Dobot Magician Basic Plan adalah robot lengan desktop multifungsi yang untuk praktik pendidikanrobotika. Ada berbagai kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh robot lengan ini, salah satunya mencetak objek 3 Dimensi (3D Printing). 3D Printing adalah proses membuat benda padat tigadimensi berbekal sebuah desain digital. Teknologi 3D Printing sendiri memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap dunia manufaktur antara lain terbukanya peluang untuk menciptakan produkproduk yang lebih baik. Aplikasi pembuatan 3D Printing salah satunya adalaha AutodeskInventor. Autodesk Inventor Professional merupakan salah satu perangkat lunak (software) jenisComputer Aided Drawing (CAD) yang menekankan pada pemodelan solid. Autodesk Inventormenawarkan seperangkat alat untuk desain mekanik, dokumentasi, dan simulasi produk 3D yang mudah digunakan.

Dewasa ini perkembangan teknologi robotika yang semakin maju telah dimanfaatkan secara luas di berbagai bidang kegitan baik industri, pendidikan atau bidanga lain. Dalam dunia indutri pemanfaatan teknologi robotika bukan ssuatu hal yang baru, karena tekonogi robotika sangat membantu dalam proses otomasi demi tercapainya efektifitas proses yang diharapkan. Dalam dunia pendidikan teknologi robotika dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa/i untuk mengetahui dan memahami konsep robotika dalam industri seperti yang sering terlihat dalam proses produksi proses pemindahan barang dari satu tempat ke tempat lain atau disebut juga Pick and Place dengan menggunakan lengan robot. Pada tulisan ini diperlihatkan hasil analisis trayektori proses Pick and Place dengan menggunakan Dobot Magician 4-DOF yang merupakan robot manipulator sebagai media pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan menyimpan titik koordinat pengambilan (Pick) dan titik koordinat peletakan (Place) dengan beberapa bentuk tranformasi, yang selanjutnya ditentukan arah pergerakannya. Hasil analisa terlihat bahwa arah pergerakan atau trayektori pada setiap benda dengan posisi yang berbeda mempengaruhi teradap nilai X, Y dan Z.

The aims of this study are to describe the implementation of StoryJumper, to describe the students’ skills in writing descriptive text after being taught using StoryJumper, and to explain the teacher’s and student’s perceptions toward the use of StoryJumper at the tenth-grade of MA Al Ikhsan Beji in the Academic Year 2022/2023. This study used Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this research were students in class X Social Science 1. The data were collected from observations, tests, and interviews. The result of this research shows that teaching writing skills through descriptive text using digital storytelling “StoryJumper” run effectively. It could be seen from the result of the observation that the teacher and the students could implement StoryJumper as a medium for teaching writing descriptive text properly. The students’ skills in writing descriptive text improved after the implementation of StoryJumper. From the result of the tests, the mean scores increased from 48.95 in pre-test to 71.94 in post-test 1 and to 80.38 in post-test 2. The students’ scores were analyzed using the Paired Samples T-Test in SPSS 20. The result shows that the p-value is 0.000 which is less than 0.05. It means that the result is statistically significant. The teacher and students also had positive perceptions toward the use of StoryJumper. Furthermore, it can be concluded that digital storytelling “StoryJumper” is effective to be used as a learning medium for writing descriptive text. This study aimed to find out the implementation of the "show-and-tell" method, the improvement scores after using the method, and teachers' and students' perceptions toward the method. This research used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design, which was conducted in two cycles. The data included both qualitative and quantitative data. The quantitative data were gathered from pre-test and post-test, while the qualitative data were obtained from observations and interviews. The result of this research showed that; (1) The implementation of "show-and-tell" method was successfully implemented in the teaching and learning process. It is shown by the students' feeling enthusiastic about the use of media and actively participating in the learning process. (2) Besides that, the results from pre-test to post-test 2 showed a significantly different score. In the pre-test, the mean score was 46.44, then it became 66.60 in the post-test 1, with an increase in students' scores of 20.16 (43.41%). Then, in post-test 2 the mean score increased to 76.26, with an improvement of 9.66 (14.50%). Furthermore, the result of the T-test shows that the significance value (sig. 2-tailed) was 0.00 < 0.05. It means that the implementation of the show-and-tell method to improve the students' speaking skills in the seventh grade of SMP Negeri 3 Karawang Barat had a significant effect. (3) This result is also supported by the data from the interviews with the teacher and the students. They stated that this method helped them improve their speaking skills. The teacher also said that she was satisfied with the students' speaking test scores after using the show-and-tell method in the teaching process.

This research investigates sustainable development planning in Surabaya City with a qualitative approach. This study aims to identify factors that influence inclusive and sustainable growth in the context of complex economic and business dynamics. This research uses policy analysis and comprehensive case studies to dissect challenges and opportunities that become obstacles or promising paths for Surabaya City in achieving sustainable development goals. The findings of this study illustrate the picture of the urban development landscape. The findings emphasize the need for improved policies that encourage and actively support community participation, thus creating a supportive environment for realizing social and economic inclusivity. In addition, the study highlights the importance of targeted interventions in the form of poverty alleviation programs, which, combined with strategic empowerment initiatives aimed at micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), prove to be very important instruments in generating sustainable economic growth. This research aims to analyze the role of service quality on patient satisfaction in the East Java Provincial Health Service. The study involved 400 patients at the Outpatient Health Center within the East Java Provincial Health Service. The results showed that Organizational Management had a negative and insignificant effect on patient satisfaction, while Work Culture had a negative and insignificant effect. The physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, while Service Quality had a positive and insignificant effect. System digitalization moderated service quality, influencing patient satisfaction. Organizational Management had a negative and insignificant effect on patient satisfaction, while Work Culture had a negative and significant effect. The study highlights the importance of quality health services in achieving patient satisfaction, as it is a level of patient feeling that arises from the performance of the health service they receive. The study also highlights the role of the physical work environment in influencing patient satisfaction through service quality. Overall, the study highlights the importance of addressing the factors that influence patient satisfaction in the East Java Provincial Health Service.

This research was coenducted at the Assalafiyah Oerphanage Foeundatioen with the aim oef finding oeut the foeundatioen's financial repoerts based oen ISAK 35 coencerning the presentatioen oef financial repoerts oef noen-proefit oeriented entities. This research was carried oeut using qualitative field research methoeds with data coellectioen methoeds throeugh interviews, oebservatioen and doecumentatioen. Meanwhile, the data analysis methoed is carried oeut by means oef data transcriptioen, data triangulatioen and data reductioen, and drawing coenclusioens. The results oef this research shoew that the Assalafiyah Oerphanage Foeundatioen has noet implemented ISAK 35 which shoeuld be doene by noen-proefit oeriented entities. The recoerding oef financial repoerts carried oeut by foeundatioens is still very simple, oenly repoerting cash in and cash oeut. Therefoere, improevements have been made toe the financial repoerts in accoerdance with the proevisioens oef ISAK 35 foer the foelloewing year, soe that the Financial Repoerts are easy toe understand, and toe improeve the foeundatioen's perfoermance better and in line with the oebjectives that have been set.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada Badan Pengelola Apartemen “X” yang berlokasi di Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu suatu gejala dan fakta terhadap objek pada saat penelitian berlangsung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Badan Pengelola Apartemen “X” dengan memilih 3 orang informan yang dianggap representative mewakili karyawan outsourching yaitu supervisor tim House Keeping, Supervisor Tim Keamanan danSupervisor Tim layanan parkir. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam ,observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa motivasi kerja sangatlah berperan penting bagi karyawan untuk menunjang kinerjanya. dan kinerja karyawan Badan Pengelola Apartemen “X” dapat dikatakan baik yang dapat dilihat dari terciptanya suatu kepuasan kerja bagi karyawan serta dapat meningkatkan citra perusahaan. This research aims to enhance the efficiency of bandwidth utilization at MTs Muhammadiyah Tawangsari using the PCQ and Queue Tree bandwidth management methods on a MikroTik router. Through this approach, an analysis of bandwidth requirements, network topology design, and implementation were conducted. Post-implementation measurement results show a remarkable improvement in average user download speeds: 17.3 Mbps in administration rooms, 10 Mbps in classrooms, and 18.8 Mbps in faculty rooms. These results indicate a significant improvement in tailored bandwidth distribution that meets the specific needs of each network area and ensures that all users receive equal bandwidth usage. This leads to more evenly distributed and efficient network performance.

The vision, mission, and work indicators of high school education are all geared toward producing graduates of excellent quality. Students’ academic performance in the first and second grades indicates their eventual excellence as graduates. However, it is not feasible to ensure that students in the third year have good results only by comparing their academic achievements during the first and second grades. School leaders and policymakers can benefit from data analysis and visualization by gaining insight into recurring patterns and emerging trends in their stored data. Leaders and management at schools can benefit significantly from Rapidminer’s decision tree and cross-validation data analysis methods when trying to figure out what to do about students performing well or poorly academically.
