Abstract

This study examines the influence of profitability, sales growth, asset structure, and liquidity on capital structure in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2023. A quantitative research approach is employed using secondary data from financial reports obtained through documentation techniques. The sample selection follows purposive sampling criteria, ensuring data completeness and consistency. Capital structure, measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), serves as the dependent variable, while independent variables include profitability, sales growth, asset structure, and liquidity. The research methodology encompasses descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, homoscedasticity), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that profitability and sales growth significantly influence capital structure, supporting H1 and H2. Conversely, asset structure does not exhibit a significant effect, leading to the rejection of H3. Liquidity significantly impacts capital structure, confirming H4.

Abstract

Abstrak UMKM sablon dan percetakan di Desa Gondowangi, yang berdiri sejak 2020, menghadapi tantangan utama berupa sifat pesanan yang musiman, kurangnya pencatatan keuangan, dan minimnya promosi digital. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang mengadakan pelatihan pencatatan keuangan menggunakan metode FIFO (First In First Out) serta pemasaran digital. Pelatihan dilakukan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Metode FIFO diterapkan untuk mengelola persediaan bahan baku secara efisien, sementara pelatihan pemasaran mencakup pembuatan akun marketplace seperti Shopee dan pendaftaran lokasi UMKM di Google Maps. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan pemilik usaha dalam memisahkan keuangan pribadi dan bisnis, mengelola stok bahan baku lebih terorganisir, serta meminimalkan risiko kadaluarsa. Di sisi pemasaran, UMKM kini memiliki akses ke platform digital yang memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka. Diskusi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan terpadu dalam manajemen keuangan dan pemasaran mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan potensi pertumbuhan bisnis UMKM di desa tersebut. Pelatihan ini diharapkan menjadi model pengembangan UMKM lain dengan tantangan serupa. Kata kunci: UMKM; pencatatan pembukuan; pemasaran Abstract Screen printing and printing MSMEs in Gondowangi Village, which was established in 2020, face major challenges in the form of seasonal orders, lack of financial records, and lack of digital promotion. To overcome this problem, students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang held a financial recording training using the FIFO (First In First Out) method and digital marketing. The training is carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, mentoring, and evaluation.  The FIFO method is applied to efficiently manage raw material inventory, while marketing training includes creating marketplace accounts such as Shopee and registering MSME locations on Google Maps. The results show an increase in the ability of business owners to separate personal and business finances, manage raw material stocks more organized, and minimize the risk of expiration. On the marketing side, MSMEs now have access to digital platforms that expand their market reach. The discussion showed that an integrated approach in financial management and marketing was able to increase operational efficiency and the potential for MSME business growth in the village. This training is expected to be a model for the development of other MSMEs with similar challenges. Keywords: MSMEs; bookkeeping; marketing

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems found that after Khatam Al-Qur'an usually children rarely repeat reading the Qur'an either at home, mosque or prayer room. Then some parents pay less attention to their children in terms of reading the Qur'an. And also some parents do not provide an example in reading the Qur'an to their children. This type of research is a field research, namely qualitative research in which researchers observe and participate directly in the location where the data is located, whose data is obtained directly from the person being studied. The data collection techniques in this study were observation and interviews, the data analysis technique used was data reduction which selected the data first, after that display the data which after the data was selected, summarized and concluded and presented, then data verification, namely drawing conclusions from the data collected. has been analyzed, and the validity of the data technique used is by comparing the data from observations with data from interviews. Based on the results of the research that the author did, it is known that the strategy taken by parents to get their children to read the Qur'an after finishing the Qur'an is to pay attention to the child's ability to read the Qur'an, provide rules in read the Koran to children, then provide discipline in reading the Koran to children, then also give gifts when children are diligent in reading the Qur'an and give punishment when children are lazy to read the Qur'an. Abstract

The background of this research is that students in SMK Class XI have a good habit of greeting when entering class, for example if the teacher greets Muslim students to non-Muslim students, the teacher says good morning, this is true for both teachers and students. In addition, before starting the lesson, students always pray together with their beliefs according to their respective beliefs. In SMK, students are able to apply an attitude of religious tolerance in interacting at school, for example they do not make groups in school based on race, ethnicity and religion. With these differences, students can respect each other and students can also respect each other between friends of different religions. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, namely research that is not interested in testing certain hypotheses, but only describes what a variable is. The key informants in this study were PAI teachers at Harapan Bangsa Panti Vocational School, while the supporting informants were students of class XI. Data collection techniques using observation and interview techniques. Based on the findings of data analysis, several conclusions can be drawn, namely the PAI teacher method in increasing the tolerance character of students in class XI Vocational Schools, the hope of the nation in the Pasaman District is quite good, it can be seen from the way students speak politely to teachers and peers, respect and respect each other. other. In addition, students are able to apply an attitude of religious tolerance in interacting at school. They do not make groups in school based on race, ethnicity and religion, for example in play groups, they can hang out with friends who are not of the same religion, such as Christian students can hang out with friends who are Muslim and they try to relate to each other without discriminating against religion, tribes and others. Abstract

This research is motivated in the teaching and learning process, the teacher uses the lecture method, although it is rarely applied by the teacher in the teaching and learning process, it's just that the teacher is more often in making summaries and giving assignments to students. The teacher has made efforts or methods in the learning process even though not all of them have been implemented by the teacher, the goal is that students are motivated in learning, but in fact there are still some things that researchers found, it can be seen from the lack of student interest in learning fiqh, students do not do the tasks given by the teacher , and students pay less attention when the teacher explains the material when learning takes place, some talk to their classmates, or do other things that can interfere with learning concentration. Therefore, to achieve success they need the spirit and motivation of a teacher. As for the author's goal in this study is to determine the efforts of teachers in increasing student motivation in learning Fiqh Class VII. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research, which is a method that describes the situation that occurs in the field systematically. Sources of data in this study were teachers who taught Fiqh in class VII as key informants, while the supporting informants in this study were class VII students of MTsN 3 Agam Balingka. To collect data, the authors conducted observations, interviews and documentation, as well as to measure the validity of the data using something else by comparing the data obtained from the observation data and the results of interviews with the research object. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the teacher's efforts in increasing student learning motivation in class VII Fiqh learning at MTsN 3 Agam Balingka are less than optimal due to the teacher's efforts to increase students' motivation in learning Fiqh Class VII is only by giving numbers, giving tests, know learning outcomes, and praise. While the teacher has not implemented the provision of prizes, competition or competition, ego-involvement and punishment.

Abstract

Umar bin Khattab was one of the companions of the Prophet who had extraordinary character and personality. Allah SWT has honored Umar bin Khattab with Islam which gave him a true and pure faith. Umar walked on the manhaj of the Prophet Muhammad and received education directly from the Prophet Muhammad. So that Umar bin Khattab gave an example of noble character and character, especially after he converted to Islam and served as Caliph. He shows how the character and morals that a real leader must have and provides an example to his people. In this study, the author uses a type of library research, namely deepening, reviewing and identifying existing knowledge in the literature (reading sources, reference books or other research results). The data sources in this study are: primary sources and secondary sources. While the research method uses descriptive analytical methods, namely efforts that are focused on problems that exist in the present by collecting data that exist in the present and then analyzed. The values of character education that the authors can conclude in this study are thirteen, namely: Religious, Honest, Tolerant, Disciplined, Hard Work, Creative, Independent, Democratic, Appreciating Achievement, Friendly / Communicative, Peaceful Love, Social Care and Responsibility . Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems found in SMP Negeri 2 Kec. Gunuang Omeh related to the lack of good character of students can be seen from the morals of students who still behave less politely in speaking, lack of mutual respect, do not perform the Zuhur prayer in congregation, cheat during exams, come late to school. From the existing problems the author is interested in examining how the strategies used by teachers in character building students in SMP Negeri 2 Kec. Gunuang Omeh. This type of research is a field research, namely qualitative research where researchers observe and participate directly in the location where the data is located, whose data is obtained directly from the person being studied. The research location was conducted in SMP Negeri 2 Kec. Gunuang Omeh is located on Jalan Tan Malaka, Pandam Gadang. The informants of this research are key informants taken from the principal, teachers, and supporting informants from students. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction which selects the data first, then displays the data which after the data is selected, summarized and concluded and presented, then data verification is drawing conclusions from the analyzed data, and the data validity technique used is by comparing observational data with interview data. Based on the results of the research that the author did, it is known that the strategies used by teachers have various kinds of character building for students at SMP Negeri 2 Kec. Gunuang Omeh is to use various types of strategies, namely exemplary strategies, habituation strategies, advice strategies, discipline strategies and using punishment strategies when students make mistakes.  Keywords: Teacher Strategy, Character Building.

Abstract

Learning activities are often faced with challenges that interfere with teachers and students in achieving educational goals, such as difficulties in providing effective feedback and improving student learning skills. This can result in learning difficulties for students due to the application of less applicable methods. Various teaching methods are needed in order to increase students' enthusiasm and motivation to learn. The Quantum Teaching method is believed to be able to create a pleasant learning environment by utilizing students' natural potential, including their curiosity. This method is implemented through the TANDUR stages: Grow, Experience, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat and Celebrate. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of library research that refers to various sources to understand the use of the Quantum Teaching Method in classroom learning activities. The results show that this approach has great potential to improve the effectiveness of learning in the educational environment. This research shows that the Quantum Teaching Method is effective in improving student achievement which includes cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Cognitive aspects are improved through six levels of learning: knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation. Affective aspects can be improved through five levels of activities: receiving, responding, valuing, organization, and characterization. Meanwhile, psychomotor aspects can be improved through seven activity steps: perception, set, guided response, mechanism, complex overt response, adaptation, and origination.

Abstract

Pendidikan yang berkualitas akan melahirkan generasi yang unggul. Nilai-nilai pendidikan akan mengembangkan potensi yang ada dalam diri manusia, yang dalam bahasa pendidikan, para ahli menyebutnya dengan karakter. Berkembangnya karakter dalam diri anak juga ditentukan oleh visi dan misi sekolah. Peran visi sekolah sangat membantu dalam membentuk karakter anak didik, sedangkan misi adalah bentuk kegiatan yang harus dilakukan sekolah dalam mewujudkan misi. Sekolah Dasar Muslim Cendekia (SDMC) merupakan sekolah baru di Kota Batu yang telah mendapat kepercayaan masyarakat sebagai sekolah yang mampu mendidik anak berkarakter. Stakeholder di SDMC menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai visi dan misi sekolah ke dalam pembentukan karakter siswa, sebagai bentuk keprihatinan seluruh pimpinan, guru, dan staf SDMC atas demoralisasi di kalangan anak-anak dan para remaja Indonesia akhir-akhir ini yang makin meningkat. SDMC melakukan penguatan karakter terhadap anak didik menjadi manusia yang beriman sempurna, berilmu luas, dan berakhlak mulia. Karakter yang ditanamkan terhadap siswa di SDMC yaitu cinta Allah dan Rasul, cinta orang tua/guru, cinta sesama, cinta keunggulan, cinta diri sendiri, cinta ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, cinta alam sekitar, dan cinta bangsa dan negara. Penguatan penanaman karakter di SDMC bertujuan agar anak didik tidak hanya mengetahui kebajikan (knowing the good) tetapi juga merasakan (feeling the good), mencintai (loving the good), menginginkan (desiring the good) dan mengerjakan (acting the good) kebajikan.

Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to identify the application of humanistic leadership in building a culture of elementary school student learning in the midst of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study is a literature study to obtain information on how to build a learning culture of elementary school students during the Covid-19 pandemic, challenges to the learning culture of school students during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the application of the principal's humanistic leadership in building a culture of learning of elementary school students during the pandemic Covid-19. In this study found that the learning policy at home, strengthened the role of parents in assisting their children in developing a culture of learning, especially elementary school age children. Learning at home can take advantage of online classes by using google classroom, zoom, and podcasts by the teacher. Studying at home is certainly different from studying at school because children must adapt to different ways of learning. Therefore the role of parents is crucial in the development of a culture of learning at home. To build a culture of learning at home, principals can apply humanistic leadership, where fulfillment of the needs of children when they studied at school is the responsibility of teachers and principals, now turning to parents. Principals can apply humanistic leadership so that the 5 hierarchies of children's needs (physiological needs, safety needs, compassion and belonging needs, self-esteem needs, and self-actualization needs) are fuldilled during they study at home so that children continue to learn at home in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic.
