Abstract

This research aims to map trends, methodologies, and theoretical foundations of studies on budgeting practices and financial analysis for the period 2015–2025 through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach guided by PRISMA. Data were obtained from the Scopus database, with 423 articles initially identified. After the selection process and quality assessment, 42 high-quality articles were further analyzed. The analysis showed that quantitative approaches were dominant (57.1%), followed by qualitative (26.2%) and mixed methods (16.7%). The main focus of the research includes capital budgeting, performance-based budgeting, and financial decision-making, emphasizing capital efficiency and risk management. Bibliometric analysis identified four main conceptual clusters: capital investment and valuation, discounted cash flow methods, risk and cost of capital, and institutional budgeting practices. Geographically, the research is dominated by studies from Europe and Asia, reflecting contextual differences between developed and developing countries. The integration of financial information systems and data analytics has proven to be a source of competitive advantage, consistent with the Resource-Based View (RBV) perspective. This study confirms the relevance of Agency Theory, Contingency Theory, Resource-Based View, and Institutional Theory in explaining variations in budgeting practices and financial analysis. Technology-based financial analysis skills are recognized as core organizational competencies in the digital era. Further research is recommended to integrate digital transformation, behavioral finance, and data-driven budgeting approaches.

Abstract

Notaries as public officials have the authority to make authentic deeds that serve to provide certainty, order, and legal protection for the parties. Notarial deeds are the basis for the relationship between the parties in making contracts, but lawsuits often arise from the parties due to disputes originating from the deed or the process of making the deed, thus giving rise to issues regarding the notary's legal responsibility. This study aims to analyze the form of notary legal responsibility for the emergence of lawsuits from the parties in ship sale and purchase contracts according to the provisions of law and legislation in Indonesia and the form of legal protection for parties who are harmed due to errors or negligence of the notary in making ship sale and purchase contracts. The research method used is normative legal research with a statutory regulatory approach and a conceptual approach. The data used consists of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show that notaries can be held responsible in civil, administrative and criminal matters in ship sale and purchase contracts depending on the existence of elements of error, negligence or violation of the provisions of laws and regulations, in particular the Civil Code, the Notary Law, Law Number 17 of 2008 concerning Shipping and Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 39 of 2017 concerning Registration and Nationality of Ships. Parties who are harmed in a ship sale and purchase contract can obtain legal protection and dispute resolution efforts through litigation, namely filing a lawsuit against a notary in court, and non-litigation channels by conducting negotiations, mediation between the notary and the harmed party, and examinations through the Notary Supervisory Board.

Abstract

The proposed study pertains to Multi-Task Simultaneous Supervision Dual Resource Constrained (MTSSDRC), which considers minimizing tardiness and workload balance. The workload balance is calculated using the Workload Smoothness Index (WSI). Additionally, the research concentrates on unrelated parallel machine schedules as they reflect the actual industry conditions in practice. This issue employs three methodologies: Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP), Mixed-Integer Quadratic Problem (MIQP), and Mixed-Integer Quadratically Constrained Programming (MIQCP).  The results in the MILP model focus on the value of total tardiness so that the results obtained have a smaller total tardiness value. However, it is still uncertain that the WSI value is better because no boundaries have been set between the two objective functions to achieve optimal values in the MILP model. The MIQP model focuses on the Workload Smoothness Index (WSI) value to give a limit to the total tardiness objective function. Limit values are obtained from MILP model values, and the resulting WSI value becomes smaller. Moreover, the MIQCP model focuses on the total tardiness value and has limits in the form of permitted WSI. This model produces a small WSI value in accordance with the specified WSI limits while adjusting the specified total tardiness.

Abstract

This paper focuses on developing a Multi-Task Simultaneous Supervision Dual Resource-Constrained Scheduling (MTSSDRC) system that considers differences in skill between operators, aiming to minimize makespan and balance operator workload. Workload balance is calculated using the Workload Smoothness Index (WSI). The mathematical model developed uses three techniques: Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP), Mixed-Integer Quadratic Programming (MIQP), and Mixed-Integer Quadratically Constrained Programming (MIQCP). These techniques can handle scheduling cases on a small to medium scale. Results from MILP focus on minimizing makespan, with an additional constraint for calculating the WSI. MIQP focuses on workload balance so that the WSI value becomes an objective function. It also adds a constraint for the allowable makespan value. The result from MIQP shows that the WSI value is lower than in MILP, and the makespan values are equal to the MILP makespan value. Next, MIQCP aims to minimize makespan with a constraint for the allowable WSI value. The MIQCP model produces a makespan value adjusted to a WSI value close to zero. Finally, further analysis is presented regarding the influence of differences in operator skills based on the results of the three models. Based on these models, operators with better skills will be assigned more frequently than others.

Abstract

The use of e-wallets has grown rapidly along with the increasing demand for fast and conven-ient digital financial transactions. This development requires service providers to better under-stand user behavior through transaction pattern analysis. This study aims to cluster e-wallet users based on their transaction patterns using the K-Means algorithm. The data analyzed in-clude several key variables, namely transaction frequency, transaction value, transaction type, and transaction time. The K-Means method is applied to group users with similar transaction characteristics through data normalization and optimal cluster determination. The results in-dicate that e-wallet users can be divided into several distinct segments with significantly dif-ferent transaction patterns. Each cluster represents specific user behavior characteristics, such as high-frequency users, high-value transactions, or time-based usage patterns. In conclusion, this study contributes to the growing body of research on digital payment analytics by demonstrating the applicability of the K-Means clustering algorithm for transaction-based user segmentation. The findings provide empirical evidence that behavioral transaction data can be systematically structured into meaningful user groups through unsupervised learning techniques. This research extends prior studies by integrating clustering evaluation methods to ensure optimal segmentation results, thereby offering a methodological reference for future studies in fintech data analysis.

Abstract

Feed affects the reproductive cycle of cows, which has an impact on efforts to increase the population. The purpose of this research is to describe and improve the business model using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and SWOT analysis to produce a new business model prototype for the Sepakat feed bank group. The procedure for collecting data in this study was in-depth interviews and focus group discussion (FGD). The results of this research show that the main elements that must be improved in the initial mapping of the business model in the agreed feed bank group are value propositions, channels, key activities, key resources, key partners, and revenue streams. The SWOT analysis illustrates that the strengths are well-mapped customers, abundant raw materials. The weaknesses are in the low quality of human resources in terms of maintenance of feed processing equipment, limited land, and the lack of superior forage varieties, processed feed production is not continuous, product distribution channels are not varied, and business capital restrictions. Opportunities that can be exploited are the development of new processed feed products, utilization of information technology and government support. The threats faced are dependence on one processed product and a climate dominated by a dry season. Improvement strategies carried out include creating new products (value proposition) using feed formulations based on availability, nutritional content, and prices of feed raw materials, utilizing various facilities for sales channels (channels) such as social media and BUMDes, establishing separate business units to manage feed banks (key activities), establishing superior foraging nurseries by utilizing land belonging to the Bima district government (key resources), establishing cooperative partnerships with financial institutions (key partners) and ensuring feed processing machines continue to function and operate to produce feed as a source of main income (revenue stream).
