Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan kebijakan dividen terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indeks IDX 30 periode 2023–2024. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan inferensial, menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan dan laporan keberlanjutan. Sampel terdiri dari 32 perusahaan selama dua tahun pengamatan (64 observasi) yang dipilih secara acak. Kinerja keuangan diukur dengan Return On Assets (ROA), CSR dengan Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure Index (CSRDI), dan kebijakan dividen dengan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa CSR dan kebijakan dividen, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transparansi pengungkapan CSR dan kebijakan dividen merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan, karena mencerminkan tanggung jawab sosial sekaligus stabilitas dan prospek keuangan. Secara simultan, kombinasi kedua faktor tersebut terbukti memberikan pengaruh yang lebih kuat terhadap kinerja keuangan dibandingkan pengaruh masing-masing secara individual.

Abstract

The property and real estate sector is one of the important sectors that contribute to the Indonesian economy, but in the 2021–2024 period, this sector experienced a decline in company value as reflected in market performance. This problem prompted this study, which aims to analyze the effect of capital structure on company value and examine the role of profitability as a mediating variable in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2024 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method and the sample was determined through a purposive sampling technique on companies that meet the research criteria. The results of the study indicate that capital structure has a significant negative effect on company value and profitability, while profitability has a significant positive effect on company value and is proven to mediate the effect of capital structure on company value; this finding supports the Trade-off Theory regarding the importance of balance in the use of debt, but also shows limitations in the application of Signaling Theory in the property sector. This study concludes that excessive use of debt can reduce profitability and company value, so companies need to establish an optimal capital structure to maintain financial performance and increase investor confidence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance at PT. Suracojaya Abadimotor, Daya Bumi Tamalanrea Permai (BTP) Branch, Makassar City. The problem of this study began with the fluctuation of employee performance, which indicated less than optimal implementation of leadership style in the company environment. The method of research employed is a quantitative approach, utilizing a descriptive type of research. The population in this study amounted to 30 employees, and all of them were sampled through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews, and analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of partial tests (t-tests). The findings indicated that the leadership style positively and significantly influenced employee performance, with a significance value of 0.001 (less than 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.330 indicates that leadership style contributed 33% to improving employee performance, while the remaining 67% was influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings indicate that the leader's ability to communicate, provide direction, and build harmonious working relationships is are dominant factor that can enhance employee productivity. Thus, the better the implementation of the leadership style, the better the employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilandasi oleh kesadaran bahwa pegawai merupakan inti dari keberlangsungan organisasi, dan motivasi kerja mereka tidak hanya lahir dari kewajiban, tetapi juga dari ruang belajar, kesempatan berkembang, dan rasa dihargai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada Balai Pemasyarakatan (Bapas) Kelas I Makassar. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 54 pegawai yang menjadi responden, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS Statistics 25. Variabel penelitian meliputi pelatihan dan pengembangan karir sebagai variabel independen, serta motivasi kerja sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, menegaskan bahwa proses pembelajaran yang terarah mampu meningkatkan keterampilan, kepercayaan diri, serta semangat pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas. Pengembangan karir juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, menunjukkan bahwa adanya kejelasan arah karir, kesempatan promosi, dan dukungan organisasi mampu menumbuhkan rasa memiliki, komitmen, serta keinginan pegawai untuk memberikan kontribusi terbaik. Secara simultan, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, yang berarti keduanya menjadi faktor penting dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang mendorong pegawai bekerja dengan lebih bermakna, bertanggung jawab, dan berorientasi pada tujuan. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya investasi berkelanjutan pada peningkatan kompetensi dan jenjang karir pegawai agar organisasi mampu menciptakan suasana kerja yang mendukung, memotivasi, dan memberdayakan setiap individu secara manusiawi.

Abstract

After the 7.4-magnitude earthquake, tsunami, and liquefaction disaster in September 2018, the Balaroa sub-district of Palu City was severely affected by liquefaction, which covered approximately 50 hectares with a perimeter of about 2.5 kilometres. This area was predominantly residential. Historically, residents of West Gunung Marawola avoided passing through this area when travelling to the Manonda Inpres Market, as the wheels of their carts would often become stuck. Consequently, the site was named Tagari Lonjo (a waterlogged and muddy area). This served as a form of natural mitigation, indicating that the site was unsuitable for habitation. This paper aims to establish a correlation between the initial conditions and the management of potential risks following the disaster. The research employs qualitative methods and utilises the Sendai Framework (as a conceptual foundation) and SWOT analysis (as a strategy formulation tool). The proposed design concept involves planning and utilisation of the former Balaroa liquefaction site, focusing not only on physical and ecological recovery but also on socio-economic revitalisation and strengthening resilience to future disasters. Based on the analysis, the geotechnical conditions of the former liquefaction site in Balaroa Village are recommended to be utilised as Ruang Natebuka Kodara (green open space) within land-use planning, with agrotourism potential that can foster economic self-reliance and help alleviate communal trauma. It is hoped that this paper will contribute particularly to education on mitigation and resilience, supporting regional sustainability through innovative post-disaster recovery strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PTV Semen Tonasa. This study uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The research sample consists of PT Semen Tonasa employees selected through purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that work stress has a negative but significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has a positive and significant effect. In addition, work stress does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, while the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance and is able to mediate some of the influence of the work environment on performance, but does not mediate the effect of work stress. The findings of this study emphasize the importance of stress management and creating a conducive work environment to improve employee satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kompensasi sebagai variabel intervening pada divisi sales PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Cabang Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif explanAatory. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan divisi sales, yaitu sebanyak 36 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja yang tinggi berpotensi menurunkan kinerja karyawan, namun dengan adanya kompensasi yang memadai dari perusahaan, karyawan mampu menjaga stabilitas kinerjanya. Kompensasi berperan sebagai variabel yang memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja, sehingga meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja meskipun dalam kondisi beban kerja yang tinggi. Dengan demikian, sistem kompensasi yang adil dan tepat menjadi penting untuk menjaga kinerja optimal karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work conflict and work environment on employee performance with work stress as an intervening variable at PT Semen Tonasa. The method used is a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the study indicate that work conflict has a significant positive effect on work stress, while the work environment has a significant negative effect on work stress. Work conflict does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has a significant positive effect. Work stress is also proven to have a significant negative effect on employee performance. In addition, work stress does not mediate the effect of work conflict on performance, but partially mediates the effect of the work environment on performance. These findings emphasize the importance of conflict management, improving the work environment, and stress control to support employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract The advancement of digital technology has encouraged companies across sectors, including the hospitality industry, to maximize social media as a platform for building brand image and strengthening consumer engagement. Instagram becomes the main medium for Nimo Tea Resort to showcase its visual advantages and increase brand awareness. However, the high follower count is not aligned with interaction levels, indicating the need for deeper analysis of the social media specialist’s role in managing the @nimotea_resort account. This study aims to examine the strategies and responsibilities of the social media specialist in planning, producing, optimizing, and evaluating Instagram content to build brand awareness. Using a descriptive qualitative method through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature review, the research adopts Regina Luttrel’s (2022) Circular Model of SoMe, which includes the stages of share, optimize, manage, and engage. The findings show that the social media specialist holds a key role in aligning trends with the resort’s identity, maintaining consistent visuals, responding to the audience in real time, and forming collaborations to broaden reach. Nonetheless, interaction remains low due to algorithmic shifts, rapid trend changes, and challenges in harmonizing trends with the brand’s elegant and exclusive tone. This study enriches digital communication research in hospitality and offers practical recommendations for strengthening Nimo Tea Resort’s visual-based social media strategies. Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong semua bidang perusahaan termasuk salah satunya bidang hospitality untuk memaksimalkan media sosial sebagai sarana membangun citra dan membangun interaksi dengan konsumen. Instagram menjadi platform utama yang dimanfaatkan Nimo Tea Resort untuk menampilkan keunggulan visual dan memperkuat brand awareness. Namun, tingginya jumlah pengikut tidak sebanding dengan tingkat interaksi, sehingga diperlukan analisis mendalam mengenai peran Social media specialist dalam pengelolaan akun @nimotea_resort. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi dan peran social media specialist dalam merencanakan, memproduksi, mengoptimalkan, serta mengevaluasi konten Instagram guna membangun brand awareness. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka, dengan analisis data tematik berbasis teori The Circular Model of Some oleh Regina Luttrel (2022) yang mencakup tahap share, optimize, manage, dan engage. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social media specialist berperan penting dalam menyesuaikan tren dengan karakter resort, menjaga konsistensi visual, merespons audiens secara real time, serta menjalin kolaborasi sebagai upaya memperluas jangkauan. Namun, interaksi belum optimal karena tantangan algoritma, perubahan tren yang cepat, serta keterbatasan kesesuaian tren dengan brand voice. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya kajian komunikasi digital pada sektor hospitality serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi Nimo Tea Resort dalam membangun efektivitas strategi media sosial berbasis visual untuk memperkuat brand awareness. Abstract

Bruxism berhubungan dengan tidur, seiring dengan meningkatnya kecemasan serta stres selama tidur dan kualitas tidur yang buruk adalah alasan utamanya. Smartphone menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupan mahasiswa, terutama dalam aktivitas akademik dan sosial. Namun, penggunaan smartphone di malam hari dapat menghambat produksi melatonin akibat paparan cahaya biru, yang berpotensi meningkatkan kejadian bruxism. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas tidur dan penggunaan smartphone terhadap kejadian bruxism pada mahasiswa kepaniteraan Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan jumlah mahasiswa kepaniteraan sebanyak 103. Kualitas tidur diukur menggunakan indeks Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, Penggunaan smartphone menggunakan self-reported Questionnaire dan Bruxism diukur menggunakan self-reported Questionnaire dan observasi orang sekitar. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS ver. 26. Hasil: terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas tidur terhadap kejadian bruxism (p=0,041) dan penggunaan smartphone terhadap kejadian bruxism (p=0,043). Kesimpulan: kualitas tidur dan penggunaan smartphone berhubungan dengan bruxism.
