Abstract

The creation of this ready-to-wear deluxe is based on empirical facts, that a ready-to-wear deluxe collection that harmoniously combines elements of Japanese culture (shibori), Indonesian cultural heritage (batik), and visual representation of iconic Dutch plants (tulips) does not yet exist. Therefore, this creative research aims to present innovation in ready to wear deluxe by exploring the synergistic potential of the three elements above through embellishment techniques. The urgency is that in addition to being a medium for cultural diplomacy through fashion, this research can enrich the treasury of fashion design with a unique global perspective, while preserving and applying traditional techniques in a contemporary context. The creative method used is the Double Diamond Model, which includes the stages of discover, define, develop, and deliver. The result of this creative research is the creation of four ready-to-wear deluxe collections that are innovative and relevant to the current luxury fashion market. Abstract

In order to preserve national integrity, religious moderation is essential. Buddhist teachings, like those of all other religions in Indonesia, support religious moderation. Buddhayana is one of the scholastic schools of Buddhism in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to investigate the applicability of Buddhayana ideas to Indonesian religious moderation. This study's methodology is a review of the literature. The study's findings suggest that certain Buddhist teachings align with the markers of religious moderation. The Kutadanta Sutta contains Buddhist teachings about national commitment. The Buddha exemplifies tolerance in the Upali Sutta by counselling devotees like Upali to carefully consider new views before changing, always showing respect for their prior affiliations. According to the Buddha, every human being develops non-violence based on their brahmavihara, which includes metta, karuna, mudita, and upekkha. The Buddha teaches accommodation of local culture in the Sigalovada Sutta, which says that proper understanding is the foundation for both openness and the preservation of local culture. The tenets of Buddhayana, which include a non-sectarian, inclusive, pluralistic, universal mindset and faith in Sanghayang Adi Buddha, are consistent with the practice of religious moderation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of integrity, competence, workload, and information technology on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. The study was conducted at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. The research sample consisted of 58 TKPK employees working at Bapenda Surakarta City, using a census sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that integrity has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. Competence has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. Workload has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. The utilization of information technology has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. Integrity, competence, workload, and The utilization of information technology has a simultaneous and significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City.

Abstract

Kebijakan biaya pendidikan di Indonesia merupakan instrumen strategis negara dalam menjamin akses dan pemerataan pendidikan, khususnya melalui Program Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) dan Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP). Meskipun kedua program ini dirancang untuk mengurangi beban biaya pendidikan dan meningkatkan partisipasi sekolah, dalam praktiknya masih dijumpai berbagai dinamika implementasi yang kompleks dan kontekstual. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena kebijakan biaya pendidikan di Indonesia dengan menggunakan dua pendekatan paradigmatis, yaitu positivistik dan interpretivistik. Pendekatan positivistik digunakan untuk mengkaji efektivitas kebijakan BOS dan KIP berdasarkan indikator kuantitatif seperti tingkat partisipasi pendidikan, angka putus sekolah, dan ketercapaian sasaran penerima bantuan. Sementara itu, pendekatan interpretivistik difokuskan pada pemahaman makna kebijakan dari perspektif aktor pendidikan, meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, peserta didik, dan orang tua, melalui analisis pengalaman, persepsi, serta praktik pengelolaan dana di tingkat satuan pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dan analisis dokumen kebijakan yang diperkaya dengan temuan-temuan empiris dari berbagai hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara positivistik, BOS dan KIP berkontribusi signifikan dalam menekan biaya pendidikan dan meningkatkan akses layanan pendidikan. Namun, dari sudut pandang interpretivistik, ditemukan adanya persoalan administratif, ketimpangan pemahaman kebijakan, serta praktik implementasi yang belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan keadilan dan kebutuhan riil peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, integrasi kedua pendekatan paradigmatis menjadi penting untuk menghasilkan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif dan berkeadilan dalam perumusan dan evaluasi kebijakan biaya pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Perkembangan kurikulum digital sebagai respons atas transformasi teknologi pendidikan menuntut pendekatan evaluasi yang tidak hanya bersifat teknis-instrumental, tetapi juga kritis dan reflektif terhadap relasi kuasa, ideologi, serta dampak sosial yang menyertainya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendekonstruksi metodologi penelitian pendidikan melalui studi komparasi antara paradigma kritis dan post-positivistik dalam mengevaluasi inovasi kurikulum digital. Pendekatan post-positivistik dipahami sebagai paradigma yang menekankan objektivitas relatif, pengujian hipotesis, dan generalisasi temuan berbasis data empiris, sementara paradigma kritis berfokus pada emansipasi, kesadaran reflektif, serta pembongkaran struktur dominasi dalam praktik pendidikan digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur sistematis terhadap artikel jurnal bereputasi, dokumen kebijakan pendidikan, dan laporan evaluasi kurikulum digital dalam rentang sepuluh tahun terakhir, yang kemudian dianalisis secara komparatif dan interpretatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan post-positivistik unggul dalam mengukur efektivitas, efisiensi, dan dampak kognitif kurikulum digital, namun cenderung mengabaikan dimensi ketimpangan akses, hegemoni teknologi, dan marginalisasi kelompok tertentu. Sebaliknya, paradigma kritis mampu mengungkap dimensi ideologis dan politis dari inovasi kurikulum digital, tetapi sering dipandang kurang kuat dalam aspek replikasi dan validitas empiris. Artikel ini merekomendasikan model metodologi hibrida yang mengintegrasikan kekuatan kedua paradigma untuk menghasilkan evaluasi kurikulum digital yang lebih komprehensif, adil, dan transformatif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi peneliti, pengembang kurikulum, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang evaluasi inovasi pendidikan berbasis digital yang berorientasi pada mutu sekaligus keadilan sosial.

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter disiplin pada peserta didik sekolah dasar merupakan bagian penting dari tujuan pendidikan nasional yang menekankan keseimbangan antara aspek intelektual, moral, dan sosial. Disiplin tidak seharusnya dipahami hanya sebagai kepatuhan terhadap aturan formal, tetapi sebagai kebiasaan bertindak yang tertanam secara internal, stabil, dan berkelanjutan dalam diri peserta didik. Artikel ini mengkaji relevansi konsep habit of action dari Charles Sanders Peirce dalam kerangka filsafat pragmatisme terhadap proses pembentukan karakter disiplin di sekolah dasar. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi pustaka, dengan menelaah karya-karya utama Peirce yang berkaitan dengan teori makna, keyakinan, dan kebiasaan bertindak, serta literatur kontemporer tentang pendidikan karakter. Analisis dilakukan secara konseptual dan interpretatif untuk mengaitkan prinsip-prinsip pragmatisme dengan praktik pendidikan disiplin. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa menurut Peirce, keyakinan dan nilai moral hanya bermakna sejauh diwujudkan dalam pola tindakan yang konsisten. Dalam konteks pendidikan, karakter disiplin tidak terbentuk melalui indoktrinasi atau kontrol eksternal semata, melainkan melalui pengalaman praktis, pengulangan tindakan, dan pemaknaan atas konsekuensi nyata dari perilaku disiplin maupun tidak disiplin. Temuan ini sejalan dengan karakteristik perkembangan peserta didik sekolah dasar yang belajar melalui pembiasaan, pengalaman langsung, dan keteladanan. Dengan pendekatan pragmatisme, pendidikan disiplin diarahkan pada pembentukan kesadaran internal melalui praktik nyata dalam kehidupan sekolah sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, konsep habit of action relevan dijadikan landasan filosofis dalam merancang pendidikan karakter disiplin yang kontekstual, berkelanjutan, dan berorientasi pada perilaku nyata peserta didik.

Abstract

Kualitas instruksional merupakan inti efektivitas pendidikan, namun sering terhambat oleh tata kelola manajerial yang masih bersifat administratif dan kurang strategis. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan kondisi manajerial sekolah melalui analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) guna merumuskan strategi penguatan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada optimalisasi fungsi manajerial, meliputi kepemimpinan instruksional, supervisi akademik, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan pengelolaan sarana pembelajaran dalam mendukung performa pedagogis guru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus deskriptif di Sekolah X. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan komite sekolah, serta studi dokumentasi terhadap rencana strategis sekolah. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi faktor internal melalui matriks IFAS dan faktor eksternal melalui EFAS, yang selanjutnya diintegrasikan ke dalam Matriks SWOT untuk merumuskan alternatif strategi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan utama terletak pada visi kepemimpinan yang progresif, namun masih dihadapkan pada kelemahan berupa inkonsistensi supervisi akademik klinis dan tingginya beban administrasi guru. Peluang pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan berbasis digital belum optimal karena berbenturan dengan ancaman perubahan kurikulum yang cepat dan disparitas kompetensi teknologi antar guru. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, dirumuskan empat pilar strategi: digitalisasi supervisi akademik (SO), penguatan komunitas belajar internal (ST), restrukturisasi beban kerja guru (WO), dan pelatihan manajerial berbasis mitigasi risiko instruksional (WT). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi berbasis SWOT manajerial mampu memberi arah yang lebih presisi bagi peningkatan kualitas instruksional, serta mendorong pergeseran paradigma dari manajemen administratif menuju kepemimpinan instruksional berbasis data.

Abstract

Video-based learning media has the potential to support students’ conceptual understanding in vocational welding courses; however, many available videos focus mainly on procedures and provide limited pedagogical guidance that has been validated by experts. This study aims to develop and evaluate video-based learning media on the topic of the strong influence of welding current in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW). The study adopted a Research and Development design using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The product was validated by material and media experts and was then implemented with 40 students enrolled in the Welding Technology course in the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program. Data were collected through documentation, interviews, observations, and questionnaires, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results show that the developed media meets the feasibility criteria. Material experts rated the learning, language, and content aspects at 92% (very good), while media experts rated the display, audio, and presentation aspects at 91% (very good). Student responses reached 89% (very good), indicating that the videos were perceived as attractive, clear, and practical for learning. Overall, the media supports students’ understanding of how variations in welding current affect weld quality and performance. The findings suggest that systematically designed and validated instructional videos can complement classroom and laboratory activities, reduce instructional time, and help students prepare more effectively for practice.

Abstract

Purpose of this study was to answer two problems: (i) how is the guardian of the constitution embodied through the function of the Constitutional Court; and (ii) how the Constitutional Court as the guardian of the constitution reduces constitutions that are indicated by the policy corruption. Policy corruption is an invisible and covert element that able to threaten the synergy of the legal system and the public interest. The form of policy corruption is realized in the form of a law. Efforts that can be made to reduce the policy corruption are to implement the tight control over the media, which in this case is relevant to the function of the Constitutional Court. This studywas classified as doctrinal research with primary and secondary legal materials. Comparative approach and case approach were used to answer the legal issues. The results showed that: First, the guardian of the constitution through the function of the Constitutional Court through the optimization of the Constitutional Court Judges as the agent of constitution, strengthening the execution of the Constitutional Court decisions and collaborative steps with other state institutions in enforcing the constitutional guardianship. Second, the Constitutional Court as the guardian of the constitution in reducing laws indicated by the policy corruption is manifested in the form of a Constitutional Court decision that can be retroactive to recover the impact of legal losses that are indicated by the policy corruption, the decision of Constitutional Courtis justified by ultra vires to anticipate the chain of constitutions that indications of policy corruption, the decision of Constitutional Courtis strengthened in terms of its execution and the Court can examine or test the Constitution Drafting (bill/ RUU) (a priori review) as a preventive measure to prevent the enactment of laws that indicate policy corruption.
