Abstract

Layanan Konseling kelompok merupakan salah satu layanan konseling yang bermanfaat dan strategis dalam membantu anak-anak yang menghadapi masalah pribadi dengan menggunakan kontribusi pemikiran kelompok untuk mengatasi masalah pribadi. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan Person-Centered dalam peningkatan kepercayaan diri pada anak korban kekerasan. Konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan Person-Centered dapat meningkatkan rasa kepercayaan diri anak korban kekerasan dalam berinteraksi sosial. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan layanan konseling kelompok terhadap anak sehingga diharapkan konselor melakukan penanganan bersifat segera jika menemukan klien yang menjadi korban kekerasan agar aktivitas serta interaksi sosial para korban kekerasan seksual tidak terganggu. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan adalah konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan Person-Centered.

Abstract

Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) often experience difficulties in the school environment, especially in terms of concentration, hyperactive behavior and impulsivity. Although most children with ADHD are still served in regular classes, this can hinder students' development, both academically and socially. To support student development, a guidance and counseling approach based on collaboration between teachers, counselors and parents is very important. One intervention that has been proven effective is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which can help ADHD children manage anxiety and impulsive behavior. This research uses a literature review method to explore the application of CBT in managing anxiety in ADHD students, with an analysis of various relevant studies. The research results show that CBT is effective in helping ADHD children overcome the difficulties students face at school and in social interactions, as well as supporting better development. Researchers emphasize the importance of collaboration between educators and counseling personnel to create a supportive environment for children with ADHD.

Abstract

Semakin bertambahnya usia, individu akan memikirkan terkait bagaimana keadaan masa depannya. Setiap individu memiliki pandangan yang berbeda-beda tentang masa depannya. Banyak individu yang terperangkap dalam keadaan rasa cemas, takut, dan sedih, bahkan hingga menjadi stress ketika harus dihadapkan dengan pertanyaan bagaimanakah nanti masa depannya. Hal ini disebut dengan istilah quarter life crisis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu individu mengatasi quarter life crisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang diberikan secara berkelompok. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan dengan memanfaatkan artikel atau jurnal yang terkait dengan konseling kelompok, pendekatan gestalt, dan quarter life crisis. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa dengan menggunakan pendekatan gestalt dengan cara konseling kelompok efektif untuk membantu individu-individu yang sedang mengalami quarter life crisis. Salah satu teknik yang digunakan yakni latihan saya bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Education is an important human right to be accessed by everyone without exception. One form of education in Indonesia is non-formal education. Non-formal education is one of the main pillars in nation development. Non-formal education in Indonesia also continues to develop and adapt to changing times. Non-formal education is very much needed. In Indonesia, there are various non-formal education programs that can help students who cannot afford to get an education and improve their skills to achieve it. For students who have to help their parents, non-formal education can be the right alternative to continue to receive education and improve their skills, while also helping to ease the burden on their parents. The government is trying to fulfill the right to education for all Indonesian children, including students who are far from access to education. The right to education is a shared responsibility. Various efforts have been made by the government and various parties to provide quality non-formal education for children in remote and outermost areas so they can have an education. Students in non-formal education have diverse needs. They may come from various backgrounds in age, education and life experience. Counseling can help them adjust to new learning environments and overcome specific learning obstacles.

Abstract

Students' readiness to face Industrial Work Practices (Prakerin) is one indicator of the success of Vocational Schools in carrying out their functions. This research investigates the effectiveness of modeling engineering information services in increasing the readiness of Vocational High School (SMK) students to face Industrial Work Practices (Prakerin). This research method uses a literature study approach to prepare in-depth reviews of various articles and journals that are relevant to this topic. The results of the analysis show that modeling techniques significantly improve students' understanding of the world of work, help them develop practical skills such as communication and time management, and strengthen their confidence in facing challenges in the workplace. In addition, this technique also helps students identify and overcome potential obstacles they may face during internship, as well as prepare them to adapt to different work cultures. The implication of this study is the importance of integrating modeling techniques in the vocational education curriculum to prepare the younger generation to face the dynamic and competitive world of work.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning saturation is one of the problems that is often faced by students, especially in subjects that are considered difficult, such as Mathematics. At SMP Negeri 19 Padang, many students complained of boredom in Mathematics lessons, allegedly caused by the lack of student involvement in learning. This saturation can affect students' motivation and learning achievement, ultimately impacting the quality of education. This study aims to analyze students' learning saturation behaviour in mathematics subjects and its implications for Guidance and Counseling (BK) services. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the study was conducted on 58 grade IX students of SMP Negeri 19 Padang who were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale that measures four aspects of learning saturation: physical, emotional, motivational, and mental fatigue. The study results showed that 57% of students experienced moderate learning saturation and 23% at high to very high levels. The analysis revealed that motivational fatigue was the most serious problem, with 55% of students being at high to very high levels, followed by emotional fatigue (33%), mental fatigue (38%), and physical fatigue (19%). These findings have implications for developing a comprehensive BK program, including information services, group guidance, and individual counselling to help students overcome math learning boredom.Keywords: Learning Saturation, Mathematics, Counseling Guidance, Junior High School Students.

Abstract

Pendekatan cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) adalah pendekatan psikoterapi jangka pendek yang dirancang untuk memengaruhi emosi, perilaku, dan kognisi disfungsional, melalui prosedur sistematis yang berorientasi pada tujuan. Pendekatan ini memiliki karakteristik unik yang membedakannya dari sebagian besar pendekatan kelompok lain, karena bergantung pada prinsip dan prosedur metode ilmiah, dan prinsip pembelajaran yang diperoleh secara eksperimental. Pendekatan ini semakin banyak digunakan untuk masalah kesehatan mental, dan diterapkan dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling kelompok sebagai intervensi untuk penanganan perilaku-perilaku maladaptive. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pendekatan CBT merupakan suatu metode terapi perilaku kognitif yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi tekanan dan disfungsi psikologis dengan mengeksplorasi dan mengatasi integrasi pikiran, perasaan, dan perilaku yang berkontribusi pada munculnya suatu masalah. Tujuan dan manfaat pendekatan CBT dalam bimbingan dan konseling kelompok sebagai preventif dan perbaikan perilaku maladaptive melalui penguasaan keterampilan praktis untuk membuat perubahan dalam pikiran, perilaku, dan emosi serta cara mempertahankannya dari waktu ke waktu. Peran pemimpin dalam kelompok CBT yaitu sebagai guru dan pendorong bagi anggotanya untuk mempelajari dan mempraktikkan keterampilan sosial dalam kelompok yang dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan bimbingan dan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan behavior untuk mengatasi stres yang dialami mahasiswa dalam penyelesaian tugas akhir (skripsi). Metode yang digunakan adalah library research, yang melibatkan analisis berbagai literatur dan penelitian terdahulu terkait efektivitas pendekatan behavior dalam konteks konseling kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik-teknik seperti Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), dan self-talk dapat secara signifikan mengurangi tingkat stres akademik mahasiswa. Selain itu, bimbingan kelompok menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung, di mana mahasiswa dapat saling berbagi pengalaman dan strategi coping, sehingga meningkatkan rasa kebersamaan dan mengurangi perasaan terisolasi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang pentingnya dinamika kelompok dalam proses konseling, serta menekankan bahwa penerapan pendekatan behavior tidak hanya membantu mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan skripsi, tetapi juga membekali mereka dengan keterampilan yang berguna untuk menghadapi tantangan akademik di masa depan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by cases found in students who come from underprivileged families want to continue and complete their studies. Seeing the conditions of students who come from underprivileged families and schools make policies that provide school assistance to underprivileged students. This study aims to describe the description of academic resilience in SMA 12 Padang students. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method. The sample in this study were 109 students at SMA 12 Padang who were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by providing research instruments in the form of a Likert model measuring scale. The overall picture of academic resilience of SMAN 12 Padang students is in the high category with a frequency of 83 students with a percentage of 76.14% of the total sample. This illustrates that students' academic resilience tends to be high which can be described from the existing aspects. As in the confident aspect, control aspect, composure aspect, and commitment aspect.

Abstract

Phenomena among students are related to online game addiction. Namely, students are lazy about working, experience mood changes, and constantly desire to play online games. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of group counseling services with a rational, emotional, behavioral therapy approach to reduce students' online game addiction. The research method used is quantitative with a pre-experimental research type. The experimental design used was one group pre-test and post-test design. The population was 1047 students, and ten students were taken for the sample as the experimental group. Sampling used purposive sampling. The research instrument used a Likert scale model; data was analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with the help of SPSS version 25.00. The research results showed that the survey of students addicted to online gambling before being given treatment (pre-test) was in the high category, and the survey of students' online gambling addiction after being given treatment was in the low category. Group counseling services with a rational, emotional, behavioral therapy approach effectively reduce students' online gaming addiction. This research shows that rational, emotional, and behavioral therapy with excellent and continuous planning will help group members become more active in thinking and sharing ideas, ideas, and experiences to gain new knowledge and rational thoughts.
