Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) conducted by Group LV1 130 of Alkhairaat University in Mantikole Village aims to help the community learn more and improve their skills in processing local food, particularly through making cookies from moringa leaf flour, a special healthy food that can help prevent stunting in children. The program uses training, teaching, and direct guidance to support the community, including those from various fields such as agriculture, business, health, education, and religion. The training teaches how to process moringa leaves into healthy foods, helps small businesses market their products, and raises awareness about the importance of good nutrition to prevent stunting. The results show that the community now has a better understanding of the benefits of moringa leaves, is more interested in starting local businesses, and is more aware of healthy diet and lifestyle choices. Other activities such as nutrition classes, reading gardens, digital marketing training, and religious activities also have a positive impact on the community's social life and spiritual well-being. Overall, this KKN activity helps make the village community healthier, more independent, and stronger, while also promoting teamwork and combining modern knowledge with traditional local wisdom.ABSTRAKProgram Pengabdian Masyarakat (KKN) oleh Kelompok LV1 130 Universitas Alkhairaat di Desa Mantikole bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat mempelajari lebih lanjut dan meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam mengolah pangan lokal, terutama melalui pembuatan kue kering dari tepung daun kelor sebagai salah satu jenis pangan sehat istimewa yang dapat membantu mencegah stunting pada anak. Program ini menggunakan pelatihan, pengajaran, dan bimbingan langsung untuk mendukung masyarakat, termasuk masyarakat dari berbagai bidang seperti pertanian, bisnis, kesehatan, pendidikan, dan keagamaan. Pelatihan ini mengajarkan cara mengolah daun kelor menjadi makanan sehat, membantu usaha kecil memasarkan produk mereka, dan meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya gizi yang baik untuk mencegah stunting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat kini lebih memahami manfaat daun kelor, lebih tertarik untuk memulai usaha lokal, dan lebih memahami pilihan pola makan dan gaya hidup sehat. Kegiatan lain seperti kelas gizi, taman bacaan, pelatihan pemasaran digital, dan kegiatan keagamaan juga memberikan dampak positif bagi kehidupan sosial dan kesejahteraan spiritual masyarakat. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan KKN ini membantu menjadikan masyarakat desa lebih sehat, lebih mandiri, dan lebih kuat, sekaligus juga mempromosikan kerja sama tim dan menggabungkan pengetahuan modern dengan kearifan lokal tradisional.

Abstract

Peran guru dalam pembelajaran merupakan faktor kunci yang menentukan kualitas proses pendidikan, terutama di tengah perkembangan teknologi digital dan tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21. Guru tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai penyampai materi, tetapi juga sebagai fasilitator, pembimbing, motivator, serta pengelola kelas yang berperan dalam membentuk karakter dan kompetensi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif berbagai temuan penelitian terkait peran guru dalam pembelajaran melalui metode literature review. Kajian dilakukan dengan menganalisis 20 artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan pada lima tahun terakhir dan relevan dengan tema kompetensi guru, profesionalisme, integrasi teknologi, motivasi belajar, serta pendekatan pembelajaran. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa peran guru bersifat multidimensional yang mencakup aspek pedagogik, profesional, sosial, dan kepribadian. Guru juga menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan pemanfaatan teknologi, perubahan kurikulum, dan kebutuhan peserta didik yang semakin kompleks. Namun demikian, penelitian terdahulu menegaskan bahwa kualitas pembelajaran meningkat secara signifikan ketika guru mampu menerapkan strategi yang interaktif, komunikatif, serta berpusat pada peserta didik, sekaligus mengintegrasikan teknologi secara efektif. Dengan demikian, optimalisasi peran guru sangat penting untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran yang inovatif, adaptif, dan relevan dengan tuntutan pendidikan modern.

Abstract

This study explores English writing lecturers' perspectives on ethical concerns related to the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in writing activities for English Department students. A qualitative multiple-case study approach was utilized. The instrument used was semi-structured interviews. The subjects of the study were 12 academics from four colleges with differing accreditation levels who were drawn using purposive sampling. Thematic analysis identified six principal ethical concerns: (1) The imperative to have an ethical attitude; 2) The concerns about privacy and data security threats; 3) The emergence of potential gaps among students; 4) The degradation of academic integrity; 5) The obligation of academic responsibility; and 6) The need for regulations and guidelines for AI use. Lecturers typically endorse AI integration to facilitate idea development and pre-writing tasks; however, they emphasize the necessity of restricting its use to maintain originality, critical thinking, and student accountability. The results underscore the pressing necessity for explicit institutional policies, ethical AI literacy, equitable access, and strategies that reconcile technology advantages with the development of autonomous writing skills. This research provides insights for the development of AI-enhanced writing education that conforms to ethical, pedagogical, and institutional concerns.

Abstract

Despite its importance in developing students' character within the current educational environment, there is a scarcity of research on how the Merdeka Curriculum is applied in conjunction with the Profile of Pancasila Students in junior high schools.high schools, which is what inspired this study. In order to improve character education, the study intends to investigate how teachers and students internalize and put into practice the values found in the Pancasila Student Profile.A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving teachers and students from chosen public junior high schools, selected through intentional sampling. Data were collected using observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews, and analyzed using thematic analysis. The discoveries uncover that the execution of the Merdeka Educational programs through the six measurements of Students' discipline, empathy, and responsibility are positively impacted by the Pancasila Understudy Profile's confidence and dedication, global diversity, shared involvement, autonomy, basic consideration, and inventiveness. Nonetheless, there are still issues with instructors' comprehension and support networks. The study comes to the conclusion that a comprehensive and consistent strategy is necessary for character education using this curriculum.Theoretically, this research contributes to the understanding of curriculum implementation From the viewpoint of character development, it offers suggestions for schools to enhance internal cooperation and improve teacher training. Further studies are suggested to investigate the lasting effects of this method in various educational settings

Abstract

Barodontalgia is pain in the teeth triggered by changes in air pressure during diving, and is a common complaint among profes-sional divers. One of the main risk factors for barodontalgia is poor dental health, particularly active caries or imperfect restorati-ons. This article systematically reviews the latest scientific evidence on the relationship between dental caries and the risk of ba-rodontalgia in professional divers. The article search was conducted through the PubMed, Scopus, and ScienceDirect databases. The prevalence of barodontalgia in divers is 10.8-56.1%, generally caused by caries and leaky restorations. It is concluded that comprehensive dental screening and treatment should be part of the medical protocol before diving to minimise the risk of dental pain and improve diver safety.

Abstract

Anak usia sekolah merupakan kelompok yang rentan mengalami malnutrisi salah satunya akibat sering melewatkan sarapan. Kurangnya kesadaran dan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya gizi di pagi hari perlu diperhatikan karena berdampak pada konsentrasi belajar dan produktivitas remaja di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan edukasi sarapan menggunakan media poster Augmented Reality (AR) dan video terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap siswa di SMK Laniang Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi experiment dengan desain pretest–posttest control group yang melibatkan 36 siswa jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan, dibagi menjadi dua kelompok intervensi. Edukasi dilakukan selama 12 hari dalam 4 kali pertemuan dengan materi yang sama di setiap kelompok. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan dan sikap, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji t berpasangan dan Wilcoxon untuk mengetahui perubahan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan, serta uji t tidak berpasangan dan Mann–Whitney untuk mengetahui perbedaan antarkelompok pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap yang signifikan pada kedua kelompok (p<0,001). Pada Poster AR, pengetahuan meningkat dari 88,9% kategori kurang menjadi 88,9% baik dan sikap positif dari 16,7% menjadi 72,2% (p<0,001). Pada kelompok Video, pengetahuan meningkat dari 83,3% kurang menjadi 77,8% baik dan sikap dari 5,6% menjadi 72,2% positif (p<0,001). Tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kedua media terhadap pengetahuan (p=0,058) maupun sikap (p=0,379). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa edukasi sarapan menggunakan poster AR dan video memiliki efektivitas yang setara dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap siswa, sehingga keduanya dapat digunakan dalam program edukasi gizi di sekolah.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas salah satu bagian penting dalam ilmu tajwid, yaitu hukum bacaan Mim Sukun. Tajwid sendiri merupakan ilmu yang mengajarkan bagaimana huruf-huruf dalam Al-Qur’an harus dibaca sesuai dengan aturan yang benar. Dalam ajaran Islam, mempelajari tajwid menjadi hal yang penting karena berhubungan langsung dengan cara menjaga keaslian bacaan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an. Salah satu huruf yang memiliki ketentuan khusus dalam tajwid adalah huruf mim ketika berada dalam keadaan mati atau tanpa harakat, yang dikenal sebagai Mim Sukun. Mim Sukun dapat muncul di tengah maupun di akhir kata dan biasanya ditandai dengan ketiadaan harakat atau tanda khusus dalam mushaf standar. Hukum Mim Sukun terbagi menjadi tiga macam, yaitu Ikhfa Syafawi, Idgham Mimi, dan Izhar Syafawi. Ketiga aturan ini muncul berdasarkan huruf yang datang sesudah Mim Sukun. Ikhfa Syafawi berlaku ketika Mim Sukun bertemu huruf ba dan dibaca dengan bunyi samar yang disertai dengungan. Idgham Mimi terjadi apabila Mim Sukun diikuti huruf mim, sehingga kedua bunyi huruf tersebut dilebur menjadi satu dengan tambahan dengungan. Sementara itu, Izhar Syafawi berlaku ketika Mim Sukun bertemu huruf selain mim dan ba, dan hukum ini dibaca secara jelas tanpa dengungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan ketiga hukum tersebut dengan bahasa yang mudah dipahami agar para pembelajar Al-Qur’an dapat menerapkannya secara benar. Melalui penjelasan yang runtut dan sederhana, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman dasar mengenai tajwid, khususnya pada hukum Mim Sukun.

Abstract

This study examines the strategic responses of Islamic educational institutions—particularly pesantren and madrasah—to the socio-political structures imposed by Dutch colonial rule in Indonesia. Employing a qualitative historical-analytical methodology, the research draws on primary archival sources and secondary historiographical literature to explore how Islamic education functioned as a site of resistance and adaptation. The findings reveal four dominant themes: first, the modernization of Islamic education as a form of intellectual resistance, wherein reformist organizations like Muhammadiyah integrated secular subjects and structured pedagogies to cultivate an intellectually competitive Muslim generation; second, the consolidation of traditional institutions as cultural fortresses, as seen in Nahdlatul Ulama’s efforts to strengthen pesantren and preserve religious orthodoxy; third, the mobilization of women through education, particularly through the efforts of ‘Aisyiyah, as a strategy for moral reform and national identity formation; and fourth, the internalization of nationalist values through character education, positioning pesantren and madrasah as crucibles of civic responsibility and anti-colonial consciousness. These findings underscore that Islamic education during the colonial period was not merely a religious endeavor but a multidimensional force for cultural resilience and political mobilization. Theoretically, the study contributes to the discourse on education as a nonviolent strategy of resistance under colonialism, while practically offering insights for contemporary education policy in Indonesia. However, the study is limited by its reliance on secondary sources, which may overlook local variations and grassroots dynamics. Further research incorporating oral histories and archival case studies is recommended to enrich our understanding of the lived experiences and post-colonial legacies of these institutions.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines Al-Farabi’s concept of happiness (al-sa‘adah) and analyzes its relevance within the framework of Islamic educational philosophy. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) framework to ensure a rigorous and transparent synthesis. From an initial pool of 1,750 records identified across academic databases such as Google Scholar and ResearchGate, 30 high-quality peer-reviewed studies published between 2000 and 2025 were selected based on strict inclusion criteria. Data were analyzed using manual thematic analysis following the six-stage Braun and Clarke model, with inter-rater reliability validated by two reviewers (Cohen's Kappa > 0.75). The findings indicate that Al-Farabi views happiness as the ultimate aim of human existence, attainable through the perfection of intellect, ethics, and spirituality. True happiness is described not as material prosperity but as a stable inner state achieved through the union of the human intellect with the active intellect (‘aql al-fa‘al). From an educational perspective, this concept underscores the need for a holistic Islamic education model that integrates intellectual development with moral and spiritual cultivation. The study also highlights the implications of Al-Farabi’s Madinah al-Faḍilah, which illustrates that individual happiness is inseparable from a just, ethical, and well-governed society. Nevertheless, this study is limited by its reliance on textual interpretation and the absence of empirical analysis. Future research is recommended to explore the practical application of Al-Farabi’s ideas in contemporary Islamic educational institutions and to examine their impact through empirical or mixed-method approaches.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan permainan edukatif Ular Tangga dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar matematika siswa di kelas tinggi SD Desa Jeraya. Metode yang digunakan adalah mixed method dengan menggabungkan angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data yang lebih komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permainan Ular Tangga memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar, ditunjukkan dengan 83% siswa merasa senang dan lebih tertarik mengikuti pembelajaran, serta meningkatnya kerja sama, keberanian berpendapat, dan pemahaman materi. Meskipun suasana kelas terkadang menjadi lebih ramai, secara keseluruhan permainan ini efektif sebagai media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan mampu meningkatkan partisipasi serta pengalaman belajar siswa.
