This study explores the regulatory and institutional framework for relocating Indonesia’s national capital (Ibu Kota Nusantara, IKN) from Jakarta to East Kalimantan, a plan rooted in the integrative ideology articulated by Soepomo in 1945. This ideology emphasizes harmony between macrocosmic and microcosmic forces within the state, suggesting that the government center should be located centrally within the country to symbolize supreme authority. The relocation is also seen as a crucial move toward achieving “Indonesia Emas 2045”. However, the enactment of Law No. 3 of 2022, which serves as the legal basis for the relocation, has faced significant criticism, particularly regarding the regulatory, institutional, and funding aspects. Previous studies have often been opinion-based and lacked scientific rigor, especially in addressing the complexities of policy implementation. This research aims to fill this gap by providing a detailed analysis of the policy from regulatory and institutional perspectives. The study uses a normative legal approach, incorporating both statute and conceptual analyses, to evaluate the regulatory and institutional frameworks guiding the capital relocation. While it does not extensively address funding issues, it focuses on identifying how well the existing rules align with the policy’s implementation goals. Findings suggest that while the relocation offers significant benefits, such as promoting national unity and symbolizing progress, the process faces challenges, including conflicts with existing regulations and institutional inefficiencies. The contribution of this study lies in offering actionable insights for both the government and civil society to assess and improve the policy’s implementation, ensuring its alignment with the broader vision of national development.

Abstrak: Materi Impuls dan Momentum adalah salah satu materi Fisika yang diajarkan di SMA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak positif pembelajaran discovery learning dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep peserta didik kelas X terhadap materi Fisika, khususnya impuls dan momentum di tingkat SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain true experimental dengan pretest-posttest control group design. Analisis data melibatkan uji prasyarat analisis data, analisis deskriptif, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,66 yang melebihi nilai t-tabel sebesar 1,67. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman konsep siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning lebih baik daripada siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar untuk kelas eksperimen adalah 61,26, melebihi nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yaitu 55,25. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman konsep peserta didik yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model Discovery Learning lebih baik dibandingkan dengan mereka yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional.Abstract: Impulse and momentum material is one of the Physics materials taught in high school. This study aims to evaluate the positive impact of discovery learning in improving the concept understanding of grade X students on Physics material, especially impulse and momentum at the high school level. The research method used is true experimental design with pretest-posttest control group design. Data analysis involves data analysis prerequisite tests, descriptive analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research and the previous discussion, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This can be seen from the t-count value of 3.66 which exceeds the t-table value of 1.67. Thus, it can be concluded that the concept understanding of students who use the Discovery Learning learning model is better than students who use the conventional learning model. The average value of learning outcomes for the experimental class was 61.26, exceeding the average value of the control class which was 55.25. This result shows that the concept understanding of students who follow learning with the Discovery Learning model is better than those who use the conventional learning model.

Edible Bird’s Nest (EBN), a costly food product made from swiftlet’s saliva, has encountered a longstanding problem of plucking the swiftlet’s feather from the nests. The destructive and inefficient manual process of plucking the feathers can be substituted with a serine protease enzyme alternative. Accurate detection of enzyme dosage is crucial for ensuring efficient feather degradation with cost-effective enzyme usage. This research employed the transfer learning method using pretrained Convolutional Neural Networks (Pt-CNN) to detect enzyme dosage based on EBN’s images. This study aimed to compare the image classification mechanisms, architectures, and performance of three Pt-CNN: Resnet50, InceptionResnetV2, and EfficientNetV2S. InceptionResnetV2, using parallel convolutions and residual networks, significantly contributes to learning rich informative features. Consequently, the InceptionResnetV2 model achieved the highest accuracy of 96.18%, while Resnet50 and EfficientNetV2S attained only 30.44% and 17.82%, respectively. The differences in architecture complexity, parameter count, dataset characteristics, and image resolution also play a role in the performance disparities among the models. The study’s findings aid future researchers in streamlining model selection when facing limited datasets by understanding the reasons for the model’s performance and contributing to a non-destructive and quick solution for EBN’s cleaning process.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the tactics, chances, and difficulties that the Bengkulu City National Narcotics Board has faced when educating the younger generation (Gen Z) about P4GN. The concept of the Berlo SMCR communication model is employed in this study's descriptive qualitative analysis to describe the tactics, possibilities, and difficulties faced by PUPAN Bengkulu in spreading P4GN information. The study's informants were chosen using the snowball sampling approach. Techniques for gathering data included recordkeeping, interviews, and observation. The strategies employed in data analysis include data reduction, data visualisation, and conclusion drawing. PUPAN Bengkulu uses a communication strategy that is carried out through the creation of strategic plans, their implementation, evaluation, and management. Prior to distributing P4GN material, PUPAN Bengkulu first identifies and selects the resource person. It next ascertains the intended recipient of the P4GN material and composes the message in accordance with the recipient. The media and communication channels that PUPAN Bengkulu uses to spread P4GN information are selected based on the kind of media that the general public accesses most frequently. PUPAN Bengkulu has a number of obstacles, including a shortage of manpower, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, geographic limitations, and difficulties mobilising large numbers of people during the epidemic.

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan utama di masyarakat pedesaan yang sering kali tidak disadari hingga timbul komplikasi serius. Desa Ramea, Kabupaten Pandeglang, memiliki populasi yang rentan terhadap hipertensi, terutama karena kurangnya akses terhadap layanan kesehatan. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola hipertensi melalui dua pendekatan yaitu pemeriksaan kesehatan dan pelatihan pembuatan obat tradisional berbasis tanaman lokal. Pemeriksaan kesehatan dilakukan dengan mengukur tekanan darah warga, memberikan konsultasi kesehatan, dan melakukan penyuluhan mengenai hipertensi. Sementara itu, pelatihan pembuatan obat tradisional melibatkan penggunaan bahan herbal seperti daun seledri, sereh, jahe dan kunyit.. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 30% dari warga yang diperiksa terdiagnosis hipertensi, sementara pelatihan pembuatan obat tradisional mendapatkan tanggapan positif dari peserta. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman warga tentang pengelolaan hipertensi dan penggunaan obat tradisional, meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala terkait fasilitas dan pengetahuan awal masyarakat. Rekomendasi untuk program lanjutan mencakup monitoring jangka panjang dan pelatihan tambahan tentang gaya hidup sehat.

Scabies adalah penyakit menular pada kulit yang disebabkan oleh tungau (Sarcoptes scabiei) dan seringkali terjadi pada lingkungan atau tempat yang padat seperti pondok pesantren, asrama, panti asuhan dan lain-lain. pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman pada santri Insan Cita Serang tentang penyakit scabies, penyebab, gejala klinis dan cara pencegahannya. Sebanyak 50 orang santri mengikuti kegiatan ini melalui proses diskusi dan pemaparan materi. Melalui kegiatan ini pemahaman santri tentang penyakit scabies meningkat hingga 67%.

The need for regulation and implementation related to the protection and empowerment of women and children in conflict situations in Indonesia is crucial considering that women and children are a vulnerable group in conflict situations. The lack of women's participation in the peace and security process as well as the erroneous perception of the need to protect women and children in conflict situations underlies the Government of Indonesia to adopt the UN Security Council Resolution Number 1325 through Presidential Regulation Number 18 of 2014 concerning the Protection and Empowerment of Women and Children in Social Conflict (P3AKS). The Implementation of Presidential Regulation No. 18 of 2014 concerning P3AKS needs to be carried out as an implementation of the Mandate of the Regulation of the Coordinating Minister for People's Welfare of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2014 concerning the National Action Plan for the Protection and Empowerment of Women and Children in Social Conflict (RAN P3AKS) 2014-2019. Protecting them makes an effort to prevent and overcome all forms of violence and violations of the human rights of women and children as well as fulfilling the components of basic needs services in conflict management as an integral part of conflict management activities. Meanwhile, the meaning of empowering women and children is interpreted as an effort to strengthen human rights, improve the quality of life and increase the space for women and children's participation in peacebuilding. The protection and empowerment of women and children in conflict aims to protect, respect, and guarantee women's human rights in conflict resolution.

Farmer is a Physics learning media that functions as Learning Management System (LMS) to organize, manage, and deliver subject matter on the concept of energy and its changes related to work, changes in mechanical, chemical, electrical, heat and renewable energy on the basic techniques of plant production processes which refer to a science literacy-based learning flow with a web format for the vocational school of Agriculture. The purpose of this study was to analyze the concept of Energy and its changes in Agriculture that are used in the LMS Farmer. The Material of Energy and its changes in Agriculture in LMS farmers were developed using the ADDIE model 1) Analysis Phase; 2) Design Phase; 3) Developed Phase; 4) Implementation Phase; 5) Evaluation Phase. This research used the qualitative method. The non-test research instruments included material validations by four material experts consisting of two physics experts, one teacher and one Agricultural material expert. The data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics. The results showed that the material of Energy and its changes in Agriculture on LMS Farmer, based on the assessment by four experts lies in the â€œfeasibleâ€ category. The conclusion of this study is that the material ofÂ Energy and its changes LMS Farmer in the feasible category so that they are feasible to be applied in physics learning for vocational schools majoring in Agriculture. Biodiesel is a renewable energy source that has great potential as an alternative fuel to replace fossil diesel in diesel engines. The potential of feedstock from non-edible oils for biodiesel is being considered with the aim of biodiesel production without negatively impacting food issues. Nyamplung oil is a type of non-edible oil in nature that can be used as a source for biodiesel esterification. This research aims to produce methyl ester from nyamplung oil using Zirconia-embedded natural zeolite catalyst (ZrO2/natural zeolite). The catalyst used was prepared from natural zeolite by impregnation method. The results showed that the free fatty acid conversion was obtained at 89.0% which was achieved at a temperature of 60°C in 80 minutes, a catalyst concentration of 5% wt. of the oil, and a molar ratio of methanol to oil at 9:1 for biodiesel production. The results of this study indicate that ZrO2/natural zeolite catalyst is used to produce biodiesel from nyamplung oil.

This research aims to determine the effect of matrix types with natural and synthetic fibers as composite reinforcement on the tensile and bending strength of composites. The types of matrices used are waste gallon lids while the types of fiber used are pineapple leaf fiber and fiberglass. The ratio between matrix material and reinforcing material in the sample varied. Tensile testing uses the ASTM D638 standard size while bending testing uses the ASTM C393 standard size. The overall highest tensile strength is found in pineapple leaf fiber reinforcement against gallon lid matrix with a maximum tensile stress value of 30.39 MPa at a ratio of 1:4. Meanwhile, the lowest tensile strength was found in pineapple leaf fiber against gallon lid waste with the lowest tensile stress value of 3.88 MPa at a ratio of 2:8.
