Abstract

Quality Of School Services basically an quality with regard to activities serve the needs of students, so that all feel satisfied with the services provided by the school. study aims to 1) determine whether there is the effect of visionary leadership on quality of school services,. This research was conducted at SMPN One Roof 01 Nanggun, Bogor Regency. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and interviews. The method of collecting questionnaire data was carried out on respondents by taking the sample using the Non Probability Sampling technique, using the saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive influence between Visionary leadership on Quality Of School Services. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted

Abstract

Masa anak usia dini adalah masa keemasan anak atau yang sering disebut dengan golden age dimana pada masa ini pikiran anak mulai mengalami perkembangan yang cepat secara langsung pada saat anak dalam kandungan hingga usia dini yaitu dari usia 0-6 tahun. Oleh karena itu perkembangan pada masa awal ini akan menjadi penentu bagi perkembangan selanjutnya, keberhasilan dalam menjalankan tugas perkembangn pada suatu masa akan menentukan keberhasilan pada masa perkembangan berikutnya. Pendidikan anak usia dini (early child education/PAUD) ini sangatlah penting dilaksanakan sebagai dasar untuk pembentukan kepribadian manusia secara utuhdan keseluruhan, yaitu untuk pembentukan karakter, budi pekerti luhur, cerdas, ceria, terampil, dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan yang Maha Esa. Pendidikan anak usia dini tidak harus selalu mengeluarkan biaya mahal atau melalui suatu wadah tertentu, melainkan pendidikan anak usia dini dapat dimulai di rumah atau dalam pendidikan keluarga. Adapun jenis pendidikan paud terbagi menjadi dua yaitu paud formal dan non formal. Pada Pendidikan jalur formal merupakan Pendidikan terstruktur dan berjenjang yang terdiri dari Pendidikan dasar, Pendidikan menengah, dan Pendidikan tertinggi. Sedangkan Pendidikan pada jalur non forml yaitu suatu Pendidikan yang dilaksanakan secara terstruktur dan berjenjang yang diselenggarakan untuk masyarakat yang membutuhkan layanan yang digunakan untuk penambah, pengganti dan pelengkap. Dalam penyelenggaraan paud ini pada jalur non formal ini mempunyai ciri antara lain meliputi kelompok bermain dan tempat penitipitan anak. Pada pelaksanaan kelompok bermain dalam setiap hari minimal 3 hari dalam setiap 1 minggu dalam estimasi minimal 3 jam perhari. Kelompok bermain atau play group merupakan Lembaga permainan-permainan edukatif bagi anak-anak dan orang tua hanya sebagai pengantar transpormasi semata.

Abstract

General Background: Moral character (akhlak) formation in students is a critical objective in Islamic education, requiring both cognitive and affective engagement. Specific Background: Visual and spiritual educational methods, such as graphic design and dhikr practices, are increasingly recognized for their potential to influence students' behavior and values. Knowledge Gap: However, empirical research examining the combined effects of these methods on moral character, particularly in Islamic boarding school settings, remains limited. Aim: This study aims to investigate the influence of exemplary learning through graphic design and dhikr practices on the moral character of students at Rubath Adz-Dzikra Lil Mu’minin. Results: Utilizing a quantitative approach with simple and multiple regression analyses, the study found that graphic design-based learning contributed 22.5%, dhikr practices 21.1%, and both simultaneously 41.6% to the development of students’ moral character, with model significance confirmed via F-test. Novelty: The integration of visual and spiritual pedagogies provides a novel framework for moral education. Implications: These findings suggest that educators in Islamic boarding schools should adopt holistic approaches, combining visual and spiritual methods, to effectively nurture moral character in students. Highlights: Combines visual and spiritual methods for character education. Graphic design and dhikr significantly influence students’ akhlak. Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al-Ikhlas Tanah Terban, Karang Baru District, which has been gradually introduced amidst the transition from the 2013 Curriculum. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews with teachers, classroom observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the Merdeka Curriculum provides greater opportunities for teachers and students to engage in contextual, project-based learning tailored to individual student potential. However, its implementation faces several challenges, including limited teacher understanding of the new curriculum, insufficient digital infrastructure, and students' unpreparedness for independent and differentiated learning. The differing approaches between the Merdeka and 2013 Curricula also lead to inconsistencies in assessment systems and teacher task allocations. To address these issues, Madrasah Al-Ikhlas has undertaken various efforts such as internal training, teacher collaboration, and gradual adjustments to teaching materials. The study concludes that the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in private madrasahs heavily depends on strong managerial leadership, equitable curriculum literacy, and sustained adaptability to changes in national education policies.

Abstract

Digital transformation has reshaped the learning paradigm of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), shifting from conventional classrooms to flexible and open virtual spaces. However, the PAI curriculum still faces challenges, such as educators' low digital literacy and the lack of systematic integration of religious moderation values. This study aims to explore curriculum development strategies for PAI that are responsive to the digital era while internalizing Islamic moderation (wasathiyah) values. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using library research methods. Data were collected from recent academic literature and curriculum policy documents. The findings indicate that PAI curriculum development requires an integrative strategy: (1) updating curriculum content to address current digital issues, (2) strengthening technology-based pedagogy, and (3) internalizing moderation values through reflective and collaborative learning activities. Through this approach, the PAI curriculum serves not only as a vehicle for transmitting Islamic values but also as a strategic instrument for shaping digitally literate, moderate, and socially adaptive Muslim generations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere, service, and location on consumers’ purchasing decisions at Kopi Nako Summarecon Bekasi. A quantitative approach with a descriptive method was used. The sampling technique applied was accidental sampling with a total of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 26. The results showed that store atmosphere had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.012. Service also had a significant influence with a significance value of 0.001, and location had a significant effect with a significance value of 0.002. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influenced purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.407, indicating that store atmosphere, service, and location collectively explained 40.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The integration of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) education has emerged as a promising approach for developing 21st-century skills, yet empirical evidence of its effectiveness in primary education remains limited. This study investigated the effectiveness of STEAM approaches on critical thinking skills and scientific attitudes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning among elementary school students. A quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent group posttest-only was employed involving 64 fifth-grade students at SDN Patrasana 1 during the 2024/2025 academic year. Participants were divided into experimental (n=32) and control (n=32) groups using purposive sampling based on equivalent baseline performance. The experimental group received STEAM-based instruction while the control group experienced conventional teaching methods. Data collection utilized validated instruments measuring critical thinking skills and scientific attitudes, supplemented by observation and documentation. Statistical analyses included normality testing, homogeneity assessment, MANOVA, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 27. The STEAM approach demonstrated statistically significant effects on both critical thinking skills (F = 14.861, p < 0.001) and scientific attitudes (F = 9.991, p = 0.002). Multivariate analysis confirmed simultaneous positive effects on both variables (p = 0.001). The STEAM approach explained 19.3% of variance in critical thinking skills and 13.9% of variance in scientific attitudes, indicating meaningful practical significance. These findings provide robust empirical evidence supporting STEAM education effectiveness in primary contexts, addressing a critical knowledge gap in educational research. The results validate theoretical frameworks emphasizing integrated approaches while demonstrating that STEAM implementation can successfully develop multiple learning dimensions simultaneously, supporting early intervention strategies for 21st-century skill development.

Abstract

Perkebunan kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu industri nonmigas yang paling penting dalam menghasilkan devisa. Salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor perkebunan kelapa sawit adalah PT Sumur Pandanwangi Kartika. Dalam upaya meningkatkan produksi, peran tenaga kerja dalam suatu organisasi sangatlah penting. Peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja bisa dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor seperti umur, lama bekerja, pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan, dan premi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui “bagaimana faktor umur, lama bekerja, pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan, dan premi secara bersama-sama dan secara individu mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja di Divisi I Area I PT. Sumur Pandanwangi Kartika.” Studi ini menerapkan data primer dan sekunder berupa kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t dengan perangkat lunak SPSS. Temuan studi ini menjabarkan secara simultan faktor umur, pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan dan premi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja panen dengan skor signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05).Secara parsial faktor umur dilihat pada thitung -4,091 dan lama bekerja -5,111 yang artinya berpengaruh negatif signifikan sedangkan jumlah tanggungan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan premi 0,017 yang artinya berpanguruh signifikan. Pendidikan tidak berpengaruh dengan nilai signifikan tidak berpengaruh dilihat dari nilai nilai probablitas 0,079 > 0,05 α.

Abstract

Teacher professionalism has long been recognised as a key pillar in improving the quality of education, particularly in the context of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for 2025–2045. However, in Indonesia, teacher quality remains a serious challenge, with the majority of teachers failing to meet pedagogical competency standards and having limited independence in self-development. Academically, it is important to examine the relationship between pedagogical competence and autonomy because this provides a multidimensional understanding of teacher professionalism, especially in the context of Islamic education, such as Madrasah Tsanawiyah, which has been relatively understudied. This study aims to analyse the influence of pedagogical competence and autonomy on the professional development of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Aceh Tamiang Regency. The study used a quantitative correlational approach with a sample of 41 teachers selected randomly. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires, classroom observations, and documentation, then analysed using multiple linear regression and SEM-PLS to enhance the model's validity. The results indicate that pedagogical competence has a strong and significant influence on teacher professionalism (β = 0.675; p < 0.001), while autonomy also contributes positively, albeit to a lesser extent (β = 0.117; p = 0.049). Simultaneously, both variables explain 92.9% of the variation in teacher professionalism, confirming the complementary roles of technical and personal aspects. Theoretically, this study enriches the literature by confirming that teacher professionalism is a multidimensional construct. Practically, the results emphasise the importance of policies and training programs that balance the improvement of pedagogical competence with the strengthening of autonomy to enhance the quality of Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pengelolaan perikanan lobster perlu dengan studi tentang sebaran atau dispersal spesies lobster pada tiap fase hidup. Metode yang dipakai bisa menggunakan identifikasi spesies pada masing-masing fase hidup (larva, juvenile, dewasa) pada waktu dan tempat yang berbeda. Studi ini dilakukan untuk menginditifikasi spesies lobster dewasa yang hidup di Teluk Prigi, Watulimo, Trenggalek, Jawa Timur. Sampling dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi morlogi lobster yang tertangkap oleh nelayan lobster. Ditemukan 5 spesies lobster yang tertangkap dengan menggunakan 3 alat tangkap yang berbeda. Spesies lobster yang tertangkap yaitu lobster pasir (Panulirus homarus), lobster mutiara (P. ornatus), lobster bambu (P. versicolor), lobster batu (P. penicillatus), lobster batik (P. longipes). Ketiga alat tangkap tersebut adalah: gill net, krendet dan ditangkap dengan tangan (menyelam). Gill net banyak menangkap jenis pasir dibandingkan jenis lainnya. Krendet banyak mendapat pasir bersama dengan bamboo, mutiara, batik, kemudian batu lebih sedikit tertangkap krendet dibandingkan alat tangkap lainnya. Hand picking banyak menangkap pasir, mutiara, batu, dan batik kemudian sedikit menangkap jenis bambu.
