Abstract

The principle of beneficial ownership relating to criminal acts committed by corporate administrators is something that is relatively new in Indonesia, so it is interesting to analyze. Analysis regarding this matter cannot be separated from the policy of reforming criminal law with criminal liability for corporations which has been formulated in Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code and has become a reference and refinement in special criminal law provisions. The focus of this research is related to the development of criminal law policy, especially regarding the principle of beneficial ownership. Beneficiary Ownership is of particular concern because often in law enforcement related to criminal acts committed by corporations, these Beneficial Owners are not touched by the law. The aim of the research carried out by the author is how to identify parties who can be qualified as beneficial owners and what the criminal liability of these beneficial owners is in crimes committed by corporations. This research uses a juridical-normative approach as the main approach. The main object of this research is secondary data which includes primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using qualitative analysis methods. The results of the discussion of the problems in this research show that there is a close relationship between beneficial owners (Beneficiary Ownership) and corporate legal actions as legal subjects, often beneficial ownership through orders to corporate management to carry out legal actions in their interests. The legal actions carried out by the corporate management reflect the actions of a corporation so that all its implications can make the corporation a legal subject that can be held criminally liable.

Abstract

Formal tax compliance through the submission of Annual Income Tax Returns needs to be improved to support the achievement of tax revenue targets. Even though the government provides a convenient way of reporting annual income tax returns using e-filling, many taxpayers still do not report tax returns due to a lack of understanding of how to utilize this tool. The Tax Volunteer Program, which is a collaboration between DJP and universities, is a solution to assist taxpayers in reporting tax returns. The community service team's mentoring process was carried out at KPP Pratama Pondok Aren using e-filling. As a result, many taxpayers have obtained Electronic Proof of Receipt as proof that formal obligations have been fulfilled while reducing service queues at KPP Pratama Pondok Aren as the end of the Annual Income Tax Return reporting period approaches.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini  berangkat dari analisis situasi yang mengidentifikasi mayoritas guru masih memiliki pemahaman yang rendah mengenai  bagaimana merancang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam rangka meujudkan merdeka belajar kurikulum merdeka. Berangkat dari analisis situasi tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat  ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam mendesain  Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Metode dan bentuk kegiatan pengabdian sesuai dengan  tujuan kegiatan meliputi 3 langkah kegiatan yaitu pertama  ; pelatihan terbimbing  , kedua  ; simulasi  pembuatan  desain  pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, ketiga observasi dan evaluasi produk desain pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Yang menjadi sasaran kegiatan pembinaan dan pelatihan ini adalah guru-guru PPKn  Sekolah Menengah Pertama Mata Pelajaran PPKn Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Hasil kegiatan pembinaan dan pelatihan menyimpulkan peserta pelatihan sudah mememilki pengetahuan yang baik tentang desain pembelajaran berdiferensiasi .  Perbandingan hasil pre test dan post test menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan  dengan nilai n gain sebesar 51 % (kategori cukup efektif). Hasil observasi terhadap produk desain pembelajaran yang dibuat, sebagian besar (lebih dari 76 persen)  peserta pelatihan sudah mampu mengintegarasikan aspek aspek  desain pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang meliputi, diferensiasi  konten, proses, produk dan lingkungan belajar dalam desain pembelajaran yang dibuat, serta mampu  membuat instrument untuk  mengetahui profile peserta didik  yang meliputi minat  belajar, kemampuan belajar, kesiapan belajardan  modalitas / gaya belajar  sebagai hal penting dilakukan dalam  merancang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi.

Abstract

Ganjuran is a type of music that is a mixture of two types of music, namely Jathilan and Baleganjur music. This assimilation began with an identity polemic between Javanese and Balinese musicality which was felt by most Hindus in Klaten. The polemic turned out to be prolonged, until finally Pemuda Pura Wisnu Sakti offered a solution to blend the two musicalities. In carrying out assimilation, Pemuda Pura Wisnu Sakti apparently carried out musical and socio-cultural negotiations with various elements to find an ideal. Next, to describe the negotiations, Yuniawan’s negotiation strategy theory was used. The method used in this research is qualitative, descriptive analytic in nature. As a result, it was identified that there were musical negotiations which included instruments and playing patterns as well as socio-cultural negotiations which included identity, satisfaction of players and listeners, and suitability of musicality with worship. These results show that music can be used as a tool to maintain identity in a friendly way.

Abstract

Penilaian psikomotorik merupakan elemen kunci dalam pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mengukur keterampilan praktis dan perilaku siswa. Artikel ini berfokus pada pengembangan alat penilaian psikomotorik yang valid dan andal, khususnya untuk mata pelajaran yang menuntut keterampilan praktis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan instrumen, dan pengujian pada sampel siswa. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa instrumen yang dirancang memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas tinggi, serta mampu memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai kemampuan psikomotorik siswa. Instrumen ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana efektif bagi pendidik dalam menilai dan meningkatkan keterampilan siswa, sekaligus berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Selain itu, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi penilaian psikomotorik dalam kurikulum pendidikan yang lebih komprehensif. Kata kunci : Penilaian Psikomotorik

Abstract

Employee innovation has become an important factor in ensuring organisational success in a dynamic and competitive business environment. The concept of organizational justice plays an important role in promoting employee innovative work behaviour in each employee. This study aims to explore the relationship between organizational justice and employee innovative work behaviour by adding the mediating effect of learning capacity variables and the moderating effect of blue ocean leadership variables to complete the gap of previous studies. This study sampled employees with why generation criteria in East Java with a total sample of 383. Analysis using process macros Hayes model 7. The results of this study indicate that organizational justice has a significant positive effect on employee innovative work behaviour, then organizational justice has a significant negative effect on learning capacity, besides the results of the analysis also show that blue ocean leadership as a moderator variable can strengthen the relationship between organizational justice and learning capacity, learning capacity has a significant positive effect on employee innovative work behaviour, and organizational justice affects employee innovative work behavior through learning capacity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Islamic Legal Review of the wage system for traditional sand miners in Dusun Ketapang, Desa Gegerung, Kecamatan Lingsar, Kabupaten Lombok Barat, as implemented by the mine owners for both permanent and casual workers. This qualitative research produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from interviews and observations, using a normative sociological approach that connects the norms of wage practices with the ijarah concept in theory and practice. The analysis uses the theory of ijarah and principles of Islamic contracts. The findings show that the wage system in this area does not align with Islamic law, as there is no prior agreement or understanding between the mine owner and the miners regarding the wage rate, leading to uncertainty and a disparity between the two parties. In an Islamic wage system, it is crucial that neither party feels disadvantaged.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of property ownership rights in the Qur'an, emphasizing the balance in life through the management of wealth for collective well-being. Islam acknowledges the natural human inclination toward owning wealth but establishes regulations to ensure that ownership benefits not only individuals but also the broader community. This research employs a descriptive-analytical method with a library research approach. Primary sources include the Qur'an, Hadith, and tafsir texts, supplemented by relevant supporting literature. The findings reveal that Allah SWT is the ultimate owner of all that exists in the heavens and the earth (QS. Al-Maidah: 120), while humans are entrusted with temporary ownership to sustain their livelihoods (QS. Al-Hadid [57]: 7). This ownership is categorized into three types: individual ownership, acquired through work (QS. Al-Jumu'ah [62]: 10) or inheritance (QS. Al-Baqarah [2]: 180; QS. An-Nisa’ [4]: 11-12); state ownership, which includes zakat, ghanimah, and fa'i (QS. Al-Anfaal [8]: 41; QS. Al-Hasyr [59]: 7); and public ownership, encompassing resources managed for communal benefit (QS. Ar-Rahmaan [55]: 10). This study contributes to the development of Islamic economic theory by emphasizing the importance of equitable wealth distribution and providing practical foundations for economic policies grounded in Qur'anic values to achieve collective prosperity.

Abstract

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease that is getting more attention because of hypertension or it is called the silent killer. someone who is said to be hypertensive if the systolic blood pressure is ≥140 mmHg and the diastolic pressure is≥ 90 mmHgThis service activity aims to determine the incidence of hypertension and provide health education to coastal communities in Bintaro village. The method used in this activity is to identify people who have hypertension, then measure blood pressure and provide health education and prevention. With this activity, 80 people who experienced hypertension were found and after being given public health education, they understood and understood hypertension prevention. With this dedication so that people in coastal areas can maintain their diet, lifestyle and further improve their health status by having their health checked more regularly.

Abstract

This community service workshop explains the origins of development. This community service presents the results of a superior product innovation workshop in Sentul Village which focuses on developing hijabs from silk fabric. Background This community service is based on increasing consumer interest in local products and the need to increase added value to silk fabric products through design innovation and production processes. The aim of this community service is to develop innovative methods in the production of silk hijabs that can increase product competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market. The research method uses socialization and workshop methods. The results of this community service include the development of new silk hijab designs that combine traditional elements with a modern touch, as well as improvements in the production process to increase efficiency and quality. The conclusion of this community service emphasizes that product innovation is the key to increasing the competitiveness of local products, as well as highlighting the importance of cooperation between local industry players and the government in accelerating the innovation process to enter a wider market. These findings can make a positive contribution to the development of local creative industries, as well as increase understanding of the importance of innovation in maintaining and increasing the competitiveness of local products in the global market.
