Abstract

This study examines efforts to address juvenile delinquency from both a legal and psychological perspective in vocational high schools (SMK) in Lubuklinggau. The study utilizes a qualitative approach, including case studies, surveys, interviews, and document analysis. The research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of juvenile delinquency and inform the development of appropriate interventions. The findings highlight the importance of collaboration among parents, educational institutions, communities, and child protection agencies in preventing and addressing juvenile delinquency. From a legal perspective, the research emphasizes the need for a rehabilitative approach that considers adolescents' age, development, and capacity. From a psychological perspective, the study underscores the significance of understanding emotional development and identity exploration in teenagers and implementing preventive and intervention strategies. The research concludes that a comprehensive approach, integrating legal and psychological perspectives, is necessary to tackle juvenile delinquency in vocational high schools in Lubuklinggau effectively.

Abstract

The problem of juvenile delinquency is an actual theme that a lot of the talk among parents, educators, religious social institutions and even governments. Teens often get stuck and deeds are always considered true regardless of other people and the environment. In this phase teenagers start searching for identity or identity. To prevent the occurrence of acts of delinquency committed by juveniles, it requires the participation of the attention of parents as educators in the family, so that teenagers can behave well. Based on the above problems, the authors conducted the study titled "The Role of Family Education In Anticipating Delinquency In the village Mekarsari Cilawu District of Garut". Formulation of the problem in this research is: "how the educational role of the family in anticipation of juvenile delinquency in the village Mekarsari Cilawu District of Garut". The hypothesis of this study is that if implemented with good family education, the juvenile delinquency in the village Mekarsari Cilawu District of Garut can be anticipated. The method used in this study: a descriptive analysis by observation, questionnaires, interviews, literature, and documentation. The population in this study were all heads of families and community leaders in the village of the District Mekarsari Cilawu. While sampled are 50 families and 10 community leaders. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the employee recruitment strategy at Markazul Quran Bukittinggi, an educational institution that is committed to providing quality educational services for students and the community. In this effort, educational institutions need good public relations management to build a positive image, expand cooperation networks, and increase community participation in educational activities. Based on the results of research and discussions, it can be concluded that the implementation of recruitment and selection of teaching staff at Markazul Quran Bukittinggi has been in accordance with the stages that have been determined. The process includes planning, analysis of required positions, and determining requirements. Markazul Quran Bukittinggi prefers to recruit teachers from among their own alumni. Generally, the teachers here come from alumni of the school. Information about teacher vacancies is usually shared through alumni groups or through contact with alumni if ​​there are vacant positions. If no alumni apply, they will recruit from outside by distributing brochures and using social media.

Abstract

The background of this research is that there are differences in the learning outcomes of 2019 PAI students in religious courses. Researchers see that there are differences in the learning outcomes of students with a religious education background in religious subjects which should be higher than students with a general education background. This research is a comparative quantitative research. sample of 42 students. The instrument that the researcher used was a test of 24 questions about religious subjects. can be seen from the learning outcomes of students with general education background, the test score with the highest score is 100 and the lowest score is 46. The total score is 1462.5 and the average is 81.25. it can be seen from the learning outcomes of students with religious education backgrounds, the test scores obtained with the highest score are 100 and the lowest score is 50. The total score is 1808 and the average is 75.34.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the reality in the field is that during the process of reading the Kunung book In progress, researchers saw that students were not reading the Yellow Book and I still have trouble reading the yellow book. Based on the problem Finding out how much of an impact Muthalaah Night Activities have on sixth graders' Yellow Book reading comprehension is the driving force for this study. Researchers employed experimental research methods in this study. A quasi-experimental design is derived from this experimental research. Comprehensive planning A posttest alone control design was utilised in this investigation. According to the findings from the examination of the ability to read the yellow book students during the reading process by implementing Muthala’ah activities Evening. In the process of reading, students are seen paying attention and listen to the explanation given by the researcher carefully, Students also actively ask questions if there is material they do not understand. Besides Meanwhile, the students also looked enthusiastic when studying in groups and students looks active during the discussion by collaborating with group and share their opinions with each other. After data collection is carried out, it is then processed and carried out examine the hypotheses with the t-test. Assuming α = 0.05 as the level of significance. Criteria for testing: If tcount is greater than or equal to ttable, accept Ha; otherwise, reject H0. A t-test for evaluating hypotheses reveals that the computed t-value (0.4438) is larger than ttable. Therefore, we agree H1, which states that Muthala’ah Activities have an effect. Abstract

This study aims to explore a profound understanding of Business Ethics in the context of Islam, focusing on the moral values and ethics outlined in the Quran and Hadith. The method employed includes the analysis of Islamic religious texts and relevant literature discussing economic and business concepts from an Islamic perspective. The findings of this study indicate that Islamic business ethics entail not only compliance with legal rules or avoidance of unethical behavior, but more deeply, grounding business activities in moral values such as honesty, justice, and social responsibility. A key contribution of this research is providing a better understanding of how Islamic business ethics can serve as a guide for business practitioners to foster positive relationships with society and promote sustainable development within the framework of a global economy.

Abstract

Kegiatan "Sosialisasi Penggunaan Book Creator Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Interaktif di SDN 04 Kota Sorong" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital berbasis teknologi yang inovatif serta memberikan wawasan tentang pemanfaatannya sebagai alat promosi sekolah. Book Creator, sebagai aplikasi yang memungkinkan pembuatan buku digital interaktif, menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi keterbatasan metode pembelajaran konvensional dan mendukung pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di sekolah dasar. Metode kegiatan ini melibatkan tahapan-tahapan sistematis, meliputi pengenalan konsep, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, kolaborasi kelompok, serta sesi presentasi dan refleksi. Pada tahap pengenalan, peserta mendapatkan pemahaman teoritis tentang fitur-fitur Book Creator dan manfaatnya dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran yang lebih menarik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru SDN 04 Kota Sorong mengalami peningkatan kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Media yang dihasilkan mampu menghadirkan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, kontekstual, dan menyenangkan, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, guru menyadari bahwa Book Creator dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat promosi sekolah melalui pembuatan buku digital yang berisi profil sekolah, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, prestasi siswa, serta inovasi pembelajaran yang diterapkan. Kegiatan ini berhasil membuka wawasan guru akan pentingnya integrasi teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan serta potensi besar media digital dalam mendukung citra positif sekolah. Dengan adanya sosialisasi ini, guru-guru di SDN 04 Kota Sorong berkomitmen untuk mengimplementasikan penggunaan Book Creator secara berkelanjutan dalam proses belajar mengajar dan pengembangan konten promosi sekolah. Keberhasilan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam mendorong transformasi pendidikan menuju era digital yang lebih kreatif, inovatif, dan berdaya saing tinggi.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat di RT. 23 Kelurahan Payoselincah Kota Jambi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan limbah rumah tangga melalui pembentukan Kader Pengendalian Limbah Rumah Tangga (SPAL). Metode kegiatan PKM ini adalah pelatihan masyarakat. Selain melibatkan Ketua RT kegiatan ini pula berkoordinasi dengan para tokoh masyarakat dalam pelatihan Pembuatan SPAL sederhana. Kegiatan ini berhasil menciptakan kelompok kader yang terlatih dan siap untuk bekerja secara aktif dalam pengelolaan limbah. Selain itu, program ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan limbah yang baik. Dengan adanya Kader SPAL yang berfungsi sebagai agen perubahan, diharapkan pengelolaan limbah di lingkungan ini dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih bersih dan sehat bagi masyarakat. Melalui inisiatif ini, diharapkan dampak positif dalam pengelolaan limbah dapat berlanjut dan menjadi model bagi komunitas lain.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran matematika di tingkat sekolah dasar kerap kali menghadapi tantangan yang cukup besar, terutama dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keaktifan peserta didik. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat menjawab tantangan ini adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi pendidikan berbasis aplikasi interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan keaktifan peserta didik kelas IV di SDN 46 Ampenan dalam pembelajaran matematika peneliti menggunakan aplikasi Baamboozle. Pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) diterapkan dalam dua siklus yang mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi aktivitas belajar, wawancara dengan peserta didik, serta tes pemahaman konsep matematika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Baamboozle dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi pecahan dengan rata-rata kenaikan nilai dari 65 pada pra-siklus menjadi 85 pada siklus kedua. Selain itu, tingkat keaktifan peserta didik meningkat secara signifikan hingga mencapai 90%. Dengan hasil ini, aplikasi Baamboozle dapat direkomendasikan sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif yang efektif dan menyenangkan di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The Sasak Tribe community on Lombok Island is part of a community that has high social relations, especially in terms of kinship and friendship that is always established in every level of society. One of the favorite zones of the Sasak people to strengthen social relations is to gather in one of the typical buildings that have a fairly high cultural architectural value, namely berugak, either berugak in the form of sekepat or sekenem. This gazebo-shaped building made of wood or bamboo for the Sasak community is not just a seat but a place for communication and information exchange between communities, both planned and unplanned. Departing from this community communication activity is what led the author to study in depth what the flow of communication and information that is built in the midst of a community that communicates through berugak.The method used by the author or researcher in studying berugak as a flow of communication and information for the Sasak community of Lombok is to use exploratory qualitative type research which researchers want to see formulation of communication and information flows used by the Sasak community because broadly speaking researchers do not have a clear picture of the situation and type of communication used by the Sasak Tribe community and what the flow of information circulation is like in the Sasak Tribe community, especially in the use of berugak as a medium for communication.Finally, after conducting an in-depth study of this study, researchers were able to find the results that berugak for the community has a multifunction between, as a family room, study room, discussion room and even a place to live. Then various communication models can be formed through berugak according to the interests and position of the location such as interpersonal communication, group communication, organizational communication, political communication and public communication. The type of information obtained by the Sasak community through berugak is pure information from problems that occur in the midst of the Sasak Tribe community and there is also information that is continued information from news originating from mass media, social media.
