Abstract

This research investigates the intricate interplay between environmental awareness, policy compliance, technology adoption, and energy efficiency and conservation within the dynamic landscape of the Tangerang City Industrial Estate. Leveraging a quantitative approach, the study surveyed 150 participants to analyze the relationships among these key variables. The results reveal significant and positive associations, indicating that organizations fostering environmental consciousness, adhering to energy-related policies, and embracing advanced technologies exhibit heightened levels of energy efficiency and conservation. The structural model's robust fit, assessed through various indices, underscores the reliability of the identified relationships. The findings offer valuable insights for policymakers, industry stakeholders, and researchers seeking to promote sustainability in industrial practices.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menyusun artikel internasional terindeks Scopus dengan memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI). Workshop dilaksanakan secara daring melalui platform Zoom pada tanggal 15 Agustus 2023, diikuti oleh 43 peserta dari berbagai kalangan. Pemaparan meliputi konsep dasar AI, analisis data, dan aplikasi praktisnya dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup presentasi materi, sesi diskusi interaktif, dan hands-on workshop. Hasilnya mencakup peningkatan pemahaman konsep AI, penerapan teknologi AI dalam penulisan artikel, serta pembentukan jaringan kolaboratif di antara peserta. Workshop ini diakhiri dengan pemberian sertifikat kepada peserta sebagai pengakuan atas partisipasi aktif mereka.

Abstract

This study explores the complex connections between Indonesian adolescent emotional wellbeing, social support, self-perception, and parenting style. Using a mixed-approaches strategy, 350 adolescents between the ages of 13 and 18 were randomly selected and then subjected to both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. The quantitative results showed a strong correlation between more emotional well-being and authoritative parenting. Higher levels of self-perception—including self-efficacy and self-esteem—were associated with better emotional results. Robust family support was found to be a significant predictor of improved emotional well-being, and supportive peers and schools were also found to be beneficial. Depth was given by qualitative insights, which disentangled the complex experiences of parenting philosophies, self-perception, and social support. The amalgamation of both quantitative and qualitative findings provides a thorough comprehension of the elements influencing the psychological welfare of teenagers in Indonesia. There is discussion of the implications for interventions and policies aimed at promoting mental health in this population.

Key themes explored encompass tax governance mechanisms, regulatory responses to cross-border tax evasion and profit shifting, compliance behaviors, and the redistributive impact of taxation in the digital age. By synthesizing existing research, this review provides a holistic understanding of the complexities of navigating contemporary fiscal governance's digital paradise. The literature synthesis reveals the critical role of tax governance mechanisms in addressing the challenges the digital economy poses. Regulatory responses, including proposals for digital taxation frameworks and international tax cooperation agreements, are examined to elucidate their potential efficacy in fostering tax compliance and mitigating tax evasion and avoidance. Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan keuangan merupakan proses kritis dalam mengelola aspek keuangan perusahaan yang memiliki dampak jangka panjang terhadap kinerja dan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh corporate governance terhadap pengambilan keputusan keuangan perusahaan melalui pendekatan studi literatur. Corporate governance, yang mencakup struktur, kebijakan, dan praktik yang mengatur hubungan antara pemangku kepentingan dalam perusahaan, menjadi fokus utama dalam memahami bagaimana pengambilan keputusan keuangan terbentuk. Metode studi literatur digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, menelaah, dan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan yang membahas hubungan antara corporate governance dan pengambilan keputusan keuangan perusahaan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa corporate governance yang kuat, transparan, dan melibatkan partisipasi aktif pemangku kepentingan memiliki dampak positif terhadap kualitas pengambilan keputusan keuangan perusahaan. Dewan direksi yang independen, transparansi dalam pelaporan keuangan, dan partisipasi pemegang saham merupakan elemen-elemen penting yang dapat memperkuat corporate governance dan meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan keuangan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perusahaan memperhatikan tata kelola perusahaan yang efektif sebagai bagian integral dari strategi pengelolaan risiko dan pencapaian tujuan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Inovasi fintech berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, menawarkan solusi keuangan yang lebih mudah diakses dan terjangkau bagi masyarakat luas. Hal ini membuka peluang untuk meningkatkan inklusi keuangan, terutama bagi mereka yang sebelumnya tidak memiliki akses ke layanan keuangan tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran inovasi fintech dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi literatur dan analisis data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber, seperti jurnal ilmiah, laporan penelitian, dan publikasi resmi dari lembaga terkait. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa bahwa fintech telah memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam memperluas akses terhadap layanan keuangan di seluruh dunia. Melalui penerapan teknologi terkini, fintech telah berhasil mengatasi beberapa hambatan tradisional dalam akses keuangan, seperti biaya tinggi dan keterbatasan infrastruktur. Meskipun demikian, tantangan yang signifikan masih ada, termasuk masalah regulasi yang bervariasi di berbagai negara, keamanan dan privasi data, serta kesenjangan akses teknologi di wilayah-wilayah terpencil.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Pariaman City. In this study the authors used quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The population of this study were Bank Syariah Indonesia customers totaling 1,500 customers and the sample used was 94 customers. The data analysis used is Simple Linear Regression Y = a + bX using the help of SPSS software version 25 for windows. Based on the results of the research analysis conducted t-statistical test which shows that the service quality variable (X) has a positive effect on the customer satisfaction variable (Y) with the results from the coefficient table it is known that the t value is 5.969> t table 0.202 with the significance value of the service variable is 0.00 smaller than 0.05 (0.00 <0.05), thus H₁ is accepted. These results indicate that service quality is one of the variables that affects customer satisfaction. The higher the value of service quality, the stronger the effect on customer satisfaction. Through the coefficient of determination (R²) test, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R²) value is 0.279 which indicates that there is a significant influence of the independent or independent variable (service quality) on the dependent or dependent variable ( customer satisfaction) which is 0.279 where the number is rounded up to 28%, and the remaining 72% is influenced by other factors not examined by the researcher.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of tax planning, audit fees, good corporate governance on earnings management with managerial ownership as moderator for food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2018-2022. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique use purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 10 companies. The data analysis technique used is moderation regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that audit fees, independent board of commissioners, and institutional ownership have an effect on earnings management, tax planning has no effect on earnings management and managerial ownership is able to moderate audit fees and institutional ownership on profit management, managerial ownership not being able to moderate tax planning and independent board of commissioners against earnings management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dinamika yang rumit antara Independensi Auditor (IA), Kualitas Audit (KA), Transparansi Informasi (TI), dan Kepatuhan Pelaporan Keuangan (KPK) dalam konteks perusahaan asuransi. Dengan menggunakan model persamaan struktural, penelitian ini menganalisis koefisien jalur, indeks kecocokan, dan nilai R-Square untuk mengungkap interaksi dari variabel-variabel laten ini. Hasilnya menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara IA, KA, TI, dan KPK, yang menyoroti peran penting faktor-faktor ini dalam membentuk praktik pelaporan keuangan. Model ini menunjukkan kecocokan yang memuaskan, didukung oleh berbagai indeks kecocokan. Implikasi praktisnya mencakup wawasan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti bagi regulator, perusahaan asuransi, dan auditor untuk meningkatkan proses pelaporan keuangan. Namun, penelitian ini mengakui adanya keterbatasan, dan menekankan perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk memperluas pemahaman tentang hubungan ini di berbagai konteks.
