Abstract

Dompet Dhuafa Riau’s transition to digital philanthropic management has significantly increased voluntary donations, addressing the concerns of digital philanthropy scholars about the impact of technology on philanthropic interactions. This research aims to uncover the practical mechanisms employed by Dompet Dhuafa Riau in transforming into a digital media-utilizing philanthropic institution. Using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, the study reveals a well-established transition pattern that integrates elements of traditional philanthropy into digital activities. Digital media serves as a tool to facilitate voluntary donations from donors, effectively addressing trust issues commonly associated with transitioning to online platforms by ensuring fund allocation emphasizes sustainability. Service, mentoring, and training mechanisms further enhance Dompet Dhuafa Riau’s credibility as a reliable philanthropic institution, strengthening donor confidence and encouraging continued donations. This shift demonstrates that incorporating media into the management of philanthropic organizations creates a complex relationship between philanthropic institutions and the public, mediated by the unique dynamics of digital platforms.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of education financing management in improving the quality of learning at SMP Negeri Unggul Tunas Nusa and SMP Negeri 1 Susoh in Aceh Barat Daya Regency, Indonesia. The research focuses on education financing management's planning, implementation, supervision, and accountability. A qualitative approach was employed, involving interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that planning education financing at both schools follows the guidelines set by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia and is formulated in the annual School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS). The implementation of education financing adheres to the principles of flexibility, effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and accountability, with the use of BOS funds directed towards supporting the learning process and improving the quality of education. Internal and external parties supervise education financing to ensure funds' accountable, transparent, effective, and efficient utilization. The implementation of transparency and accountability in education financing management has been running very well, with regular reports and budget accountability meetings involving various stakeholders. The study concludes that the implementation of education financing management at SMP Negeri Unggul Tunas Nusa and SMP Negeri 1 Susoh has been carried out effectively, efficiently, transparently, and accountably, contributing to the improvement of learning quality. Further research is recommended to explore the implementation of education financing management in other schools or regions to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the practices and challenges in improving the quality of learning through effective education financing management.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically determine the description of organizational commitment. The sampling technique was carried out by total sampling technique and got 43 samples. The research instrument used was the organizational commitment scale. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive and comparative models. The data analysis technique used is the one sample t-test. Researcher hypothesized that teachers with longer period of work will tend to have higher organizational commitment. The results showed that the organizational commitment of the teachers was generally high. In accordance with the proposed hypothesis, it is said that there is a difference in organizational commitment between teachers who have worked for more than 5 years and teachers who have worked for less than 5 years. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Iklim Organisasi Pegawai di Instansi X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 118, sampel dari penelitian ini 55 pegawai di instansi x. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Alat ukur penelitian ini menggunakan skala iklim organisasi yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek yang dikemukakan oleh Kolb dan Kulbin (1984) menjelaskan tujuh aspek iklim organisasi yaitu: konformitas, tanggung jawab, standart, imbalan, kejelasan organisasi, dukungan dan kehangatan dan kepemimpinan. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif presentase dan analisis deskriptif frekuensi (f%). Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai rata-rata aspek konformitas sebesar 13,11 ,nilai rata-rata aspek tanggung jawab sebesar 13,09 ,nilai rata-rata aspek kepemimpinan sebesar 13,04 , nilai rata-rata aspek standart sebesar 12,95 , nilai rata-rata aspek kejelasan organisasi sebesar 12,89 , nilai rata-rata aspek dukungan dan kehangatan sebesar 12,82 dan nilai rata-rata aspek imbalan sebesar 8,89. Aspek yang memiliki persentase tertinggi yaitu nilai rata-rata aspek konformitas sebesar 13,11 dan yang memiliki persentase terendah yaitu nilai rata-rata aspek imbalan sebesar 8,89.

Abstract

This study was made to analyze the implementation of the Decision of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number DJ.II / 542 of 2013 concerning the Prenuptial Course at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in the City of Bandar Lampung and to determine the relevance of taking the Prenuptial Course to household harmony. This type of research uses Field Research, where researchers go directly to the field to obtain strong, objective and actual data. Researchers will go to the field to obtain authentic, accurate, detailed and in-depth data. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Decree of the Director General of Guidance for the Islamic Community Number DJ.II / 542 of 2013 concerning prenuptial courses is quite effective. couples to reduce disputes in the family, divorce and conflict, so that they become provisions for realizing a peaceful, prosperous, safe, peaceful family and truly creating a sakinah mawadah warahmah family. After fulfilling the existing procedures, the bride and groom get a foundation book for the sakinah family and a certificate. However, if viewed from the level of effectiveness there are still several weaknesses, including the lack of availability of funding to cover all training needs, the seriousness of the participants is not optimal, the lack of attendance and the level of activity of participants in taking pre-marital training courses, and the continuity of pre-marital course activities that have not been optimally scheduled.

Abstract

As communication people, it is important that we learn about the phenomena that occur in the process of communication change. The goal is to realize effective communication. Communication begins with an idea that exists in a person which is processed into a message that is conveyed and receives a response. This article uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method. This method is intended to examine various sources relevant to the focus of this research. The main sources of research data are scientific books and articles published in various scientific journals and indexed on the google scholar database. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis show that communication is very dominant in human life, especially interpersonal communication is very often done. Where the communication process occurs between individuals and usually occurs between two people directly. Interpersonal communication is communication between people face-to-face, which allows each participant to capture the reaction of others directly, either verbally or nonverbally. Interpersonal communication will be effective if it causes certain effects according to the intended purpose of the communicator. Based on the explanation above, it is very important that as a prospective guidance and counseling teacher/counselor understand interpersonal communication so that the counseling activities carried out can run well and efficiently

Abstract

This paper aims to reveal the distribution of the inheritance of the youngest child in Gunung Meriah sub-district, Aceh Singki Regency. This study departs from a phenomenon where the youngest child gets more shares than other siblings, this is certainly different in the fiqh mawaris which explains if there are sons and daughters then sons get a share of 2: 1. This research belongs to the type of field research because the data is generated from informant answers. The data sources were obtained from religious leaders, community leaders, village heads, parents who distributed inheritance and children who received inheritance who had a broad understanding of the inheritance of the youngest child. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of this study showed that the youngest child in Gunung Meriah District received more shares of inheritance compared to other relatives, both the youngest child was a boy and a girl. The factor of giving more to the youngest child is because the youngest child is more economically less stable than his brother and brother, besides that the youngest child is the most tired and busy taking care of his parents, the youngest child after marriage usually stays at his parents' house. When viewed from Islamic law, the granting of inheritance to the youngest child is permissible because the distribution is based on deliberation and justice. [Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pembagian harta warisan anak bungsu di kecamatan Gunung Meriah Kabupaten Aceh Singki. Kajian ini berangkat dari sebuah fenomena dimana, anak bungsu mendapat bagian lebih banyak dibanding dengan saudara lainnya, hal ini tentu berbeda dalam fiqh mawaris yang menjelaskan jika ada anak laki dan anak perempuan maka anak laki-laki mendapat bagian 2:1. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian lapangan karena datanya dihasilkan dari jawaban informan. Sumberdatatersebut didapat dari tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, kepala desa, orang tua yang membagikan harta warisan dan anak yang menerima warisan yang memilikipemahaman luas terkait pembagain hartawarisan anak bungsu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, anak bungsu di Kecamatan Gunung Meriah mendapat bagian harta warisan lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan saudara lainyya, baik anak bungsu tersebut berjenis kelamin laki-laki maupun perempuan. adapun faktor pemberian lebih kepada anak bungsu disebabkan karena anak bungsu lebih banyak ekonominya kurang mapan dibandingkan dengan abang dan kakaknya, selain itu juga anak bungsu paling capek dan sibuk mengurus orang tuanya, anak bungsu setelah menikah biasanya menetap dirumah orang tuanya. Jika dilihat dari hukum Islam, emberian harta warisan kepada anak bungsu merupakan hal yang diperbolehkan karena pembagaian tersebut berasaskan musyawarah dan berkeadilan].

Abstract

Purpose: Helping TPS 3R partners to solve the problem of managing waste into compost is efficient and effective. Methodology: carried out at TPS 3R Darul Aman, method of implementing innovation by increasing the quantity and quality of compost using EM4 (effective microorganism) to accelerate the decomposition of organic matter and the ability to provide nutrients for plants. Results: improvement in soil management into compost and compost quality. Community service has been carried out involving TPS3R Darul Aman partners by providing education on making compost. Limitations: No study covers all aspects. Authors are advised to explain research limitations, as well as further studies or future plans. Contribution: The agricultural sector in the use of compost and the lack of TPS3R employees makes the waste management process difficult.

Abstract

Islamic Religion has been present and developed in the *Onderafdeeling* Indragiri Riau region for several centuries through neighboring areas. However, the actual practice of Islam in Indragiri Riau was not fully aligned with the teachings brought by Prophet Muhammad SAW. Nevertheless, Islamic teachings underwent significant *changes* in the early 20th century when Tuan Guru Sapat (Syekh Abdurrahman Shiddiq) settled in the area. Therefore, this research aims to explore in detail the contributions of Tuan Guru Sapat during his relatively brief presence in the region, which nonetheless had significant implications for the Riau community, particularly in the Indragiri Hilir area. This study employs historical research methodology, including: *Heuristic* (data collection process), verification (source criticism), interpretation (data analysis), and *historiography* (historical writing process). The research findings reveal several key contributions by Tuan Guru Sapat in the region: 1. Establishment of the first Islamic boarding school in Indragiri Hilir Riau 2. Appointment as Mufti in the Indragiri Riau Kingdom 3. Encouragement of Indragiri residents to pursue studies abroad (Mecca, Medina, Egypt, etc.) 4. Abstract

This research is specifically to find out how the principal's management is improving cooperation with the industrial world at SMK Muhammadiyah Rantau Prapat. This includes implementation planning, evaluation, and obstacles in improving cooperation with the industrial world. By knowing these things, some suggestions can be given that can be taken into consideration for school principals in increasing cooperation between the industrial world and schools. This research point uses a qualitative or naturalistic approach to describe the findings of the research. Data collection was done through participant observation techniques, interviews, and documentation while data analysis involved three stages, namely data reduction display data presentation, and verification of conclusions. The results of the study state that the principal's management at SMK Muhammadiyah Rantau Prapat has evaluation implementation planning and obstacles in establishing cooperation with the industrial world. Therefore, it can be understood that the main task of a school principal in carrying out his management is not only limited to the ability to implement programs, but more than that, the principal must be able to involve all levels of the organization, its members, and the community to take an active role so that they can make a positive contribution in achieving the objectives of the collaboration to be carried out. Planning for cooperation with the industrial world is illustrated by the involvement of the industrial world in carrying out school programs and the implementation of cooperation with the industrial world is carried out through an agreement with the industrial world to establish good cooperation. The evaluation carried out by the principal with the industrial world has the hope of improvement for the future in good cooperation and the obstacles found in establishing cooperation with the industrial world are limited resources and facilities in schools and other challenges faced by school principals are rapid changes in industry demands.
