Abstrak_ Pengaruh lingkungan dan interaksi sosial antara satu kelompok dengan yang lain menghasilkan aturan yang terwujud dalam sebuah tatanan nilai–nilai aturan budaya, tertuang dalam wujud fisik yang tentunya selalu menyesuaikan terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya. Aturan nilai budaya dalam wujud fisik menghasilkan kebiasaan atau tradisi, dalam wujud kearifan berarsitektur terhadap bagian bagian konstruksinya dalam pemanfaatan teknologi berupa peralatan, sistem sambungan dan material konstruksi setempat. Kearifan lokal inilah yang tentunya memiliki nilai tradisi dan aturan yang selalu menjaga Desa Kaluppini yang kaya akan nilai budaya, sejarah, keragaman suku dan arsitektur rumah adat tradisionalnya. Arsitektur rumah adat Sapo Battoa merupakan salah satu cerminan lokalitas yang memiliki tatanan aturan nilai budaya setempat dan memiliki nilai keseimbangan antara lingkungan dan tempat tinggalnya. Lokalitas Arsitekturnya terlihat dari struktur dan konstruksi yang ada pada setiap bagian–bagian elemen konstruksi Sappo Battoa. Objek rumah adat ini yang dijadikan objek untuk di teliti terhadap bagian–bagian elemen Lokalitas struktur dan material konstruksinya. Kata kunci : Struktur Konstruksi; Lokalitas; Rumah Adat Tradisional. Abstrac_The influence of environment and social interaction between one group with the other form embodied in a cultural value order, contained in a physical form that is always adapted to the surrounding environment. In the form of the wisdom of architecture to the part of its construction in the utilization of technology, equipment and construction. This local wisdom, of course, has a tradition and rules that always keep the village of Kaluppini rich in cultural values, history, ethnic diversity and architecture of traditional custom homes. The architecture of Sapo Battoa traditional house is one of the reflections of the locality that has the order of cultural rules and has a balance between the environment and the residence. Locality of Architecture seen from the structure and construction that exist in every part of construction elements of Sappo Battoa. Object of this custom house which is used as an object to be meticulously against the elements elements Lokalitas structure and construction materials.Keywords: Construction; Locality; Traditional House.

Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang ditujuakan untuk guru. Adapun jenis kegiatannya berupa bimbingan teknis penerbitan karya tulis ilmiah pada jurnal nasional bagi guru SMK. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk menambah dan meningkatkan pengetahuan guru tentang cara menerbitkan artikel di Jurnal nasional. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 2 Maros yang diikuti oleh 38 guru. Pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dipaparkan mengenai pemilihan jurnal yang tepat dan sesuai dengan bidang ilmu yang dimiliki dilanjutkan dengan penyesuaian template terhadap jurnal yang dipilih begitu pula dengan biaya penerbitan untuk setiap jurnal.

The application of ceramic-based Microbial Fuel Cells (MFCs) for the treatment of tofu liquid waste presents a promising and environmentally sustainable approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding variations in substrate concentration and to determine the effect of variations in the surface area of the electrode (anode and cathode), resulting in a maximum power density value for a period of 13 days of measurement. The initial step is measuring the voltage and current with the substrate concentration without a dilution process, then the concentration variations are carried out by dilution 10 times, 8 times, 5 times, 4 times, and 2 times on ceramics with a diameter of 8 cm. The second step is measuring the voltage and current by varying the surface area of the electrodes (cathode and anode). The results of the measurements obtained that the maximum power density value obtained was 188.23 mW/m2 without a dilution process, namely with a concentration of 3640 ppm for the third day. Meanwhile, the results of the measurement of the variation of the electrode surface area obtained a maximum power density value of 205.88 mW/m2 on the electrode surface area of 3.57 m2 for the third day. The more surface area of the electrode given at the time of measurement, the more bacteria contact the electrode, causing the resulting power density value to be even greater.

Pada saat ini masih banyak orang yang membudidayakan ikan hias yang melakukan penggantian air aquarium ikan secara manual. Hal ini menyebabkan sulitnya dalam membudidayakan ikan jika memiliki kesibukan lain yang mengharuskan dirinya untuk bepergian keluar kota/berbagai tempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun alat pendeteksi kekeruhan & kendali sirkulasi air pada aquarium ikan hias berbasis Arduino UNO. Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian experimental.menggunakan sensor turbidity untuk mendeteksi kekeruhan sebesar 15 NTU atau ADC 600, sehingga pompa air pembuangan akan aktif selama 3 menit atau sekitar 5 liter. Selanjutnya pompa air pengisian akan aktif untuk mengisi air yang bersih selama 3 menit atau sekitar 5 liter. Aplikasi telegram berfungsi untuk menampilkan apakah air aquarium tersebut keruh atau tidak. Arduino UNO berfungsi sebagai mikrokontroler. Relay berfungsi sebagai saklar yang terhubung pada pompa air. Hasil pengujian sensor Tutbidity Untuk mengetahui tingkat akurasi sensor turbidity dapat dibandingkan menggunakan alat ukur turbidity meter yaitu 4,69%. Hasil keseluruhan alat itu dapat menguras air yang keruh sebanyak 5-liter dan kemudian mengganti air yang bersih sebanyak 5-liter dan juga aplikasi telegram menampilkan nilai kekeruhan yang dideteksi pada sensor turbidity. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa alat ini layak digunakan setelah melakukan beberapa rangkaian percobaan.

This research aims to examine the influence of the meaning of work on affective organizational commitment with work engagement acting as a mediating variable for employees of PT X Makassar Region. The number of samples in this study was 247 people. This research examines the indirect effect of work meaning on affective organizational commitment through the mediating role of work engagement. The analysis technique used is multiple regression test with bootstrapping technique and Sobel test. The results of this research show that the meaning of work influences work engagement and influences affective organizational commitment directly. Thus, it can be concluded that work engagement partially mediates.

Inventory of raw materials is one of the crucial problems in the company. Errors in determining the size of raw material inventory is very influential for the smooth production of the company. PT Semen Bosowa Maros is a private company that focuses on cement production. This study aims to avoid excess and shortage of raw materials by calculating the amount of raw material inventory at PT Semen Bosowa Maros. This study uses the Min-Max Stock method. The research data was obtained from the company's annual data with related parties. The results of the study obtained safety stock values of Silica Sand 166.46 ton’s, Gypsum 1482.96 ton’s, Fly Ash 33.71 ton’s, and Trass 30.76 ton’s. Then, the minimum inventory calculation is carried out, it is known that the minimum inventory results are found in Trass raw materials of 260.18 ton’s while the results for maximum inventory are in Gypsum of 22117.18 ton’s. After calculating the min-max, an order policy can be obtained for each material, Silica Sand 1074.85 ton’s, Gypsum 9575.63 ton’s, Fly Ash 217.68 ton’s, and Trass 198.65 ton’s.

Purpose: This study aims to examine whether slack resources, audit committee effectiveness, and board feminism influence the quality of corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure. Research Design and Methodology: This study employs a quantitative research method. The population consists of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2022. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The study utilizes panel data as its data source, and data collection was conducted using the documentation method. Findings and Discussion: The analysis results indicate that slack resources and audit committees do not significantly affect the quality of CSR disclosure. However, board feminism does have a significant influence on this quality, suggesting that gender diversity on corporate boards enhances the transparency and comprehensiveness of CSR reporting. Implications: This study provides insights and a deeper understanding of the role of audit committees and gender diversity on the quality of CSR disclosure. It can serve as a valuable reference for future research and offer considerations for companies and policymakers in enhancing CSR practices through improved governance structures and board diversity.

Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the effect of QRIS usage on business income for MSMEs in Jayapura City. Research Design and Methodology: The study used quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis. Data was collected through questionnaires from MSME players who use QRIS in Jayapura City. The independent variable is the use of QRIS, while the dependent variable is business income. Findings and Discussion: The results of the analysis show that the use of QRIS has a significant positive effect on business income, with a regression coefficient of 1.017 and a p-value of 0.0000. This finding supports the hypothesis that the adoption of digital payment technology such as QRIS can increase business income. In addition, these results are in line with previous research showing the benefits of QRIS in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Implications: This research makes an important contribution to science and business practice, showing that QRIS can be an effective tool to improve the business performance of MSMEs in Indonesia. The findings encourage businesses to adopt QRIS to improve efficiency and profitability. However, this study is limited to a sample in Jayapura City and uses quantitative methods. Further research is recommended to explore the impact of QRIS in different regions and business sectors and consider a qualitative approach to gain deeper insights.

This research focuses on developing a DC-DC converter voltage regulation system using an Arduino microcontroller, addressing the instability inherent in renewable energy sources like solar panels and wind turbines. Utilizing Proteus and LabVIEW, the study employs a quantitative deductive approach to experimentally simulate and model the system over four months at the Control and Automation Laboratory of Politeknik ATI Makassar. Key challenges of conventional converters, including limited PWM flexibility, output stability, and ripple reduction, are addressed through a closed-loop control system with voltage feedback. The methodology involves extensive parameter calculations derived from literature review and expected testing scenarios to ensure precise component selection and system performance. Specific calculations guide the determination of minimum component values, facilitating the desired input and output voltage levels with minimal ripple. Simulation testing validates the system's effectiveness, demonstrating successful integration between LabVIEW and Proteus through additional library utilization. The resulting DC-DC converter voltage regulation system enables more robust control through Arduino microcontroller, enhancing stability and efficiency in renewable energy applications.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji keefektifan e-modul terhadap hasil belajar kognitif pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia di madrasah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Pra-Eksperimental. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Pada penelitian ini perlakuan yang diberikan adalah penggunaan e-modul pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTs Al Habib Sholeh Bin Alwi Alhaddad. Subjek penelitian Siswa kelas VIII C yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Sebelum perlakuan siswa diberikan pretest dan setelah perlakuan siswa diberikan posttest yang berjumlah 25 soal. Analisis peningkatan hasil belajar dianalisis menggunakan rumus Uji- T dan N-Gain. Uji-T digunakan untuk menghitung apakah peningkatan hasil belajar signifikan atau tidak, sedangkan N-Gain digunakan untuk menghitung besar peningkatan hasil belajar. Peningkatan hasil belajar berdasarkan analisis N-gain diketahui bahwa hasil belajar berkategorikan tingggi, sehingga menunjukkan nilai pretest dan posttest terdapat perbedaan. Berdasarkan hasil uji T-Test (Paired Sample T-test) menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan, hasilnya dapat dilihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar posttest.
