Abstract

ABSTRAK Router adalah sebuah device yang berfungsi untuk meneruskan paket-paket dari sebuah network ke network lainnya (baik LAN ke LAN atau LAN ke WAN) sehingga host-host yang ada pada sebuah network bisa berkomunikasi dengan host-host yang ada pada network yang lain. Router menghubungkan network-network tersebut pada network layer dari model OSI, sehingga secara teknis Router adalah Layer 3 Gateway. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan router Linksys WAG 120N karena dianggap cukup handal dilihat dari sisi teknologi dan fungsinya, yaitu adanya penghematan hardware (efisiensi) dan berdasarkan fungsinya sebagai router gateway dapat digunakan sebagai kabel bahkan merangkap sebagai WiFi. Selain itu router tersebut memiliki fitur keamanan yang sangat tinggi, yaitu double-firewall, serta mendukung sistem keamanan koneksi wireless yang paling akhir yaitu Wi-Fi Protected Access baik WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK dari 64-bit dan 128-bit enkripsi dan mendukung VPN pass-through untuk melakukan koneksi lewat tunneling dengan aman baik melalui Protocol PPTP ataupun L2TP/IPSec. Dengan beberapa kali uji coba baik secara wireless maupun kabel, router Linksys WAG 120N sangat handal walau merangkap sebagai wifi. Bandwidth untuk jaringan kabel terpisah dengan bandwidth untuk jaringan wireless sehingga kecepatan akses internet maupun transfer data pada jaringan dapat dihandalkan. Kata kunci : Router, Network, Gateway, Linksys ABSTRACT Router is a device for throwing packages to another network (LAN or WAN), so one host can communicate with another host. Router connect one network to another in network layer of OSI. Technically, router is Layer 3 Gateway. In this research, router Linksys WAG 120N was used because it is very reliable in term of technology and function, also it is good in efficiency because can be used as wifi. This router also has security feature with double-firewall and support the latest wireless security: WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK, both for 64-bit and 128-bit encryption and support the VPN Pass-through for tunneling connection with PPTP and L2TP/IPsec protocol. By testing using this router, it showed that Linksys WAG 120N is very reliable as a wifi router. The network between cabling and wireless is separated so the speed access for internet is good enough. Abstract

Abstract Each semester of each lecturer Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi is evaluated by the quality assurance office (KPM) by collecting important documents such as SK, certificates and journals, but the results of lecturer performance assessment are often complained by lecturers. Problems that are complained of them are many lecturers complain of getting minus results there is also a score of 0 or empty even more value obtained lecturer in the previous semester that can be used as a value added for next semester assessment can be lost or not counted for the next semester. By utilizing the data at Quality Assurance Center of Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi is expected to be able to measure internal quality continuously. This study aims to implement naïve Bayes algorithm on lecturer performance appraisal system at Quality Assurance Office of Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. The method used is qualitative and the algorithm used is Naïve Bayes while the application used is WEKA. Accuracy Information from the implementation of this system can be used by the management of Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi in making decisions. Keywords: Data Mining, Lecturer's Performance, Naïve Bayes Abstrak Setiap akhir semester tiap-tiap dosen Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi dievaluasi kenerjanya oleh kantor penjaminan mutu (KPM) dengan mengumpulkan berkas-berkas penting seperti SK, sertifikat-sertifikat maupun jurnal, namun hasil penilaian kinerja dosen sering dikeluhkan oleh dosen-dosen. Masalah-masalah yang dikeluhkan tersebut diantaranya adalah banyak dosen mengeluh mendapatkan hasil minus ada pula yang mendapatkan nilai 0 atau kosong bahkan nilai lebih yang didapat dosen pada semester sebelumnya yang dapat digunakan sebagai nilai tambah untuk penilaian disemester selanjutnya bisa hilang atau tidak terhitung untuk semester selanjutnya. Dengan memanfaatkan data pada Pusat Penjaminan Mutu Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi, diharapkan dapat dilakukan pengukur kualitas internal secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan algoritma naïve Bayes pada sistem penilaian kinerja dosen di Kantor Penjaminan Mutu Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan algoritma yang digunakan adalah Naïve Bayes sedangkan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah WEKA. Keakuratan Informasi dari implementasi sistem ini dapat digunakan oleh pihak manajemen Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi dalam mengambil keputusan. Kata kunci: Data Mining, Kinerja Dosen, Naïve Bayes

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a direct and indirect influence on exogenous variables, namely leadership and organizational commitment to endogenous variables, namely the application of internal quality assurance systems in state universities with organizational culture as an intervening variable. This research used quantitative approach and the analysis tools is path analysis. Population of this study included 340 lecturers at three state universities in Ambon and the sample size was 221 respondents.  The results of the study prove that organizational culture plays an important role in mediating and contributing to leadership and organizational commitment to the implementation of the internal quality assurance system in higher education. Leadership and organizational commitment require an organizational culture to build communication and motivation through expectations and academic values that develop in a healthy, creative, innovative and dynamic manner because it can encourage collaboration and synergy of all elements of higher education to achieve the set quality standards.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the fact that novice voters still lack knowledge and understanding of the election implementation process so that they do not give their voting rights in general elections, novice voters are easily influenced by certain interests, especially by their closest people, such as family members ranging from parents to relatives. and the lack of interest of novice voters to follow the explanations given by the General Election Commission as the organizer to stimulate the awareness of new voters. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the Level of Knowledge of Beginner Voters on the Implementation of the 2019-2024 Election in Muara Langsat Village, Sentajo Raya DistricT. This study aims to determine the Level of Knowledge of Beginner Voters on the Implementation of the 2019-2024 Election in Muara Langsat Village, Sentajo Raya District. This research was conducted from September 2019 to January 2020. The sampling technique was the simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people. Data collection techniques used are in the form of observation techniques, questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews and documentation. In analyzing the data, researchers used quantitative descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that the percentage of respondents who answered Very Know + Know was 46.49% in which the Poor category was in the range of 25.01% - 50.00%. It can be concluded that the Knowledge of Beginner Voters in the Election in Muara Langsat Village, Sentajo Raya District, the role is at the "Good Enough" level.Key Words: Elections, Beginner Voters

Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by the existence of mining without a permit in the village of Kasang Limau Sundai, is an acronym for (Gold Mining Without Permit) which is carried out by some people and other elements. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the community's perception of the implementation of Presidential Instruction Number 3 of 2000 concerning the Coordination of Handling Problems of Mining Without Permits in Kasang Limau Sundai Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District. The research objective was to determine the community's perception of the implementation of Presidential Instruction Number 3 of 2000 concerning the Coordination of Handling Problems of Mining Without Permits in Kasang Limau Sundai Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. There were 8 respondents in this study, namely: 2 village government officials, 2 traditional and community leaders, 4 community members. The data analysis technique used qualitative methods. The results of this research can be explained that the community's perception of the efforts made by the government in dealing with mining problems in Kasang Limau Sundai Village, where mining activities have positive and negative impacts. The government's obstacle in dealing with the problem of PETI activities is the lack of legal apparatus involving the government as well as traditional leaders and communities in the village concerned, besides that the level of community awareness is still lacking about the impact that will be caused.Key Words: Public Perception, Presidential Instruction No. 3 Year 2000, Overcoming PETI

Abstract

Abstrack : This research is motivated by the fact that since the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at all levels of education, both at the elementary school, junior high school to high school level, teachers and students introduced to the school environment have experienced many difficulties in applying the principles of the 2013 curriculum in schools. The formulation of the problem in this study is how students' perceptions of the introduction of the school environment PPKn in applying the principles of the 2013 curriculum in public junior high schools in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study was to determine students' perceptions of the introduction of the school environment PPKn on the application of the 2013 curriculum principles in public junior high schools in Pekanbaru City. The benefit of the results of this study is that it becomes a source of learning for all parties, especially for students who will take part in the school environment introduction program in schools, in order to understand more about the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in schools, so that its implementation is as expected. This research method is descriptive quantitative, data collection instruments used in this research are questionnaires and interviews which consist of one indicator with 14 questions. The population in this study were students introducing the school environment PPKn in public junior high schools in Pekanbaru City. The sample in this study was taken using a saturated sampling technique, where the population was directly sampled. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the result of the average percentage value of the alternative answers to the dominant respondents, namely those who answered “often” was 67.5%, where this range was in the “Good” category with an existence in the range of 50.01 - 75%. Thus it can be concluded that the students' perceptions of the introduction of the school environment PPKn in applying the principles of the 2013 Curriculum in Pekanbaru City public junior high schools is Good.Key Word : Perception, Curriculum-2013

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the influence of student organizations in shaping the character of students as potential carriers of change. So that student organizations are considered as the right place to hone soft skills and hard skills of students in order to prepare supplies for the future. Therefore, the authors take the research title "Analysis of the Benefits of Student Participation in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Student Organizations in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Riau". The purpose of this study was to determine the benefits of the participation of students from the faculty of teacher training and education in student organizations around the FKIP, Universitas Riau and also to determine the factors that encourage students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education to participate in student organizations at FKIP, University Riau. The population of this research is FKIP students who are active in the organization, amounting to 1.427 people and the sample of this research is 160 people. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 29 questions and an interview consisting of 29 questions. In analyzing the data, the writer used quantitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the management of student organizations throughout the FKIP who benefit from participation in student organizations seen from a percentage of 160 respondents as many as 89.57% answered YES where this range is in the "Helpful" category with a range of 51 - 100%. Thus, it can be concluded that the Benefits of Teaching and Education Faculty Student Participation in Student Organizations in FKIP Universitas Riau is Useful.Key Words: Organizations Benefits, Student Organization

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by a shift in people's understanding of religious values or the meaning of feast in the Javanese tradition of urban communities from Marpoyan Damai District. The formulations of the research problems are: (1) How the Shifting of Meaning of Kenduri Religious Values in Javanese Tradition in Urban Communities in Marpoyan Damai District, (2) What factors influence the Shifting of Meaning of Kenduri Religious Values in Javanese Tradition in Urban Communities in Marpoyan Damai District. The research aims: (1) To describe the Shifting of Meaning of Kenduri Religious Values in Javanese Tradition in Urban Communities in Marpoyan Damai District, (2) To determine the Factors of Shifting the Meaning of Religious Values of Kenduri in Javanese Tradition in Urban Communities in Marpoyan District. The research was conducted in Marpoyan Damai District from August 2020 to December 2020. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. With research subjects, namely the entire community of IKJR Community (Riau Family Association) in Marpoyan Damai District and the sample using purposive sampling technique with a sample of 27 people as respondents who have met the characteristics or criteria as a sample. The results obtained in this study are a shift in the meaning of the religious values of kenduri in the Javanese tradition including; there are certain groups that have other interests outside the context of the Javanese tradition of kenduri, the kenduri tradition is not sequential so that the meaning is different, the intention of doing the kenduri tradition is deviating, namely to worship other than Allah SWT. Factors that influence a shift in the religious values of kenduri in the javanese tradition include; changes in the mindset on an increasingly advanced society, education, technological advances, interactions from various cultural backgraounds, the influence of globalization, and ideology.Key Words: Shifthing, Religious Values, and Kenduri

Abstract

The performance of employees at College in Indonesia continues to be improved in order to improve the quality of education services so that the academic achievement of students can increase. The performance of employees is one of the determinants of College performance. Based on the results of preliminary observations from researchers, it was found that there was a decrease in the performance of employees characterized by the increasing late hours of employees. A literature review conducted by researchers found that it is possible that employee performance is influenced by compensation, work environment and organizational culture. Researchers also guess that there are differences between men and women on the influence of the compensation environment, work environment and organizational culture on employee performance. The number of samples in this study was determined using the Slovin method, which obtained samples of 75 respondents from 276 employees and random sampling was used to determine the sample of this study. SmartPLS 2.0 M3 is used by researchers in conducting analysis tests and data analysis methods using PLS. Based on the statistical tests conducted, it was found that compensation, work environment and organizational culture had an effect on employee performance regardless of gender, whereas when researchers entered gender it was seen that gender succeeded in moderating the influence of compensation and work environment on employee performance but failed to moderate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to describe the development of multicultural-based inclusion learning in TK Talenta Semarang. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The findings in this study are that first, multicultural-based inclusion learning is more emphasized in the implementation and evaluation of learning, second, multicultural values grow in students through activities in religious centers that emphasize social piety respecting differences, third: differences in institutions inclusive education is a miniature of diversity in ethnicity, race and religion.AbstrakTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan pembelajaran inklusi berbasis multikultural di TK Talenta Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa pertama, pembelajaran inklusi berbasis multi kultural lebih ditekankan pada pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran, kedua, Nilai-nilai multikultural tumbuh dalam pribadi siswa melalui kegiatan di sentra agama yang menekankan kesalehan sosial menghormati perbedaan, ketiga : perbedaan yang ada di lembaga pendidikan inklusi merupakan miniatur dari keragaman suku, ras dan agama.
