Abstract

Etos kerja dalam Islam merupakan aspek fundamental dalam membangun peradaban yang produktif dan berkelanjutan. Tafsir Al-Misbah karya M. Quraish Shihab menawarkan perspektif unik mengenai etos kerja berdasarkan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep etos kerja dalam Tafsir Al-Misbah dan tantangan penerapannya di era globalisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka dengan pendekatan tafsir tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tafsir Al-Misbah menekankan pentingnya kerja keras (ijtihad), tanggung jawab (amanah), keadilan (‘adalah), dan keseimbangan (tawazun) dalam bekerja. Namun, di era globalisasi, tantangan seperti disrupsi teknologi, degradasi moral, dan kapitalisme berlebihan dapat menghambat implementasi etos kerja Islam. Kebaharuan dari penelitian ini terletak pada analisis kritis terhadap relevansi konsep etos kerja dalam Tafsir Al-Misbah dengan dinamika modern. Studi ini berkontribusi dalam menawarkan solusi berbasis nilai Islam dalam menghadapi tantangan kerja di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Dividend Per Share payments on Stock Prices Closing Price of Manufacturing Companies in the Jakarta Islamic Index. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) of the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 years from 2011-2015 which actively published financial reports during the year of observation. The method used in this study is the documentation method, then in analyzing the data used to test the matched hypothesis, namely by quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that there is no relationship between the Dividend Per Share on changes in stock prices, this can be seen in PT.ASII during 2012 to 2014, it appears that the Dividend Per Share at PT.ASII has not changed for three years, while the share price always changes for three years. It is also seen in PT. AVR, it is seen that the Dividend Per Share for the past five years has always changed and fluctuated, meanwhile the stock price continued to increase from year to year without following the fluctuations that occurred in the Dividend Per share.

Abstract

The existence of two opinions, especially capital punishment, has given rise to controversy over regulating the death penalty as a legal instrument for dealing with corruption. Some agree with the imposition of capital punishment, and some question the justification for this sentence, which does not give the perpetrators of criminal acts the opportunity to improve to become good human beings. The death penalty for corruption cases has never been imposed, so the death penalty cannot be used as an ultimum remedium against perpetrators of corruption. Regarding the severity of the main sentence to be charged, a maximum limit for each crime has been determined. In contrast, a specific minimum limit is not specified, but a general minimum limit, for example, imprisonment and a minimum of one day's confinement. This type of research is carried out using a normative approach, namely by analyzing problems through legal principles and referring to legal norms contained in statutory regulations. The results of the study show the need for amendments to the Law on the Eradication of Corruption Crimes by formulating the death penalty for all acts of corruption without particular criteria, such as disaster situations, due to their significant impact on society, the nation, and the State, so that it becomes the ultimum remedium. The need for judges to impose severe criminal sanctions to create a deterrent effect for corruptors and other people who have the opportunity to commit corruption to become reluctant or afraid to commit acts that violate the Law because the criminal sanctions are severe.

Abstract

Hadith for Muslims has a very important position, because it reveals various traditions that developed at the time of the Prophet Muhammad which were full of various Islamic teachings. Understanding hadith is very important because hadith is the legal basis after the Qur'an, so its validity must be ensured, it is important to study the science of hadith or the blasphemy of a hadith, especially in this case the blasphemy of dhaif hadith, because hadith is the second source of law used by Muslims in determining or deciding a law. As intellectuals, we should show progress in the field of science, especially in the field of religion so that we don't make mistakes in implementing it in life. The purpose of this study is to explain the blasphemy of dhaif hadiths among muhaddisin scholars. The research method used is library research with data collection techniques through good documentation from books, journals, articles and other sources that discuss the blasphemy of dhaif hadiths. The findings of the research show that, in general, the scholars reject it as evidence and the scholars also agree to prohibit the narration of dhaif hadiths that are maudhu' without mentioning their willingness. But if the dhaif hadith is not a maudhu hadith, then there is still a dispute about whether or not it is permissible to narrate it for hujjah

Abstract

This research originated from issues related to student freedom within the educational organization journey. Firstly, the emergence of a learning freedom crisis, particularly in conventional institutions. Secondly, the teaching system in schools does not guarantee the regulation of student freedom in accordance with the goals of general education. This study aims to explore the methodology of Islamic live-in schools in shaping the independence of Khairul Ummah students in Bantaeng Regency, as well as identifying variables that support or hinder student independence. The research involved subjective examinations at the Islamic Life Experience School Khairul Ummah, Bantaeng Regency. The information collection methods used included perception techniques, meetings, and documentation. Examination procedures included information collection, reduction, display, and inference. The results of the study showed that Islamic boarding schools implement several strategies to foster student independence, including setting examples, recommendations, and mentoring. These strategies result in independence such as initiative, confidence, and responsibility. Supporting factors for independence include system support, cooperation among students, mentors, teachers, administrators, and parents, as well as parental trust and support. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include communication with parents, the disconnect between the efforts of boarding schools and parents, and diverse student backgrounds. The conclusion of this research is that the methodology used by the Islamic Life Experience School Khairul Ummah, Bantaeng Regency, in fostering student independence is by providing examples, recommendations, and mentoring

Abstract

This study analyses truth claims and multicultural values made by school teachers. This research is necessary because schools have teachers and students with different cultural, customs and religious backgrounds. These differences sometimes become obstacles to creating harmony in schools. Misunderstandings, especially in understanding religion due to students' ignorance, have triggered disputes in association at school. This type of research is field research using exploratory qualitative methods. At the same time, the research approach uses sociological-anthropological and structural-functional. This study uses primary data from interview results, while books, journal articles, and relevant literature are used as secondary data. Research data were collected using non-participant observation techniques, structured interviews, and documentation. The research objects were school principals, teachers of Islam, Christianity and Hinduism, and Muslim, Christian and Hindu students. The collected data were analyzed inductively. This study found that teachers in schools are still at the level of understanding of pluralism in religion and tend to be tolerant but have yet to implement multicultural values profoundly and equitably in schools. In addition, learning the doctrine of religious truth is in synergy with multicultural understanding in interfaith in the school environment. However, it is still applying an attitude of tolerance between religious communities. This research contributes to cultivating students' pluralist attitudes by mapping the pluralist attitudes of pro-anticipation students before conflicts occur in multicultural societies in religious education learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memilki tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar sejaarah kebudayaan Islam siswa kelas IX di MTs Negeri Pinrang melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe numbered head together (NHT) Pasca Pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX.1 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari empat kali pertemuan, teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif untuk data hasil observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe numbered head together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar sejarah kebudayaan Islam, peneliti sebagai guru melakukan tahap perencanaan meliputi: (1) Membuat perangkat pembelajaran (2) Membuat lembar observasi aktivitas siswa (3) Menyusun kisi-kisi, tes hasil belajar, dan pedoman penskoran. Kemudian tahap pelaksanaan meliputi: (1) menginformasikan topik yang akan dibahas. (2) menyajikan informasi umum yang terkait dengan materi. (3) membagi siswa ke dalam kelompok-kelompok (4) mengajukan pertanyaan kepada setiap kelompok berupa tugas untuk mengerjakan soal-soal pada Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS). (5) Siswa berpikir bersama dan menyatukan pendapatnya. (6) memanggil siswa dengan nomor tertentu. (7) menyimpulkan materi yang telah diajarkan. Selanjutnya pada tahap refleksi ditentukan keberhasilan atau kegagalan melalui hasil observasi dan hasil tes belajar. rata-rata hasil belajar sejarah kebudayaan Islam pada siklus I mencapai 70,38% dan 79,33% pada siklus II. Meningkatnya persentase siswa yang tuntas belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu 78.1% pada siklus I menjadi 93.8% pada siklus II. Hal ini berarti pada siklus II sudah tuntas secara klasikal.Meningkatnya aktivitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dari siklus I ke siklus II.

Abstract

Pengelolaan kelas dalam meningkatkan kepuasan belajar sebagai upaya maksimal diperlukan strategi manajerial dalam pengelolaan kelas perlu dilakukan analisis. Pengelolaan kelas hal terpenting adalah rencana manajemen pengelolaan kelas, pelaksanaan pengeloalaan kelas, dan evaluasi manajemen pengelolaan kelas sementara untuk kepuasan belajar perlu mengetahui kompetensi tenaga pengajar, keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, dan fasilitas dalam kelas sehingga dapat terbangun strategi sebagai upaya untuk menentukan Strategi manajemen kelas yang efektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh a) guru perlu merencanakan sehingga pembelajaran terlaksana dengan maksimal, b) guru memiliki varian media pembelajaran sebagai fasilitas dala pelaksanaan pengelolaan kelas, c) guru yang profesional selalu melakukan evaluasi guna meningkarkan kompetensi sebagai tenaga pengajar.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of Islamic character education, multicultural learning, and extracurricular activities on the character building of students in Islamic boarding schools in Central Java. A quantitative research design was employed, utilizing a survey method to collect data from 150 students. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicated that Islamic character education, multicultural learning, and extracurricular activities all had significant positive impacts on character building, with path coefficients of, respectively. The model explained 52% of the variance in character building. These findings underscore the importance of integrating religious teachings, multicultural perspectives, and extracurricular engagement in educational curricula to foster the holistic development of students. The study offers valuable insights for educators and policymakers in enhancing character education programs within Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

What happens in the field is that students lack interest in learning mathematics because mathematics is considered a difficult subject to understand and has an impact on students' memory of the material that has been taught. This is a challenge for educators to find the right learning method. So, it is necessary to develop a learning method with the help of games for SPLDV material. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility, retention, and interest in learning after learning mathematics with the help of math maze on SPLDV material. The research method used is Design Research (DR). with ADDIE design. Data were obtained through media expert validators and material experts, as well as students. Data collection techniques include media and material expert validation sheets, post tests and retests, learning interest questionnaires, and interviews. The results of the validation of math maze-based learning media include very valid criteria. Retention of student learning outcomes after learning SPLDV through math maze is classified in the high category. Students' interest in learning after learning SPLDV through math maze is classified in the very interested category.
