Abstract

This study analyses the implementation of the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), with Go Laundry as a case study. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how Go Laundry's MSMEs adapt and implement financial reporting based on SAK EMKM, as well as identify the challenges and benefits gained. In this study, we used a qualitative method. We directly interviewed the owner/manager of Go Laundry and analysed its financial documents. The results show that the of application SAK EMKM can improve the standard of MSME financial statements, provide more relevant and reliable information for decision-making, and facilitate access to external financing. Nevertheless, there are some barriers in the implementation process, such as limited human resources and accounting understanding that still need to be improved. This article concludes that continuous socialisation and mentoring are needed for MSMEs to optimise the benefits of SAK EMKM implementation. Data collection methods in preparing this article include:a) Field Observation b) Interview. The results of this research Go Laundry MSMEs have not implemented financial reports manually, due to limited knowledge about SAK EMKM.

Abstract

This study is a systematic literature review aimed at describing various research findings related to students’ mathematical reasoning ability in relation to their self-efficacy levels. The method used is a systematic literature review by applying the keywords self-efficacy and reasoning ability, along with predefined inclusion criteria to select relevant articles. Articles that met the inclusion criteria were then analyzed qualitatively to draw valid and accountable conclusions. The results of the analysis reveal inconsistencies across studies regarding the influence of self-efficacy on students’ mathematical reasoning ability. Differences were also found in how varying levels of self-efficacy affect students’ performance in solving mathematical reasoning tasks. These discrepancies may stem from several factors, including sample limitations, differences in methodological approaches, the theoretical frameworks adopted, and variations in contextual field conditions. Therefore, further research is needed that involves more diverse variables and employs more comprehensive methodological designs to gain a more consistent and holistic understanding of the relationship between self-efficacy and students’ mathematical reasoning ability.

Abstract

This study examines cultural hybridity in the film Joy Ride (2023), which blends Western and Asian cultural elements. Understanding cultural hybridity is crucial in the era of globalisation to foster mutual respect and avoid subjective negative perceptions of foreign cultures. This research aims to analyse the forms, processes, and purposes of cultural hybridity depicted in the film. A qualitative descriptive method was employed with a constructive paradigm, applying Ferdinand de Saussure's structural semiotics. The findings were further analysed using Homi K. Bhabha's concept of cultural hybridity, which includes hybridity, mimicry, and ambivalence. The study identified 11 instances of hybrid culture reflected in the characters' daily lives. Mimicry is observed in four key aspects, such as Lolo’s gesture of raising her middle finger in a photo, symbolising an adaptation of Western norms. Additionally, the characters adopt K-pop-inspired fashion to gain social acceptance. Audrey’s professional success as a lawyer and Lolo’s reputation as "most likely to get arrested" further highlight hybrid cultural identities. Ambivalence emerges in tensions between participation and discrimination, Western attitudes and traditional Chinese values, and stereotypical intercultural interactions. These findings illustrate how cultural hybridity manifests in Joy Ride (2023), highlighting the complexities of identity negotiation in a multicultural world.

Abstract

Preeclampsia is a complication that occurs during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period, characterized by hypertension, edema, and proteinuria. The government is trying various programs to reduce the incidence of pre-eclampsia. In addition to pre-eclampsia screening instruments, the results of documentation data in the Maternal and Child Health Book have many opportunities for analysis, to be used as indicators for early detection of pre-eclampsia. This study aimed to analyze the use of the maternal and child health book for early detection of Pre-Eclampsia. The research design was a correlational analysis with a cross-sectional approach. The sample was some pregnant women in Trimester II and III with research criteria, aged 20-35 years, primigravida and multigravida, gestational age ≥16 weeks, a total of 45 people, with a Purposive sampling technique. The independent variables were MAP (Mean Arterial Pressure), ROT (Roll Over Test), and BMI (Body Mass Index). The dependent variable was the incidence of Preeclampsia in pregnancy. The data Analysis used the Chi-Square test. The results obtained the greater the MAP and ROT value the greater the risk of preeclampsia, and obesity has a two times greater risk of preeclampsia. Increased MAP, ROT, and BMI indicate changes in the vascular system, disrupting the balance between vasodilator and vasoconstrictor factors, which can cause increased vascular resistance. which is a characteristic of preeclampsia. ROT and MAP measurements need to be carried out in each trimester so that early management can be carried out if pre-eclampsia occurs.

Abstract

Carbon monoxide (CO) is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless toxic gas that poses a substantial health hazard, particularly in enclosed environments. Combustion of charcoal briquettes is a frequently overlooked source of CO exposure, linked to both accidental and intentional fatalities. This review synthesizes current evidence on the toxicological role of CO in charcoal briquette-related deaths and identifies preventive strategies. A systematic literature review was conducted using PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar to identify peer-reviewed articles published between January 2020 and April 2025. Studies in English or Indonesian reporting fatal CO poisoning cases associated with charcoal briquette combustion were included, provided they contained data on carboxyhemoglobin (COHb) levels, clinical presentation, and environmental risk factors. Ten studies met the inclusion criteria. Most fatal cases occurred in enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces, with COHb levels exceeding 30%, a threshold strongly associated with mortality. Common clinical manifestations included headache, confusion, loss of consciousness, seizures, and respiratory distress. Autopsy findings frequently revealed cherry-red discoloration of the skin and mucous membranes. Both accidental and intentional exposures were reported, with men disproportionately affected. Charcoal briquette combustion in confined environments remains a significant and preventable cause of CO-related mortality. Public awareness campaigns, mandatory installation of CO detectors, and ventilation standards are critical to reducing the incidence of such deaths.

Abstract

This article examines research trends on parental involvement in inclusive education in reputable databases. The method used is bibliometric analysis with the Biblioshiny application and the central database analyzed from scopus.com. The keywords used were "parental involvement" and "inclusive education" in research from 1975 to 2024. After the extraction process with only article publications in scientific journals, 170 publication data were obtained. The results of bibliometric analysis show that in nearly 50 years, the number of studies tends to be small—most research centers in the United States, with the most productive institution being the University of Minnesota. At the same time, the most productive researcher is Gabriella Pusztai, who has three publications. The primary reference journal is Early Child and Development Care. When viewed from keywords, child, parent, and parental involvement are the most dominant keywords researchers use. This provides a comprehensive picture of the development of parental involvement research. Furthermore, research is expected to be more contextualized with the socio-cultural conditions where the research is conducted to add to the diversity of research related to parental involvement, especially in inclusive education.

Abstract

Knowing how innovative work behaviour (IWB), intrinsic motivation (IM), and transformational leadership (TL) relate to creative self-efficacy (CSE) and providing empirical insight into the factors that drive innovation among civil servants are the objectives of this study. A quantitative descriptive approach was used, with data collected through questionnaires from 99 ASNs at the Regional Secretariat (SETDA) of Lebak Regency using SEM-PLS version 3.0. used to evaluate the structural model (inner model) and measurement (outer model). The results showed that there was no positive relationship between TL and IM on IWB. However, TL and IM have a positive influence on CSE. Furthermore, CSE plays a mediating role in the relationship between TL and IWB as well as between IM and IWB. These results highlight the importance of CSE in fostering innovation in the workplace and help organisational leaders to consider other factors that influence IWB. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Intrinsic Motivation, Creative Self-Efficacy, Innovative Work Behavior.
