Pemasaran merupakan hal yang diharuskan dalam berjualan dari mulai UMKM sampai ke raksasa ritel, bahkan di abad 21 ini, pemasaran adalah faktor kesuksesan perusahaan dalam berbisnis. Dalam pemasaran ada yang disebut komunikasi pemasaran, dapat diartikan sebagai komunikasi. Pengabdian ini kami lakukan untuk mengedukasi para pedagang yang memiliki informasi dan skill yang minim dalam hal pemasaran. Tujuan dari sosial pengabdian adalah untuk mengedukasi beberapa penjual yang kurang peka terhadap perubahan bisnis di bidang pemasaran. Masalah ini harus diselesaikan agar menjaring para konsumen datang untuk membeli kopi dan makanan yang dijual pada warkop tersebut. Pembuatan Banner agar warung nasi ini dapat lebih dikenal lagi. Kita menambahkan alas pada meja dan bangku agar pembeli nyaman, membeli taplak meja yang baru agar terlihat lebih rapih.

The use of ICT has become an important requirement for all sectors, including MSMEs. Effective and efficient communication is critical to the success of MSMEs in competing in an increasingly tight and dynamic market through ChatGPT. This study aims to examine the potential of ChatGPT in improving the communication efficiency of MSMEs. The focus of this study is primarily qualitative. Methods for gathering information included paying close attention and taking detailed notes, with subsequent analysis included data reduction, visualization, and inference. The study arrived at the conclusion that the utilisation of artificial intelligence technologies such as ChatGPT can provide great benefits to MSMEs in improving communication efficiency and overall business management. In the growing digital era, the use of artificial intelligence technology can be a competitive advantage for MSMEs in developing their business.

This study uses the multiple linear regression method using the SPSS 20 application. Results of the equation Y = - 5.130 + 0.249X1 + 0.747X2 + 0.409X3 for multiple linear regression. There is a partial effect of product quality (X1) on consumer buying interest, according to the findings of the t-test on the product quality variable (X1) (t-count value of 5.220 > t-table value of 1.992). (Y). There is a somewhat significant influence of promotion on consumer buying interest, as indicated by the promotion variable's (X2) t-count value of 7,379 > t-table 1,992. (Y). There is a relationship between the price of pasteurized milk and consumer purchasing interest, as indicated by the price variable (X3) having a t-count value of 2,304 > t-table 1,992. (Y). Partly, and the results of the F test show that there is an effect of product quality (X1), promotion (X2), and price (X3) of milk on consumer buying interest (Y) at the same time (f-count value of 170.823 > f-table 2.73). (simultaneously).

This study aimed to determine the effect of Employee Engagement, Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning on the Performance of the Metal Industry in Tegal Regency, especially in Kramat District, Central Java. The population in this study was the metal industry with a total of 121 units with a total workforce of 382 people. The results of the study found that Employee Engagement, Knowledge Management, and Organizational Learning simultaneously had a significant effect on organizational performance. Partially, Employee Engagement had a negative and insignificant effect on Organizational Learning and Organizational Performance. Knowledge Management had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Learning. Organizational learning has a positive effect on organizational performance. However, Organizational Learning was not able to Mediate Employee Engagement on Organizational Performance

This study is intended to analyze Indonesian-language errors in the writing of store signage in the Sungai Penuh City area. The object of his research was the writing on the signboards of shops, billboards, and banners in the Sungai Penuh City area. Researchers chose the brand board of the store in Sungai Penuh City as the research site because in this region there were a lot of writing errors on the signboards of shops. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. This study aims to determine the form of EBI errors in the form of the use of capital letters and absorption elements contained in the writing of the store brand sign on R.E. Martadinata street to Muradi Street, Sungai Penuh City. Based on the data found in the field and the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that many errors in Indonesian language were found in the writing of store signage found along R.E. Martadinata street to Jalan Muradi, Sungai Penuh City. This is because there are still many store brands whose writing is not / does not comply with good and correct Indonesian rules. Of the 30 billboards, 3 billboards were found that experienced EBI errors in the form of capital letter usage and 27 billboards that experienced EBI errors in the form of the use of absorption words contained in billboard writing on R.E. Martadinata street to Jalan Muradi, Sungai Penuh City.

Creative thinking ability is one of the skills of 4C (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration and Communication) that students must have. However, students' creative thinking skills are still quite low, so learning is needed that can improve students' creative thinking skills, one of which is by using a creative problem-solving learning model. This study aims to analyze the effect of creative problem-solving learning model on students' creative thinking skills, based on material, school level and region. The research used is quantitative research with meta-analysis method. This study used 16 articles and theses with a range of years 2013-2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by coding and measuring effect size. The results found that the effect size of the creative problem-solving learning model on creative thinking skills was 1.32, which was in the very high category. Based on the material, there are nine materials with an effect size that shows the creative problem-solving model has a high influence. Based on school level, the effect size obtained in high school is 1.40 and in junior high school is 1.78. Based on region, there are nine provinces with an effect size that shows the creative problem-solving model has a high effect

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana citra merek, promosi, dan electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli kosmetik MS Glow di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Untuk penelitian ini, kuesioner terstruktur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 150 responden menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dan metodologi survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Provinsi Jawa Barat, e-WOM, iklan, dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk membeli kosmetik MS Glow. Selain itu, citra merek ditemukan memiliki pengaruh terkuat pada keputusan pembelian dibandingkan dengan e-WOM dan promosi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi MS Glow dan perusahaan produk kecantikan lainnya untuk lebih memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen dan untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk menarik dan mempertahankan pelanggan.

This study aims to examine the influence of marketing capabilities and digital marketing on the marketing performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java, Indonesia. Data were collected from 384 MSMEs using a structured questionnaire, and a structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to test the research hypotheses. The results of the study indicate that marketing capabilities and digital marketing have a significant positive impact on the marketing performance of MSMEs. Furthermore, digital marketing was found to mediate the relationship between marketing capabilities and the marketing performance of MSMEs. These findings have important implications for MSMEs in West Java, as well as in other regions of Indonesia, and for policymakers and academics who are interested in supporting the growth and development of the MSME sector.

This study aims to examine the impact of digital sales growth on the fashion industry of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in the city of Bandung, particularly in terms of product recommendations, personalized promotions, customer reviews, and product ratings. A quantitative research approach was employed, and data were collected through an online survey distributed to fashion UMKM practitioners in Bandung. The findings indicate that digital sales growth has a significant impact on the fashion industry of UMKM in Bandung by enhancing business visibility and accessibility to potential customers, facilitating the creation of personalized marketing strategies, and providing a platform for customer interaction and feedback. The study suggests that fashion UMKM practitioners should invest in digital marketing tools and strategies to remain competitive and adapt to changes in consumer behavior in the digital era.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan mengenai penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Excel untuk olahdata penelitian dalam penyusunan karya ilmiah. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara online pada bulan Februari 2023 di Kabupaten Gunung Kidul, Provinsi Yogyakarta, dan diikuti oleh 49 peserta dari berbagai kalangan seperti guru, dosen, dan mahasiswa. Metode pelatihan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan materi pelatihan yang komprehensif, pelaksanaan pelatihan secara virtual, bimbingan dan pendampingan, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Peserta diberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang fitur dan fungsi Excel yang relevan untuk olahdata penelitian, serta keterampilan praktis dalam mengelola dan menganalisis data penelitian menggunakan Excel. Pelatihan juga membahas teknik penyusunan karya ilmiah dengan menggunakan Excel sebagai alat bantu. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta berhasil mengembangkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan Excel untuk olahdata penelitian dan penyusunan karya ilmiah. Pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi peserta dalam pengelolaan data penelitian dan penghasilan karya ilmiah yang berkualitas. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Excel ini memberikan dampak positif dalam pengembangan penelitian dan penyusunan karya ilmiah. Penggunaan Excel sebagai alat bantu yang efektif memungkinkan peserta untuk bekerja dengan efisiensi dan akurasi tinggi dalam mengelola dan menganalisis data penelitian. Dengan demikian, peserta dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan daya tarik karya ilmiah mereka serta berkontribusi pada perkembangan ilmiah di bidang yang relevan.
