Abstract

Abstract: This Extraordinary application is designed for people with ADHD or AttentionDeficit Hyperactivity Disorder, which is a disorder when a person has difficulty maintaining orcontrolling physical movements. This disease is mostly suffered by children, for that thetarget users of this application are parents of children with ADHD where this applicationprovides tutor services according to the needs of children with ADHD. This study aims toconduct a series of functional tests of the application both in terms of appearance and inputaction. This test uses the Black Box testing method of Equivalence Partitioning, andBoundary Value Analysis. The test results are good using valid data, random data, andincorrect data, all functional applications work as expected. Keywords: Implementation, Website, and Black Box.

Abstract

AntiMacet is a mobile-based application in the form of an online map that provides information about the route without traffic jams to the user's destination. However, because this application has just been developed and has never been further tested, it is necessary to test the usability level. To test the usability level, we’ll use the USE Questionnaire method which has 4 aspects, namely Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, and Satisfaction. The study began by using questionnaires as a data collection tool. Then continued by testing the validity of the data resulting in 27 items of questions which were declared valid. After that, it continued by testing the data rehabilitation of 27 question items by generating a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.961 and can be categorized as very reliable/ consistent. The results of this study include 4 aspects of use questionnaire, in the form of usefulness aspect with a percentage of 84.54%, ease of use aspect with a percentage of 87.76%, ease of learning aspect with a percentage of 90.90%, and satisfaction aspect with percentage of 87.18%. Thus, the overall results of this study has a percentage of 87.19%, and can be categorized as very feasible.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of each dimension of service quality measurement on the Invitees website on user satisfaction. The method used in this study is the SERVQUAL method which is used to measure the level of service quality by looking for the value of the gap between expectations and perceptions of service users. The SERVQUAL method has five measurement dimensions, Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, but this study uses modified dimensions, namely Usability, Information Quality, Service Reliabilty, Assurance, and Empathy. The results obtained from the measurement of the five dimensions are that Usability dimension has a gap of -0.34, the Information Quality dimension has a gap of -0.19, the Service Reliability dimension has a gap of -0.19, the Assurance dimension has a gap of -0.64, and the Empathy dimension has a gap of - 0.59. Because the measurement results of all dimensions are in the negative value range, it is concluded that the service quality of the Invitees website is still not in accordance with user satisfaction.

Abstract

AyoMulai is a crowdfunding platform for creative, this platform was created by the Four Clover founder team which can be accessed via the link https://ayomulai.id/. This research aims to analyze the performance of the AyoMulai website by using 2 help tools, namely GTMetrix and Page Speed Insights using a non-participan observation method where researchers only make observations on the AyoMulai website. Based on performance measurements on GTMetrix got a score of 77% and Page Speed insights with a score of 90, as for the results of 6 metrics, namely first contentful paint on GTMetrix (1.7 s) and Page Speed Insights (1.5 s), GTMetrix speed index (2.3 s) and Page Speed Insights (1.5 s), time to interactive GTMetrix (1.7 s) and Page Speed Insights (1.5 s), total blocking time GTMetrix (0 ms) and Page Speed Insights (0 ms), cumulative layout shift GTMetrix (0,02) and Page Speed Insights (0.034), and largest contentful paint GTMetrix (2.4 s) and Page Speed Insights (1.5 s). So it can be said that the performance of the AyoMulai website is quite good, and also in the use of these 2 tools have results that are not too much different which can be seen in 6 elements, namely first contentful paint, speed index, time to interactive, total blocking time, cumulative layout shift, and largest contentful paint which has a slight difference in numbers.

Abstract

Mr.Mekanik merupakan bengkel online dengan tujuan untuk membantu masyarakat apabila mengalami masalah pada kendaraannya terutama pada kendaraan roda empat. Adapun permasalahan dari website Mr.Mekanik yaitu website tidak ditemukan saat pencariaan pada Google dan membuat jumlah pengunjung menjadi sedikit untuk mengaksesnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan mengimplementasikan metode agar website Mr.Mekanik dikenal oleh mesin pencari yaitu metode Search Engine Optimizaton (SEO) menggunakan teknik On-Page. Teknik On-Page bertujuan untuk menempatkan sebuah situs website pada posisi teratas hasil pencarian berdasarkan keyword yang sudah ditentukan. Setelah diterapkan metode On Page jumlah trafik pada website Mr.Mekanik meningkat dari 0 pengunjung menjadi 421 sehingga terdapat peringkatan yang singnifikan setelah diterakannya SEO On-Page pada website Mr.Mekanik.

Abstract

Kharisma Tech merupakan suatu sistem informasi berbasis website untuk media publikasi umum dan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna jurnalnya. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengamatan penulis, website Kharisma Tech belum pernah dilakukan analisis kepuasaan pengguna sehingga belum diketahui seberapa besar pengaruh website Kharisma Tech terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Oleh sebab itu, perlunya analisis dengan memperhatikan indikator kepuasaan pengguna agar didapatkan acuan untuk dilakukan perbaikan maupun peningkatan pada website Kharisma Tech. dalam pengukuran pada kepuasan pengguna terhadap Website Kharisma tech, pengukuran yang dapat digunakan yaitu End User Computing satisfaction (EUCS). Berdasarkan metode pengukuran End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) menghasilkan beberapa presentase : Content dengan presentase 95%; pada kategori ‘Sangat Layak’, Accuracy dengan presentase 82%; berada pada kategori ‘Sangat Layak’, Format dengan presentase 77,33%; pada kategori ‘Layak’, Ease Of Use dengan presentase 77%; pada kategori ‘Layak’, Timelines dengan presentase 73,11%; pada kategori ‘Layak’. Maka secara garis besar dapat di simpulkan bahwa website Kharisma Tech ‘Layak’

Abstract

Super Consign is an application for selling used and new goods in the form of laptops and gaming accessories. Super Consign is a new application, so no research has been conducted to measure the level of acceptance of this application. Acceptance of the Super Consign application is one of the factors that support the continued use of the application. In this study, the measurement of the Super Consign application was carried out using the Technology Acceptance Model method which consists of 3 variables, namely Actual Use, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness. This study used 31 respondents and tested validity and reliability using the SPSS application. The results of this study, have a percentage of 70.64% on the use of the application Actual Use, on the perceived ease of use variable is 72.09%, and on the percentage value of the perceived usefulness variable is 69.19%. So that the Super Consign application can be accepted.

Abstract

Just Meme is a mobile-based digital platform where users can create or edit memes and share them on various social media platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and other media-sharing applications available within the app. This research aims to analyze the level of usability of the Just Meme application. To determine the usability level of Just Meme, an analysis is conducted using Nielsen's model, which consists of five parameters: Learnability, Memorability, Efficiency, Error, and Satisfaction. Data collection is carried out through a Google Form questionnaire with a total of 37 respondents, and the statistical analysis is performed using IBM SPSS 26. The questionnaire used in this study is based on Nielsen's model to measure usability with the five main variables. The results of the analysis indicate that the efficiency and satisfaction variables have a positive and significant impact on usability. On the other hand, the learnability, memorability, and error variables have a positive but not significant impact on usability. Furthermore, these five variables collectively contribute 8.2% to the usability of Just Meme.

Abstract

This research involves the design of a mobile application prototype called Frizfoo using the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach to ensure the alignment between design and user needs. Primary data was obtained through interviews and observations of five Frizfoo users, using the "magic number five" approach to identify usability issues. The analysis results showed significant problems with some tasks. Furthermore, the research measured the time required to complete tasks (Time on Task) and the error rate (Errors) made by users. It was found that one user experienced delays in completing some tasks, attributed to factors such as age and lower technological skills. However, these delays were still within acceptable limits. The average error rate for all tasks was approximately 5.30%. The testing results indicated that the designed interface of the mobile application had low error rates, efficient task completion times, and a high level of user satisfaction. Adjustments and design improvements made based on the testing results had a significant positive impact on the performance and responsiveness of the mobile application prototype. This research provides a clearer insight into the quality of the Frizfoo application prototype design and serves as a foundation for further development that better aligns with user needs.

Abstract

The Kharisma Classroom is a website that supports students learning by allowing students to access materials anywhere and anytime using the internet. The use of the Kharisma Classroom website as a learning tool made researchers want to know the users level of satisfaction. To determine the level of user satisfaction on the Kharisma Classroom website, an analysis using the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) method was needed. Based on the variables from the PIECES method, the level of user satisfaction based on each variable was: Performance gets a score of 3.62, Information gets a score of 3.48, Economy gets a score of 3.83, Control gets a score of 3.6, Efficiency gets a score of 3.2, and Service obtained a value of 3.68. Based on the results of calculating the average satisfaction level for each variable in the PIECES method, it can be concluded that the average user was satisfied but still needs to make improvements in the future so that the Kharisma Classroom website service can be better.
