Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Discovery Learning models towards learning outcome of XI-IPA1 students, on the respiratory system subject matter at SMA 1 Pangsid. This study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consist of four phases: planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects were XI IPA 1 students school year 2015/2016, which is amounted to 32 people, consisting of 10 male students and 22 female students. Data analysis was performed with a descriptive quantitative technique. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes in the respiratory system materials. Improving student learning outcomes from a base score for cycle 1 and cycle II is also changing. Average activity of in the first cycle is equal to 22,68%, then increased to 77,32% in the second cycle. Classical learning 93,%8 achievement has exceeded 85% in the second cycle. This condition shows the results of student learning has high category.

Abstract

The research objective is as a universal effort to provide variety relevant contributions to society as well as to identify new challenges must be faced, or referred to as multiple intelligences so that students can actualize multiple intelligences or multiple intelligences including emotions and spirituality. The Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) Model of Cooperative Learning is a solution to student problems in cooperative learning which also adds to the elements of social interaction in learning. In cooperative learning, students learn together in small groups helping one another. Classes are arranged in groups of 4 or 5 students, with heterogeneous abilities. The results showed that there was an interaction between the learning process experienced by students and the teaching process by educators or teachers. Students can change their lives to be of better quality both physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually and later it can be said to be successful in the educational process, namely achieving changes in behavior in students. It is clear that we cannot rely on intellectual alone, that IQ only contributes about 20% of the factors that determine a success, the remaining 80% comes from other factors including Emotional Intelligence in the multiple intelligence categories”. As human learner students who can be said to be successful in education and to achieve educational goals, namely education as a whole human being, here students are required to actualize all three intelligences at once, namely intellectual, emotional and spiritual. For improvement in the learning process both for educators and for students in particular, it is hoped that this research will be able to make a useful contribution to the development of science, especially in learning and character building by having properties such as integrity, humility, tolerance, restraint. , loyalty, justice, patience, simplicity, and through the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

The goal of the research was to know how to enhance the learning outcome of Chemistry through an authentic evaluation. The topic of the study included 22 students. Data collection was rendered using an authentic assessment aspect involving the assignment of students, the student journal, the review and student actions during the learning process. The results of the analysis have shown that authentic evaluation and treatment could enhance the results of the study of chemistry

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation of physical learning using the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) method to enhance creative thinking skills and learning outcomes in the X-IA2 SMA Negeri 1 Sidenreng Rappang class. The research approach used was Classroom Action Research across two learning stages, each of which consisted of planning, execution, observation and reflective phases. The results showed that studying physics with the CPS approach could boost students ' creative thinking. This is demonstrated by: (1) an improvement in the number of students who completed 12 during Cycle I to 26 in Cycle II with an average learning outcome of 77. N-gain in Cycle I of 0.20 is included in the low category and N-gain in the second cycle, 0.30 has been included in the medium category, (2) the average student learning group participation in the learning phase has been included in the Activity category, which has increased to the High Activity category, and (3) the use of innovative students.

Abstract

Learning style through creative and critical thinking is one of the soft skill attributes expected of learning style in science education. The learning style of the concept of learning style is formed from birth. Some concepts are formed at pre-school age as prejudice. Simple experiments implemented into games and games have an important role in the formation of science concepts. This study presents the results of research into the development of educational methods that are appropriate to the age development of children. Design-based research that has been used. Student learning styles in terms of the learning environment show that the majority prefers to study in a quiet environment; bright rooms; with cold temperatures; sit on a chair or soft pillow. Despite the fact that in terms of psychological preferences, the majority are investigative to learn sequentially and reflectively.

Abstract

This study is about knowing the improvement of student learning outcomes through videos at Muhammadjyah Enrekang University. The problems of this research are: 1) how is the process of application to lessons via video in the PGSD class at Muhammadiyah Enrekang University? 2) Does the application of video lessons through thematic learning can improve student learning outcomes at the University of Muhammadiyah Enrekang? reflect deeply on several aspects of teaching and learning activities. The focus of this research is to improve student learning outcomes through video through thematic learning about natural resources and local economic activities by applying a system of instructional video approaches. The subjects of the study were 125 PGSD students in Enrekang District, consisting of 70 boys and 55 girls. The instruments that have been used are observation, tests and documentation. Data that has been processed with percentage analysis and presented in the form of descriptions and presentations. The findings of its application are asking questions, thinking together and answering; the application of video lessons through learning to improve student learning outcomes reaches 85%. The goals and objectives of education held in schools are formal channels and informal channels.

Abstract

The full day school policy was the goal of the Full day School policy program expected by elementary schools is to intensify education factors in the school learning process one of the soft skill attributes expected of learning style in science education. Abstract

Developing the entrepreneurship training of Islamic studies can be very challenging due to a number of constraints from different aspects, including the formation of regulatory, taxation and economic frameworks that are based on conventional principles of Muhammadiyah University of Enrekang. Much emphasis was given to replication of conventional instruments by restructuring conventional financial products according to the Islamic law of commercial contracts and eliminating prohibitory elements from these products. This paper aims to discuss the role of innovation in structuring contemporary the entrepreneurship training of Islamic studies. A series of library research is conducted by reviewing both classical and contemporary texts in areas relevant to the present study. In addition, we conducted a field study of the practice of innovation made by the stakeholders of the the entrepreneurship training of Islamic studies. It was found that though replication is acceptable, its continuous application may not be suitable. Hence, it is important for leadership management and economic planning and industry experts to think beyond replication. The novelty of this paper lies in the proposed guidelines for innovating Islamic studies

Abstract

Teaching studies regarding the study of developing teaching variations in facing industry 4.0 challenges. The approach commonly used in guidance activities is a group approach and an individual approach. A group approach is usually called group guidance and an individual approach is called individual counseling. Group guidance aims to help solve problems that are felt by groups of students through group activities, or problems that are individual in nature, namely those felt by an individual as an individual. members of the group. the purpose of this guidance effort includes five main functions that should be carried out by an independent person, namely; knowing yourself and the environment as it is, accepting yourself and the environment in a positive and dynamic manner, making decisions, directing yourself and making yourself happen.
