Abstract

This research is a form of study of Baitul Maal during its inception to its application in the modern era. Baitul Maal is a financial institution that has a role in collecting, managing, and distributing assets and social funds for the community / people who are entitled to receive them. These assets are also used as a state treasure. This research is a literature review with a qualitative analysis method. To get data sourced from journals and other scientific papers. The results obtained for this research are about the history of Baitul Maal from the time of its presence at the time of the Prophet Muhammad, where the Prophet Muhammad became the authorized party for the awareness of the people to collect and channel their assets to be managed and distributed. Furthermore, during the Khulafaur Rasyidin period, Baitul Maal became the main supporter in the field of economy and state finances. And in the modern era, Baitul Maal became an inspiration and then applied to banking and non-banking activities as a Muslim awareness of the importance of zakat and equitable / fair public welfare.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to critically examine traders' legal compliance practices concerning the payment of market retribution. Additionally, it aims to investigate the factors that impact the policies and efforts made by market managers. This study employs a qualitative research method, utilizing a case study approach that includes observation, interviews, and documentation as components of the research process. The study's findings demonstrate that vendors' compliance with the law regarding the payment of market fees continues to be minimal. The factors that impact the implementation of these policies include perceptions among vendors that they personally own their stalls, poor-quality market services, unstable economic conditions among vendors, and insufficient supervision and enforcement of penalties. Efforts made by market managers to improve traders' compliance are still limited to socialisation and manual collection, without the assistance of a system that is both effective and transparent. According to these findings, there is not only a connection between legal compliance in fee payments and individual legal awareness, but perceptions of fairness, legitimacy, and participatory market governance also influence it.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam cara umat Islam melaksanakan kegiatan dakwah. Musholla sebagai pusat ibadah dan pembinaan masyarakat perlu beradaptasi dengan dinamika digital agar tetap relevan dan mampu menjangkau jamaah lebih luas. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan komunikasi dakwah di Musholla Nur Attaqwa melalui pemanfaatan media digital seperti media sosial, aplikasi pesan instan, dan konten multimedia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif, meliputi observasi kebutuhan, pelatihan teknis, pendampingan produksi konten, serta evaluasi implementasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pengurus takmir dan jamaah dalam mengelola media digital, terbentuknya akun resmi musholla di media sosial, serta meningkatnya partisipasi jamaah dalam kegiatan keagamaan. Penggunaan media digital terbukti mampu menjadi instrumen efektif untuk memperluas jangkauan dakwah, meningkatkan literasi keagamaan, serta memperkuat ikatan sosial jamaah.

Abstract

Kewajiban sertifikasi halal bagi pelaku usaha pangan sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK). Rendahnya literasi hukum dan keterbatasan akses terhadap teknologi informasi menyebabkan banyak UMK belum tersentuh proses sertifikasi halal. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mendampingi pelaku UMK dalam memperoleh sertifikat halal melalui skema self-declare berbasis sistem SIHALAL yang dikembangkan oleh BPJPH. Pendampingan dilakukan secara intensif kepada pelaku usaha roti rumahan Dapur Zya yang memproduksi kue kering, mochi buah, dan camilan lainnya. Seluruh bahan yang digunakan telah memenuhi prinsip halal dan premium. Kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi regulasi, aktivasi akun SIHALAL, input data produk dan komposisi, serta pembimbingan unggah dokumen hingga pengajuan sertifikat. Meskipun menghadapi sejumlah tantangan teknis, proses pendampingan berhasil menjembatani pelaku usaha dengan sistem digital dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya legalitas produk. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi halal dapat diakses oleh UMK dengan dukungan pendampingan yang adaptif. Selain itu, program ini berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan, khususnya dalam aspek perlindungan konsumen, pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif, dan transformasi digital layanan publik. Pendekatan ini dapat direplikasi secara luas untuk mempercepat sertifikasi halal di kalangan UMK.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of psychological well-being on the commitment of the Intraschool Student Organization (OSIS) administrators at SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung. Low commitment of the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) administrators can impact the effectiveness of implementing organizational programs. One of the factors influencing this commitment is psychological well-being, which encompasses self-acceptance, good interpersonal relationships, and personal growth. This study employs a quantitative approach. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression to assess the extent to which psychological well-being affects OSIS commitment. The results showed a significant positive influence of psychological well-being on the commitment of OSIS administrators. This indicates that the higher the level of psychological wellbeing, the greater the commitment of OSIS administrators in carrying out organizational activities. Based on these findings, it is recommended that schools pay more attention to student development to enhance commitment to the organization.  Keywords: Organizational Commitment; Student Council Members; Psychology Well-Being

Abstract

Background. Taklik talak is an agreement in which the husband depends on the occurrence of a divorce for his wife if it turns out that in the future the husband violates one or all of the things in the taklik talak agreement.Aim. To find out and analyze the implications of the violation of taklik talak on marital status from the perspective of the book of fiqh and the marriage law.Methods. The type of research used is library research, namely the book of fiqh and the Marriage Law as the main sources. This research approach uses a normative approach and is analyzed qualitatively, namely based on the Marriage Law No.1 of 1974 and also studied based on fiqh books such as classical fiqh Fathul Mu'in Translation, Fathul Qarib Translation Idol Fiqh, and General References of the Ummah. The data analysis technique uses deductive techniques which are used to find out the violation of taklik talak on marital status which is then developed and described in more detail based on fiqh books and the Marriage Act.Results. Based on the study of fiqh books, the husband who violates the taklik talak he said after the marriage contract took place, then the divorce fell for his husband directly, who had already signed the taklik talak. Because it is the husband who has hung the divorce on a thing or trait, thus the divorce falls with the realization of that nature according to the words of the husband. While the violation of takalik talak on marital status according to the Marriage Act must meet the requirements in divorce, sighat taklik talak contains 2 conditions, namely alternative conditions and cumulative conditions.

Abstract

The success of an organization is influenced by many factors, one of which is employee performance. Meanwhile, employee performance is influenced by compensation and work discipline. If compensation and work discipline experience problems, it will affect employee performance. This research aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the Gunung Poteng Drinking Water Regional Public Company, Singkawang City. The type of data in this research is quantitative with descriptive statistical data analysis using primary data and secondary data obtained from the Gunung Poteng Regional Drinking Water Company, Singkawang City. The number of samples for this research was 59 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques with a saturated sampling method. The samples used from respondents were questionnaire answers from respondents. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests using multiple linear regression tests, t tests, and F tests and coefficient of determination. These results show that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gunung Poteng Regional Drinking Water Company, Singkawang City with a calculated T value> T table (6.644> 3.161) or can be seen from Sig<a (0.000<0.005). Apart from that, the work discipline variable also shows a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Gunung Poteng Regional Drinking Water Company, Singkawang City with a calculated T value> T table (5.520>3.161) or can be seen from Sig<a (0.000<0.005). Simultaneously, Compensation and Work Discipline have a positive effect on employee performance at the Gunung Poteng Regional Drinking Water Company, Singkawang City with a calculated T value> T table (103.840>3.161) and a Sig value <a (0.000<0.005).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence of income, education, and family size, both partially and simultaneously, on family welfare from the perspective of Maqashid Asy-Syariah in Sebayan Village. This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative nature. The population in this study consists of 929 households, and the sample size was determined using Roscoe's theory, resulting in a sample of 40 respondents. The type of data used is primary data obtained from the results of a questionnaire. The ordinal data collected was then converted into interval data. Subsequently, the data was processed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 23. The research results indicate that, partially, there is no positive and significant influence of income on family welfare, as evidenced by the t-value < t-table (1.724 < 2.02809) with a significance value of 0.474 > 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of education on family welfare, as shown by the t-value > t-table (3.831 > 2.02809) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. There is no positive and significant influence of the number of family members on family welfare, as indicated by the t-value < t-table (1.938 < 2.02809) with a significance value of 0.060 > 0.05. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence of income, education, and the number of family members on family welfare, as seen from the F-value > F-table (9.725 > 2.87) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.402, which means that income, education, and the number of family members account for 40.2% of the influence on family welfare, while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Revolusi ekonomi makro Keynesian muncul sebagai respons terhadap krisis ekonomi besar pada tahun 1930-an, menawarkan pendekatan baru untuk memahami dinamika perekonomian. Fokus utama pemikiran Keynes adalah pada peran permintaan agregat dalam menentukan tingkat output dan pekerjaan. Teori ini menekankan pentingnya intervensi pemerintah dalam mengatasi ketidakstabilan ekonomi melalui kebijakan fiskal dan moneter. Dengan menganalisis mekanisme pengangguran, inflasi, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi, jurnal ini mengeksplorasi relevansi pemikiran Keynes dalam konteks ekonomi modern. Selain itu, penelitian ini membahas implikasi kebijakan Keynesian dalam menghadapi tantangan kontemporer, seperti ketimpangan dan resesi, serta keberlanjutan model ekonomi yang berfokus pada kesejahteraan masyarakat. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ekonomi global telah mengalami perubahan signifikan, prinsip-prinsip dasar Keynes tetap relevan dalam merumuskan kebijakan ekonomi yang adaptif dan responsif.

Abstract

The main challenges in learning the history of Islamic culture include students' perceptions of being more enthusiastic, low student participation, limited teacher staff, and the need to use more ICT-based learning media. This research aims to make interactive digital storybooks a learning tool to deepen their understanding of the history of Islamic culture and create exciting and interactive learning resources that can increase student engagement and expand their knowledge about values, practices and essential events in Islamic culture. This type of research and development uses the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation), with the research subjects being teachers and students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Bhakti Mandiri Pematang Siantar, Medan, Indonesia. The results show that interactive digital storybooks significantly increase students' understanding and engagement in learning. However, it's worth being aware of some drawbacks, such as limited accessibility and potential technical issues. Nevertheless, interactive digital storybooks are still an adequate alternative in supporting students' learning about the history of Islamic culture. Limitations of this study include limited accessibility, potential technical problems and difficulties in navigating the interface in interactive digital storybooks. This research implies that interactive digital storybooks are an adequate alternative to support the learning of Islamic cultural history and have the potential to be improved by paying attention to factors such as suitability of content, pleasant design, and teacher involvement.
