Abstract

This study aims to determine the linkages between educational research and Islamic education in Indonesia. The method used in this research is (library research), also known as the data collection method, by understanding and studying theories from various readers related to this research. The data collection technique used by the author is to find and select theories from various reference sources such as books, journals, and existing research. The results of the author's analysis, namely the link between educational research and social research are focused on the process of social interaction between educators and students. academic learning activities. Educational research is a method used to solve problems that arise in the field of education. In addition, there are issues that include poverty and unemployment, and other factors such as learning, health, and development opportunities that can affect human development. As for how to improve teacher behavior in teaching, namely by understanding teacher needs and motivation, understanding teacher competence, understanding the teacher's role in teaching, teacher and student interaction, the main target of educational success

Abstract

Environmental stressors in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), such as noise, lighting, and invasive treatments, can interfere with premature infants' physiological responses, behavior, development, sleep, and central nervous system organization. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the relationship between nurses' factors (age, work experience, education level, and training) and their implementation of developmental care in the NICU. This quantitative study used a correlational analysis method with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique applied was consecutive sampling, involving 70 NICU nurses as respondents. The inclusion criteria required that participants be nurses who had worked in the NICU for a minimum of 6 months and expressed willingness to participate in the study. The exclusion criteria included nurses who were on medical leave or currently unwell. Data were collected through a nurse characteristics questionnaire and a developmental care application questionnaire. The data were then analyzed using bivariate analysis with the Pearson test and multivariate analysis through linear regression. The results showed a significant relationship between age (p = 0.04), length of work experience (p = 0.03), and training (p < 0.0001) with the implementation of developmental care. However, education level was not significantly related to developmental care implementation (p = 0.873). The factor most strongly associated with the implementation of developmental care was nurse training (highest correlation coefficient = 0.426). There is a significant relationship between age, work experience, and nurse training in the implementation of developmental care in NICU settings. Among these factors, training plays the most crucial role in boosting nurses' confidence in applying developmental care practices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and empirically prove the influence of the company's external and internal factors of market capitalization with profitability and dividend policy as intervening variables of State Owned Banks. The research period of 2011-2020, with the sampling technique is saturated sampling, in which all members of the population are used as samples. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) supported by AMOS software. The results of the study show that the market capitalization of State Owned Banks is influenced by profitability, dividend policy, economic growth, BOPO and Loan at Risk (LAR). LAR besides having an effect on market capitalization, also has a direct effect on profitability and dividend policy. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide input for banks in maximizing the steps that must be taken to improve the company's performance and market capitalization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of Work Motivation, Quality of Human Resources, Reporting Systems, and Legislation Compliance on the Performance Accountability of Regional Governmental Organizations (OPD) in Palembang City in 2024. The sampling technique that was used for this research is purposive sampling, with a population of 50 OPD in Palembang City and 32 Sample with a total of 183 respondents. Multiple linear regression is used in data analysis techniques for this study, which makes use of primary data and data hypothesis testing tools utilizing Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 26. Partial hypothesis testing results indicate that each of the following variables has a partial impact on the variable Accountability for Organizational Performance: Quality of Human Resources, Reporting System, Compliance with Legislation, and Work Motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of using Augmented Reality media on students' interest in learning arts and culture at SMPN 4 Pallangga. This research uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods and a pre-experimental design (one-shot case study). A total of 132 students from SMPN 4 Pallangga were involved in this research. The instruments used include questionnaires to measure the influence of Augmented Reality media and observations of learning interest.The results of the product moment correlation analysis through SPSS version 25 show the value of r = 0.99. The r value indicates that interest in learning is classified as a very strong correlation. Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The effect of Augmented Reality media value on learning interest is 98.01% and the remaining 01.99% is influenced by other variables not mentioned in the study. Based on calculations through the tcount formula with the provisions of the error rate ɑ = 0.05; df = N = 132 so that the ttable = 1.656 is obtained. It turns out that tcount> from ttable or 4.593>1.656. Then the correlation or relationship of Augmented Reality media with learning interest is significant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan GigaRun, game edukasi berbasis Android untuk pembelajaran Sistem Komputer pada mata pelajaran Informatika kelas X SMK. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan model 4D, yaitu Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Game dikembangkan menggunakan Unity 3D dan divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GigaRun layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Game ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, menarik minat belajar, serta memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan dan interaktif melalui perangkat Android.

Abstract

This study explores the historical and contextual roles of women in Islamic education, highlighting their contributions, challenges, and representation across different periods. Despite their significant involvement as scholars, educators, and founders of educational institutions, women’s roles have often been marginalized in mainstream narratives of Islamic educational history. Using a library research method, this study analyzes primary sources such as classical Islamic texts and secondary sources including academic journals. The findings reveal that women have played vital roles in the transmission of religious knowledge and the establishment of learning centers, yet their presence has frequently been overshadowed by patriarchal structures and gender stereotypes. Through feminist discourse analysis inspired by Judith Butler’s theory, this research demonstrates that these gender-based limitations are socially constructed and can be redefined through inclusive educational reforms. The study concludes with the necessity of reconstructing Islamic educational historiography to incorporate gender-sensitive perspectives and to support more equitable policies in contemporary Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by parents who pay less attention to students, parents who do not pay attention to students related to assignments given by teachers, there are parents who are less concerned with student learning outcomes. This study aims to describe the influence of parental social support on student learning motivation from broken home families at SMAN 15 Padang. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a correlational approach. The research population is phase E students from broken home families totaling 33 people, with a total sampling technique. The instrument is a questionnaire and data are analyzed using a simple linear correlation technique. The results show that: (1) parental social support is in the low category, (2) student learning motivation is in the low category, and (3) there is a significant influence between parental social support on student learning motivation. These findings provide recommendations for BK teachers and parents to increase their active role in the child's learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the ability to write narrative essay in Bugis language of students of class XI of SMAN 1 Pangkajene. This type of research is quantitative research in the form of descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMAN 1 Pangkajene which amounted to 344 people with 10 classes. The sample set is class XI. Good as many as 36 students using simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is the test technique, namely the test. The data collected will be analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results showed that the ability to write narrative essays in Bugis language of students of class XI of SMAN 1 Pangkajene was declared incapable. It can be seen from the percentage of students who scored ≥ 75 in the able category did not reach the set criteria of 75%. Instead, it only amounted to 36%.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilaksanakan bertujuan dalam melakukan uji pada pengaruh Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK), Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) dan Belanja Daerah terhadap Belanja Daerah Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Objek penelitian adalah 13 kabupaten serta 4 kota di Sumatera Selatan yang sudah memberikan laporan keuangannya di tahun 2017-2021. Teknik dalam mengumpulkan data melalui teknik dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan software SPSS 2022 metode regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan jika, DAU berpengaruh secara positif positif pada Belanja Daerah Pemda Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. DAK mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan positif pada Belanja Daerah Pemda Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. DBH mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan positif pada Belanja Daerah Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. PAD memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif pada Belanja Daerah Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Belanja. Kata Kunci: Flypaper effect, Dana Perimbangan, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Belanja.
