Abstract

Islamic social finance, which includes zakat, infaq, sedekah, and wakaf (ZISWAF), has significant potential to support sustainable economic development in rural areas. This article aims to explore how the integration of Islamic social finance can contribute to the economic empowerment of communities in the rural areas of Situbondo Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach, this research analyzes the implementation of Islamic social finance programs and their impact on the economic well-being of the community. The findings indicate that with the synergy between local government, zakat management institutions, and pesantren, Islamic social finance can be an effective instrument in driving economic growth, reducing poverty, and creating sustainable development. This article provides practical recommendations to optimize the potential of Islamic social finance in rural areas.

Abstract

This research explores the resilience of Sharia Microfinance Institutions (LKMS) on Lombok Island in facing the era of technological disruption. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research focuses on technology adaptation and the implementation of an innovative ecosystem model that involves collaboration with fintech, educational institutions and local governments. The research results show that despite facing challenges such as limited technological infrastructure, high implementation costs, and resistance to change, LKMS in Lombok succeeded in increasing operational efficiency and expanding access to financial services through digital technology. Collaboration with fintech allows LKMS to access modern technology at more affordable costs, while collaboration with educational institutions and local governments helps increase literacy and public acceptance of digital services. This research concludes that innovation and collaboration are the keys to the success of LKMS in maintaining their relevance and positive contribution to financial inclusion and poverty alleviation in the digital era. These findings provide practical guidance for MFIs in other regions to adopt similar strategies to improve their operational resilience and effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengelolaan personalia perpustakaan sekolah di SMP Negeri 1 Purwosari, (2) pengelolaan koleksi perpustakaan sekolah SMP Negeri 1 Purwosari, (3) pengelolaan pengguna jasa (siswa dan guru) dalam memanfaatkan sarana dan fasilitas perpustakaan sekolah SMP Negeri 1 Purwosari, Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan strategi tunggal terpancang. Sumber data yang digunakan terdiri dari informan, lokasi, peristiwa atau aktivitas, dokumen dan arsip. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan teknik snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumen, dan studi kepustakaan. Untuk mengukur validitas data digunakan trianggulasi triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode serta review informan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Pengelolaan personalia perpustakaan sekolah di SMP Negeri 1 Purwosari meliputi : (a) perencanaan (planning) pengadaan personalia perpustakaan dilakukan dengan proses rekruitmen maupun penunjukan langsung oleh kepala sekolah, (b) pengorganisasian (organizing) dilakukan sepenuhnya oleh koordinator perpustakaan sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dan untuk penggantian struktur organisasi perpustakaan dilakukan sepenuhnya oleh kepala sekolah, (c) penggerakan (actuating) dilakukan oleh koordinator perpustakaan, (d) pengawasan (controlling) dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah selaku pimpinan secara rutin. (2) Pengelolaan koleksi perpustakaan SMP Negeri 1 Purwosari meliputi : (a) kegiatan pengadaan koleksi perpustakaan sekolah meliputi : ((1)) perencanaan (planning) pengadaan koleksi perpustakaan sekolah dilakukan setiap awal tahun pelajaran, ((2)) pengorganisasian (organizing) pengadaan ini meliputi koleksi apa saja yang yang harus ditambah dan dengan penerbit siapa saja akan melakukan kerjasama, ((3)) penggerakan (actuating) dengan cara petugas perpustakaan sekolah selalu aktif untuk terus mencari peluang kerjasama dengan para penerbit, ((4)) pengawasan (controlling) berdasarkan perencanaan yang telah dibuat sebelumnya, apakah telah sesuai atau belum, (b) pengolahan koleksi meliputi : ((1)) perencanaan (planning) sejak koleksi pustaka masuk ke perpustakaan sampai siap untuk dimanfaatkan / dipinjam oleh pemakainya, ((2)) pengorganisasian (organizing) pengolahan koleksi buku dan koleksi non buku, ((3)) penggerakan (actuating) meliputi : inventarisasi, klasifikasi, katalogisasi, memberi label buku, penyusunan kartu katalog, penyusunan buku, pengolahan majalah, ((4)) pengawasan (controlling) dengan pembukuan dan pencatatan administrasi yang baik terhadap seluruh koleksi, dan (c) perawatan koleksi perpustakaan meliputi : ((1)) perencanaan (planning) untuk perawatan koleksi disesuaikan dengan tingkat kerusakan, ((2)) pengorganisasian (organizing) untuk mengelompokkan koleksi koleksi yang berbeda jenisnya, agar dalam perawatannya dapat tepat dan sesuai, ((3)) penggerakan (actuating) dilakukan berdasarkan tingkat kerusakan koleksi dan dilakukan secara berkala ataupun insidental, ((4)) pengawasan (controlling) oleh petugas perpustakaan dengan selalu aktif mengawasi terhadap semua koleksi di perpustakaan sekolah. (3) Pengelolaan pengguna jasa (siswa dan guru) dalam memanfaatkan sarana dan fasilitas perpustakaan sekolah SMP Negeri 1 Purwosari, meliputi: (a) perencanaan (planning) peningkatan jumlah pengunjung dan peningkatan pelayanan terhadap pengguna jasa, (b) pengorganisasian (organizing) yaitu untuk menjadi anggota perpustakaan SMP Negeri 1 Purwosari, harus memiliki kartu anggota, (c) penggerakan (actuating) di perpustakaan SMP Negeri 1 Purwosari ini menggunakan dua jenis pelayanan yaitu pelayanan terbuka dan pelayanan setengah tertutup, (d)  pengawasan (controlling) sangat berperan penting untuk menjaga sarana dan fasilitas perpustakaan SMP Negeri 1 Purwosari dapat terpelihara dengan baik. (4) Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah di SMP Negeri 1 Purwosari adalah sebagai berikut : (a) kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia yang tersedia, (b) Koleksi buku yang kurang lengkap, (c) pengunjung yang tidak tertib, (d) tidak adanya anggaran yang dikelola oleh perpustakaan sendiri, (e) sistem yang dipergunakan masih manual. (5) Usaha-usaha yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah di SMP Negeri 1 Purwosari adalah sebagai berikut : (a) Kepala sekolah akan merekrut tenaga kerja baru yang nantinya akan ditempatkan di perpustakaan. (b) Mengajukan penambahan koleksi kepada kepala sekolah, juga mengadakan kerjasama dengan pihak terkait misalnya dengan penerbit, dan menghimbau kepada siswa, guru atau karyawan untuk memberikan sumbangan buku atau menitipkan buku-buku koleksi pribadinya untuk disimpan di perpustakaan. pengawasan. (d) Untuk kebutuhan akan pengadaan koleksi, maka perpustakaan harus mengajukan usulan dari guru bidang studi sesuai dengan kebutuhan, kemudian diajukan ke kepala sekolah.  (e)    Tahun ini akan dirintis dengan sistem otomasi dengan menggunakan komputer, sehingga pelayanan dapat terlaksana dengan lancar dan baik.  Kata Kunci : perpustakaan, trianggulasi, organisasi

Abstract

 Abstract The existence of Professional Teacher Education program (PPG) becomes a demand after the Law of Teachers and Lecturers (UU G-D) requires professional teachers to have an educator certificates. Professional education contains practical activities of applying academic educational ability in professional activities of teachers in schools along with systematic supervision mechanisms and in a relatively adequate time (at least one year or two semesters). The substance of the Teacher Professional program curriculum rests on the accommodation of teachers' competence, pedagogic, professional, personal, and social. The demands of the teacher's competence spawned several offers of learning expenses that became a person's reinforcement to become a professional teacher, whether related to the content of teaching materials or the strengthening of teaching skills. The structure of the PPG program curriculum contains workshops on learning tool development, teaching exercises through micro teaching- learning, peer learning, and field experience programs (PPL), and pedagogy enrichment programs. Abstrak Keberadaan Program Profesi Guru (PPG) menjadi tuntutan setelah UU G-D mempersyaratkan guru profesional memiliki sertifikat pendidik. Pendidikan profesi berisi kegiatan praktik menerapkan kemampuan akademik kependidikan dalam kegiatan profesional guru di sekolah disertai mekanisme pembimbingan dan supervisi yang sistematis dan dalam waktu yang relatif memadai (sekurang-kurangnya satu tahun atau dua semester). Substansi kurikulum Program Profesi Guru (PPG) bersandar pada akomodasi tuntutan kompetensi guru, yakni pedagogik, professional, personal, dan  sosial. Tuntutan kompetensi guru tersebut melahirkan beberapa tawaran beban belajar yang menjadi penguat seseorang menjadi guru professional, apakah terkait dengan konten  materi ajar atau penguatan teaching skill. Struktur kurikulum program PPG berisi lokakarya pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran, latihan mengajar melalui pembelajaran mikro, pembelajaran pada teman sejawat, dan program pengalaman lapangan (PPL), dan program pengayaan bidang studi dan/atau pedagogi. Abstract

AbstractThe result of this study aims to determine the patterns of scientific and Islamic integration on the curriculum of study programs applying the Indonesian National Qualification Framework, or commonly called KKNI. This study is conducted by using qualitative approach while utilizing document, field observation, and interview as the data collection techniques of this study. Generally, integrated lesson plans with Islamic and Indonesian values in the curriculum of study programs at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University in which based on KKNI is still not well-documented. The suitability among ‘graduate profiles’ as the identity of each graduate program was still not proportional directly to the learning achievements or learning outcomes in which has became the reference of the learning implementation. The vision of integration, developed by the university’s stakeholders, has not been well-implemented, either in written documents or in implementation. Nevertheless, in the implementation of learning, most of the study programs, have already integrated the science, Islamic and Indonesian values, both in scientific contexts—for instance, applied in the learning methods, in teaching materials, in the lecture activities—and in the utilization of the Qur’an as one of the sources of lectures.AbstrakHasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola integrasi keilmuan dan keislaman pada kurikulum program studi yang menerapkan Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia, atau yang biasa disebut KKNI. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sambil memanfaatkan dokumen, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini. Secara umum, rencana pembelajaran terpadu dengan nilai-nilai Islam dan Indonesia dalam kurikulum program studi di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah di mana berdasarkan KKNI masih belum terdokumentasi dengan baik. Kesesuaian antara 'profil lulusan' sebagai identitas setiap program pascasarjana masih belum sebanding secara langsung dengan prestasi belajar atau hasil pembelajaran di mana telah menjadi referensi dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Visi integrasi, yang dikembangkan oleh para pemangku kepentingan universitas, belum diimplementasikan dengan baik, baik dalam dokumen tertulis atau dalam implementasi. Namun demikian, dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, sebagian besar program studi, telah mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai sains, Islam dan Indonesia, baik dalam konteks ilmiah - misalnya, diterapkan dalam metode pembelajaran, bahan ajar, dalam kegiatan kuliah - dan dalam pemanfaatan Alquran sebagai salah satu sumber kuliah.  How to Cite : Sofyan, A., Fauzan., Sayuti, W. Abstract

Reading is a very important skill for students to master in learning English because, through reading students can understand what is conveyed in learning and also to increase students' vocabulary. Based on the independent curriculum at school, grade 2 students at MTsN 3 Banda Aceh have studied two aspects, namely detailed information and vocabulary. This research aimed to analyze the level of understanding towards reading comprehension faced by students in reading comprehension by class VIII students at MTsN 3 Banda Aceh. This research design is a descriptive quantitative research design. The population in this studied was the eighth grade at MTsN 3 Banda Aceh with three classes, with a population of 96 students, so the sample taken in this study was 33 students. The sample was selected using simple random sampling technique. To collect data, research can analyze the data using descriptive statistically that can be calculated by Ms. Excel. In addition, students analyzed difficulties in reading comprehension, including: detailed information and finding the meaning of vocabulary. In conclusion, the students of grade VIII of MTsN 3 Banda Aceh have a good understanding of toward the reading comprehension test in the aspects of detailed information and vocabulary meaning questions. It can be seen from the percentage score of the detailed information and the vocabulary meaning that they got 84% and 93,6% respectively. It is because the grade VIII students of MTsN 3 Banda Aceh have studied various vocabulary in the teaching and learning process of English subject, so they can answer the test questions. Reading is a very important skill for students to master in learning English because, through reading students can understand what is conveyed in learning and also to increase students' vocabulary. Based on the independent curriculum at school, grade 2 students at MTsN 3 Banda Aceh have studied two aspects, namely detailed information and vocabulary. This research aimed to analyze the level of understanding towards reading comprehension faced by students in reading comprehension by class VIII students at MTsN 3 Banda Aceh. This research design is a descriptive quantitative research design. The population in this studied was the eighth grade at MTsN 3 Banda Aceh with three classes, with a population of 96 students, so the sample taken in this study was 33 students. The sample was selected using simple random sampling technique. To collect data, research can analyze the data using descriptive statistically that can be calculated by Ms. Excel. In addition, students analyzed difficulties in reading comprehension, including: detailed information and finding the meaning of vocabulary. In conclusion, the students of grade VIII of MTsN 3 Banda Aceh have a good understanding of toward the reading comprehension test in the aspects of detailed information and vocabulary meaning questions. It can be seen from the percentage score of the detailed information and the vocabulary meaning that they got 84% and 93,6% respectively. It is because the grade VIII students of MTsN 3 Banda Aceh have studied various vocabulary in the teaching and learning process of English subject, so they can answer the test questions.

Abstract

Code-switching is an exchange of two or more languages used by bilingualism or multilingualism in communicating to convey the content of the conversation easily. Nowadays, language switching is widely used among youth who master more than one language, so many trends in the millennial generation like to use language switches. Code-switching is a sociolinguistic phenomenon that occurs in bilingualism which refers to the alternation of two languages in conversation that aims to make it easier to understand the content of the conversation or for certain reasons. In this study, the writer selected two research subjects and selected all 10 episodes to be studied. This research aimed to discover what types of code-switching are found in the Indonesian series ‘Kaget Nikah’ and the types of code-switching frequently used in the series. The writer used a qualitative descriptive design with a content analysis approach. The writer descriptively analysed the phrases, sentences, English- Indonesia, and Indonesia-English words spoken by actors in the series. The instrument used to gather data is an observation sheet in the form of an observation checklist. The subjects of this study were two actors in the series. Therefore, Aurora Ribero and Kevin Julio. The results of the study showed that there were 147 code- switching data obtained, including tag switching as many as 52 (35.37%) data, inter- sentential switching as many as 32 (21.76%) data, and intra-sentential switching as many as 63 (42.85%) data. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the type that appears most often and is most dominantly used in this series is the intra- sentential switching type.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya semua bangsa di dunia bersifat multikultural. Adanya masyarakat multikultural memberikan nilai tambah bagi bangsa tersebut. Keragaman ras, etnis, suku ataupun agama menjadi karakteristik tersendiri, sebagaimana bangsa Indonesia yang unik dan rumit karena kemajemukan suku bangsa, agama, bangsa maupun ras. Masyarakat multikultural Indonesia adalah sebuah masyarakat yang berdasarkan pada ideologi multikulturalisme atau Bhinneka Tunggal Ika yang multikultural, yang melandasi corak struktur masyarakat Indonesia pada tingkat nasional dan lokal.

Abstract

This study examines the curriculum and learning processes implemented at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pembangunan and Pembangunan Islamic Elementary School, focusing on integrating character values. Utilizing a qualitative research methodology, the investigation collects data through in-depth interviews, direct observations of classroom activities, and analyses of relevant documents, all aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of the educational practices at these institutions. The findings indicate that both Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pembangunan and Bina Insani Elementary School exhibit distinctive learning characteristics that set them apart from other Islamic educational institutions. The academic policies at these schools have successfully embraced digital learning models that are closely aligned with character education. This approach effectively fosters essential character values among students, including a heightened sense of responsibility and a strong discipline regarding the appropriate use of information technology. The results suggest that the integration of digital learning with character education can substantially enhance the overall development of students within Islamic educational environments.

Abstract

This study shows the influence and relationship of Islamic moral values to the students’ behavior in Aceh Province. Learning Objects are the moral values of Islam achieved in learning in high school and vocational institutions that are assumed to affect the students’ behavior. The quantitative methods used in this study and was running by SPSS program. Data analysis using MRPI Likert Scale instrument. The data were taken from the students in the school totaling of 191 samples. The t-test and r test are used to analyze data from this research sample. The study found that Islamic moral values significantly correlated with the behavioral student at the level; [r (98) = 2.186 P <0.05]. The mean difference scores is 4.7 percent at the level (eta2 = 0.0047) and it was explained by the mean score at the rate (48.05: 5.56), and the student behavior is described with the average score (45.7: 5.12). In which a relational to behavioral variables (Y) with horizontal and vertical Islamic moral values (X1 and X2). This findings represented by multiple regression test (r) which score of 12.28 percent. Therefore, the study found significant differences between male and female student and positively related to student behavior. These findings have explained the pattern of relationships and the influence of moral values on students and implications for future research practice due to Islamic moral values and behaviral students.
