Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of competency and integrity on audit quality with key audit matters as moderation at public accounting firms in DKI Jakarta that are active and registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). This research uses primary data with a survey method, namely distributing questionnaires with sample determination using a random sampling method, which 127 respondents used to spread across several Public Accounting Firms in DKI Jakarta. The data analysis method used in this research is the multiple regression method. This research shows that competence and integrity positively affect audit quality, and related moderating variables show that key audit matters (KAMs) cannot strengthen the relationship between competence and integrity on audit quality. Public interest statements Ensuring auditors' competency and integrity and effectively utilizing key matters (KAM) makes the audit process more transparent. This fosters greater public confidence in audited financial reports and ensures the reliability of company-provided information. Regulating the influence of competence and integrity on audit quality through KAM is expected to enhance transparency in financial information management, allowing for more informed public investment and financial decisions.

Abstract

Textbooks and learning resources play a vital role in the educational process. They function as the primary media for delivering materials, concepts, and values to students. The aim of this research is to analyze and design the development of teaching materials and learning resources for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) using a qualitative research method of literature review. This study involves the collection and analysis of relevant literature to identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing PAI teaching materials, and to formulate innovative and effective design strategies. The analysis results indicate that current PAI teaching materials are often less contextual, less interactive, and have not fully utilized digital technology. The implications of this research include the need for policy support and teacher training to implement modern and effective teaching materials, thereby improving the quality of Islamic religious education in schools. This research is expected to serve as a reference for the development of more adaptive and innovative PAI teaching materials.

Abstract

Manajemen harus didukung oleh peran manajer untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan disiplin karyawan dalam mengikuti program dan aturan pengelolaan dan pengembangan SDM perusahaan yang dikenakan sanksi. Karena kompensasi dan motivasi karyawan sangat penting, dengan kompensasi dan motivasi yang tinggi karyawan merasa dan tidak berhenti pada tujuan perusahaan untuk memberikan kontribusi terbaik bagi kemajuan departemen perusahaan.Gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dan motivasi karyawan. Pemimpin mempengaruhi komitmen dan kinerja organisasi dengan mampu membimbing karyawannya untuk mencapai tujuan Perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana gambaran, pengaruh dan hubungan antara kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan PT Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Bekasi. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 330 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 72 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Instrumen statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 64,6% (kategori tinggi) karena 35,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel atau faktor lain seperti halnya personality, profesionalisme dan penilaian kinerja dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Seperti yang kita ketahui, anak usia dini memiliki kegemaran yang bermacam-macam salah satu nya ialah mereka memiliki kegemaran dalam menonton animasi kartun baik yang ada di televisi ataupun melalui smartphone. Dan yang seperti kita ketahui anak usia dini adalah seorang peniru yang ulung, apa yang mereka lihat pasti akan mereka tiru, entah itu baik atau pun buruk. Dan oleh sebab itu orang tua haruslah mengontrol anak terutama animasi kartun apa yang mereka saksikan baik itu di tv ataupun di smartphone. Hal ini menjadi penting untuk orang tua perhatikan mengingat banyak sekali animasi kartun yang bisa anak lihat dan yang anak lihat pun pasti akan mempengaruhi karakter dan kepribadian ini. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan beragama nilai-nilai pendidikan karater yang ada pada animasi kartun “Sofia”.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah isi dari animasi “Sofia”, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan jika didalam animasi “Sofia” terdapat Bergam bentuk nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

The background of this research is the teacher's new task is to carry out the implementation of the independent curriculum, which is emphasized in the independent curriculum is student creativity, so that in its application the teacher needs to try to be creative. and not monotonous. study process. So far, the teaching and learning process tends to use a monotonous and outdated learning model (lecturing method) with little practice in PAI subjects, so that the willingness and interest of students to learn influences their learning outcomes. To achieve creative and non-monotonous learning, you can implement a project-based learning model. Whereas project-based learning involves students working on projects that can be in the form of individual projects or collaborative projects between groups, so that they can trigger interest in learning, student enthusiasm and can further improve their learning outcomes. the results obtained from the observation of descriptive analysis state that there is a real influence between the project-based learning model and the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education. Based on the inferential statistical analysis, it can be seen that the correlation test and simple linear regression test show a clear effect. between the project-based learning model in implementing the independent curriculum in Islamic religious education with learning outcomes is 24.3% while the remaining 75.7% is due to other factors. Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of the Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) program at the Open University as an effort to create students with character and professionalism. The main issue addressed in this research is how distance education can support the objectives of the MBKM program, which seeks to improve the quality of human resources through an adaptive and flexible learning outcomes-based curriculum. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach, which aims to holistically understand phenomena through descriptions in the form of words and language. The novelty of this research lies in the application of the MBKM program in the context of open and distance education, an area that has not been extensively studied before. The findings of this research indicate that the Open University has successfully implemented the MBKM program through various activities, such as online short courses provided by the Indonesia Cyber Education Institute (ICE-I) and the student entrepreneurship program. These programs offer flexibility and opportunities for students to develop skills and competencies relevant to industry needs, thereby producing graduates with strong character and professionalism.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) di Universitas Terbuka sebagai upaya menciptakan mahasiswa yang berkarakter dan profesional. Persoalan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pendidikan jarak jauh dapat mendukung tujuan dari program MBKM, yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui kurikulum berbasis capaian pembelajaran yang adaptif dan fleksibel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena secara holistik dengan deskripsi dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan MBKM di konteks pendidikan terbuka dan jarak jauh yang belum banyak diteliti sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Universitas Terbuka berhasil mengimplementasikan program MBKM melalui berbagai kegiatan seperti short course online yang disediakan oleh Indonesia Cyber Education Institute (ICE-I) dan program mahasiswa wirausaha. Program-program ini memberikan fleksibilitas dan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dan kompetensi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri, sehingga mampu mencetak lulusan yang berkarakter dan profesional.

Abstract

This study analyzes the differences and similarities in implementing ICT management systems in MAN Sekabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. This study used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that (1) The difference in planning in MAN 1 is more about problem identification, and MAN 2 is more about achieving goals. In comparison, MAN 3 is more about adjusting the needs of madrasahs, and implementation in MAN 1 prioritizes learning with laptops, projectors, and the internet. At the same time, MAN 2 has not been carried out optimally. At the same time, MAN 3 prioritizes the implementation of learning in mastering office materials, graphic design, and animation, and evaluation in MAN 1 is more about implementing supervision. MAN 2 is more about evaluating results. In comparison, MAN 3 is more about assessment. (2) The planning equation is carried out through teamwork, implementation by utilizing all types of IT based on the madrasah's needs, and evaluation is carried out as material for improvement. This study concludes that there are significant differences and similarities in implementing ICT systems, as assessed by planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the efforts of teachers, parents, and forms of collaboration in developing adolescent morals. This type of research is part of qualitative research using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) model by searching 161 articles through the DOAJ and Garuda databases, selecting 13 articles according to the criteria. The research results show the teacher's holistic efforts through strategies towards students and their key role in shaping the character of teenagers. Collaboration between parents and teachers involves various methods, includes internal and external aspects, and adapts to the local cultural and educational context. This review indicates that collaboration between teachers and parents has a crucial role in shaping the character and morals of adolescents, supporting the view that moral education for adolescents requires synergistic support and cooperation. This research also provides directions for future research, including technological, cultural, organizational and behavioral aspects at different levels and regions.

Abstract

Many students tend to be more interested in seeing their classmates' work achievements than trying and considering doing the assignments given by the teacher. This condition causes delays in students' thinking processes and efforts, which prioritize the influence of others rather than trusting their personal abilities. This research aims to explore the impact of emotional intelligence and learning independence on student learning outcomes at Al-Ma'sum Stabat Vocational School. The research method uses a second item relationship test, including Ordinarity, Homogeneity and Linearity Tests. The results of the individual t test show that there is no correlation between X1 (emotional intelligence) and Y (PAI learning outcomes) in the learning of class X TBSM students at Al-Ma'sum Stabat Vocational School. However, the results of the F test indicate that there is a joint influence between X1 (the ability to appreciate people deeply) and X2 (student learning independence) on Y (PAI learning outcomes) in this class.

Abstract

Curriculum as a tool or guide in the learning process. This research aims to reveal the implementation of existing projects at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Langkat. The Independent Curriculum gives schools the freedom to adapt the curriculum according to local needs and national values. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a phenomenological study. Data was collected through classroom observations, interviews with students and teachers, and document analysis. The data collection technique was carried out using snowball sampling technique to select participants. The research results show that the implementation of this project has had a positive impact on character formation, understanding Islamic values and developing students' soft skills. The learning process that focuses on the values of rahmatan lil'alamin involves students in various intracurricular, co-curricular and training activities that support strengthening the student's profile. It is hoped that this project can make a positive contribution in increasing understanding and practicing the values of Rahmatan Lil'alamin at MAN 2 Langkat, thereby creating a more inclusive, tolerant and fair educational environment for all students at the school. These findings are not only relevant for MAN 2 Langkat, but also provide valuable insights for the development of similar curricula in other educational institutions, especially those that prioritize education that is inclusive and based on diversity values.
