Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the contribution of influencers, word of mouth, and brand image in creating interest in buying a product. By using data collection techniques in this research, distributing questionnaires online to a sample of respondents who have been selected based on purposive sampling, namely Tasya Farasya followers who use Scarlett Whitening products. This research is quantitative research with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method using SmartPLS and Lisrel software. The results of this research obtained several findings, namely Perceived Information Value from Influencers has a positive effect on Perceived Influence, Perceived Influence by Followers has a positive effect on Perceived WOM Communication, Perceived Influence by Followers has a positive effect on Intention to Purchase Recommended Brand, Perceived WOM Communication has a positive effect on Brand Image , Emotional Attachment with Influencers has a positive effect on Perceived Influence, Perceived WOM Communication has a positive effect on Intention to Purchase Recommended Brand, Brand Image has a positive effect on Intention to Purchase Recommended Brand

Abstract

The study aims to explore the role of student technology skills levels in the context of the use of learning platforms such as Blackboard Learn, Canvas, and Google Classroom, as well as their relationship with student participatory involvement levels. The research method uses a quantitative approach through surveys of students at various colleges. Using survey data from 120 students, the data was analyzed using regression analysis with the help of the PLS-SEM application, i.e. to understand whether the level of student technology skills mediates the relationship between the use of online learning platforms and student participation rates. The results showed that students' technology skills level played an important role in mediating the relationship between the use of Blackboard Learn, Canvas, and Google Classroom learning platforms and student engagement levels. Students with a higher level of technology skills tend to be more effective in using the Blackboard Learn, Canvas, and Google Classroom platforms that ultimately increase their involvement in the learning process. Knowing the relationship between technology skills, the use of online learning platforms, and the level of student participatory involvement, educational institutions can take concrete steps to increase student engagement in online learning. These can include additional technology skills training, improved accessibility to the learning platform, or the development of more interesting and interactive learning content.

Abstract

Investment is investing money into an asset to generate profits. Therefore, it is important to start investing early by educating the younger generation about the capital market so that the future is more secure because they have passive income. Capital market education is an effort to provide knowledge about investing in the capital market. The partner in this community service is SMK PGRI 2 Kertosono, Nganjuk Regency. The activity aims to introduce younger students to investing in the capital market. So they can improve their knowledge and investment skills at an early age for future profits. The activities carried out to achieve this goal are socialization methods, active participation of participants, and direct activity assistance by the service team. After the service activity ends, it is hoped that participants will be able to understand the procedures for trading shares in the capital market and how to analyze and know the risks of investing in shares.

Abstract

Coleus amboinicus Lour., yang dikenal sebagai tanaman bangun-bangun, merupakan tanaman obat yang memiliki aktivitas sebagai antimikroba. Beberapa studi melaporkan bahwa fungi endofit yang ditemukan dalam beberapa bagian jaringan tanaman mampu memproduksi senyawa aktif yang serupa dengan tanaman inangnya. Schizophyllum commune merupakan fungi endofit yang berasal dari daun C. amboinicus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ekstrak etil asetat dari fungi endofit S. commune mempunyai aktivitas sebagai antimikroba. Produksi metabolit sekunder dari S. commune dilakukan dengan metode fermentasi menggunakan Potato Dextrose Broth (PDB). Pengujian aktivitas antimikroba dilakukan dengan metode mikrodilusi menggunakan mikroba uji yaitu Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphyloccus aureus, serta Candida albicans. Nilai persen viabilitas sel mikroba dan nilai IC50 dianalisis untuk mengkarakterisasi aktivitas antimikroba dari ekstrak etil asetat. KLT bioautografi dilakukan untuk mendeteksi potensi kandungan senyawa dalam ekstrak yang mampu menghambat pertumbuhan mikroba. Ekstrak etil asetat fungi endofit S. commune menunjukkan aktivitas antimikroba yang rendah. Nilai IC50 terbaik ditemukan terhadap B. subtilis dan C. albicans (239,23 ± 20,86 dan 143,05 ± 37,03 μg/mL). KLT bioautografi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat spot penghambatan pada B. subtilis dan C. albicans. Analisis senyawa aktif dengan pereaksi semprot anisaldehid-asam sulfat menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak mengandung senyawa terpenoid. Ekstrak etil asetat dari fungi endofit S. commune memiliki potensi sebagai antimikroba.

Abstract

Marketplace is an internet-based online media (web based) where business activities and transactions between buyers and sellers are carried out. This study aims to determine the relationship of perceived risk, purchase intention, perceived benefit, actual purchase and attitude in consumer online buying and selling transactions based on behavior in a developing marketplace in Indonesia. This research was conducted in andJakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi in January 2023. The data collection process was carried out by distributing online questionnaires through social media. Furthermore, this study used purposive sampling method to determine respondents. This research was conducted on 273 online shopping consumers at Shopee/Tokopedia/Lazada. The data obtained was analyzed using the structural equation model (SEM) method. The results of this study show a negative effect of perceived risk and a positive attitude towards online purchase intention. Furthermore, the perceived benefit is not proven to have a positive effect on online purchase intention and actual purchase. Finally, perceived risk does not negatively affect actual purchases. Suggestions for further research can expand the objects and respondents of research, change sampling and add or change variables.

Abstract

Today's consumers not only fulfill basic needs but also prioritize physical appearance, especially facial care, which is a priority to look better. Having healthy, clean and bright facial skin is the dream of every Indonesian woman. Cosmetics companies certainly carry out strategies to provide benefits and benefits to their consumers to produce an increase in Brand Loyalty. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between Brand Love, Self-Esteem, Brand Attitude and Brand Loyalty among users of facial care products. This research was conducted on 250 female respondents who used Scarlett, Emina and Whitelab products aged 15 - 40 years in the JABODETABEK area. Data collection was obtained through distributing questionnaires online which was carried out from January to February 2023. This research used the Lisrel Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the research model. The results of this research show that the four hypotheses proposed are acceptable and one hypothesis is unacceptable. Then, the brand attitude variable has the greatest influence on brand love. Meanwhile, the results show that the proposed research hypothesis does not support the existing hypothesis, namely that the brand attitude variable has no influence on brand loyalty. Therefore, this research implies that brand loyalty is an important factor for a business to be able to maintain its business.

Abstract

In the current era of modernization, advertising is very important for a marketing process. Various types of media can be used to advertise, one of which is on the YouTube platform, which incidentally is the largest digital media today. Advertisements on YouTube (youtube ads) will grow purchase intentions reinforced by brand awareness, brand image and brand trust. The purpose of this research is to explore YouTube marketing communication: brand awareness, brand image, brand trust and purchase intention among the millennial generation in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi). This research was conducted on 309 YouTube user respondents who had seen YouTube advertisements with smartphone brand content (Samsung, Vivo and Oppo). Data collection was obtained through questionnaires that were distributed online using the Google Form media. I use the Lisrel Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test this research model. The results of this study indicate that YouTube ads have a positive effect on brand awareness, brand awareness has a positive effect on purchase intentions, YouTube ads have a positive effect on brand image, brand image has a positive effect on purchase intentions, YouTube ads have a positive effect on purchase intentions. Brand awareness has a positive effect on brand trust and trust has a positive effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

The government seeks to optimize state revenue, one of which is by increasing taxpayer compliance (Riris, 2020). The level of formal compliance over the past 5 years has fluctuated, the ratio of SPT submission in 2017 was 72.58%, in 2018 it fell to 71.1% and in 2023 out of a total of 19.4 million taxpayers only 17.1 million taxpayers have carried out their obligations at the end of 2023 (Hariani, 2023). This research discusses the Application of Big Data Technology with CRM Maturity Evaluation to Tax Compliance in the Digital Era. This study aims to monitor how Big Data and CRM technology can assist DGT in improving formal and material compliance. By utilizing data from various sources including social media, DGT can improve efficiency in the taxation process. The implication of this research is the importance of the integration of Big data and CRM technology in increasing state revenue through increasing taxpayer compliance. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach and verification analysis, hypothesis testing is done with primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to Account Representatives (AR) in the West Java I Regional Office. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the application of big data (X1), and CRM (X2) has a significant taxpayer compliance in the digital era (Y).

Abstract

Brand trust is very important because it can contribute to loyalty in service use and consistent loyalty. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Brand l    ove, Self-exspressive, Brand trust, Brand commitment on Revisit intention in health services. This study is a quantitative study using purposive sampling method involving 130 outpatients who live in particular Tangerang and outside Tangerang, with visits about 2-3 times in the last year, and aged 18 years and over. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This research produces findings including self-expressive affects Brand love, Brand love affects Brand trust, and Brand commitment, Brand trust has no effect on Brand commitment, Brand trust affects revsit intention. There are several limitations to this study including only using a sample from one hospital, so the results may not be generalizable to other hospitals in Indonesia or other countries, an online questionnaire distribution system and the need to add other variables to expand the findings so that it is hoped that future researchers can fill these gaps.   Keywords: Brand love, self-expressive, brand trust, brand commitment, revisit intention, non-BPJS.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pendampingan terhadap masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru di SMPN 17 Bintan yang terkait dengan merancang asesmen pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Kegiatan pendampingan ini dilakukan di SMPN 17 Bintan, dengan jumlah peserta 27 guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian terdiri atas beberapa tahapan pertama, persiapan dilakukan dengan melakukan komunikasi, observasi, dan survei awal terhadap permasalahan disekolah. Kedua, pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan melakukan kegiatan pengabdian di lokasi permasalahan berdasarkan hasil observasi dan komunikasi awal, seperti pendampingan penyusunan asesmen berdasarkan kebutuhan peserta didik melalui kegiatan tatap muka. Ketiga, evaluasi dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi dan merefleksikan kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Peserta diberikan uji pretest dan posttest untuk mengevaluasi pemahaman mereka terhadap materi, serta diberikan tugas menyusun asesmen berdasarkan kebutuhan peserta didik. Dari hasil evaluasi, rerata nilai pretest peserta pendampingan adalah 66,9, sementara nilai posttest mencapai 81,9. Terlihat bahwa terjadi peningkatan nilai peserta setelah mengikuti pendampingan. Oleh sebab itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta kegiatan pengabdian telah berhasil menguasai kemampuan untuk menysusun instrumen berdasarkan kebutuhan peserta didik.
