The position of teachers in the world of teaching is very important. Teachers are the determining factor for the success of quality learning. Teachers as managers have the task of managing time and classroom conditions from the initial activities to the end of learning. Comfort for students while in class is important to find formulations for teachers according to the objectivity of their students. So before the learning process takes place, the teacher manages the class properly. Here the teacher is required to be sensitive to the condition of the classroom and find the character of students. The problem found at SMPN 4 Bukittinggi is how to shape the spiritual intelligence of students through the application of the managerial concept of PAI teachers. The research method uses descriptive qualitative method. The result of this study is that SMPN 4 Bukittinggi City in shaping students' spiritual intelligence conducts religious activities including conditioning Islamic schools, teachers as role models for students, and teachers help students to formulate life missions. And also by following several ways exemplified by the Prophet in terms of learning activities.

This study examines the effectiveness of picture story media in enhancing the reading abilities of second-grade students at SD Gajah Mada. Reading is a crucial skill for elementary students, but many face challenges in developing this skill, as evidenced by the average reading score of 63 at the school. To address this issue, picture story media was introduced as an engaging and interactive learning tool aimed at improving students' reading comprehension and motivation. Classroom action research (CAR) was employed, involving a reflective cycle of planning, action, observation, and reflection. In Cycle 1, the average reading score of students increased from 50.3% to 63.7% after implementing picture story media, with 65.8% of students meeting the passing criteria. Cycle 2 showed further improvement, with the percentage of students scoring between 75-100 rising from 43% to 93.2% by the end of the cycle. These results highlight the significant impact of picture story media in boosting students' reading skills and engagement. The findings support the use of visual aids in education, demonstrating that picture story media can effectively enhance reading abilities among young learners. The study contributes to the field of language education and provides practical insights for teachers in selecting effective learning media. Future research is suggested to explore the long-term effects of picture story media and its application in various educational contexts.

This study aims to examine the partial and simultaneous effect of the perception and religiosity of students on interest in saving in Islamic banks. This study uses quantitative methods. The application program used to process the data is SPSS version 25. In this study the sample was set at 100 by using the Slovin formula and sampling using the probability sampling method with cluster sampling technique which is a random sampling method based on area or region. The data used is primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to the students and students of the Nahdlatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Kab. Maros. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale with a scale of 1 to 5. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression. The results showed that perception had a significant effect on saving interest in the students of the Nahdlatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Kab. Maros, religiosity has a significant effect on saving interest in the students of the Nahdlatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Kab. Maros, perception and religiosity simultaneously have a significant effect on saving interest in the students of the Nahdlatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Kab. Maros. Thus, Islamic banking still needs to increase socialization to students about Islamic financial literacy so that Islamic financial institutions become better in the future, can be accepted and understood by the whole community. Because we all know that santri are future leaders who will always spread Islamic teachings wherever they are.

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap kinerja. Apakah ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja. Apakah ada pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap kinerja. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 62 orang pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan Rasulullah SAW dalam manajemen sekolah Islam. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus di beberapa sekolah Islam di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi lima prinsip utama kepemimpinan Rasulullah SAW yang diterapkan dalam manajemen sekolah Islam: kejujuran dan integritas, keadilan dan kesetaraan, empati dan kasih sayang, komunikasi efektif, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis musyawarah. Implementasi prinsip-prinsip ini menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan guru serta staf. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa tantangan dalam penerapan prinsip-prinsip tersebut, termasuk resistensi terhadap perubahan dan kurangnya pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep kepemimpinan Islam. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan dan pengembangan berkelanjutan untuk kepala sekolah dan manajemen sekolah dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan Rasulullah SAW secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap literatur manajemen pendidikan Islam dan menawarkan panduan praktis bagi para pemimpin sekolah Islam untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen mereka melalui penerapan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan yang dicontohkan oleh Rasulullah SAW.

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has opened new opportunities in education, particularly in digital-based learning. This study focuses on designing and developing an e-learning platform for Informatics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Rao Selatan using Google Sites as a medium for online learning. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D model: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The Define stage includes a needs analysis to identify requirements for online learning. The Design stage organizes e-learning content based on curriculum and standards. The Develop stage involves creating and testing the platform, while the Disseminate stage includes trials and evaluations of its effectiveness. Results show that the Google Sites-based e-learning platform enables flexible and interactive access to Informatics learning materials and assignments. It also provides an efficient tool for teachers to manage materials without requiring advanced technical skills. Positive feedback from trials highlights the platform's ease of access, interactivity, and support in enhancing material comprehension. Validity, practicality, and effectiveness tests scored 0.90, 0.95, and 0.80, respectively, indicating high reliability. These findings offer a reference for developing e-learning in other subjects and present a practical solution for distance learning in the digital era.

The implementation of character education in SMAN 1 Arjasa Kangean Islands faces quite dominant challenges, including geographical location, low level of parental education, and lack of parental support and understanding, thus also interfering with the effectiveness of character education efforts. This research is a field research, which is a type of research where researchers collect data and information directly in the field to explore the implementation of character education in students at SMAN 1 Arjasa. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of character education at SMAN 1 Arjasa Kangean Islands is highly dependent on the role of Civic Education (PPKn) teachers. Teachers act as mentors, advisors, role models, and motivators for students by using various learning media to present the material in an interesting and effective manner. Teachers provide individual and group guidance, and provide examples of exemplary daily life, such as congregational prayer, handshakes, and environmental cleanliness, as a direct inspiration for students

This research aims to examine the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in forming Pancasila student profiles through the integration of Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects at Abu Ghonaim Bumiaji Batu Islamic Middle School. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methodology. Data collection tools consist of observation, interviews and documentation. The research findings show that the aim is to increase the components of the Pancasila student profile through the formulation of Civics learning modules. The teacher's role in implementing Citizenship Education through strengthening the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile includes: acting as a role model, inspirer, learning planner, elaboration of Pancasila values, model project facilitator, motivator, and assessor. The implementation of the Pancasila student profile through PPKn learning is facilitated by several key factors, including the dedication of teaching staff, the selection of students who are committed to the program, the provision of adequate learning facilities, the development of effective learning methods, and the active involvement of the school committee and the wider community.

In this article, we will discuss the use of Civic Education barcode media in terms of 21st century skills learning. The use of Civic Education barcode media will be reviewed to see whether it can support the implementation of 21st century skills learning. Whether 21st century skills are already present in the use of Civic Education barcode media will be discussed, so it is hoped that their utilization can be achieved. can run optimally in the future if you have found the emphasis on 21st century skills. This writing was carried out using literature study. All skills contained in Skill 21 learning can be possessed by students if teachers are able to create learning that supports the implementation of 21st century skills. Teachers develop learning that contains activities that challenge students to think critically and solve problems. Learning activities must also encourage students to work together and communicate so that learning skills 21 are visible. Salah satu permasalahan kependudukan terbesar adalah masalah kesehatan. Upaya mengatasi persoalan tersebut dikeluarkan UU No 36 Tahun 2009 tentang kesehatan yang setiap orangnya memiliki hak yang sama dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Di Kota Bandung, program Universal Health Coverage (UHC) di luncurkan pada hari Jumat 29 Desember 2017 di Aula Serbaguna lantai 3 Pemkot Bandung. yang diharapkan mampu memfasilitasi masyarakat menengah ke bawah atau peserta BPJS Kesehatan yang telah lama menunggak iuran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menggambarkan efektivitas program Universal Health Coverage (UHC) di Rumah X, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengumpulan data primer berupa wawancara dan observasi di lapangan, dan pengumpulan data sekunder berupa dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas Program Universal Health Coverage (UHC) di Rumah Sakit X sangat baik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan namun ada sebagian masyarakat yang kurang peduli terhadap administrasi kependudukan seperti yang tidak punya Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) atau anak yang belum di masukan ke dalam Kartu Keluarga (KK) sehingga tidak bisa mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan menggunakan program Universal Health Coverage (UHC) serta minimnya sosialisasi sehingga masih terdapat masyarakat yang belum mengetahui program UHC. Diharapkan petugas Rumah Sakit X dapat meningkatkan sosialisasi tentang program UHC kepada masyarakat yang berobat ke rumah sakit yang belum mempunyai BPJS.
