Abstract

This study aims to analyze learning management in preparatory training for apprenticeships in Japan at LPK Sakura Purwodadi, covering the functions of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The background of this study stems from the need to improve the quality of Indonesian workers through competency-based training, particularly in facing the demands of Japanese industry, which prioritizes discipline, language skills, and work ethic. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study show that training planning is carried out through needs analysis, intensive coordination with Japanese partners, and collaborative curriculum development by instructors according to the ADDIE model. The implementation of training integrates Japanese language learning, work culture, communication simulations, and discipline coaching, in line with the concept of transfer of training and andragogy principles. Training evaluation was conducted periodically through weekly monitoring, competency assessments, and feedback from participants and Japanese partners, reflecting the Kirkpatrick evaluation model. The research conclusion confirms that training management at LPK Sakura has been systematic, relevant to industry needs, and capable of shaping the competencies and character of participants who are ready to work in Japan.

Abstract

The existence of a Land Bank is regulated by Article 125 to Article 135 of the Job Creation Law. Subsequently, a formal test was carried out on the Job Creation Law by the Constitutional Court, which in the Constitutional Court Decision No. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020, stated Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation was declared formally flawed. In the seventh point of the Constitutional Court Decision No.91/PUU-XVIII/2020 dated 25 November 2021 it explicitly states the suspension of all government actions/policies that are strategic in nature and have broad implications, including the new implementing regulations of the Job Creation Law. The government is ordered to make improvements, within a maximum period of two years and if within that time no improvements are made, the Job Creation Law will become permanently unconstitutional. Even though the Constitutional Court's decision states that the Job Creation Law is still valid, it has no binding force. The method used in this study is a normative juridical approach, namely testing and tracing related to laws and regulations. The purpose of this study is to find out the existence and implications of the Land Bank institution, especially its derivative regulations related to the Constitutional Court Decision No.91/PUU-XVIII/2020 which states conditional unconstitutionality of the Job Creation Law, including the implementation of the Land Bank which is included in the category of strategic policies and has wide-reaching impacts according to the sound Article 4 of Law No. 11 of 2020 and the Constitutional Court's decision.

Abstract

Environmental pollution has become a serious issue in metropolitan areas, including Palembang, with a direct impact on community health and quality of life, particularly in relation to waste management at the final disposal site (Tempat Pembuangan Akhir/TPA). This study aims to explore ecological messages in the Qur’an and Hadith and examine their potential contribution to strengthening faith-based ecological awareness through non-formal Islamic education. This study employed a qualitative approach using a library research design. This study used the Tafsir Mawdu’iy. The data were collected from Qur’anic verses, Hadith, classical and contemporary tafsir, and scholarly literature on ecology and environmental education. Then, they were analysed contextually by integrating scientific and social perspectives. References to community-based educational practices around the Sukawinatan landfill are drawn from secondary sources and documented studies rather than direct field observation. The findings reveal that Qur’anic and Hadith-based ecological education can enhance faith-based environmental awareness. It is reflected in community initiatives such as tree planting and pollution reduction efforts. This study concludes that integrating Islamic ecological teachings into non-formal education has the potential to promote clean and healthy living behaviors and support sustainable environmental management.

Abstract

Arabic language learning in Indonesia continues to face various challenges, ranging from traditional instructional approaches, limited learning media, and insufficient teacher readiness to develop strategies that meet learners’ needs, thereby requiring a more comprehensive and adaptive learning system aligned with modern educational developments. This study aims to analyze Arabic language learning as an integrated system, identify its key components, and evaluate the methodologies commonly employed. Through an in-depth literature review, the study reveals a shift from conventional methods toward communicative, contextual, integrative, and eclectic approaches that combine multiple strategies to suit learning demands. The use of digital technology, project-based learning, and authentic assessment has begun to enhance learning effectiveness. However, the study also highlights several obstacles, including the lack of authentic learning materials, limited facilities, and variations in teachers’ ability to implement modern approaches. These findings underscore the importance of institutional support, teacher professional development, and collaboration between educators and school environments to build a more adaptive, relevant, and sustainable Arabic language learning system aligned with the demands of 21st-century education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the normative and practical differences between the four main contracts in fiqh muamalah, namely ijarah (rent-benefit), 'ariyah (borrowing goods without compensation), hiwalah (debt transfer), and qard (voluntary loan). Normatively, the four contracts have a strong foundation in classical fiqh literature, but their practice in Indonesia shows different variations and challenges. The research uses a qualitative field approach with in-depth interviews and observations on the community and Islamic financial institutions, especially BMT, KJKS, and Islamic banks. The results of the study show that there is a gap between normative fiqh and the reality of the field. Ijarah contracts are widely developed in Islamic financial institutions, but some people still equate them with buying and selling. Akad 'ariyah is more dominant in daily social interactions, reflecting the value of helping, although it is rarely understood as part of the fiqh of muamalah. Hiwalah contracts have been found to be very limited, although they have great potential to support modern transactions similar to debt transfer mechanisms in conventional finance. Meanwhile, qard contracts are still popular both in the social and institutional realms, but in practice they are often confused with interest-bearing loans so that they risk deviating from sharia principles. This study concludes that the low sharia literacy of the community and the limitation of product innovation in financial institutions are the main factors that cause the gap between norms and practices. Therefore, public education, intensive socialization, and the development of innovative products based on muamalah contracts are needed so that the concept of classical fiqh is not only a normative reference, but also functions as a real instrument in building the Islamic economy in Indonesia

Abstract

The rapid growth of the tourism sector has increased the need for equitable, accessible, and supportive healthcare facilities. This study aims to analyze the spatial accessibility of healthcare facilities and assess the suitability of new development locations in relation to the physical, social, and infrastructural conditions of the region. The method used combines Network analysis to assess service coverage and access efficiency, and Spatial Multicriteria Analysis (SMCA) with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach to assign weights to eight location-determining criteria. The distribution of healthcare facilities in South Kuta District is uneven, with an average distance of 2,217.89 meters between tourist attractions and healthcare facilities. Pecatu and Kutuh Villages have low accessibility to healthcare services. Pecatu Village and Kutuh Village have low accessibility to health services, while Jimbaran Subdistrict and Pecatu Village are the areas with the highest level of suitability for health facility development. The integration of Network analysis and SMCA–AHP has proven effective in supporting the sustainability of healthcare-based tourism areas in South Kuta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of marketing management in improving the quality of education at TK Perjuangan, located in Babakan Village, Ciwaringin District, Cirebon Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study collects data through in-depth interviews with the school principal, teachers, and parents, as well as official documents such as activity reports and promotional materials. The results indicate that TK Perjuangan has successfully implemented a marketing strategy that covers product, price, and promotion aspects. The product strategy focuses on the flagship program, which is the Iqro learning method, while the price strategy offers flexible payment options for parents. Promotion is carried out through social media and print media to reach a broader audience. Supporting factors identified include the competence of educators and support from the foundation's leadership, while challenges faced include intense competition and variations in students' abilities. The implications of this study suggest that effective marketing management not only enhances the institution's appeal but also contributes to the improvement of educational service quality. These findings can serve as a reference for other educational institutions in formulating relevant marketing strategies to enhance their educational quality.

Abstract

Abstract

Sustainable halal compliance cannot be demonstrated solely through the possession of halal certification; rather, it is determined by the effectiveness of internal control performance within the Halal Product Assurance System (HPAS). This article presents a systematic literature review to synthesize empirical evidence on the roles of internal audits, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and management review in shaping sustainable compliance as an outcome of a management system. The review follows PRISMA principles through a structured keyword search linking HPAS/halal assurance systems (including HAS 23000) with internal audit, nonconformity, corrective action/CAPA, management review, and the PDCA cycle. The selected literature covers studies on halal certification implementation, halal governance, and related management systems across various contexts, including micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and halal supply chains. Thematic synthesis indicates that internal audits function as mechanisms for detection and organizational learning, CAPA operates as a recovery and prevention mechanism that ensures effective closure of nonconformities, and management review transforms compliance data into strategic decisions guiding risk prioritization, resource allocation, and system improvement. Based on these findings, this article proposes a “Halal Compliance Loop” framework grounded in the PDCA cycle and recommends practical performance indicators, such as the recurrence of nonconformities, timeliness of corrective action closure, and the implementation rate of management review decisions. Future research is encouraged to examine the effectiveness of internal control mechanisms within HPAS across different organizational scales and to explore the integration of halal controls with other management systems and digital traceability technologies.
