Abstract

Learning media serve as a bridge to convey messages between educators and students. Learning media play a strategic role in providing a holistic understanding of the content within Islamic religious education materials. One of the essential learning media that Islamic education teachers should utilize is animation-based media on religious moderation. This medium is crucial for educators to effectively deliver the values of religious moderation in textual form to students through animated media. Animation media can convey messages both visually and audibly, enabling students to easily understand, imitate, and apply them in their daily lives. This study highlights the urgency of using animation media in Islamic religious education learning in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), where the teaching process is traditionally conducted through lectures, bandongan, wetonan, and sorogan methods. It also discusses the supporting factors for the implementation of animation-based media on religious moderation in Islamic religious education learning at pesantren. This article utilizes a library research method with a disruptive analysis approach. Data were collected through the review of various documents, including journals, books, and similar sources. The findings indicate that Islamic religious education at pesantren is traditionally taught using lecture-based methods. However, animation media has the potential to motivate students in pesantren to emulate the concepts depicted in Islamic education animation. Pesantren hold significant potential for adopting animation media in the learning process of Islamic religious education. So the contribution of this research is as a development of the use of animation-based Islamic religious education learning media to motivate students in studying at Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

Professional zakat is one of the instruments in poverty alleviation as long as it can be managed properly. The Regency Government in collaboration with BAZNAS implemented a salary cut strategy to increase the participation of ASN and its employees to pay professional zakat. So the objectives of this study are, first, to explore the management of professional zakat carried out by BAZNAS through collaboration with the Regency Government, Second, to analyze the role of professional zakat in alleviating poverty, Third, This study was conducted with a qualitative approach through a case study type. The case study was conducted at BAZNAS Situbondo, because BAZNAS collaborated with the Regency Government to cut ASN salaries, especially ASN in the Ministry of Religion to help madrasas and teachers whose economic conditions were not yet classified as prosperous. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation, and strengthened by FGD with related parties. Data were analyzed interpretively and tested with triangulation of sources and techniques. This study produced findings, first, zakat management carried out by BAZNAS uses the following management principles: Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling, with the realization of collection, distribution and utilization, reporting and accountability, and financing, second, professional zakat has not been able to completely eradicate poverty, but can only be an additional income for mustahik, third, the design of the professional zakat management model is more on the model of providing educational facilities and teacher salary assistance, so that it can increase the income of teachers, especially honorary and religious teachers.

Abstract

Program PkM ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam bidang perekonomian berupa pelaksanaan program penciptaan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Dalam program berbasis kegiatan KKN ini menggunakan metode PAR dengan tujuan melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif di setiap tahapan, memastikan bahwa solusi yang diterapkan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan lokal. Program diawali dengan acara sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan bersamaan dengan sosialisasi ID masjid dan sertifikasi halal, meliputi pengenalan NIB, tata cara pendaftaran, dan dokumentasi yang diperlukan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya legalitas usaha, dengan enam orang pengusaha berhasil menyelesaikan proses registrasi dan mendapatkan NIB. Proses pendaftaran yang meliputi pengumpulan dokumen, pengisian formulir, dan verifikasi data berjalan lancar berkat dukungan teknis dan bimbingan dari tim PkM. Program tersebut tidak hanya memfasilitasi akses masyarakat terhadap legalitas usaha tetapi juga meningkatkan kesadaran tentang manfaat NIB bagi pengembangan usaha dan akses terhadap program pemerintah. Kesulitan teknis yang dihadapi dapat diatasi dengan bantuan langsung, dan keberhasilan program ini berdampak signifikan terhadap kredibilitas dunia usaha dan membuka peluang baru. Program ini menyoroti pentingnya dukungan praktis dalam proses administrasi dan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan masyarakat dan peningkatan kapasitas usaha lokal di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of liquidity, leverage, profitability, and firm size on financial distress in manufacturing companies within the miscellaneous industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2021 to 2023. Financial distress is a condition that threatens the survival of a company, making it essential to identify the influencing factors. The research employs a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, involving 81 companies as samples. Secondary data were collected from the companies’ annual financial reports, and data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results indicate that liquidity and firm size positively influence financial distress, meaning that higher liquidity and larger firm size increase the risk of financial difficulties. Conversely, leverage has a negative effect, suggesting that higher debt levels tend to reduce this risk. Profitability does not have a significant impact. These findings provide valuable insights for management and investors in managing financial risks and preventing bankruptcy. The results can also serve as a basis for formulating effective financial strategies. However, this study has limitations in its sector coverage, being limited to the miscellaneous manufacturing sector, which may restrict the generalizability of the findings to other sectors.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the problems faced by PAI teachers in implementing the independent curriculum, as well as to find out what solutions PAI teachers use to overcome the problems faced in learning Islamic Religious Education in the independent curriculum at vocational schools. Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya. To achieve the above objectives, a descriptive qualitative research approach was used with a case study type approach, based on the problem formulation, objectives and benefits of the research. The key instrument is the PAI teacher and the supporting informants are the school principal and head of curriculum at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. After that the data was analyzed by source triangulation, namely by comparing the results of the interview with the data obtained. The results of the research show that the problems experienced by PAI teachers are: (1) difficulty changing old habits and thought patterns because they are used to the 2013 Curriculum. (2) Lack of teacher readiness in differentiated learning is influenced by limited references. (3) there is no awareness of students to play an active and creative role. (4) limited learning support facilities. Solutions implemented by teachers include: attending workshops, seminars and training related to the Independent Curriculum, sharing experiences with other teachers, and providing motivation for students to be active and creative in learning.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the elements contributing to work-related stress affecting teacher performance by an extensive literature review. Teacher work-related stress has emerged as a critical issue that substantially affects educational quality and teacher well-being, particularly following the profound alterations in the education system resulting from the COVID-19 epidemic. The study employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing a literature review of 20 international scientific publications published from 2014 to 2025. Thematic coding, comparative analysis, and narrative synthesis were employed in data analysis to discern consistent patterns of stress-inducing elements across various geographic contexts. The findings identified four primary categories of stress-inducing factors: work demands (administrative burden 85%, unrealistic curriculum targets 65%), relationship dynamics (conflict with parents 58%, insufficient administrative support 47%), individual factors (poor emotional regulation 52%, maladaptive perfectionism 38%), and external context (changes in educational policy 70%, technological adaptation 72%). The influence of stress on teacher performance is evidenced by a 30% decline in lesson preparation quality, a 40% discrepancy in evaluations, and a heightened intention to exit the profession. The study indicates that teachers' work-related stress is multifaceted, involving intricate interactions among organizational, interpersonal, and individual elements, and demonstrates a reciprocal relationship between teacher well-being and the sustainability of the education system, particularly during a worldwide crisis.

Abstract

Pesantren adalah lembaga pendidikan Islam yang memberikan andil cukup besar dalam membangun bangsa Indonesia. Pesantren sebagai bagian dari pendidikan tetap eksis di tengah kubangan arus globalisasi, bahkan pesantren hingga saat ini dapat berkembang dengan pesat. Perkembangan itu ditunjukkan dengan munculnya pesantren-pesantren baru di Indonesia dan bertambah banyaknya jumlah santri di pesantren. Hal ini karena masyarakat menyadari bahwa pesantrenlah lembaga pendidikan yang lebih aman dari pengaruh arus globalisasi karena santri di pesantren diisolasi dari pengaruh luar pesantren. Disamping itu, dengan aktivitasnya yang berlangsung selama hampir 24 jam mulai dari bangun sebelum subuh hingga menjelang tidur di malam hari dapat membentuk karakter santri yang mandiri. Alasan lain yang menjadi daya tarik minat masyarakat adalah kurikulum integrasi yang diterapkan di pesantren dengan menggabungkan kurikulum pesantren dengan kurikulum formal dimana kebanyakan pesantren saat ini telah mendirikan pendidikan formal mulai dari tingkat sekolah dasar hingga perguruan tingga, sehingga pesantren dianggap sebagai lembaga pendidikan alternatif di tengah arus globalisasi

Abstract

Derasnya arus globalisasi dan modernisasi menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi dunia pendidikan, termasuk pesantren. Globalisasi dan modernisasi memang dapat mendonkrak pendidikan ke arah kemajuan, namun kehadirannya perlu disikapi dengan langkah bijak agar tidak berdampak negatif terhadap pesantren. Menyikapi arus globalisasi dan modernisasi dapat dilakukan dengan inovasi pesantren terutama pengembangan kurikulumnya. Pengembangan kurikulum dapat dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan kurikulum pesantren dengan kurikulum umum atau pemerintah yang mutlak menjadi kebutuhan santri untuk bersaing di dunia nyata di masyrakat. Dibukanya lembaga pendidikan formal di pesantren mulai dari tingkat sekolah dasar hingga perguruan tinggi merupakan contoh terlaksananya integrasi kurikulum di pesantren. Dengan kurikulum integrasi menjadikan santri mampu berkiprah di tengah kerasnya arus globalisasi dan modernisasi. Kurikulum pesantren juga dapat dikembangkan dengan menggunakan kurikulum berbasis kecakapan hidup (life skills), dimana santri dikekali dengan kemampuan dalam memecahkan berbagai masalah hidup dan keterampilan-keterampilan tertentu seperti pertanian, pengembangan ekonomi, elektronik, montir, industri rumah tangga, dan usaha produktif lainnya.

Abstract

Islam is a perfect religion that governs all of aspects of human life. Religion should be the key of all human life problems , because following to the concept of religion will be the solution to all of the problems. The role of religion is very dominant in humans, because humans have actually been bound by a contract when God began to create humans in the form of a fetus, where humans have acknowledged and testified to God . This paper is expected to provide a demand to anyone who reads in order to understand how they can live in the world by following the concepts and instructions of religion so that they become characterized to thier God, human being, and to thier environment. By having the character as guided by religion, it will make people able to freely life in the world, and in the hereafter will be glorified by God.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools, focusing on the challenges and solutions implemented. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, the study was conducted in five elementary schools that provide inclusive education. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and participant observations, involving principals, teachers, and students. The results of the study indicate that although the policy supports inclusive education, its implementation still faces various challenges. The main challenges include teachers' lack of understanding of the needs of students with special needs, limited resources, and social stigma. However, innovative practices were also found to overcome these challenges, such as comprehensive teacher training programs, curriculum adaptation, and collaboration between schools, parents, and the community. The study reveals the gap between policy and practice, the importance of teacher capacity development, and the crucial role of school culture transformation in supporting effective implementation of inclusive education. These findings highlight the need for a comprehensive and systemic approach to developing inclusive education, with a focus on capacity development, culture transformation, and collaboration between stakeholders. Implications of the study include the need for policy clarity, greater resource allocation, and community awareness programs to support inclusive education.
