Abstract

Productivity achievement at PT Adi Satria Abadi (Golf Gloves Division) is not optimal because ofthe waste. Value Stream Mapping as a Lean Manufacturing tool is used to map the production processand identify and eliminate the waste. The advantage of VSM is its capability to give visual map of valueadded flow process, necessary but non value added flow process, and non value added flow process. In thisstudy Waste Assessment Model (WAM) also have been implemented to identify the waste. The sequence ofthree greatest waste are Defect/Reject 24,73%, Unneccessary Inventory 18,80%, and Unneccessary Motion15,44%. This study can reduce production lead time 62,22 minutes and improve the production throughputby 77 pcs.

Abstract

Pasuruan has some excellent products produced by UMKM spread in Pasuruan City area. One of them is furniture which is commonly found in the South of Pasuruan City e.g Kelurahan Bukir, Kelurahan Sebani, Kelurahan Krapyakrejo, Kelurahan Randusari, Kelurahan Gentong, Kelurahan Petahunan and Kelurahan Karangketug. Labor is largely composed of families and neighbors around the area so that the industry can have a significant impact on improving the economy of local communities. Have a pretty good prospect to develop. The existence of micro, small and medium businesses in the Pasuruan city is a strategic industry that becomes an opportunity for improvement of the regional economy. Micro, small and medium businesses (UMKM) in addition can absorb a very large number of workers which means reducing the unemployment rate, as well as economic development. Based on the background that has been described above, the researcher choose the title of this study as follows: "The Influenced Of Personal Characteristics Of UMKM’S Entrepreneur Through Entrepreneurial Orientation To UMKM Business Performance In Pasuruan City". The type of this research is using quantitative approach, the data in the form of numbers will be analyzed using statistical methods. This type of research is causal, because it tries to know the cause or effect relationship of mutual influence between two or more variables under investigation. Population of this study is the furniture UMKM’s entrepreneurs in the Pasuruan city. The sample is 54 people of furniture UMKM’s entrepreneurs in Pasuruan city. Based on the results of research concluded that: (1) Personal Characteristics have a significant effect on the performance of UMKM business in Pasuruan city. (2) Entrepreneurial Orientation has a significant effect on business performance of UMKM in Pasuruan city. (3) Personal Characteristics have a significant effect on the performance of UMKM business in Pasuruan city through entrepreneurial orientation.

Abstract

The background of this research is an emerging problem in the field of education in Indonesia. One of the problems is the occurrence of moral irregularities among students which results in the moral decline of the nation. At the level of early childhood education, character education is a way that can be implemented to overcome these problems. One way is to implement various traditional games. This study aims to explain the implementation of character education based on traditional games, the process of internalizing character values based on traditional games, and the possibility of applying traditional games as a character education model. This is a qualitative research conducted in three Kindergartens IN Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta; each with a background of Islam, State and Christianity. The primary data of this study were sourced from the results of interviews with informants. The secondary data were in the form of policies, values, school views, and parents functioning further to strengthen the data and as a means of character education configuration based on traditional games in the context of micro systems. The data were analyzed through several stages, namely (1) display of observation and interview results; (2) sorting out observations and interviews; (3) discovery of contrasting or negative elements. The results of this study show that (1) The implementation of character education based on traditional games in the three kindergartens is different from one another; (2) character values are internalized through several traditional games, namely gobag sodor, cublak-cublak suweng, dakon, jamuran, and engklek or sundamanda; (3) Character education based on workable traditional games becomes a character education model in kindergarten.

Abstract

Curriculum 2013 prioritizes scientific-based learning. The scientific approach to familiarize students think high order thinking patterns. Based on preliminary analysis known that teachers have difficulties in designing a lesson plan scientifically based and requires a reading source procurement efforts. The development of technology can be used to develop educational products, such as e-books using the 3D Pageflip Professional program. Based on the literature study, this program has the advantage of digital interactive book design, flexible, efficient and effective as it integrates text, images, audio, and video. The study was conducted with the aim to provide problem-solving efforts related to adherence to the curriculum in 2013 through the development of scientific learning e-book. Researchers used the ADDIE model of research and development with the flow: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of research in the form of an e-book product of scientific study that has been declared feasible by a team of experts (97.33% of material and media expert 98.7%), practitioners (supervisory 97.33%), and 90.6% with teachers' perceptions category very good. Practically, this research can be useful for teachers, governments, and researchers for services procurement expertise in the form of innovation in educational products.

Abstract

Education technology development is inseparable with the development of technology in general. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the use of audio visual video Youtube media and conventional images on the results of remote kick (long pass) exercise. This study applied a quantitative approach, the method of data collection was done by using survey with test techniques and measurement. The methods of data analysis was done by using two-way ANOVA analysis, The results showed that the first hypothesis obtained Fvalue > Ftable = 9.489 > 4.260, means that the first hypothesis stating that there is a different effect between those who participate in the football club and who are non football club on their remote kick (long passing) in the extracurricular participants of football in SMP Islam Al-Bisyri Semarang is accepted. The results showed that the second hypothesis obtained Fvalue > Ftable = 21.723 > 4.260, means that the second hypothesis stating that there is a different effect between the use of learning media (youtube and conventional pictures) on the remote kick (long passing) of those who participate in the club and who are no non club in the extracurricular participants of football in SMP Islam Al-Bisyri Semarang is accepted. Based on the results of the study, it is indicated that there is an interaction between the use of learning media (youtube and conventional picture) on students who participate in the club and who are non club on their remote kick (long passing) in the extracurricular participants of football in SMP Islam Al-Bisyri Semarang. The benefits of this study shows the importance of learning by using the audio-visual media to achieve the optimal learning.

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Education Role in Improving the Life Quality of the Orang Laut in the Panglima Raja Village, Concong Sub District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Researchers are interested in researching because some of the Orang Laut who have studied, the quality of life is not better than fishermen.This research was conducted with the aim to find out how and whether education can improve the life quality of the Orang Laut. This research method is quantitative descriptive, with formula : P = f / n x 100%. The research population is all the Orang Laut Society that has passed the Education Process and has worked for 30 people, This type of research is population research, so the entire population becomes a sample in the study. Data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and later observations from the results of the study can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted or proven, this also answers the formulation of the problem, namely, how education changes the quality of life Orang Laut, the results of education only change thinking patterns and understanding of quality life but for the formulation of the problem Is education changing the quality of life of the Orang Laut, the results do not change the life quality of the Orang Laut this is proven by the percentage of 55%, According to Ridwan (2008: 88) the percentage of 55% is enough to state that education does not play a role. In addition, if examined based on Ridwan opinion, the number of tables stating that education plays only 25%, this number is a weak percentage, so it can be concluded that Education does not play a role in Improving the life Quality of the Orang Laut Society in the Panglima Raja Village, Concong Sub District, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student results PPKn FKIP UR in the course of civil law, which is the subject of this research is the students of PPKn FKIP UR Semester III totaling 35 people composed of 11 men and 24 women. Process improvements in the research study will use a learning model Numbered Heads Together Structure to see its influence on learning outcomes. Activity faculty and students in the use of this model will be assessed by the observer.            Based on the results of the study showed that the activity of a lecturer in the first cycle with a score of 32 categories of "Perfect" and the increase in cycle II score of 36 in the category "very perfect". For students in the first cycle of activity score of 204 in the category "High" and the second cycle increased to 228 with the category of "very high". While the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle with the category of "Very High" as many as 7 people (20%) and "High" as many as 23 people (66%) increased in the second cycle category of "Very High" as many as 12 people (34%) and "High "as many as 17 people (49%). It can be concluded that the usage learning model Numbered Heads Together Structure can improve learning outcomes in subjects of Civil Law at the FKIP PPKn University of Riau.

Abstract

Menurut Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan Provinsi Riau, Kerajaan dibumi lancing kuning berjumlah 29 Kerajaan/ Kesultanan (Yose Rizal, 2018). Dalam kajian ini ditulis 5 Kerajaan yang melahirkan jasa para tokoh dan Masyarakat Orang – Orang Asli, diantaranya jasa Orang Laut, jasa Orang Talang Mamak, jasa Orang Petalangan, jasa Orang Sakai, jasa Orang Bonai, jasa Orang Akit, jasa Orang Anak Rawa serta jasa Orang Hutan/ Suku Asli. Jasa ini semua dimulai sejak awal berdiri masa kejayaan sampai redup atau hilangnya kerajaan-kerajaan melayu di Riau tersebut, yaitu Kerajaan Indragiri, Kerajaan Siak Sri Inderapura, Kerajaan Pelalawan, Kerajaan Kunto Darussalam, Kerajaan Gasib. Hasil kajian ini menemukan kesimpulan terbaru yang menyatakan bahwa (1).Tidak mungkin ada kerajaan Indragiri jika Orang laut tidak bersedia mengantar Nara Singa II sampai di tanah kerajaan leluhurnya. (2).Tidak mungkin ada kerajaan Siak Sri Inderapura jika Orang Laut tidak menyelamatkan Raja Kecik dimasa kecilnya. (3).Tidak akan lengkap prosesi penabalan sultan Indragiri jika Orang Talang Mamak tidak bersedia menjalankan prosesi pengukuhan sampai pada junjung duli. (4).Tidak akan ada perlawanan terhadap belanda jika Orang Petalangan menolak membantu Sultan Assyaidis Syarif Ali Tengku Sentol melawan belanda. (5).Tidak akan terpungut pajak jika Orang Sakai tidak bersedia memungut pajak didaratan. (6).Tidak akan ada perlawanan Sultan Syarif Kasim II terhadap belanda tanpa bantuan Orang Akit dan Sikoyan sebagai tokoh sentralnya. (7).Tidak akan ada yang memungut pajak disepanjang sungai jantan jika Orang Anak Rawa tidak bersedia memungutnya. (8).Tidak akan ada penjaga wilayah Kunto Darusalam jika Orang Bonai tidak ingin bekerjasama. (9).Tidak akan ada orang pada masa kerajaan gasib yang berani membuka tanah maupun hutan untuk mendirikan kerajaan tanpa ada izin dari Orang Hutan/ Suku Asli.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan dan sebagian besar wilayahnya berupa lautan. Karena adanya pemanasan global, maka terdapat kemungkinan terjadinya kenaikan permukaan air laut. Kenaikan permukaan air laut akan menyebabkan dampak terhadap wilayah pesisir. Dampak tersebut seperti terjadinya bencana banjir. Bencana banjir dapat menyebabkan me rebaknya penyakit, terjadinya kerusakan sarana dan prasarana dan sebagainya. Semua itu dapat menyebabkan turunnya kualitas kehidupan maniusia. Bahan penelitian ini berupa data pasang surut untuk kawasan Surabaya. memantau Peralatan yang diperlukan untuk penelitian ini ialah komputer beserta perangkat lunaknya. Dengan menggunakan data dan peralatan itu, maka dilakukan analisis terhadap permukaan air taut di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa permukaan air laut di kawasan Surabaya tidaklah naik secara berarti. Kondisi permukaan air laut tersebut relatif konstan. Walaupun permukaan air laut tersebut tetap, akan tetapi dapat terjadi banjir di wilayah pesisir jika katakanlah permukaan tanah disitu cenderung turun.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify public opinion about the suitable modern public transportation modes in Jakarta. Transportation is inseparable from traffic jam which also affects the residential areas. Traffic jam is a stagnant situation caused by the number of vehicles exceeding the road’s capacity. Traffic congestion becomes daily problem in Jakarta and other cities in Indonesia. This research used qualitative method. The result of this research shows that traffic congestion in Jakarta was caused by large number of private vehicles. Due to that condition, the suitable public transportation modes are, Monorail, TransJakarta bus, Tram, MRT, and LRT. 48% of Jakarta citizens chose monorail as the most suitable transportation while 38% of them preferred Transjakarta bus, and 14% of people asked for tram. The expectation of the realization of modern transportation mode, in this case monorail, is to decrease the number of private vehicles. Therefore, the traffic congestion in Jakarta are able to be reduced.
