Abstract

This research aims to determine the transformation of the concept of entrepreneurship from time to time. This research is a literature study in which the collection of information is obtained from books, scientific articles that are relevant to the topic of this research. The results of this study reveal the concept of Entrepreneurship which has been transformed from prehistoric times to this digital era. The concept of entrepreneurship, which in prehistoric times was in the form of bartering, is currently changing into technopreneurship. Technopreneurship must succeed in two main tasks, namely: ensuring that the technology functions according to the needs of target customers, and that the technology can be sold at a profit. Technopreneur then creates a new business model called startup. The future of technopreneurs related to startups that might happen is the emergence of technopreneurs who develop future startups.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the health level of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk which uses the RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital) method. The research object is PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The type of sample used is the financial report of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk from 2018 to 2022, while the type of data used is secondary data. The results of this research show that the health level of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk., in the period 2018 to 2022 as a whole is in the Healthy predicate with the risk profile aspect being in a Very Healthy condition with a final composite score of 90%, then the good corporate governance aspect is in a Healthy Enough condition with the final composite value was 68%, in the earning aspect it was in an Unhealthy condition with a final composite value of 40%, and finally in the capital aspect it was in a Very Healthy condition with a final composite value of 100%. Thus, assessing the health level of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk., it can be said that PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk., was classified in the "HEALTHY" category for the last 5 years with a final composite score of 71.33%.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to reveal how the internalization of religious education values contributes to the development of students’ interpersonal intelligence. Methodology: This study employs a literature research approach. The search for scientific articles related to ‘internalization of religious education’ was conducted through Google, ScienceDirect, Emerald, and Tandfonline. Main findings: Islamic religious education contributes to the growth of students’ interpersonal intelligence through the internalization of religious values, educational experiences, the selection of role models, self-reflection, and a commitment to continuous learning. Applications of this study: Islamic religious education should prioritize moral values, prosocial behavior, empathy, cooperation, forgiveness, interfaith dialogue, togetherness, experiential learning, critical thinking, self-reflection, and respect for diversity novelty/originality of this study: This study introduces a novel approach by integrating Islamic education with the development of interpersonal intelligence.

Abstract

Indonesia's economy is largely driven by increasing household consumption and one of the fast-growing industries is the food and beverage industry. This study aims to test whether independent variables namely Earnings Per Share (EPS) X1, Return On Equity (ROE) X2, and Net Profit Margin (NPM) X3 affect Stock Return. The population in this study is 40 Food and Beverage Subsector companies located on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2021 period, the sample used in this study is 13 companies selected by purposive sampling, and the data collection technique used is documentation. The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption tests, descriptive statistical tests, and hypothesis tests. Abstract

This study analyses the role of the TNI in the development of rule-of-law democracy and human rights. The study compares the approaches and challenges of strengthening democracy through military means with those of the US. Some of the questions addressed include the role of the TNI in the development of constitutional democracy and human rights in Indonesia and the comparative role of the TNI and the U.S. Armed Forces in supporting the principles of democracy and human rights. This research uses a comparative approach by comparing legal literature and case studies from Indonesia and the United States. This research shows that the TNI has an important role in building a democracy based on law and human rights in Indonesia. The United States military and the TNI have several key aspects to illustrate their respective strengths and challenges for comparison. First, regarding civilian control and political influence, the US Armed Forces have a more established system of civilian control and political separation than the TNI. Nevertheless, the TNI has shown significant progress in reducing its political influence and strengthening civilian control. Second, in human rights education and training, the US Armed Forces generally have a more structured and tested system of human rights training and supervision compared to the TNI, which is still in the process of strengthening. Third, in oversight and accountability, the US Armed Forces generally have more structured and effective oversight and accountability mechanisms than the TNI. However, significant efforts have been made in Indonesia to improve these systems. Both countries have their strengths and weaknesses, but it is important to recognize the achievements and efforts of both.

Abstract

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) 2021 stated that tuberculosis is still one of the main world health problems where tuberculosis is the 13th leading cause of death in the world and in 2020 tuberculosis became the infectious disease that caused the most deaths in the world after COVID-19. The National Strategy for Tuberculosis Prevention in Indonesia 2020-2024 explained that the scope of finding tuberculosis patients has not reached the target. Based on the Health Profile of the Salak Health Center in 2021, the achievement of the Pulmonary Tuberculosis program (Incidince Rate) was 21 suspected patients or 10.6% of the target of 198 suspected patients. The purpose of the study was to analyze the low number of passive and active case finding, and analyze community empowerment towards the implementation of the Pulmonary Tuberculosis Program in the Working Area of the Sungai Salak Community Health Center. This type of research is qualitative, descriptive, with a case study design. The research location is in the Working Area of the Sungai Salak community health center, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research period is January to August 2023. In-depth interview research informants there were 5 people consisting of 3 main informants (tuberculosis Program Holders at Puskesmas, Analysts, Doctors) and 2 Supporting In-Informants (Head of Puskesmas and Tuberculosis Program Holders at the Health Office), while the Focus Group Discussion informants there were 6 people consisting of village heads, RT leaders, RW leaders, community leaders, PMOs, tuberculosis cadres. The form and flow of passive examination of tuberculosis patients are in accordance with the SOP. The obstacle is that sometimes patients who come for treatment to the puskesmas find it difficult to remove their sputum at that time. Active case discovery has not been in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (Screening and Household Contact of tuberculosis patients) because nothing has been done. It is expected that the role of tuberculosis officers can ensure that tuberculosis cases are reported regularly through the tuberculosis program information system.Keywords : Community Empowerment, Passive Case Discovery, Active Case Discovery, Sungai Salak Community Health Center, and Tuberculosis Program

Abstract

Abstract: The School Mover is a transformation in education aiming for institutions to produce student learning outcomes, including literacy and numeracy competencies, along with assessing students' character. It emphasizes transforming schools into the schools mover rather than focusing on popularity, size, or facilities. Sukatani Elementary School in Cianjur Regency is one such school focused on in our research titled "Challenges and Opportunities in Adopting of the School Mover Model Through a Progressivism Approach at Sukatani Public Elementary School, Cibeber Sub-District-Cianjur”. The qualitative research with a case study approach analyzes the advantages and successes of implementing the school mover model. It assesses the use of progressivism theory, the implementation of the program in leveraging challenges and opportunities, the administrative culture influencing adoption, and the school principal's leadership in implementation. The study found that Sukatani Elementary, post-adoption, underwent significant changes. The school's leadership became innovative and collaborative, expecting teachers to be technologically proficient and adaptive to curriculum changes. Challenges included internal and external factors affecting human resources, mainly teachers. Teachers were crucial in the success of various programs, requiring digital technology skills, implementing differentiated learning, Project P5, effective assessment, and utilizing technology for support. The approach involved motivating teachers to enhance their desire to learn, especially in digital technology and effective teaching methods. External challenges were addressed through activities like an open house to garner support for intra and extra programs in the school.Key Words: The School Mover, Progressivism, Challenge, OpportunityAbstrak: Sekolah Penggerak merupakan salah satu transformasi pendidikan yang mengharapkan lembaga pendidikan mampu menghasilkan  hasil belajar siswa mencakup kompetensi literasi dan numerasi serta penilaian karakter siswa. Implementasi sekolah penggerak tidak melihat sekolah itu masuk kategori sekolah favorit, sekolah yang banyak murid dengan fasilitas sekolah yang bagus, tetapi program ini mendorong transformasi sekolah-sekolah untuk menjadi sekolah penggerak. Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sukatani yang berlokasi di kecamatan Cibeber Kabupaten Cianjur menjadi salah satu sekolah penggerak yang menjadi lokasi fokus penelitian kami. Adapun judul penelitian yang kami angkat adalah Tantangan dan Peluang dalam mengadopsi Model Sekolah Penggerak Melalui Pendekatan Progresivisme di SD Negeri Sukatani Kecamatan Cibeber-Cianjur. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan  studi kasus. Tujuan penelitian di Sekolah Penggerak SD Negeri Sukatani adalah untuk mengetahui keungulan dan keberhasilan melalui pelaksanaan model sekolah penggerak dianalisa menggunakan pendekatan teori progresivisme, implementasi program sekolah penggerak dalam memanfaatkan tantangan dan peluang, kultur administrasi sekolah dalam mempengaruhi pengadopsian sekolah penggerak, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam implementasi sekolah penggerak. Hasil penelitian yang didapat SD Negeri Sukatani setelah mengadopsi sekolah penggerak memliki banyak perubahan dalam implementasinya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang menjadi inovaatif, kolaboratif yang memilik ekpektasi terhadap guru-guru untuk memliki kemampuan teknologi, adaptif terhadap perubahan kurikulum, tantangan yang muncul adalah internal dan eksternal terhadap sumber daya manusia yaitu guru dimana guru sebagai pilar keberhasilan dalam berbagai program merdeka belajar seperti pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, penerapan Projek P5, penerapan assesmen dan pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai pendukung proses pembelajaran, pemberdayaan fasilitas berbasis digital, dimana setiap guru harus memiliki kemampuan teknologi digital sebagai basis pembelajaran, dan membangun jejaring dan komunikasi terhadap pemangku kebijakan dan pihak kemitraan terutama dalam program di sekolah. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam mengahadapi tantangan internal dengan mendorong dan memotivasi kepada para guru agar meningkatkan keinginan belajar terutama penerapan teknologi digital, penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi serta assesmen yang efektif. Untuk tantangan terhadap eksternal, diperlukan adanya semacam open house agar program-program yang ada di sekolah baik intra, Projek P5, maupun ekstra mendapat dukungan yang memadai dari berbagai pihak.Kata Kunci: Sekolah Penggerak, Progresivisme, Tantangan, Peluang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 orang konsumen Photo Studio Faramita. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi dan angket. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Product and Servise Solution (SPSS). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas Layanan dan Harga secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kosumen. Serta secara simultan kedua variabel bebas tersebut memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Artinya bahwa Kualitas layanan dan harga merupakan faktor yang strategis dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Bumi Sarana Utama during 2015 to 2019 using the method Economic Value Added (EVA). Data collection used using documentation techniques. The results showed that the value of the Economic Value Added (EVA) of PT. Bumi Sarana Utama during 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2019 was negative (EVA < 0) which means the company is not able to provide or generate economic added value in its operational activities. Even though they had a positive value in 2017, they could no longer maintain this condition in 2018 and 2019. This was due to a consistent decline in operating profit (NOPAT) and changes in the capital structure whose value fluctuated and tended to decline as a result of the changing urgency of asphalt demand. to the concrete and make the EVA value of PT. Bumi Sarana Utama continues to have a negative trend.
