Abstract

Online klotok booking applications provide a more effective alternative. Through this system, tourists can view available klotoks, select schedules, make digital payments, and receive automatic booking notifications. Klotok owners can also manage reservations more easily and optimize their income. Siring Banjarmasin is one of the top tourist destinations in Banjarmasin City, offering a unique experience of exploring the river using a klotok a traditional boat from Kalimantan. Tourists can enjoy the scenic views of the Martapura River, visit floating markets, and experience the distinctive atmosphere of the city known as the "City of a Thousand Rivers."

Abstract

Framework with its flexible, holistic, and principle-based nature, COBIT 5 can be implemented according to the specific needs of various types of organization and companies. The objective of this study is to analyze and determine the maturity level of IT governance at ICT UNISM. ICT plays a crucial role as a key driver of digital transformation and economic development, particularly in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in learning processes. The IT governance elements in COBIT 5 are designed to evaluate stakeholder needs, conditions, and options. The method used to obtain data and information on the IT governance processes at ICT UNISM involves surveys and direct interviews. The COBIT 5 domains used in this study are Evaluate, Direct, and Monitor (EDM) and Align, Plan, and Organize (APO). The evaluation results identified a gap in the EDM01 process domain with a gap of 2, while the APO01 process domain had a gap value of 1.37. The overall average gap value was at level 3, indicating that at ICT UNISM, the processes in the EDM01 and APO01 domains are managed, meaning that the processes are executed in a controlled manner, with defined and maintained outcomes. For future research, more process domains can be included, covering both Governance and Management areas, allowing for a more comprehensive audit process using the COBIT 5 framework.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) governance plays a crucial role in ensuring that IT resources align with organizational goals, optimize performance, and minimize risks. This study evaluates IT governance maturity in the Marketing department of Universitas Sari Mulia (UNISM) using the COBIT 5 framework, focusing on two process domains: EDM04 (Ensure Resource Optimization) and APO08 (Manage Relationships). The research methodology includes surveys and direct interviews to assess the current maturity level and identify gaps between existing and expected conditions. The evaluation results indicate that EDM04 has an average maturity level of 2.33 (Managed), while APO08 is at 3.2 (Established). The gap analysis shows that both domains require further improvements, with EDM04 having a gap of 2.67 and APO08 a gap of 1.8. These findings highlight the need for enhanced IT governance practices to optimize resource management and stakeholder relationships. The study provides recommendations for improving IT governance maturity in UNISM Marketing department, ensuring a more structured and efficient IT management process.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the COBIT 5 framework in improving information technology governance at Indomaret, one of the largest minimarket chains in Indonesia. COBIT is an internationally recognized framework for IT management and governance that provides structured guidance to ensure that information technology supports business objectives and delivers optimal value. The method used in this study is a case study with a qualitative approach. Dara were collected through in-depth interviews with relevant staff at Indomaret, as well as document analysis and direct observation. The data analysis was conducted to evaluate the alignment between IT processes in Indomaret with best principles and practices proposed by COBIT, specifically in the EDM02 (Ensure Benefits Delivery) and APO06 (Manage Budget and Cost) domains. The evaluation results indicated a gap of 1.39 in the EDM02 domain and 1.15 in the APO06 domain. With an overall average gap score at level 4, it means that at Indomaret, in the EDM02 and APO06 process domains, the findings show that the processes are managed, and the results are determined, controlled, and maintained. For future research, additional process domains in both the governance and management areas could be included, allowing for a more comprehensive audit process using the COBIT framework.

Abstract

In general, COBIT 5 is a framework that helps to focus on Governance and management which includes 2 main areas, namely Governance and Management. So that this study applies the COBIT 5 framework to a library institution at Sari Mulia University. In this study, we used COBIT 5 domains, namely EDM04 (Ensure Resource Optimization) and DSS02 (Manage Service Requests and Incidents), both of which focused on optimizing resources (IT) as well as managing service requests and incidents. This study uses methods that include qualitative and quantitative approaches by collecting data through interviews and surveys. The results show that the implementation of COBIT 5 can improve the efficiency of IT resource use as well as improve the response to IT service incidents. The average level of IT maturity is at level 3 (Established), although there are some gaps that need to be addressed to reach the optimal level. This research provides important insights for libraries in optimizing IT governance to support better services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the EDM01 (Ensuring the Setup and Maintenance of the IT Governance Framework) and APO09 (Managing Service Agreements) domains of the COBIT 5 framework in the context of computer service stores. Through survey methods and direct interviews, data is collected to evaluate the maturity level of the governance process and IT services in the store. The results of the analysis show that both process domains are at maturity level 2 (Managed), indicating that the process is well managed but still has potential for improvement. An evaluation of the gap between current and expected conditions reveals potential improvements in process consistency and effectiveness. These findings provide insights into how to improve service quality and operational efficiency in computer service shops, as well as ensure better customer satisfaction through the implementation of COBIT 5 best practices. This research provides a solid foundation for computer service shops to improve their IT governance in accordance with industry standards and meet business needs more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This research explores methods and strategies to more effectively measure and manage the delivery quality performed by Gojek drivers. In the digital era, app-based transportation services like Gojek have become an integral part of society. Ensuring high delivery quality requires a deep understanding of influencing factors such as timeliness, condition of goods, and customer satisfaction. By leveraging technology and data analysis, Gojek can identify areas needing improvement and implement appropriate solutions. This study uses the COBIT 5 framework to assess and enhance delivery quality. The findings indicate that the IT governance maturity level of Gojek in the EDM 02 and DSS 03 domains is at level 3 (Established). However, there is a gap that needs to be addressed to reach the desired level of 5 (Optimizing). Recommendations are provided to bridge this gap by implementing consistent standard processes across the company.

Abstract

In the operation of a company that utilizes and implements information technology components, a framework is needed to ensure that all information technology components are operational in accordance with the goals that the company wants to achieve. The use of information technology components in the business sector requires companies to have good information technology governance skills so that the identification and implementation of information technology component components work optimally. To measure the level of maturity and ensure that the information technology components used in the ATK store are implemented and run properly and ensure whether the information technology component provides benefits for the ATK store business. The data collection method to measure the maturity level at the ATK xyz take was carried out by direct interviews and questionnaires for the staff responsible for the operation of the information technology component at the ATK xyz take. Based on the results of measuring the maturity level using the COBIT 5 framework, it was found that the maturity value was at a value of 3.25 or at level 3 (established). At this level, the IT governance process is considered good and runs optimally and comprehensively. The gap between the current and expected IT governance processes is at 1.67. This gap indicates that the current IT governance process is quite good. In the future, it is recommended to use more domains from COBIT 5 as the focus of the assessment area, both the Governance area and the Management area, so that the assessment becomes more comprehensive with a more varied research focus.

Abstract

This research addresses the development of an online ticket booking system for Tahura (Forest Park) Banjarmasin, a premier natural tourism destination in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. The current manual ticket booking system creates operational inefficiencies, including long queues, time delays, and difficulties in visitor management. This research aims to design and develop an effective online ticket booking system to enhance visitor convenience and improve operational efficiency for park management. The research employs diverse methodological approaches including Use Case Analysis, Persona Development, Focus Groups, Workflow Analysis, and Prototyping to ensure comprehensive system development. The proposed system enables tourists to purchase tickets remotely through digital platforms, reducing physical queues and providing transparent information access. The research demonstrates that implementing an online booking system can significantly improve visitor satisfaction, streamline operations, increase revenue potential, and support sustainable tourism development.
