This study aimed to determine how crucial kinesthetic intelligence is in adding to the choreographic creativity of callisthenics preceptors. This exploration system was carried out by experimental exploration styles using quantitative approaches. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling technique. The subjects of this research were 40 licensed aerobics instructors. Data analysis Techniques used Quantitative Analysis Techniques. The instrument used was the TTCT-Verbal Test (Torrance Test of Creative Thinking-Verbal) from Joy Paul Guilford. Data analysis using SPSS statistical software with the Two Way ANOVA Test. The results of this research stated that instructors with high kinesthetic intelligence exhibited no significant effect on choreographic creativity (Sig. 0.961 > 0.05). However, instructors with low kinesthetic intelligence showed an increase in choreographic creativity (Sig. 0.036 < 0.05). The final results showed that low and high levels of kinesthetic intelligence have no influence on choreographic creativity (Sig. 369 > 0.05). These unexpected results challenge existing understanding, offering a new perspective that kinesthetic intelligence is not a crucial thing that can influence choreographic creativity in aerobics teaching. Consequently, the study advises aerobics instructors to enhance their choreography creativity, emphasizing the need to consider not only appropriate training methods but also the physical components conducive to success.

Ageing often causes a decline in strength and balance, increasing the risk of falls in older adults. However, few studies have examined the combination of core stability exercises and paired walking and compared responses based on gender. This study presents a novel approach by applying a 2×2 factorial design to evaluate the effects of both exercises on static and dynamic balance. Forty older adults (20 men and 20 women) participated in 16 training sessions over an eight-week period. Dynamic balance was measured using the Timed Up and Go (TUG) test, while static and dynamic balance were assessed using the Berg Balance Scale (BBS). The results showed significant improvements: TUG scores decreased from 24.53 to 15.34 seconds (∆ = –9.19 seconds), indicating improved functional mobility and reduced risk of falling. On the BBS, women showed greater static improvement (+10.15 points) than men (+7.95 points), while dynamic improvement was similar in both genders. Clinically, the improvement in TUG to the safe range (<20 seconds) and the increase in BBS scores indicate a relevant improvement in postural stability for fall prevention. Overall, the combination of core stability exercises and paired walking is an effective, inexpensive intervention that can be implemented in community programs to support the mobility and functional independence of older adults.

Pengelolaan aset daerah/Barang Milik Daerah bukan merupakan pekerjaan yang mudah, terbukti dari masih banyaknya pengecualian kewajaran atas nilai aset pemerintah dan pemerintah daerah dalam opini BPK-RI atas laporan keuangan Pemerintah. Pemerintah Daerah mengalami kesulitan dalam pengelolaan aset sehingga menyajikan aset daerah kurang atau tidak wajar.Tanpa sebuah visi, infrastruktur TI tidak akan dapat mendukung proses bisnis, dan sebaliknya bisnis tidak akan optimal tanpa dukungan TI. Hal ini juga terjadi di BPKAD Kotawaringin Timur dimana Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Barang yang pernaj dibuat pada tahun 2014 belum dapat diterapkan. Hal ini terjadi karena masih ada ketidak sepakatan antar pemangku kepentingan pada proses bisnis, aplikasi, maupun pada teknologi yang digunakan ArchiMate merupakan standar dari Open Group, adalah bahasa pemodelan yang terbuka dan independen untuk Arsitektur Perusahaan yang didukung oleh berbagai vendor dan perusahaankonsultan. Spesifikasi ArchiMate menyediakan instrumen untuk memungkinkan Arsitek Perusahaan untuk menggambarkan, menganalisis, dan memvisualisasikan hubungan antara domain bisnis dengan cara yang jelas.Pemodelan Enterprise Architecure yang sudah dibuat sudah menggambarkanTata Kelola yang dibutuhkan dalam hal pengelolaan barang milik daerah. Oleh karena itu penerapan TI nantinya harus mengacu kepada pemodelan ini. Hal ini juga untuk menghindari resiko kegagalan penerapan IT seperti yang sudah terjadi sebelumnya

Accreditation is an activity to assess the feasibility of basic and secondary education units, and early childhood education and non-formal education units based on established criteria to provide quality assurance of education. Accreditation is useful as a reference in efforts to improve the quality and development of schools/madrasas. The method used for this accreditation visitation refers to the 2020 Education Unit Accreditation Instrument (IASP 2020). put emphasis on IASP2020 on measuring performance indicators with 4 main components, namely the quality of graduates, the ongoing learning process in schools/madrasas. This visitation was carried out for 2 days from 05 August 2022 to. August 6, 2022, at MIS Miftahul Aula, Jl. Husin Hamzah RT.05, Sebuai, Kec. Kumai, Kab. Kotawaringin Barat Prov. Central Kalimantan. Visitation activities are carried out through field observations, class observations, and interviews with madrasa residents in the context of verification, as well as validation of data and information provided by madrasah through accreditation instruments. After knowing the items that have a low score, suggestions and recommendations are prepared. These suggestions are in the framework of fostering, developing and improving the quality of schools/madrasah.

Purpose: Stroke is one of the leading causes of death and disability in the world that requires a fast and accurate diagnosis system. A major challenge in classifying strokes using deep learning is data imbalances, where the number of stroke patients is much less than that of non-stroke patients. Methods/Study design/approach: This research proposes a Hybrid model approach that combines Inception and Xception architectures, and applies Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) to balance the data distribution. The dataset used consisted of 5,110 entries with 12 stroke risk features, and evaluation was performed using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. Result/Findings: The results show that the Hybrid model provides the best performance with an accuracy of 92.2%, outperforming the Inception (86.28%) and Xception (89.26%) models. In addition, the Hybrid model showed high and balanced precision and recall values, reflecting its reliability in detecting stroke cases. Novelty/Originality/Value: The novelty of this research lies in combining the multi-scale feature extraction power of the Inception architecture and the depthwise separable convolution efficiency of the Xception architecture in a hybrid model. This approach is proven to excel in tabular data-based stroke classification and has the potential to be applied in automated medical diagnosis systems.

Applied physics is often perceived as difficult by maritime cadets due to low motivation, limited conceptual readiness, and restricted access to non-print learning materials. This study investigates the effect of a scientific-approach Applied Physics textbook on the cognitive learning outcomes of Nautical Technology students at Politeknik Pelayaran Sumatera Barat. Using a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design, 24 second-semester cadets were divided into an experimental group using the scientific-based textbook and a control group using conventional materials. Both groups completed pretests and posttests, and the data were analyzed using the Mann–Whitney U test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The experimental group obtained a higher mean posttest score (82.50) than the control group (80.62), and the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). These results demonstrate that integrating scientific inquiry steps into printed instructional materials enhances students’ conceptual understanding and supports more effective learning. The unique feature of the study is related to the fact that using a research based chemical printed textbook, addressing vocational maritime education, had not previously been investigated. Implications As reported by the results, the investigation provided a contribution to maritime physics teaching materials, they can be useful as scientific-based printed resources for enhancing and improving learning outcomes in an accessible way and context-based specificity.

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dari pengaruh likuiditas, capital intensity dan struktur modal terhadap penghindaran pajak dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel moderasi pada Perusahaan minyak dan gas. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI yang kemudian diuji menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh hubungan antar variabel dalam pengaruh likuiditas, capital intensity, dan struktur modal terhadap penghindaran pajak dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel moderasi adalah likuiditas dan capital intensity tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak, sedangkan struktur modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak, serta profitabilitas tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh likuiditas, capital intensity, dan struktur modal terhadap penghindaran pajak. This study aims to analyze the role of career development, humanistic leadership, professional integrity, and performance management in the modernization of human resources within the Indonesian National Police (Polri). HR modernization is a crucial component of police reform, encompassing competency enhancement, professionalism, and adaptation to technological changes and societal demands. The study uses a literature review method, reviewing 50 scholarly articles, national and international journals, and official Polri reports from the last ten years (2015–2025). Findings indicate that systematic career development increases capacity and motivation, humanistic leadership fosters an inclusive and supportive work culture, professional integrity strengthens ethics and compliance, while performance management ensures objective and continuous evaluation. The integration of these four factors significantly contributes to HR modernization, enhancing public service quality, operational efficiency, and technological adaptation. The literature emphasizes career planning based on competency, application of humanistic leadership in team management, strengthening integrity through codes of conduct and training, and transparent performance management systems. These findings provide a foundation for Polri policymakers to design effective, sustainable, and adaptive HR modernization strategies in response to social and technological dynamics.

Purpose: There are many cases of multiple marriage crimes committed by Indonesian Army soldiers who are subject to criminal penalties as stipulated in Article 279 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code; however, law enforcement is not concrete and consistent. Based on SEMA 3 of 2015, soldiers committing multiple marriage crimes must be dismissed from military service, but in Supreme Court Decision Number 108 K/MIL/2023, they were acquitted. Given this background, the author examines how law enforcement and the impact of the decision are carried out using qualitative normative legal research with a phenomenological and descriptive case approach. Research/methodology: This study applies normative legal research using a phenomenological and descriptive case study approach. The theories used are the theory of criminal responsibility and deterrence theory. Results: The study finds that law enforcement against Indonesian Army soldiers committing multiple marriage crimes is handled through the Military Justice system under Law Number 31 of 1997. However, the acquittal in the Supreme Court decision reflects inconsistency in law enforcement and potentially weakens its deterrent effects. Conclusions: Law enforcement is conducted through military courts based on applicable laws; however, inconsistencies, such as acquittals, may undermine legal certainty and discipline within the military. Limitation: This study is limited to one Supreme Court decision and its implications for the military justice system. Contribution: This study contributes to the understanding of how inconsistencies in military court rulings affect legal integrity, institutional trust, and deterrence in the context of military criminal law.

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of Business Reputation, Leadership, and Organizational Justice on Talent Management Strategies, Employee Retention, and MSME Performance Strategies, while examining the mediating roles of Talent Management Strategies and Employee Retention.. Research Methodology: A quantitative approach was employed using data from 189 MSMEs selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS 3 to test both direct and indirect relationships among variables. Results: Findings indicate that Business Reputation significantly affects Talent Management Strategies (p = 0.000), Employee Retention (p = 0.026), and MSME Performance (p = 0.000). Leadership shows no significant effect on any dependent variable, while Organizational Justice significantly influences Talent Management Strategies (p = 0.008) but not Employee Retention or MSME Performance. Indirectly, Talent Management Strategies mediate the effects of Business Reputation and Organizational Justice on Employee Retention, whereas Employee Retention does not mediate the effect of the main variables on performance. However, a combined mediation of Talent Management Strategies and Employee Retention significantly links Business Reputation to MSME Performance (p = 0.036). Novelty indicators reveal that business governance and ethics strongly represent Business Reputation, with loadings of 0.931 and 0.944. Conclusions: Business Reputation and Organizational Justice are key drivers of Talent Management Strategies and Employee Retention, whereas Leadership plays an insignificant role. Limitations: The study is limited to Indonesian MSMEs and cross-sectional data. Contribution: It contributes by emphasizing ethical governance and fairness as essential elements in improving MSME talent retention and performance.
