Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Manajemen Mutu Terpadu dalam meningkatkan layanan pendidikan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dimana Sekolah Insan Cendekia Madani Serpong menjadi lokasi penelitian. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan empat hal. Pertama, Manajemen Mutu Terpadu (MMT) adalah manajemen fungsional dengan pendekatan yang secara terus menerus difokuskan pada peningkatan kualitas, agar produknya sesuai dengan standar kualitas dari masyarakat yang dilayani dalam pelaksanaan tugas pelayanan umum dan pembangunan masyarakat. Kedua, prinsip MMT mencakup kepuasan pelanggan, respek terhadap semua orang, kepemimpinan, dan perbaikan terus menerus. Ketiga, ukuran produktivitas pendidikan terdiri dari produktivitas internal dan eksternal. Produktivitas internal, yaitu hasil yang dapat diukur secara kuantitatif seperti jumlah atau persentase lulusan sekolah, jumlah gedung yang dibangun. Sementara produktivitas eksternal menyangkut hasil yang tidak dapat diukur secara kuantitatif. Keempat, program berkelanjutan dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu karyawan Insan Cendekia Madani Serpong. Program-program yang dimaksud adalah Kajian Bulanan, Kajian Bersama Mentor, Seminar dan Pelatihan, serta Tahsin Qur’an.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Mutu Terpadu, Layanan Pendidikan, Produktivitas Pendidikan AbstractThis study aims to analyse the implementation of Integrated Quality Management in improving education services. This research is included in the quantitative type with a case study approach, where the Serpong Cendekia Madani School is the research location. This research concludes four things. First, Integrated Quality Management is functional management with an approach that is continuously focused on improving quality, so that its products comply with the quality standards of the people served in the implementation of public service tasks and community development. Second, the principles of Integrated Quality Management include customer satisfaction, respect for everyone, leadership, and continuous improvement. Third, the measure of education productivity consists of internal and external productivity. Internal productivity, namely results that can be measured quantitatively such as the number or percentage of school graduates, the number of buildings built. Meanwhile, external productivity concerns result that cannot be measured quantitatively. Fourth, a sustainable program in order to improve the quality of the employees of Insan Cendekia Madani Serpong. The programs in question are Monthly Study, Mentor Joint Study, Seminar and Training, and Tahsin Qur'an.Keywords: Integrated Quality Management, Educational Services, Educational Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students’ characters during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the researchers employed the quantitative method with a survey design and quantitative data analysis. Samples were selected through the accidental sampling technique, resulting in 200 respondents from 972 students of SMAN 46 Jakarta. The instrument for data collection was the student character instrument constructed by Indonesia’s Ministry of Education and Culture (2017) consisting of 43 statements. Concerning reliability, this instrument obtained a Cronbach’s alpha value of 0.744. The results of the measurement of students’ characters indicated that the respondents had very good character (a mean value of 3.39 with a standard deviation of 14.32 on a scale of 4). Furthermore, the highest indicators were found in nationalism, togetherness, and responsibility towards oneself. It showed that online learning at home can make students’ families internalize character values that cannot be separated from the role of parents and teachers in carrying out positive activities while interacting and coordinating in guiding students patiently. These findings need to be considered to achieve success in shaping the character of students in the present and the future.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yakni untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VI SDN Gunung Sari II. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama dua siklus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini yakni siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Gunung Sari II yang berjumlah 20 siswa, yang terdiri dari 11 perempuan dan 9 laki-laki. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari tes hasil belajar IPA, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, dan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada siklus I jumlah siswa yang memenuhi nilai KKM (70) sebanyak 4 orang (19,05%) dan tidak memenuhi nilai KKM (70) sebanyak 16 orang ( 79,85%) dengan rata-rata nilai siswa 52,33. Pada siklus II meningkat signifikan jumlah siswa yang memenuhi nilai KKM (70) terdapat 19 orang (93,3%) dan yang tidak memenuhi nilai KKM (70) sebanyak 1 siswa (6,7%) dengan nilai rata-rata 90,73. Hasil belajar siswa telah mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 70%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajar Project Based Learning (PjBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Gunung Sari II.

Abstract

من صعوبات تعليم اللغة العربية التي يواجه بها الطلاب للفصل العاشر بمدرسة  بيت الرحمن المركز الإسلامي الثانوية المهنية سمارانج SMK Islamic Centre Baiturrahman Semarang هي حفظ المفردات وفهمها من ناحية المعنى. ومن نتيجة الاختبار القبلى أنهم منخفض درجات حول المفردات حتى أنهم لا يفهمون اللغة العربية جيدا. فهذه النقطة خلفية الدراسة لهذا البحث. من الناحية الأخرى، أن  الأغانى "كلام عيناه" أحد الأغانى المنشورة في تيكتوك والوسائل الاتصالية خاصة في إندونيسيا وفي حالة الطلاب في تلك المدرسة.  هذه الفرصة مستخدمة لتطبيق الوسائط الأغانى "كلام عيناه" في تعليم المفردات  ومعرفة فعالية استخدامه في ترقية القدرة على المفردات للطلاب الصف العاشر من تلك المدرسة. أُخذت العينة من طلاب الصف العاشر قسم محاسبة المالية المؤسّسات Akuntansi Keuangan Lembaga (AKL) بمجموع 23 طالبًا.  تستخدم هذه الدراسة مدخلا كميًا بنوع الدراسة التجربية من نموذج مجموعة واحدة الاختبار القبلى والاختبار البعدى One group pretest-posttest experiment. طريقة جمع البيانات هي الملاحظة والتوثيق والاختبار (القبلى والبعدى). أما طريقة تحليل البيانات المستخدمة فهي تحليل الإحصاء الوصفى Descriptive Statistical Analysis من الانحراف المعيارى Deviation Standard ثم اختبار التجانس واختبار العينة المزدوجة Paired sample T-Test.  على أساس  اختبار t تم الحصول الدرجة  sig (2-tailed) هي 0.011 أنها أقل من 0.05. إذن H0 مرفوضة و Ha مقبولة. وهذا يعني أنه يوجد فرق كبير في المتوسط بين نتائج درجات الاختبار القبلى قبل التجربة والاختبار البعدى بعد التجربة أن استخدام وسائط الأغاني ”كلام عيناه“ لطلاب في الصف العاشر بمدْرَسَة المركز الإسلامي بيت الرحمن الثانوية المهنية سمارانج يكون فعالا لترقية كفاءة المفردات لهم Abstract One of the difficulties of learning Arabic experienced by tenth-grade students at SMK Islamic Centre Baiturrahman Semarang is memorizing and understanding vocabulary in terms of meaning. From the pre-test results, they have low scores in terms of vocabulary so they do not understand Arabic well. This is the background of this study. On the other hand, the song ‘Kalam Ainah’ is one of the songs that is widely circulated on Tiktok social media and communication media, especially in Indonesia, and in this case, students at the school.  This opportunity was used to apply the ‘Kalam Ainah’ song media in vocabulary teaching and determine the effectiveness of its use in improving the vocabulary skills of grade 10 students in the school. The sample was taken from the 10th-grade students of Institutional Financial Accounting (AKL) with a total of 23 students. This study used a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest experiment type of research. The data collection methods used were observation, documentation, and tests (pre-test and post-test). The data analysis methods used are Descriptive Statistical Analysis of Standard Deviation, Homogeneity Test, and Paired sample T-Test.  Based on the t-test, the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.011 which is smaller than 0.05. So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant average difference between the pre-test score before the experiment and the post-test score after the experiment that the use of ‘Kalam Eineh’ song media for grade 10 students at Islamic Centre Baitul Rahman Semarang Vocational High School is effective to improve their vocabulary competence.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the form of the use of dissipation as a marker of inter-propositional relations in junior high school students' essays. This study was designed using a qualitative research approach. 94 grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Balikpapan were involved as research subjects in this study. The data in this study were collected using the 'seeing method' after the research subjects were given essay writing assignments to obtain documented data sources. Analysis of the research data consisted of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there are three types of omissions that are used as a means of linking one proposition to another in the research subject's essay, namely noun omission, verb omission, and propositional omission. Among the three categories, noun escape is more dominantly used by research subjects as a marker of relations between propositions than verb escape and proposition escape. This study also shows that research subjects tend to use structural and situational forms of disengagement rather than textual deletion, so that the relationship between propositions becomes disrupted. The findings of this study make an important contribution for language teachers to optimize learning and training in writing skills in classrooms.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) obtain an overview of the need for the Development of Machine Parts Simulator Learning Devices to Improve the Skills of Cadets in Operating Commercial Ship Engines in universities; 2) obtain comprehensive information in designing the Development of Machine Parts Simulator Learning Devices to Improve the Skills of Cadets in Operating Commercial Ship Engines; 3) produce the Development of Machine Part Simulator Learning Devices to Improve the Skills of Cadets in Operating Commercial Ships Engines that are valid based on the assessment of the validators; 4) produce the Development of Machine Parts Simulator Learning Devices to Improve the Skills of Cadets in the Practical Operation of Trading Vessel Engines; 5) resulted in the Development of Machine Parts Simulator Learning Devices to Improve the Skills of Cadets in the Effective Operation of Trading Vessel Engines. The subjects of this study were students and lecturers of the Makassar PIP Engineering Study Program. The research and development procedure used is the ADDIE model: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development or Production, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, questionnaires and documentation. The research instrument used an instrument for observing the implementation of learning, a test instrument for assessing student learning outcomes, and a validation sheet for learning tools. The data analysis technique is carried out by (1) analyzing the level of validity, (2) analyzing the level of practicality, and (4) analyzing the response data of students and lecturers. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to develop a machine part simulator learning device to improve the skills of cadets in operating commercial vessels. The results of the validation test showed that the learning tools and several research questionnaires were declared to be very valid based on the assessment of the experts. Furthermore, the results of the practicality test also stated that this device was proven to be very practical based on the results of observations of the implementation of learning and questionnaire responses from lecturers and students.

Subject teacher forum activities, especially in social sciences subjects at the elementary school level, have not shown significant changes in improving teacher abilities. Based on this, this research aims to develop materials for elementary schools social sciences teacher forum. This type of research is development research (Research and Development or R&D) by adapting two research and development models, namely the Borg and Gall model and the Dick and Carey model. The research subjects involved 3 experts who assessed the training materials: material experts, design experts, and language experts. The research respondents were social sciences teacher forum administrators or managers, instructors or resource persons, and 20 teachers. The techniques used in collecting data were observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire sheet. The techniques used for data analysis are qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results, namely the results of validity tests by learning material experts, obtained an average value of 3.58 (valid). The assessment by the training materials design expert was 3.75 (valid). The assessment from language experts is 3.57 (valid). The effectiveness test results obtained an average value from the calculation results, namely 4.27 (very effective). It was concluded that the social sciences teacher forum training materials were declared suitable for use. It indicates that the training materials are very effective for use in the social sciences teacher forum. The implication of this research is that the MGMP IPS training materials developed can be used to improve teacher abilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pada pengembangan Aplikasi Mr.Cars berbasis Android pada pengguna sewa rental mobil di Kota Makassar. Dan untuk mengetahui tanggapan pada pengguna terhadap aplikasi Mr.Cars berbasis android pada pengguna sewa rental mobil di Kota Makassar metode pada penelitian research and development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model prototype. Model pengembangan Prototype memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu pengumpulan kebutuhan, membangun prototype, edukasi prototype, pengkodean system, edukasi system, dan implementasi system. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik wawancara, kusioner, dan software pengukuran untuk mengukur kualitas perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan. Pengujian system dalam penelitian ini menggunakan standar kualitas perangkat lunak ISO 25010. Terhadap aspek functionality, suitability, usability, reliability, performance efficiency, portability, dan security. Berdasarkan hasil pada pengujian Aplikasi telah memenuhi semua aspek dari standar pengujian perangkat lunak yang telah di ujikan.

Abstract

Pembelajaran menulis komik jenaka di perguruan tinggi sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kreativitas mahasiswa. Webtoon sebagai media digital berbasis visual menawarkan potensi besar untuk membantu mahasiswa memahami struktur naratif, mengembangkan humor yang efektif, serta meningkatkan literasi visual dalam menulis. Namun, pemanfaatan Webtoon dalam konteks pembelajaran menulis komik jenaka masih terbatas dan belum banyak dikaji secara sistemati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan Webtoon sebagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis komik jenaka mahasiswa serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner dan wawancara terhadap mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia di IKIP PGRI Pontianak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa merasa Webtoon membantu mereka memahami struktur dan teknik menulis komik jenaka, meningkatkan motivasi dalam menulis, serta mempermudah pengembangan ide cerita. Selain itu, faktor internal seperti minat dan kreativitas mahasiswa, serta faktor eksternal seperti dukungan dosen, akses terhadap sumber belajar, dan tantangan teknis turut memengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis Webtoon. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Webtoon dapat menjadi media pembelajaran inovatif yang menggabungkan teknologi dengan kreativitas, sehingga mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran menulis komik jenaka di perguruan tinggi. Oleh karena itu, penerapan Webtoon dalam kurikulum menulis kreatif perlu dipertimbangkan lebih lanjut untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan mahasiswa di era digital.

Abstract

In Indonesia, education cannot be separated from human life. One way to obtain knowledge is the teaching and learning process in schools and this is an implementation of education. To implement the materials or teaching materials used in schools requires something that covers what is called a curriculum. The Merdeka curriculum aims for students to be virtuous, competent and contributive according to their field. This research uses the library research method. The research library used in this research can be books, articles and journals. This research aims to analyze the thevelopment of the education curriculum in Indonesia, especially the development of the curriculum in learning citizenship education (pkn) from the implementation of the 1984 curriculum to the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. The result of the research concluded that the Merdeka curriculum brought changes in the organization of subjects and the names of citizenship education subjecs, but still had similar educational goals with an approach to make students more active and independent. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution in developing more effective citizenship education learning strategies in implementing the independent curriculum at the basic education level
