Abstract

Kemampuan motorik penting dipelajari dalam pelajaran pendidikan jasmani karena kemampuan gerak merupakan bagian dari ranah psikomotorik. Ada tiga komponen dasar dominan psikomotor, yaitu: domain yang bersifat jasmani (psysical), kesegaran (fitness), dan per mainan (play).  Komponen bersifat  jasmani terkait  dengan status anatomis atau struktural. Komponen motorik berhubungan dengan kualitas gerak atau cara melakukan gerakan.   Adapun  unsur-unsur   kemampuan  motorik  terdiri  dari:  (1)   kekuatan,   (2) kecepatan,   (3)  power,  (4)  ketahanan,   (5)  keseimbangan,   (6)  fleksibilitas,  dan  (7) koordinasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui berpengaruh tidaknya latihan bermaian bola basket terhadap peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar siswa, untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan motorik kasar yang dimiliki dan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat kefektifan dari berlatih bola basket terhadap kemampuan atau peningkatan motorik kasar para siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan populasi adalah Kepala dan wakil Kepala Sekolah, Kepala dan wakil Bagian Kurikulu m dan para Guru PJOK serta Wali kelas yang ada di SMA Negeri I Mila Kabupaten Pidie. Dengan  demikian jumlah populasi seluruhnya  adalah berjumlah 20  orang.  Sedangka n sampel  dalam penelitian  merupakan total  sampel  artinya  mengambil  seluruh  populasi sebagai sampel,tehnik pengumpulan data  dengan  menggunakan angket  dan Agar  yang diperoleh  dalam penelitian  ini  data  kuantitatif  maka  setiap  butir  jawaban diberi  skor dalam bentuk Skala  Likert  yang telah  dimodifkasi.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian  yang diperoleh,  maka dapat dismpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan bahwa Guru PJOK telah mengembangkan   motorik   kasar   siswa   melalui   pembelajaran   bola   basket   dala m pembelajaran PJOK di SMA Negeri 1 Mila Kabupaten Pidie tahun ajaran 2021/2022.

Abstract

The increase in adolescent sexual activity puts adolescents at risk of experiencing sexual violence, including on campus. Several universities have made efforts to prevent and address sexual violence on campus. This study aimed to compile a Collaboration Strategy of college with Indonesian Family Planning Association with College in East Java in the prevention and handling of Sexual Violence among adolescents. The design qualitative method with a Focus Group Discussion approach. This focus group discussion was attended by prevention and handling of Sexual Violence on adolescents’ experts from Indonesian family planning association, and lecturers from 4 universities in East Java, namely from Jember University, Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto University, Institute of Health Science Ar-Rahmah Gempol Pasuruan and health sciences Surya Mitra Husada Kediri Kediri. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 4 informants. Triangulation was carried out on 3 informants from Indonesian family planning association. The research instrument was the researcher himself and the Focus Group Discussion guidelines. The data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and data validity testing. The informant's university of origin stated that it had implemented efforts to prevent and handle sexual violence against adolescents and had reported the implementation to Belmawa Information System. The obstacles faced were the limited number of expert human resources, partners, and information media. The recommendation from the Focus Group Discussion was a collaborative strategy between Universities and Indonesian family planning association in efforts to prevent and handle sexual violence against adolescents on campus.

Abstract

Individuals with feelings of inferiority tend to mask their shortcomings due to a lack of self-realization, which impacts various aspects of life such as career, social relationships, and mental health. Based on the results of observations and interviews with BK teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Jekulo Kudus, it was found that students showed symptoms of inferiority such as withdrawal, indifference, envy, and feeling uncomfortable when working in a group. This study uses a case study method in AB students of grade VIII E with an individual counseling approach using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), specifically the Cognitive Restructuring technique  to correct cognitive distortions that affect the counselor's negative beliefs. Data was collected through interviews with BK teachers and counselors, as well as direct observations at school. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles & Huberman model. The results of the study show that the factors that cause the inferiority of AB students come from internal factors such as negative mindsets, feelings of inferiority, and difficulty interacting, as well as external factors in the form of lack of family support and social pressure. CBT interventions have been shown to be effective in helping ABs identify and change negative mindsets to be more adaptive. After the counseling process, AB showed significant improvements in self-confidence, social interaction skills, and emotional management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi manajemen kurikulum di UPTD TK Negeri Pembina Takisung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, serta dokumen sekolah. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman (2014). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa manajemen Kurikulum Merdeka dilaksanakan secara terstruktur melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap perencanaan meliputi penyusunan capaian pembelajaran, alur tujuan pembelajaran, tujuan pembelajaran, dan modul ajar yang terintegrasi dengan pendekatan holistik berbasis karakter. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berpusat pada anak melalui kegiatan bermain, diferensiasi, dan pembelajaran berbasis projek. Evaluasi dilakukan secara berkelanjutan melalui asesmen formatif, catatan anekdot, portofolio anak, refleksi guru, dan supervisi kepala sekolah. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi manajemen kurikulum merdeka di UPTD TK Negeri Pembina Takisung berjalan efektif dan mendukung perkembangan anak secara holistik.

Abstract

Background: Multicultural counseling plays a vital role in guidance and counseling, particularly in Indonesia, which is characterized by extensive cultural, ethnic, religious, and linguistic diversity. Objective: This study aims to examine the roles of counsellor ethics and multicultural competence in the implementation of multicultural counseling and to identify the challenges encountered in practice. Method: The study employs a qualitative literature review design, analyzing relevant academic journals, books, and scientific publications on counsellor ethics, counsellor competence, and multicultural counseling. Result: The findings indicate that professional ethics serve as a fundamental guideline for counsellors in respecting clients’ rights, dignity, and cultural values, while multicultural competence enables counsellors to understand cultural differences, manage personal biases, and apply appropriate counseling strategies. The integration of ethical principles and multicultural competence contributes significantly to the delivery of inclusive, effective, and equitable counseling services. Conclusion: The study emphasizes that strengthening ethical awareness and multicultural competence is essential for enhancing the quality and professionalism of counseling services in multicultural contexts. Contribution: This study provides a conceptual synthesis that underscores the interdependence between ethical standards and multicultural competence as a framework for advancing culturally responsive counseling services.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leverage, measured by the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and firm size on financial performance, proxied by Return on Assets (ROA). The research applies a quantitative method with secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The population consists of 29 construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2022 period. Using purposive sampling, 10 companies that met the research criteria were selected. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of EViews 12 software. The findings reveal that, partially, leverage (DAR) has no effect on financial performance, whereas firm size has a significant effect. Simultaneously, leverage and firm size significantly influence financial performance by 85%. These results highlight that firm size plays a crucial role in improving profitability, while the impact of leverage requires further contextual consideration.

Abstract

Perkembangan emosi pada anak usia dini merupakan aspek penting yang berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan kepribadian dan kemampuan sosial anak di masa depan. Salah satu faktor utama yang memengaruhi perkembangan emosi anak adalah pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh orang tua. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan perkembangan emosi anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh demokratis cenderung mendukung perkembangan emosi anak secara positif, sementara pola asuh otoriter dan permisif berpotensi menimbulkan hambatan dalam pengelolaan emosi anak. Dengan demikian, pola asuh orang tua memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam membentuk kematangan emosi anak sejak usia dini.

Abstract

Deep learning through Project-Based Learning (PjBL) has become a relevant approach to develop higher-order thinking skills of elementary school students. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, particularly regarding the cognitive development of sixth-grade students. This study aims to analyze the challenges of cognitive development of sixth-grade students in deep learning through Project-Based Learning based on students’ learning experiences and behaviors. This research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological study design. The subjects were sixth-grade students and teachers at an elementary school, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that deep learning through PjBL can enhance students’ critical thinking, problem-solving, and reflective skills. Nevertheless, challenges were identified, including differences in students’ abstract thinking abilities, limited learning independence, difficulties in integrating concepts across subjects, and the need for intensive teacher guidance. These findings suggest that successful implementation of deep learning through PjBL requires careful planning, appropriate scaffolding strategies, and continuous teacher support to optimally foster students’ cognitive development.

Abstract

This research analyzes the challenges teachers face in enhancing early literacy development among elementary school students within the context of deep learning pedagogy, focusing on a case study of letter recognition difficulties. Conducted at SD Negeri 3 Tempur, this qualitative case study examines a first-grade student who demonstrates an atypical literacy profile: the ability to "read" words with visual-picture support and copy written letters accurately, yet significant struggles with abstract letter recognition and differentiation. Through comprehensive observation and assessment, the study explores the cognitive, social-emotional, and psychological developmental dynamics of this learning pattern. Findings reveal that the student exhibits stronger dependence on visual-semantic processing pathways rather than phonological-alphabetic routes, experiencing particular difficulties with mirror-image letters and lacking phonological awareness development. The research identifies that deep learning approaches emphasizing symbolic processing without multimodal support may exacerbate early literacy gaps for children with non-typical literacy profiles. Based on Piaget's and Vygotsky's developmental theories, along with Dual Coding Theory, this study recommends comprehensive multi-component interventions including explicit phonological awareness instruction, multisensory letter recognition methods, individualized scaffolding, and close collaboration among teachers, parents, and professional specialists to support inclusive literacy development.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dan fenomena perkembangan anak usia sekolah dasar dalam konteks penerapan pembelajaran Deep Learning (Pembelajaran Mendalam). Berbeda dengan pembelajaran permukaan (surface learning) yang menekankan hafalan, Deep Learning menuntut pemahaman konseptual, koneksi antar pengetahuan, dan transfer keterampilan ke dunia nyata. Melalui pendekatan studi literatur dan analisis konseptual, artikel ini menelaah kesiapan perkembangan kognitif siswa SD yang berada pada tahap operasional konkret menuju operasional formal, serta dampak psikologis dan sosial-emosional dari tuntutan kurikulum yang kompleks. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Deep Learning berpotensi mempercepat kematangan kognitif dan keterampilan abad 21 (6C), terdapat fenomena kesenjangan perkembangan (developmental gap) yang memicu kecemasan akademik dan beban kognitif berlebih jika tidak dikelola dengan scaffolding yang tepat. Artikel ini merekomendasikan strategi pedagogis yang menyelaraskan tuntutan Deep Learning dengan zona perkembangan proksimal (ZPD) anak untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang psikologis-aman dan menumbuhkan growth mindset.
