Abstract

Elementary education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah faces various challenges in the 21st century, such as rapid technological developments, shifts in cultural values, and low student character. These challenges require an educational approach that focuses not only on cognitive aspects, but also on spiritual and moral aspects. This study aims to analyze the role of the values of the Qur’an and Hadith in responding to the challenges of 21st century elementary education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, namely examining relevant primary and secondary sources related to educational values in the Qur’an and Hadith and their application in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The results of the study indicate that values such as honesty (ṣidq), responsibility (amanah), tolerance (tasāmuḥ), discipline (intiẓām), and love of knowledge (‘ilm) are important foundations in forming the character of students who are resilient in facing the digital era. In conclusion, internalizing the values of the Qur’an and Hadith into the curriculum and culture of madrasas can be a strategic solution to answer the challenges of 21st century basic education, while also forming a generation that is intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually intelligent.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the community's perception of the challenges and opportunities of building an eco-industrial park. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews. The sample of this research is in gen-Z with accidental sampling method so that a sample of 116 respondents was obtained. The results showed that some people understand the importance of maintaining ecological balance in various industrial activities in the hope of reducing waste. However, regarding the eco-industrial park (EIP), there are still people who do not fully understand the concept of EIP and how to implement it. The EIP concept provides the benefit of encouraging innovation and resource efficiency. Support from the government, industry, academics, researchers, and the general public is still needed in order to jointly build an industrial park with the EIP concept.

Abstract

Sales of consumen products often experience fluctuations each period, so proper sales planning is required to ensure that the company’s operational activities run smoothly. The problem that arises is the absence of a forecasting model that is easy to use but capable of producing accurate results. This study aims to develop a sales forecasting model using the Trend Moment method. This method is chosen because it is simple and can be used to identify the direction of trends based on previous sales data. This study utilizes monthly sales data collected over a one-year period. The Trend Moment method in this study successfully achieved a MAPE value of 1.8% and an accuracy rate of 98.2%. These values indicate that the model is sufficiently accurate in forecasting sales. The results of this model can assist the company in planning production, managing distribution, and controlling inventory. This study is also beneficial as a basis for developing simple forecasting models for similar products in the future.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance on corporate financial performance, by including the role of Green CEO as a moderating variable. The focus of this research is on companies engaged in the energy sector and have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2023 to 2024. The sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria, so that 75 companies were obtained that met the requirements with a total of 150 data observations for two years of observation. Data analysis was carried out using a quantitative approach with the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method to identify direct effects and effects moderated by the presence of Green CEO. The results of the analysis show that directly, ESG performance does not have a significant influence on the company's financial performance. However, the presence of Green CEO proved to be able to moderate the relationship between ESG performance and financial performance, thus indicating that environmentally oriented leadership can strengthen the contribution of ESG in improving the company's financial performance. This finding provides important implications for companies in considering sustainable leadership aspects as a performance improvement strategy.

Abstract

The rapid pace of urbanization has intensified competition among businesses, prompting the adoption of innovative strategies to enhance sales performance and customer engagement. PT Inspirasi Bisnis Nusantara, under the HAUS! brand, introduced “Huling,” a hyperlocal distribution service utilizing electric bikes (e-bikes) equipped with integrated storage boxes to improve delivery efficiency and environmental sustainability. This study aims to evaluate customer acceptance of the Huling service by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The model incorporates five core variables: Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Towards Usage (ATU), Behavioral Intention (BI), and Actual Usage (AU). A quantitative research approach was employed, collecting data from 258 respondents through structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to assess the relationships among the TAM variables. The findings reveal that PEOU has a significant positive effect on both PU and ATU, indicating that ease of use not only improves perceptions of usefulness but also fosters favorable attitudes toward adoption. PU significantly influences ATU and BI, suggesting that perceived benefits drive both positive attitudes and intentions to use the service. Furthermore, BI has a direct and significant effect on AU, confirming that stronger behavioral intentions translate into actual utilization. The analysis highlights the strongest impact along the pathway PEOU → ATU → BI → AU, underscoring the critical role of user-friendly design and positive attitudes in driving customer adoption. This research contributes to the literature by demonstrating the applicability of TAM in the hyperlocal distribution sector, offering practical implications for service providers seeking to enhance user acceptance through improved usability and perceived value. The findings suggest that optimizing ease of use and communicating tangible benefits can significantly increase customer engagement and sustained usage of innovative delivery services.
