Education policy is important in the process of achieving national education goals so that an understanding of the basic concepts of education policy is needed in order to produce pro-active education policies and problem solving. The purpose of writing this article is to examine the scope of education policy which consists of the meaning of education policy, components of education policy, characteristics of educational policies and implementation of educational policies. This writing methodology uses literature study methodology. The writing of this article was carried out by reviewing 26 journals related to education policy. The results of the study found that education policy is a policy related to the education sector in the process of elaborating the vision and mission of education in order to achieve educational goals through strategic steps in the implementation of education. The education policy component consists of five, namely objectives, plans, programs, decisions, and impacts. The characteristics of education policy are that of having educational objectives, fulfilling legal-formal aspects, having an operational concept, being made by the authorities, being able to be evaluated and having a systematic approach. The approach to implementing educational policy consists of a structural approach, a procedural and managerial approach, a behavioral approach and a political approach.

Perumusan kebijakan pendidikan sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan agar tujuan pendidikan yang telah disusun dapat dicapai secara maksimal. Untuk merumuskan kebijakan pendidikan maka perlu diketahui model-model perumusan kebijakan pendidikan tersebut. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menginformasikan model formulasi kebijakan pendidikan agar dapat dijadikan solusi dalam melahirkan kebijakan pendidikan. Metodologi penulisan ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Penulisan artikel ini dilakukan dengan mengkaji sebanyak 26 artikel nasional yang berhubungan dengan kebijakan pendidikan yang terdapat pada database google scholar.. Dari hasil pengkajian ditemukan beberapa model perumusan kebijakan pendidikan yaitu model kelembagaan, model sistem, model penyelidikan,model elit, model rasional, model inkrementalis, model analisis kebijakan, dan model pendekatan implementasi kebijakan publik. Pengkajian ini juga menemukan bahwa model perumusan kebijakan yang tepat digunakan di Indonesia adalah model analisis kebijakan pendidikan dan model implementasi kebijakan publik.

Analisis kebijakan merupakan sebuah ilmu sosial terapan yang menggunakan berbagai teknik dan metode dalam melahirkan informasi-informasi yang berhubungan dengan kebijakan. Analisis kebijakan bukan lah hal yang bersifat wajib namun memiliki dampak yang baik terhadap lahirnya keputusan. Namun banyak pemimpin yang tidak mengetahui bahwa pentingnya dilakukan analisis kebijakan. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menyajikan informasi mengenai pentingnya analisis kebijakan. Metodologi penulisan ini menggunakan metodologi studi literatur. Penulisan artikel ini dilakukan dengan mengkaji sebanyak 23 jurnal yang berhubungan dengan analisis kebijakan. Hasil dari pengkajian kemudian di jabarkan melalui artikel ilmiah. Analisis kebijakan ini sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan. Alasan yang mendasari diperlukannya analisis kebijakan yaitu untuk mengetahui segala bentuk kelayakan dan pembiayaan dari kebijakan yang diambil yang dianalisis melalui proses ilmiah dengan pendekatan saintifik.

Kebijakan pendidikan merupakan hasil akhir dari sebuah keputusan dibidang pendidikan yang diambil dengan memperhatikan komponen-komponen pendidikan dan komponen sosial yang berkaitan. Untuk menghasilkan kebijakan pendidikan yang tepat maka penyelenggara pendidikan harus mampu mengetahui hakikat kebijakan pendidikan terutama yang berhubungan dengan kerangka kerja pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji kerangka kerja pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan, proses analisis kebijakan pendidikan, dan strategi implementasi kebijakan pendidikan. Metodologi penulisan ini menggunakan metodologi studi kepustakaan. Penulisan artikel ini dilakukan dengan mengkaji sebanyak 26 jurnal nasional yang berhubungan dengan kebijakan pendidikan yang terdapat pada data base google scholar. Hasil dari pengkajian kemudian di jabarkan melalui artikel ilmiah. Dalam mengembangkan kebijakan pendidikan diperlukan kerangka pengembangan diantaranya yaitu infromasi kebijakan, metode perolehan informasi, argumentasi kebijakan dan bentuk analisis kebijakan. Selain itu ada enak tahapan analisis kebijakan pendidikan yang terdiri dari inisiasi, estimasi, seleksi, implementasi, evaluasi dan terminasi. Untuk menerapkan sebuah kebijakan pendidikan maka diperlukan tahapan sosialisasi, tahapan piloting, dan tahapan desiminasi.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar matematika mahasiswa, terutama kepuasan dan motivasi kerja dosen sebagai faktor-faktor yang mungkin memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif survei dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan dan motivasi kerja dosen terhadap prestasi belajar matematika mahasiswa. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa angket kepuasan, angket motivasi kerja, penilaian kinerja dosen, dan dokumen Indeks prestasi belajar matematika mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 56 Dosen di IAIN Kerinci. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan dan motivasi kerja dosen memiliki pengaruh melalui variabel intervening kinerja dosen terhadap prestasi belajar matematika mahasiswa. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perhatian yang lebih serius terhadap kepuasan dan motivasi kerja dosen sebagai faktor yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan prestasi belajar matematika mahasiswa. Dengan memahami dan memperbaiki faktor-faktor ini, institusi pendidikan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran, memotivasi dosen, dan pada gilirannya, meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika mahasiswa.

This research aims to analyze the problems that arise when implementing zoning as a method of student admission and find possible solutions. This study used the systematic literature review method with a qualitative approach. The data collection method used was documentation, namely examining documents in the form of books, literature, and scientific journals related to the topics written in this journal. Data was collected from reviewing the official website of eric.gov, Sinta, Scopus, and Garuda. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The result of the study showed some of the main problems in implementing zoning-based admissions. These include the problem of establishing fair and equitable zoning boundaries, enrollment procedures that often need to be more transparent, the accumulation of students in good schools in the zone, and the need for more awareness and active participation from parents. Several solutions can be considered to address these issues. Such as increased investment in education infrastructure development by the government and the implementation of a strict monitoring system for the admission process based on zoning, and the government also needs to strengthen schools in vulnerable zone areas with various quality and facility improvement programs. This policy will help provide a more inclusive and high-quality education for all students by analyzing and addressing the issues that arise when implementing zoning-based admissions.

his research was conducted to identify and analyze educational policies after the pandemic in elementary schools. The education policy refers to law no. 20 of 2003 which aims to build the foundation of an intact nation so that good educational standards are realized. This law is in line with law no. 23 of 2014 which states that regional government has authority in educational services. The method in this study was carried out using descriptive qualitative. This method is used to describe the policies implemented after Covid 19. The analysis was carried out through the results of observations and interviews at three elementary schools in Padang. The results of this study indicate that post-covid-19 education policies in elementary schools are taken from regional head policies that are autonomous in nature related to educational supervision during the outbreak by monitoring elementary schools to demonstrate face-to-face school preparation. Obstacles in implementing educational policies stem from limited communication with students in terms of explaining material that demands to complete curriculum achievements.

Leadership is the competence of an individual to be able to influence others. School is a place that works on the development of personality characteristics of human resources. The teacher's role is very important, so the principal's work in order to improve teacher performance by motivating teachers must be as effective and efficient as possible. The aim of the authors of this article is to examine leadership strategies that school principals can use to increase teacher motivation. The method used is the literary method which follows various literary studies using various reading sources, both books and journals. Based on the results of studies from various sources, it can be understood that the principal's management strategy to increase teacher work motivation is important, because the right motivation of the principal to teachers can influence motivation. quality of work and teacher commitment. A teacher's work motivation is influenced by two factors, namely internal factors and factors that come from outside the teacher.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of work stress and work conflict on teacher performance. A correlation design using causal associative method was used to collect information from a sample of 35 teachers at MTs Al –Falah Padang School. Data collection was carried out through tests and questionnaires, 1) work stress; (a) work coordination and (b) coordination control system, 2) work conflict; (a) role conflict, (b) role ambiguity, (c) responsibility, and (d) career development. Furthermore, to examine the effect of this study, we utilized IBM SPSS software. The results show that, the strength of direct influence identifies that it has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Therefore, work stress and work conflict are the main factors in the success of teacher performance

This study was conducted to determine the design of the education system adopted from the Finnish education system. Therefore, a comparison of the Indonesian and Finnish education curricula is needed so that it can be considered in making decisions and policies to improve the Indonesian education curriculum. The use of methods in this study is revie literature from several national journal research results to compare educational curricula, especially Indonesia and Finland. The results showed that the Indonesian education curriculum can be categorized as low because it refers to the five aspects of the curriculum, which are curriculum objectives that depend on (1) student readiness and independence; (2) curriculum material that is emphasized to each school by involving students in the announcement of the material studied; (3) learning media based on student comfort in the learning process; (4) learning strategies that can advance student achievement; and (5) a learning process that does not bind students by giving a lot of homework from the teacher. The results of this research contribute to improving the quality of Indonesian education and policy making in the Indonesian education curriculum.
