Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of reward and punishment strategies in enhancing students' motivation to learn Arabic at MTs Al-Qodir Menemeng. This study employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design to explore in-depth experiences and perceptions of teachers and students regarding the execution of these strategies. Data collection techniques included observation of learning activities, semi-structured interviews with Arabic teachers and students, and documentation related to learning programs and school policies. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify main patterns and themes associated with changes in students' learning motivation and behavior. The results indicate that the provision of rewards in the form of verbal praise, symbolic academic recognition, and simple material prizes based on academic achievement contributes positively to increased student participation, discipline, and self-confidence in Arabic learning. Meanwhile, educational and proportional punishments, such as additional academic assignments and parental involvement for severe violations, proved effective in curbing negative behavior without causing detrimental psychological impacts on students. These practices align with the principles of positive reinforcement and logical consequences in behavioristic theory, as well as the concepts of ta’dib and targhib wa al-tarhib in Islamic education. However, this study also found that students' learning motivation remains dominated by reward-oriented goals, resulting in intrinsic motivation and the appreciation of Arabic as a communicative skill not yet being optimally developed.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the deep learning approach within the Merdeka Curriculum to enhance pedagogical competence among early childhood education (PAUD) teachers. The background of this research is the limited application of meaningful and contextual learning practices in PAUD, where learning activities are often still teacher-centered and focused on memorization. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of deep learning strategies in improving teachers’ pedagogical skills, particularly in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning activities. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving PAUD teachers. The results indicate that the application of deep learning encourages teachers to design learning activities that are more student-centered, contextual, and reflective of children’s developmental characteristics. Furthermore, teachers demonstrated improved abilities in facilitating active learning, fostering social-emotional development, and integrating real-life experiences into classroom activities. The study concludes that deep learning is a relevant and effective approach for strengthening pedagogical competence in PAUD when implemented consistently and supported by adequate professional development.

Abstract

Joining aluminum and steel materials using Friction Stir Spot Welding (FSSW) still faces challenges, particularly regarding interlayer stability and the limitations of joint mechanical properties. Previous studies generally focused on FSSW without an interlayer or used an interlayer without an adequate stabilization mechanism, so the joint quality has not been optimal. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of using a zinc (Zn) paste interlayer stabilizer on the mechanical properties of dissimilar Al 5052–SS400 joints. The experimental method was carried out by comparing FSSW joints without an interlayer and with a Zn interlayer stabilizer. Evaluation was conducted through shear tensile testing and hardness measurements. The research results show that the Zn interlayer stabilizer is able to significantly improve joint performance, with a maximum hardness value of 119 HV and the highest shear tensile strength of 4.8 kN at a dwell time of 12 seconds. These findings fill a research gap related to the role of interlayer stabilization in enhancing the quality of FSSW joints of dissimilar materials.

Abstract

Sensus Ekonomi (SE) merupakan kegiatan besar yang dilaksanakan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) setiap sepuluh tahun sekali, sesuai amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 1997 tentang Statistik. Data hasil Sensus Ekonomi menjadi landasan penting bagi perencanaan, evaluasi, serta penyusunan kebijakan pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Memasuki pelaksanaan Sensus Ekonomi 2026 (SE2026) yang merupakan sensus ekonomi kelima, diperlukan persiapan matang di berbagai aspek, termasuk peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang akan terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan lapangan. Salah satu elemen kunci keberhasilan sensus adalah mitra statistik, yaitu petugas lapangan yang memiliki peran strategis dalam pengumpulan data yang akurat dan berkualitas. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pekalongan sebagai wujud dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat bersama Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Pekalongan memberikan Pembinaan kepada mitra Statistik dalam rangka persiapan Kegiatan Sensus Ekonomi yang akan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2026. Mitra statistik yang mengikuti pembinaan ini semakin memahami pentingnya kompetensi yang harus dimiliki petugas, mencakup kemampuan memahami konsep, komunikasi yang efektif, serta keterampilan teknis dalam pengisian instrumen sensus dan penggunaan perangkat pendataan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, simulasi, dan evaluasi dengan kuesioner. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan 86,63 persen perserta merasa pembinaan berjalan baik hingga sangat baik, dengan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap konsep KBLI dan teknik pengisian CAPI.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to develop and assess the feasibility of the Theoregama application with the theme of Pandhawa Lima for SPLDV material. Development was carried out using the ADDIE model up to the expert validation stage, by combining React Native technology and local cultural elements to produce interactive and contextual learning. Validation involved three media experts and three material experts, using an assessment instrument that covered aspects of appearance, navigation, compatibility, technical stability, material suitability, conceptual accuracy, and clarity of presentation. The validation results from the media experts showed a feasibility percentage of 97% and the material experts 87.57%, both of which are categorized as very feasible. These findings confirm that Theoregama meets the standards for media quality and learning content. With the integration of local culture and the support of digital scaffolding, this application has the potential to improve understanding of SPLDV concepts. Further research in the form of field trials is needed to assess its practicality and effectiveness in learning. ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menilai kelayakan Aplikasi Theoregama bertema Pandhawa Lima  untuk materi SPLDV. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan model ADDIE hingga tahap validasi ahli, dengan memadukan teknologi React Native dan unsur budaya lokal untuk menghasilkan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan kontekstual. Validasi melibatkan tiga ahli media dan tiga ahli materi, menggunakan instrumen penilaian yang mencakup aspek tampilan, navigasi, kompatibilitas, stabilitas teknis, kesesuaian materi, keakuratan konsep, serta kejelasan penyajian. Hasil validasi ahli media menunjukkan persentase kelayakan 97% dan ahli materi 87,57%, keduanya termasuk kategori sangat layak. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Theoregama memenuhi standar kualitas media dan isi pembelajaran. Dengan integrasi budaya lokal dan dukungan scaffolding digital, aplikasi ini berpotensi meningkatkan pemahaman konsep SPLDV. Penelitian lanjutan berupa uji coba lapangan diperlukan untuk menilai kepraktisan dan efektivitasnya dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Siswa jurusan akuntansi perlu dibekali pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk mengoperasikan aplikasi akuntansi digital. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini berlokasi di SMK Kristen BM Salatiga dan SMK Diponegoro Salatiga dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang akuntansi berbasis digital dan meningkatkan keterampilan mengoperasikan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis digital pada siswa SMK Kristen BM Salatiga dan SMK Diponegoro Salatiga. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah, bimbingan, dan diakhiri dengan diskusi tanya jawab. Materi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat antara lain pengenalan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis digital, praktek mengoperasikan aplikasi dengan mengerjakan latihan kasus, dan ditutup dengan hasil akhir kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis digital, sehingga dapat dijadikan modal wawasan bagi siswa ketika lulus nanti.

Abstract

This study explores the design and development of applications to monitor student learning at TKQ Assyukuriyah. This research was conducted to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process, which was previously carried out conventionally and faced several obstacles, including loss or damage to books, and the ineffectiveness of providing learning progress reports from schools to parents. The formulation of the research problem is how the application provides access to questions for students and makes it easy to record reports on the results of evaluations of learning progress using the iqro' and juz amma methods with safe data storage and how parents obtain information on learning progress. This research aims to provide easy access to questions for students, teachers record the results of evaluations of learning progress in reading using the iqro and juz'amma methods with secure data storage and make it easier for parents to obtain information on learning progress. Using the waterfall method for software development. The results of this research show that this application has succeeded in simplifying the process of recording monitoring of students' learning progress by storing data safely, reducing the time and energy of teachers in preparing questions, and making it easier to provide information on learning progress to parents. Abstract

The Child-Friendly Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren Ramah Anak/PRA) policy is a strategic effort to create a safe, inclusive, and child rights-oriented environment in Islamic boarding schools. This article analyzes the Child-Friendly Islamic Boarding School policy from the perspective of Islamic Education Management and its relationship with child rights protection in religious educational institutions. The research uses a qualitative approach through literature study and policy analysis of regulations, Islamic education management literature, and previous studies. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis techniques based on the functions of Islamic education management, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The results of the study show that the Child-Friendly Islamic Boarding School policy is in line with the principles of Islamic Education Management, particularly the values of justice, trust, and benefit, but still faces implementation obstacles such as limited human resources, weak supervision, and resistance from the boarding school culture. This study confirms that the success of the Child-Friendly Islamic Boarding School policy depends on strengthening integrated and sustainable Islamic education management to ensure the protection of children's rights.

Metodologi perhitungan yang berbeda akan menghasilkan nominal akhir yang berbeda, yang pada akhirnya berimplikasi terhadap pengambilan keputusan seorang manajerial. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi perbedaan suatu industri yang menggunakan metode full costing dan varariable costing dalam menetapkan harga jual bersumber dari studi-studi terdahulu. Melalui pendekatan komparatif dalam kerangka literature review, studi ini mengakui sisi data dari 2 artikel ilmiah dari platfrom digital Google Scholar dan Garuda Ristekdikti berdasarkan penilaian yang memenuhi standar kualifikasi penelitian. Hasil anlisis mengunggkap bahwa penerapan metode full costing cenderung menghasilkan harga pokok produksi dan harga jual yang lebih mkasimal karna memasukan seluruh komponen biaya tetap dan biaya variabel. Sementara itu, variable costing menawarkan struktur harga yang lebih kompetitit, walaupun hal ini berdampak pada margin laba yang berbeda. Maka dari itu pemilihan metode seharusnya sesuai dengan apa yang di butuhkan oleh suatu  perusahaan guna mempermudah pengambilan keputusan seorang manajerial, berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan acuan suatu perusahaan untuk menetapkan harga jual.

Abstract

The Child-Friendly Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren Ramah Anak/PRA) policy is a strategic effort to create a safe, inclusive, and child rights-oriented environment in Islamic boarding schools. This article analyzes the Child-Friendly Islamic Boarding School policy from the perspective of Islamic Education Management and its relationship with child rights protection in religious educational institutions. The research uses a qualitative approach through literature study and policy analysis of regulations, Islamic education management literature, and previous studies. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis techniques based on the functions of Islamic education management, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The results of the study show that the Child-Friendly Islamic Boarding School policy is in line with the principles of Islamic Education Management, particularly the values of justice, trust, and benefit, but still faces implementation obstacles such as limited human resources, weak supervision, and resistance from the boarding school culture. This study confirms that the success of the Child-Friendly Islamic Boarding School policy depends on strengthening integrated and sustainable Islamic education management to ensure the protection of children's rights.
