Abstract

The main objective of this study is to examine and assess how job training, work experience, and knowledge competency impact the performance of kitchen staff working at Italian Restaurants in South Jakarta. Therefore, the researchers aims to identify various factors that can influence the performance of kitchen employees at the Italian Restaurants in Sount Jakarta. non- probability sampling, which focuses on the targeted Italian Restaurant kitchen staff in South Jakarta, is utilized for data collection where sampling is not random and is aimed specifically at the population. This sampling technique is done freely according to the wishes of the researcher. A total of 150 respondents were included in this study, and questionnaires were distributed to gather primary data. Secondary data from articles, journals, and books were also used. The data analysis employed in this research is multivariate analysis, while the research hypothesis was tested by applying the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach, using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings demonstrate that job training, work experience, and knowledge competency all have a positive impact on employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on the productivity of lecturers at the Laa Roiba Bogor National Islamic Institute. This research uses quantitative research methods with survey techniques to answer the hypothesis tests that have been formulated. Respondents totaled 160 lecturers, and the sampling technique used was random. The transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work productivity questionnaires were validated using the product moment correlation formula; Reliability is measured using the Cronbach Alpha formula, and hypothesis testing uses the PLS-SEM analysis application. The research results show that transformational leadership and organizational culture positively and significantly impact lecturers' work productivity. Transformational leadership also influences organizational culture directly. Therefore, to increase lecturers' work productivity, it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of transformational leadership and organizational culture. The implications of this research highlight the importance of developing transformational leadership and organizational culture as a strategy to increase the work productivity of lecturers at the Laa Roiba Bogor National Islamic Institute.

Abstract

Tourism is an industry that has undergone several changes throughout its history. Tourism is considered an enduring industry due to its ability to adapt to many transformations. Cookies are a type of snack that people like, namely cakes. Cookies made from flour usually consist of wheat flour, powdered sugar, chicken eggs, vanilla, margarine, cornstarch, baking powder and instant milk powder. Like other pastries, the texture of these cookies are crunchy and do not crumble easily. The aim of the research is to find out whether almond pulp can be processed into cookies. This type of research is product development with organoleptic testing. Testing was carried out on 3 limited panelists and 51 consumer panelists. Things will be tested using the five human senses with criteria regarding the taste, aroma, color, texture and appearance of the product. The results showed that almond pulp was acceptable in terms of color, aroma, texture and appearance. The implication of this research is that it effectively explains the manufacture of cookies with all tests providing a positive impact on cookie products. It can be concluded that almond pulp is acceptable in terms of color, aroma, texture and appearance.

Abstract

The immunization given to women of childbearing age and pregnant women is the TT immunization which is useful for preventing tetanus. Cases of tetanus are often found in a number of tropical countries and countries that still have low health conditions. This study aims to describe the knowledge of pregnant women about TT immunization. Immunization is giving the body immunity against a disease by putting something into the body so that the body is resistant to diseases that are epidemic or dangerous to someone. Cases of tetanus are often found in a number of tropical countries and countries that still have low health conditions. The method in this research is descriptive. The population in the study were all pregnant women in the village of Sabahotang as many as 42 people. There were 42 samples in this study using a total sampling technique. The results showed that 26 people (61.9%) had insufficient knowledge, 4 people (9.5%) had sufficient knowledge and 12 people (28.6%) had good knowledge. It is hoped that pregnant women and those closest to them are given an understanding of the benefits of getting TT immunization in pregnant women by health workers

Abstract

English is the most widely used language in the world. As a result, it is crucial for students to learn English. To do it, someone must not have anxiety towards it. word "anxiety" refers to a state of fear, worry, or trepidation. It is a significant factor that influences how students learn in the classroom. The purpose of the study was to would like to analyse the students’ anxiety in learning English at the fourth semester students of midwifery department in Aufa Royhan university. The researcher used descriptive research studies to gather information about the current state of phenomena. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire to gather information from respondents about their interest towards English. The results showed that the internal factor indicators were motivation, lack of self-assurance, fear of making mistakes, reticence. The external factor indicators were a lack of vocabulary, grammar mistakes, friends or classmates, embarrassment, and lack of preparation. The overall result showed that students still had anxiety in learning English. So, they must improve their motivation especially towards English to help them have good achievements both in school or work later. Keywords: Anxiety, English, Students

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine and analyze the effect of satisfaction, leadership behavior, and work motivation on employee performance in Indonesia with generation as a moderating variable. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods in this study while collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 200 employees who work in the Jakarta area who work in start-up companies. Data processing techniques carried out include validity tests, reliability tests, and structural equation models (SEM) using SmartPLS software version 3. The results showed that satisfaction has a positive effect, leadership has a positive effect, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance . Employee performance from the results of the research that has been done is expected to improve the performance of its employees by creating more supportive job satisfaction through good leadership and work motivation as well as building a positive corporate culture where collaboration, support, and teamwork are valued . Implications for further research by conducting preliminary studies and discussions in order to determine the appropriate variables including determining the indicators to be used. While the theoretical implications reveal the application of the right human resource role is the implementation of strategic management at the corporate level can create growth for the company as a whole.

Abstract

In the digital era, online reviews have become pivotal in consumer decision-making, particularly in tourism and hospitality. This study examines the influence of online reviews on Traveloka, a leading online travel platform, in shaping consumer choices for accommodation. By analyzing user-generated content, ratings, and comments, this research aims to understand how review credibility, rating scores, and reviewer expertise impact consumers' trust and final booking. The target population for this study comprises individuals who have booked accommodations through Traveloka within the past year. A purposive sampling method ensures the respondents have relevant and direct experience with the platform. Based on the Krejcie-Morgan table for determining sample sizes, a target of 100 respondents is set to ensure the results are statistically significant, and generalizable findings reveal that high ratings, detailed feedback, and verified reviews significantly influence consumer trust, leading to a higher likelihood of booking. Moreover, the study highlights that negative reviews, while potentially deterring, also play a role in establishing the authenticity of positive feedback, thereby strengthening overall consumer confidence. This research underscores the importance of managing online reviews and provides valuable insights for hospitality businesses aiming to enhance their reputation and attract potential customers through effective review management.

Abstract

Penerapan Program Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di sekolah bertujuan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila kepada siswa, guna membentuk karakter dan identitas nasional yang kuat. Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada pentingnya penguatan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pendidikan. Metodologi yang digunakan melibatkan pendekatan sistematis dengan tiga tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Selama pelaksanaan, metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek diterapkan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa. Media visual juga digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam memperkuat pemahaman siswa mengenai nilai-nilai Pancasila. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program P5 di sekolah wilayah Sangatta Utara berhasil menumbuhkan kesadaran dan penghayatan siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila. Evaluasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan perubahan positif dalam sikap dan perilaku siswa sehari-hari, yang mencerminkan karakter yang lebih religius dan berintegritas. Program ini memberikan model yang efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan Pancasila, sehingga dapat menciptakan generasi yang memiliki komitmen terhadap kebangsaan dan karakter yang kuat.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of product sales to increase revenue, create profits and support company growth. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the increase in product sales through digital marketing and brand awareness in the digital era. The research design used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a survey method, collecting research data using a questionnaire. The population in this study is the Indonesian population who fall into the age category of generation Z and the millennial generation who use Uniqlo products. The sample in this study was 100 people. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was tested using the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The results of this research show that 1) Digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on product sales in the digital era, 2) Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on product sales in the digital era, and 3) Digital marketing and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on product sales in the digital era. The findings of this research suggest that if a company wants to increase product sales, the company must also increase digital marketing and brand awareness.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine (1) the role of improving the quality of visitor services on visitor satisfaction based on tourist reviews; and (2) strategies for developing Indonesian tourism through improving the quality of visitor services. This research uses SWOT analysis as an analytical tool to explore Indonesian tourism development strategies through improving the quality of visitor services. The results of this study show that (1) Tourist reviews after visiting tourist attractions are strong social evidence that can significantly influence potential tourists' decisions; and (2) Indonesia's tourism development strategy through improving the quality of visitor services consisting of the SO strategy through tourism promotion by offering quality visitor services, the WO strategy by developing a consumer touchpoint concept to attract tourists, the ST strategy through collaboration with tourism stakeholders to support consumer touchpoint tourism, and WT's strategy by educating tourism managers to improve the quality of visitor services.
