodology of the articles reviewed is qualitative. The four main themes revealed from the qualitative content analysis are dyslexia, causes of dyslexia, cases of dyslexia, and solutions to overcome dyslexia. Articles are filtered from topic descriptions, eligibility criteria, and search strategies. The cause of dyslexia can be due to developmental errors during pregnancy or other factors such as physical defects or habits that the child has. The solution offered by the teacher is to use several methods and learning media that are appropriate to the child's condition.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the policies of the Bogor Regency Government in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in schools. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with an empirical approach. The object of this research is the policies in Bogor Regency, and the research instrument is a human instrument. This study uses document data collection techniques and interviews. The analytical method used is the policy analysis method. The result showed that the policies of the Bogor Regency Government in improving the quality of PAI were contained in the Bogor Regency Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2019 concerning the Bogor Regency Regional Medium Term Development Plan for 2018-2023. There are three policies, they are the Bogor Ngaos policy, adding four (4) hours of PAI subjects, increasing the welfare of educators and education personnel through giving allowances for honorary PAI teachers, and the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) by using the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of Bogor Regency. These policies have a positive impact and strengthen the students' character, which finally will improve the quality of PAI in Bogor Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of democratic leadership in managing student discipline at the Babussalam Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that democratic leadership in Islamic boarding schools facilitates the active participation of students in the decision-making process regarding disciplinary policies. Open discussions, deliberations and participatory meetings provide a forum where students can voice their opinions and ideas. In addition, this research identifies the impact of implementing democratic leadership where students show an increase in compliance with the rules created together. They feel more responsible for their self-discipline and feel valued by the Islamic boarding school environment. However, there are also obstacles, such as differences in interpretations of Islamic values ​​and challenges in maintaining a balance between students' autonomy and collective discipline. Thus, this research makes an essential contribution to understanding the practice of democratic leadership at the Babussalam Islamic boarding school and describes its impact on the character formation and discipline of the students. The implications of the results of this research highlight the importance of maintaining traditional values ​​while introducing a participatory approach that is in line with the demands of the times, creating an educational environment that is inclusive and responsive to the needs of students, and enriching the discourse on Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Latar belakang peneliti membuat skripsi ini adalah siswa tunagrahita ini lebih memahami pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media audio-visual dibandingkan dengan tidak menggunakan media. Terlihat saat guru menggunakan media audio-visual siswanya lebih bersemangat untuk belajar, terlihat juga anak tersebut bisa termotivasi untuk belajar. Siswa nampak fokus saat belajar dibuktikan saat guru menggunakan media audio-visual seperti vidio, anak tunagrahita tidak melihat kekiri dan kekanan, tidak gelisah, mereka tenang saat menyaksikan vidio yang ditampilkan oleh gurunya, dari situlah kita juga bisa melihat bahwasannya anak tersebut bisa fokus saat belajar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SLB Koto Agung. Sumber data/informan penelitian yang diperoleh melalui guru wali kelas, kepala sekolah serta salah satu guru Di SLB Koto Agung yang dilibatkan untuk memberikan informasi dan keterangan mengenai penggunaan media pembelajaran audio-visual dalam mata pelajaran PAI pada siswa tunagrahita di SLB Koto Agung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan untuk memperkuat data yang telah diteliti dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran audio-visual dalam mata pelajaran PAI pada siswa tunagrahita di SLB Koto Agung, Blok B. Sitiung 1, Kecamata Sitiung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Bahwasannya Guru di SLB Koto Agung menggunakan media audio-visual untuk membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi, karena saat penggunaan media pembelajaran audio-visual ini siswa tunagrahita lebih bersemangat untuk belajar dibandingkan dengan tidak menggunakan media audio-visual.

Abstract

Latar belakang peneliti membuat skripsi ini adalah dilatarbelakangi oleh kegiatan-kegiatan pembinaan keagamaan yang ada di majelis taklim Baitul Ikhlas jorong Tanjung Balik Kenagarian Salimpat Kabupaten Solok. Yang mana jamaah majelis taklim yang masih minim dalam pengetahuan keagamaan dan mempunyai sikap individualitas yang tinggi dalam lingkungan masyarakat. Tapi tidak menutup kemungkinan jamaah atau masyarakat untuk berubah ke yang lebih baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan kegiatan-kegiatan pembinaan keagamaan yang dilakukan di majelis taklim Baitul Ikhlas yang membawa perubahan kepada hidup jamaahnya baik dalam lingkungan keluarga maupun masyarakat.Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, artinya peneliti akan melihat fenomena yang terjadi di masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan bentuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, karena peneliti berusaha mendeskriptifkan bagaimana bentuk-bentuk kegiatan pembinaan keagamaan yang dilaksanakan di majelis taklim Baitul Ikhlas jorong Tanjung Balik Kenagarian Salimpat Kabupaten Solok. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah Ketua Pembina majelis taklim Baitul Ikhlas, sedangkan informan pendukungnya adalah beberapa jamaah majelis taklim Baitul Ikhlas. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan didukung dengan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif.Hasil penelitian ini meliputi bentuk-bentuk kegiatan pembinaan keagamaan masyarakat, yaitu (1) kegiantan bimbingan akidah yaitu kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada jamaah majelis taklim tentang keimanan kepada Allah Swt dan nabi Muhammad Saw. (2) kegiatan bimbingan ibadah yaitu kegiatan yang dilaksanakan untuk mengajarkan tata cara beribadah yang benar dan baik kepada jamaah majelis taklim. (3) kegiatan bimbingan akhlak yaitu kegiatan yang dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pemahaman secara tidak lansung kepada jamaahnya tentang bagaimana berakhlak kepada Allah Swt, berakhlak kepada sesama manusia dan juga bagaimana berakhlak kepada diri sendiri, dan (4) memberikan bimbingan dan pengajaran tentang hukum Islam, yang mana disini majelis taklim Baitul Ikhlas memberikan bimbingan dan pengajaran khusus terkait fiqh wanita, kegiatannya berbentuk pengajian (ceramah agama) yang mana dalam kegiatan ini dijelaskan kepada jamaahnya bagaimana seharusnya seorang perempuan dalam agama Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh akhlak anak putus sekolah yang berbagai macam bentuknya. Akhlak anak putus sekolah ini ada yang berakhlak terpuji dan ada yang berakhlak tercela, tidak semua anak putus sekolah yang memiliki akhlak tercela namun juga ada yang berakhlak terupuji. Anak putus sekolah tentu tidak mendapatkan pendidikan seutuhnya sehingga anak putus sekolah memiliki akhlak tercela seperti: tidak jujur, suka berbohong, bicara kasar dan juga mudah terpengaruh oleh lingkungan luar yang membuat anak putus sekolah suka mencuri barang orang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi akhlak anak putus sekolah di Jorong Balai Cubadak Nagari Taram Kecamatan Harau Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota agar akhlak anak putus sekolah berakhlak mulia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data penulis menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk menganalisisnya peneliti melakukan beberapa langkah yaitu reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi akhlak anak putus sekolah di Jorong Balai Cubadak ialah insting, bawaan atau turunan, lingkungan, kebiasan, kehendak dan pendidikan. Lingkungan yang buruk akan mempengaruhi akhlak anak putus sekolah berperilaku tercela dan jika bawaan atau turunan orangtua berakhlak baik maka akhlak anak putus sekolah akan beraklak mulia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Di Desa Alamanda Jorong Bunuik Kecamatan Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat masih banyak remaja yang melakukan tindakan kenakalan remaja seperti bolos sekolah, merokok, mabuk- mabukan dan berkumpul hingga larut malam, serta beberapa remaja juga mengkonsumsi obat terlarang (narkoba), dan untuk perkembangan peredaran narkoba di tempat penulis teliti terdapat satu orang sebagai Bandar, tiga orang sebagai pengedar dan dua pengguna, untuk pengguna belum bisa dipastikan berapa jumlahnya, karena belum ada bukti yang kuat untuk menyatakan mereka pengguna narkoba. Adapun salah satu peran keluarga terutama orang tua dalam menangatasi kenakalan remaja adalah menasehati anak agar tidak terjerumus kedalam pergaulan yang tidak baik. Jadi menurut penulis ketika orang tua sudah melaksanakan perannya sebagai orang tua maka seharusnya anak tidak melakukan tindakan kenakalan remaja. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahi peran keluarga dalam menanggulangi kenakalan remaja di Alamanda jorong Bunuik, kec Kinali, kab Pasaman Barat. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Jadi, hasil dari temuan yang penulis dapatkan bahwasannya orang tua dari remaja Alamanda Jorong Bunuik Kecamatan Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat telah melaksanakan perannya sebagai pendidik di lingkungan keluarga dalam menanggulangi kenakalan remaja diantaranya mendidik anak dengan ketauladanan, adab dan latihan, nasehat dan pengawasan, dan mendidik anak dengan sanksi atau hukuman, namun remaja masih tetap melakukannya, hal ini disebabkan karena beberapa faktor diantaranya: kesibukan orang tua yang membuat anak kurang perhatian sehingga apa yang di ajarkan oleh orang tua tidak melekat kepada diri anak, selain itu rasa ingin tahu anak yang sangat besar membuat anak ingin terus coba-coba, dan faktor lingkungan yang tidak sehat membuat anak tetap melakukan tindakan kenakalan remaja.
