Abstract

The rapid pace of urbanization has intensified competition among businesses, prompting the adoption of innovative strategies to enhance sales performance and customer engagement. PT Inspirasi Bisnis Nusantara, under the HAUS! brand, introduced “Huling,” a hyperlocal distribution service utilizing electric bikes (e-bikes) equipped with integrated storage boxes to improve delivery efficiency and environmental sustainability. This study aims to evaluate customer acceptance of the Huling service by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The model incorporates five core variables: Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Towards Usage (ATU), Behavioral Intention (BI), and Actual Usage (AU). A quantitative research approach was employed, collecting data from 258 respondents through structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to assess the relationships among the TAM variables. The findings reveal that PEOU has a significant positive effect on both PU and ATU, indicating that ease of use not only improves perceptions of usefulness but also fosters favorable attitudes toward adoption. PU significantly influences ATU and BI, suggesting that perceived benefits drive both positive attitudes and intentions to use the service. Furthermore, BI has a direct and significant effect on AU, confirming that stronger behavioral intentions translate into actual utilization. The analysis highlights the strongest impact along the pathway PEOU → ATU → BI → AU, underscoring the critical role of user-friendly design and positive attitudes in driving customer adoption. This research contributes to the literature by demonstrating the applicability of TAM in the hyperlocal distribution sector, offering practical implications for service providers seeking to enhance user acceptance through improved usability and perceived value. The findings suggest that optimizing ease of use and communicating tangible benefits can significantly increase customer engagement and sustained usage of innovative delivery services.

This study aims to examine the implementation of the role of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers in addressing bullying within SMP Negeri 59 in Bandung City. The phenomenon of bullying among students is increasingly prevalent and has become a serious concern due to its impacts on students' psychological and academic development. BK teachers play a strategic role in providing guidance, counseling, and effective interventions to reduce and prevent bullying behaviors. The research method employed is qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of the study are BK teachers and students who have experienced bullying at SMP Negeri 59 in Bandung. The findings indicate that the implementation of BK programs in combating bullying has been carried out through various activities such as individual and group counseling sessions, character training, and anti-bullying socialization among students. However, there are challenges such as limited supporting facilities and time constraints faced by BK teachers. Furthermore, the success of the implementation heavily depends on the level of cooperation among BK teachers, students, and school staff. These findings suggest the need for enhancing the competence of BK teachers and strengthening collaboration with relevant stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of bullying prevention and intervention efforts. This research is expected to serve as a reference for developing more effective BK programs in addressing bullying in junior high schools.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi peran Guru Pembimbing Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) dalam mengatasi bullying di lingkungan SMP Negeri 59 Kota Bandung. Abstract

Cognitive Leap or Digital Divide? A Comparative Study on AI-Driven Learning and Student Analytical Capacity in Samarinda and Aceh. Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on teaching methods on students' analytical thinking abilities in Aceh and Samarinda, two distinct regions of Indonesia. This study explores whether AI functions as a reflective cognitive stimulant or simply as a way to speed up students' assignments. Method: This study employed a descriptive qualitative analysis, utilizing data collection methods such as semi-structured interviews with 80 participants, comprising 20 teachers and 60 high school students from Aceh and Samarinda. In addition, analytical tools such as NVivo 14 also supported the data management process, such as selective, axial, and open coding. Purposive sampling was used to select participants representing diverse educational environments and varying digital literacy levels. Through researcher triangulation, peer debriefing, and member checking, thematic saturation was ensured, and rigor was upheld. Findings: The results show significant regional variations in the use of AI. AI is utilized as a tool for introspection, argument construction, and investigation of various viewpoints in Samarinda, where educators demonstrate higher levels of digital and pedagogical literacy. Students actively utilize ChatGPT and related sites to develop their critical thinking skills. On the other hand, due to a lack of teacher supervision and limited exposure to technology, AI is primarily used in Aceh to automate tasks with minimal critical engagement. Students often turn to AI for quick responses, which can hinder their ability to think critically and develop their analytical skills. Conclusion: This study concluded that the quality of teacher mediation and the pedagogical context have a greater influence on students' analytical abilities than access to technology. Reflective learning techniques, teacher digital competence, and an educational culture that prioritizes critical thinking over task completion are all necessary for effective AI integration. Keywords: artificial intelligence, analytical thinking, teacher literacy, digital education, ChatGPT, pedagogical approach.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology during and after the COVID-19 pandemic has driven significant changes in educational supervision practices. Traditional, face-to-face supervision has evolved into digital formats using various online platforms to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of teacher development. This literature review investigates the current theoretical frameworks and practical implementations of digital supervision in the post-pandemic era. The study employs a qualitative approach using content analysis of scholarly literature published between 2020 and 2025, sourced from databases such as Scopus, Google Scholar, and DOAJ. The findings reveal that digital supervision holds substantial potential to improve the quality of education through more flexible, data-driven, and collaborative monitoring approaches. However, several challenges persist, including limited digital literacy among educators, inadequate technological infrastructure in rural areas, and the absence of a standardized national policy regulating digital supervision practices. The review highlights the need for systematic, inclusive, and sustainable digital supervision models, supported by strong policy frameworks and professional development programs. These models include LMS-based supervision, hybrid formats, virtual collaboration networks, and data-driven approaches that incorporate real-time performance analytics. The study concludes that digital supervision should no longer be considered a temporary solution but a strategic component of future educational quality assurance systems.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka) at SMK Negeri 1 Lhoknga, a vocational high school in Aceh, Indonesia. The Independent Curriculum aims to foster student-centered learning, character development, and competency-based education. However, its practical application at vocational institutions remains understudied. This research explores how the curriculum is implemented, the challenges encountered, and the strategies employed to overcome them. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, involving interviews with school leaders, teachers, students, and parents; classroom observations; document analysis; and questionnaires. The findings reveal that the school has made considerable efforts to adapt the curriculum through project-based learning, differentiated instruction, and the development of students’ character in alignment with the Pancasila Student Profile. Nevertheless, challenges such as limited facilities, inconsistent teacher readiness, and low student motivation persist. In response, the school has initiated capacity-building programs for teachers, collaborated with industry partners, and promoted participatory learning strategies to improve student engagement. This study highlights the importance of institutional support, continuous teacher training, and stakeholder collaboration for successful curriculum implementation. The findings provide practical insights for other vocational schools facing similar transitions and contribute to the broader discourse on curriculum reform in Indonesia’s educational system.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has encouraged educational institutions to optimize their digital platforms, particularly school websites, to support academic and administrative activities. However, ensuring that these websites meet the needs and expectations of their users requires regular evaluation. This study aims to assess the quality of the SMK Negeri 1 Lhoknga website using the Webqual 4.0 method, which evaluates three main dimensions: usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed through a survey involving 61 active users, including students, teachers, and administrative staff, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected via an online questionnaire based on the Webqual 4.0 indicators, utilizing a five-point Likert scale, and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings show that all three dimensions are categorized as “good,” with service interaction quality scoring the highest (3.81), followed by usability (3.79) and information quality (3.78). The dominant factor influencing user satisfaction was service interaction quality, highlighting the importance of system stability, accessibility, and security. Recommendations include regularly updating content, implementing a more modern and responsive design, and adding interactive features such as live chat and digital suggestion boxes to enhance user experience. These results provide practical insights for improving the school’s digital services and contribute to the broader discussion on educational website quality assessment.

Abstract

This research investigated the overall tendency of metacognitive awareness of reading strategies used by college learners in reading academic texts in English. The samples of this research were 25 third semester students of English Study Program at IAIN Bengkulu 2020. Metacognitive Awareness of Reading Strategy Inventory (MARSI) was used to assess adult ESL students’ metacognitive awareness of reading strategy in increasing their reading comprehension. The results showed that the students in this survey are high strategy users in reading. The overall tendency of metacognitive awareness of reading strategies used by college learners in reading academic texts in English was problem-solving strategy (PROB) followed by global reading strategies (GLOB) and the least was support reading strategies (SUP). In the context of EFL students, it showed that problem-solving strategy was the most frequently used strategy. It is proposed to understudies and other readers that they ought to adjust those methodologies in applying them in perusing and be relatively guided by teachers or instructors in utilizing different perusing procedures.
